Excellent customer service, decent speeds at affordable prices.

The speeds are fantastic at a great price. Customer service is good as well. I would give a 5 star rating however they lack customer service on the weekends when it seems you most need it.

This ISP has both strong and weak points. Their customer support is fantastic, if you have an issue they will help you troubleshoot and send out a technician when necessary. I feel they care that your issue is solved. However, I do not recommend this service unless you are within direct line-of-site to their towers. My location was not able to connect directly, and as a result the service has been unreliable and the majority of the time unusable. Not a contract service so I cant fault them for giving me the option to terminate service with no penalty.

The speed is unreliable and any time I need anything done I have to interrupt my work hours.
