Im living on one of they properties now and they are the worst unorganized unprofessional people I every delt with. The building is infested with mice and if you call the office no one ever answer the PHONE everyone giving you the run around save your time... this is not a place you want to deal with and the get no stars in my book....

Got Me Into An Apartment Fast.

I would not recommend that anyone rent from First Insight. My experience living in one of their apartments has been like being a member of the Mickey mouse club with the ceiling and walls falling apart! Asking for problems in the apartment to be resolved is almost like asking Donald Trump to part from his money. I only give the one star for Joe, the on site maintenance person, he is very attentive and does what he can.

Ive Called Property Manager So Many Times No Point Leaving A Message Cause They Dont Respond I Just Gave Up Smdh Wish I could Gave Them No Stars One Of The Worst Realty Companies Ive Ever Come Across

5yrs Ive been here😔. Mr. Joe is the only thing I can give stars to. Ill Never rent from this property management again. They just collect rent and dont do proper repairs. 🤦🏽‍♀️😩

Very very bad customer service! I called to get leasing information and some white lady answered and was very rude. I asked how long does the $250 move in fee hold the unit she gone turn around and say just out the blue well I mean its not like we can hold it for a year or anything!!? Like where is that coming from she just talks over you, and very snobby . I called to speak to manager Shavon and told her what happened most people would have apologized or something she said nothing! So thats a bad sign right there I will not. Be leasing from them.So I guess the rest of the reviews misunderstood the bad attitude as well?
