I’m beyond grateful to call The Scott Residence home! It’s a beautiful building in the heart of Old Town - just steps away from shops, bars, and entertainment!I’ve been blown away by the people behind The Scott - the maintenance staff, Bernardino & the concierges, especially Robert! They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home.So lucky to live in this amazing community.

Ive been grateful to call the Scott Residences home for 2+ years. The six story building is in a perfect location in downtown Chicago - restaurants, bars, convenient stores are all within walking distance. It also includes a gym and outdoor rooftop that creates a great atmosphere for summertime in Chicago.Thatianaliz is very personable and easy to work with and the individuals that work at the front desk are very friendly. Ive truly enjoyed my stay at the Scott Residences.

Moving from the SW to the city was a big adjustment. The Scott is a great apartment and with a great location to the El. The staff are wonderful and have become close friends! You will love working with Thatianaliz the manager is wonderful and does all she can for you. The dog run is nice and big, AND the best plus, you dont hear your neighbors walking above you! Thank you to Dominique, Robert, and Dewayne for always having a positive and wonderful attitude and for always going above and beyond in all you do. Only negative which was solved promptly was during the freeze in Jan when temperature dropped -45 the heating system struggling to support all the units at the same time, they did provide us with heaters and an option to stay a hotel. The property management team is working on a solution to prevent this from happening again and worked quickly to help us all.

We highly recommend considering The Scott Residences if you are looking for a new place to call home in Chicago. Dewayne was extremely friendly and courteous upon our arrival and Thatianaliz was absolutely wonderful to work with. We couldnt be happier with our experience at The Scott Residences!

I’m happy to say I’ve called the Scott Residences home for almost four years now. I’ve lived in several different places downtown and I was looking for a place that was more personable, not necessarily another high-rise where I’d have to wait for elevators and it would take days to get to my unit. This was the perfect place in the perfect location. The units are beautiful, warm and modern. My neighbors are friendly and the management is fantastic. I couldn’t ask for better people. Thatianaliz goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. She is always attentive and makes things as easy as possible. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to anything that needs fixing, 5e building is kept impeccable and the doormen are always friendly.Of course the location of The Scott is incredible! Everything you could want is a short walk away and if you have a farther trek, public transportation is everywhere. You’re in the heart of everything and yet able to enjoy the quieter, quant neighborhoods that surround. I’m so happy I came across this building when making my next move. The friendly management and ideal location are what make this building so unique and I’m so happy to call it home.

I love everything about the Scott Residences, given its amazing location to the lake and zoo, it’s hip, warm and impeccably maintained units and incredible team that work here (the property manager, doorperson and maintenance teams all get As). It’s just a great building and value!
