Grace Chapeau at AptAmigo saved me!!!!!I’m moving to the Atlanta area for work with very little notice - was finally able to head down for a weekend with a friend to check out apartments close to work. Suffice to say everything we saw was either extremely low quality or unavailable in my time frame. The weekend was over, my move was in 3 weeks, and I was starting to panic. My friend who works in property management recommended I check out AptAmigo, and within a few days I had Grace Chapeau giving me a call - I gave her the whole low-down of what had been going on, and she immediately had a list of apartments ready for me in the metro area that fit my budget and timeframe. She was highly familiar with all of the properties and knew all about what deals were going on. She called a ton of places for me to find out answers to all my questions, taking SO much stress off of me. She personally recommended me a wonderful property in East Atlanta that miraculously fit my budget (after the concessions) and was able to get me moved in exactly when I wanted! John was with me for the first day and took diligent notes on everything i liked and disliked about each location. Very friendly and super helpful in pointing out things that i might have missed! The second day of tours I was with Frank and he showed me the same effort and diligence in the places i saw. I’m glad to say that I got a place through them and found the whole process much easier than looking at places on my ownCouple of extra notes: i had done a few tours on my own before going with them and didn’t get nearly as much information as i had with them around, also their service was completely free to me as they get paid through the apartment buildings they show. Finally, i know this is just company policy but when touring with john he bought me coffee and lunch as we were out all day looking at places: really kind gesture and wasn’t necessary in the slightest.

Moving to Chicago from out of state and really had no idea what to do. I had been reaching out to a lot of apartments at this point, so when Anesa called me I honestly couldnt tell you which property I was looking at where she got my information. But Im glad she called! Other brokers didnt move nearly as quickly as she did.
