Unbelievable! I just called this guy about an apartment I saw on hotpads. It was 8:47am and I called the phone number provided because it stated that his response rate for emails took a couple of days. He answered, and clearly I had woken him up. I stated that I was interested in the apartment and he told me to call him back next week and to call during business hours, so I asked what his business hours were and he said well, theyre not 8:30 in the morning. I stated that it was 8:47 and he told me he was still in bed so I reminded him that he didnt have to answer the phone and then he hung upon me. Great customer service dude!🤣

Dan Dollah helped us find a great apartment-better than any wed seen, in 3 days (probably wouldve been sooner if a Sunday wasnt the day after we started working with him). When I say working with, I mean, he did all the work and got us a place when other brokers failed to do so. Were moving into our dream apartment this week, and only saw the place 3 days ago!?! Id highly recommend to anyone looking for their best home. Thank you, Rent!!!

Not sure why these guys arent rated better! Lielli found me the PERFECT apartment, and that was no easy task, considering I had 2 LARGE dogs, a 1,000/month limit, and about 3 days to find a place. I have happily lived in the same apartment for going on 2 years and dont plan on moving anytime soon. She was the most welcoming person I met upon my move to Chicago, and not only found me my apartment, but also showed me around the neighborhood and gave me her number if I ever needed help in my new city. Truly great people!!

On December 11 2016 I met with Dan. We looked at 2 apartments and both was not up to my pleasing but because I was in such a rush to move I settled for 1. I did the application gave him the $50 and my check stubs he told me he was going to guarantee me a place definitely by the 1st of January.! Ive been calling and texting him and even contacted the office still no response nor apartment. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS AGENCY!!!

If there was an option for 0 Stars I would give that. I originally inquired about a property listed oh Hotpads. Danyale contacted me same day and wanted to show the property same day as well which I offered a few different options but he said if both me and my husband would make it than hell be there. I had my husband re-arrange his afternoon and rush to grab the paperwork so he could make it in time. We were at the property 20 minutes early and I thought Id check in to see how far Danyale was so I called him. First he didnt know who I was ...then after a minute pause he said: Oh you didnt get my text??? I sent to you 1 hour ago. He proceeded to tell me that he got stuck at another showing. Fine, Ok it happens? He sent the text to the wrong number....ok I guess this happens too. He said he would call me next morning to re-schedule. Next morning comes and I have no call, no text or voicemail or e-mail from him. So I call at 11am to check, he said I will be in my office shortly I will call you then. I dont know the definition of shortly but 4 hours later I decided to give him the last try. He did not answer his phone, but he called back (I was in shock that he called back). I got the same answer, it had been a busy day and he hadnt caught his breath yet....So I get two routes from this whole story, either a very bad business practice where no customer service skills are in place. Or then maybe he is really busy indeed and doesnt need anymore business (I highly doubt the second). I am reporting this to BBB as well. And to think that this was only to schedule a showing. I cannot believe what would happen if you had to go through the entire application with this person.

This man danyale dollah discriminating against people of color n housing choice voucher holders blocked my # refused to show me the place changed the rent the next day after i told him i had an voucher lied n said he show me the place n than rented it on monday all of this from friday blocked me sat after texting him friday night after he knows i had housing blocks my # didnt show me the place sat n sunday got mad cuz he said its gods day n i said yes it is i just came from church he stated to me i was being rude wen i was not n on monday he rented the unit who does that to people only an evil person who only value people if they looks like him i give this guy a 0 because he is terrible an racist
