We had a terrific experience with Zach at Spaces. We had to fly from Tennessee into Chicago for the weekend to look at as many units as possible before moving at the end of the month. We were able to give Zach all of our criteria beforehand so that he could do the leg work and look up units that would be potential fits for us. I not only didnt have to stress about finding properties and scheduling times to view them (she sent me a bunch of really good options that were under my max budget instead of $50 over budget like every other place Ive worked with in the past) but she also was instrumental in the leasing application & processing. I wouldnt have the apartment I have now without Kiki. Spaces is lucky to have someone so hardworking and friendly!!

Not only did he provide me with the information on the unit I was interested in, but he also suggested other for us to look at that were well within my desired price range. He was very efficient and prepared when we met to do a few showings and I ended up finding and applying for a place that same day. Such an excellent experience with Amy and the Spaces team. She was very attentive and made sure that we were happy with what we requested to see. She answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable about the space she was showing us. Kind and patient. All great qualities to be able to work with others. Very efficient. As soon as we were decided they were very diligent with the paperwork and the approval process. As an added bonus their office is very sleek and modern and most important welcoming! Very thankful for finding this group of people.

Andrew Chmill at Spaces Real Estate made apartment hunting an enjoyable experience! He was super flexible and responsive. When a few places we were interested in closed, he quickly arranged to show us several new apartments that had just became available. He was also very respectful of our budget and must-haves. He was knowledgeable about the apartments and neighborhoods, but even more importantly, he was able to help us weigh options and discern where wed be happiest.Ive had experiences when I feel an agent is trying to up-sell me. Ive had experiences when the agent is awkward, detached, and hurried. Andrew is the opposite! He was professional but easygoing...truly a pleasure to work with.

SPACES was absolutely fantastic - Amanda Chvatal helped us find an apartment we wouldnt have looked at otherwise, and it was perfect. She listened to what we wanted, was organized and professional, and didnt try to pressure us into something we couldnt afford. I love working with her, and have had such a great experience with the company as a whole. I cant say that moving is a process I look forward to, but they make it so much easier!

I had never worked with a service like this in the past, but needed some extra help in the apartment search this year. I worked with an agent named Rob, and his help throughout the process compelled me to write this review. Rob listened to what I was looking for, and had a tireless energy in finding the right place.Im taking 1 star off to encourage Spaces to tighten up their removal of rented listings. Several of the ones I was most interested in had already been rented, despite the listings still being up. Other than that, great experience - wont hesitate to return next time I move!

Roman was a pleasure to work with. He made the buying process so smooth. As a first time home owner, he answered all of my questions and was always available for advice. He was on time when we had appointments and answered every phone call, email and text. He really worked hard to make sure we got the home of our dreams.

I saw a few units with Phillip Owens in Uptown, Chicago. Phil was one of the most attentive, communicative and organized agents I have ever met with. Although I’ve decided to rent in a different area, the service was outstanding and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern studio/1bed apartment in Chicagoland for a reasonable price.

I cannot thank Roman S. and the team at spaces real estate enough for their hard work in helping me find an apartment. I had all but given up on finding the place and made one last call over to spaces on a Sunday. Roman called me back that day, and had 5 places for me to view that fit my exact specifications by the next day. I can happily say he found the place for me. After our search city workers had knocked out the power in the office, and they did not skip a beat and were still able to process my application despite the tough circumstances. Whether you are relocating for work or just need to find a place to call home, there is no need to look further than Roman and the phenomenal team at spaces real estate.

Spaces was great to work with. I inquired about a property and was contacted same day and was in to see the apartment same day. When a unit I liked was quickly taken by another tenant, Spaces allowed me to fill out an application for the next available unit so that when it came available I could be notified. The employees were very nice and friendly, and tried their best to help me with whatever questions I needed answered. Everyone was quick to answer my questions and call me back with information. I would work with them again.

Bait and switch marketing tactics. False advertising, do not get scammed out of your application fee.
