I enjoy my place, however the apartment is in need of upgrades on appliances. Which would make the apt. a whole lot nicer. Alexis is very helpful and friendly. Having the right people in place can make you stay for sure, I am very big on customer service and they are good at what they do and seem to appreciate having you live in the complex. Alexis is a keeper for sure.I have never had a work order that she or Ebony didn’t take care of.

I moved in February 2021. Alexis was very helpful with assisting me to get into my apartment. It’s more than enough space for me and my children. It’s close to the mall, stores and the interstate. The location is very convenient. Alexis and the office the staff is extremely friendly.

She was so helpful and wonderful throughout the entire process and it was a process to deal with. My five star honestly and respectfully goes to Alexis in the office. I havent had encounters with the new manager yet besides speaking with her on the phone and she sounds pleasant. Alexis though, has been nothing short of helpful and understanding since the day Ive met her. When something goes wrong inside my apartment and boy has there been many calls to her yet not once did I sense a unfriendly approach or tone. Always willing to help and send maintenance out to help with repairs. Maintenance as well has had nothing but good vibes and energy when they come out. Seems as if everybody wants to do a good job and be in peace. As for the neighborhood its awesome. I have no complaints kids are friendly so thats says a lot about the parents out here. Walls are thin but thats not something I havent already had experience with. So everyone gets a 5 star. Property Management and higher ups, this one is respectfully for you. The upkeep of the apartments themselves unfortunately I have to say must improve. When I first arrived in January 2021 I had 4 leaks in my apartment. Since then Ive had one in the a.c closet which then left a bad smell around my entire apartment. Let me tell you that wasnt pleasant. The sinks and tubs are extremely outdated you guys will be true winners when you can update this entire complex interior mainly to appropriate guidelines. I hope you will take heed and improve this because this is truly your only downfall and it has me considering staying somewhere else in the near future. Blessings and Peace to each of you ☮️

Ive called an 866 number and the direct number to the leasing office. Was given different information by each woman I spoke to. The woman I spoke to in the leasing office had an attitude and I felt as though she talked down to me. I asked if I could come look and she said no there was nothing to show me, just to do a virtual tour. Ive even called back to speak to someone else, left a voicemail and never got a call back. Their website has been down for a week now at least. Ill find somewhere else to liveEdit: i have called back several times after Ebony responded to my review, left voicemails as no one answers the phone, still havent word from anyone

I have been here for over 2 years and I just renewed my lease and Alexis has been so nice every time I call or cone to the office. Maintenance is always so prompt with my service request. Thank you Taylor Pointe!!

Since I have been living in Taylor Pointe Apartments, which it has been about a year and a half; all the staff Meghan and Byron, Kenneth have always been there when I needed them.I have had very little problems with my apartment, but when I have they were always helpful and in a timely manner. One time on a day that weekend my son accidentally broke the handle off the faucet in the restroom. I called and they quickly helped me.They also are always out cleaning the any extra trash, which shows me that they care about our place. They seem to really care about the area and it shows with the well maintained area inside and out.I am really happy I was able to find some place that is safe for myself and my kids to call home along with some awesome staff that has been an extra bonus to help feel secure in our decision to call Taylor Pointe home.

The management and apartment is very nice and answers any questions that I have promptly.

When I applied for the apartment at Taylor Pointe, I was hesitant at first due to past experiences with former property managers, however, the property manager Megan is an extremely wonderful person I have ever came meet thus far, she is definitely in the right field of work and not only does she loves the line of work she performs on a daily basis, but I have observed myself that she really enjoys assisting her tenants with such respect, empathy as well as sympathy, I can tell she has a great rapport with the tenants. I have also witnessed Megan go above and beyond call of duty with helping the tenants by multitasking with such versatility as one person. She is absolutely a great asset to Taylor Pointe and would be saddened if she was to resign. However, we need more people like Megan that really takes the initiative to perform her job right, unlike other property managers that only care about a pay check, but Megan does not present herself as such. Megan deserves recognition and her superiors should know the outstanding job she does, and should be rewarded for her great deeds, and as long as she remains the property manager, I will remain a tenant.

This place is a good place to live but the maintenance is terrible and they need to remodel because everything is either rusted or cracking and every time you mention a issue they give you the run around and then you got to get aggressive with them and it shouldn’t be like that but they so fast and will be at your door with rent notices if you don’t pay your rent like it is crazy but yeah other than it’s quiet and peaceful just need better maintenance and remodeling for the amount that we all pay for

I’ve been here for 5months & had no issues. The maintenance team is reliable & great at what They do! Everyone in the office, works together great & are the definition of team work. They fix any problems & are excellent at maintaining the properties clean appearance. I can’t complain at all, it’s refreshing to be able to rely on the staff to get things done with a positive attitude.

My experience here at TaylorPointe has been great! Megan was super helpful during the application process and lease signing. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she had no issue answering them. I didn’t feel rushed, she was very patient and informative. Even as a resident I still feel supported.The maintenance staff are also friendly and respond in a quick manner. It’s a quiet neighborhood, it’s well maintained, and neighbors are friendly. I have no complaints!

When my wife and I first came to live at this property things were in disarray, and for quite some time following. However, in the last 2 years the property manager has worked extremely hard to get the community in order. Its cleaner, its better maintained, and more welcoming than ever before. I would definitely recommend this community to others in the future thanks to the current management.

Taylor Pointe Apartments are making changes within the neighborhood. Having more Patrol regularly and neighborhood awareness, However We would like to see upgrades in our kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. Ive been a resident since 2009. Some issues are address but normal ware is much needed upgrades! The community going forward needs better office furniture to show as viewing, because its really is dated! The staff is great!

Office staff is nice but there is a HORRIBLE water bug issue here. It doesn’t matter how many times they spray the units. You’ll see the bugs outside and inside. I regret signing the lease.

I was experiencing an issue with my refrigeration system. He arrived promptly and he was very pleasant. In addition to his demeanor he was very knowledgeable and confident in his skill set. Love my apartment. People are friendly. Management is great. They keep the place clean. I enjoy the pool always clean and clear. Maintenance men are hard working and always take care of problems right away.. I just signed a new lease my third year here. Handicapped accessible.

These apartments are very well kept, and the maintenance of the property is great too. The staff is super nice and helpful, they really care about their residents. The management has been making some really nice upgrades too!!. Quiet place to live.

New to the area..These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

The rental property needs updating. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, light fixtures, balconies, as well as the breezeways. The original stuff from 1995 are still in the apartments, but not the rental office. Breezeways are dirty and you have to beg the staff to have contractors come out to power wash them. The stairways are very unsteady while stepping on them. There has been some exterior improvements made but it’s time to work on the interior. The owner renovated her other properties, but fails to renovate this property, sadly. In 2020, we need change.

I enjoy living in Taylor Pointe I have no bugs and enough space. Neighbors are very friendly in my unit. The managers are very helpful and understanding. As far as the maintenance they’re very friendly too and will take care of you, and having good conversations with them is always a plus. Dumpsters filled during the holidays but they added a big one during that time to make it easier for everyone. They have small fun events at the office but I never got a chance to attend but I hope to make the next one. The only issue I have is the parking!!! Towing don’t come often being that i get home late some nights is a struggle because people with no sticker that’s filling the lot other then that it’s awesome.

The apartments are spacious, the overall complex is clean, the entire staff is friendly and ready to help in any way they can, and the events they put on for the residents are really great!!!

I lived here years ago and love it. Large apartment with good space. Apartment was so clean when I moved in.

Taylor Pointe is a beautiful place to stay. THey have a good manager that stays on top of things. I have enjoyed living here and things have gotten better and are 100% better than what I was told about this place. Please keep this staff here, they have done a great job taking care of and improving the neighborhood. Any problems I have they take care of it, maintenance is excellent. I really like the new team. I know the manager is taking care of the kids in the breezeway and the parents could help with that. It is not because management is not saying something to them, it is the parents who arent watching their kids. People who do not live here and hang out in the breezeway has been a problem, but Megan the manager has addressed that personally and it has gotten better too. I am really happy with my home and I have lived at several Nusbaum communities and this is the best. Keep up the great work!

This property is infested with water bugs and other type of bugs. I dont know if theyre water bugs or large roaches, but theyre huge! Everything that glitter isnt goal and sadly Ive realized that while living here in the last 6 months. Maintenance and office management arent swift when needing to take care of sever maintenance issues. Also, management has to be told multiple times about an issue before its resolved. Bugs are the major problem here. Large roaches are seen crawling on the outside of apartment doors at night. Management says these bugs are coming from the mulch that was placed down, but It has been 5 months and the bug problem still persists. I wish I could just break my lease and leave. Ive never, in all my life, felt uncomfortable in a place that I pay to lay my head. And to think this property is only 20 years old. Ive stayed in houses and duplexes older than 50 years old that have better bug control. Please beware!!!

Ive not lived the but thats a blessing. I know someone that has and when things get broke dont wait for them to fix it cause months later they still come up with excuses. What looks good on the outside isnt alway how it appears.

I been here 11yrs and its gotten bad. Gun shots kids hanging around the Buildings...trash and just lots of traffic. I been thru 5 managers and i must say...its been something different each time...but some of the same problems. How about just 2yrs ago they started accepting pets not good for me and parking becoming a issue too. I used to love sitting on my deck No more! Its a place to live and things can happen anywhere...but Ive out grown the area and its time for a home. Ps New mangers doing there best and I appreciate you...but its time I make a move 2019. Thank u.

Horrible place.Gun shots all the time.Bug infested spiders mainly .Nasty dumpsters that has 1000s oflies..check it.Pond area dirty and trashy with rats turtles, Geese which produce fecies everywhere.Check it.Grass go uncut alot.Have pictures with it 6 inches high.Mold is a big issue in these apartments.When they do cut grass and not change maintenance personal every month or so because in their words lowpay .It passes on outside as a decent looking outside.Hardly any visitor parking here or its very far from apartment.They have towed hundreds of cars because of noone knowing better on a weekend visit.check.All can be confirmed.Talk to residents here before you fill out app.Never take one persons gripe.If theve been here at least a year.They will ad on.New manager all the time.check it..
