Management is TERRIBLE. They only communicate with you when they want money. Also they have a HUGE ROACH PROBLEM! You could be the cleanest person on the world and still see multiple roaches alive & dead in your home. It’s not a pleasant sight. It’s very disturbing. Do not move here! It’s not worth it! This was a last minute move and we’ve regretted ever second of it. Take your time when looking for a place because this is not it.

Very disappointed in the parking out here. People be parking in 2 parking spaces and you dont have space for to park ur vehicle. Quite frustrating when you cant find the towing company to have it towed.

I am a resident at the crosswinds apartment complex, and I would like to acknowledge and compliment the maintenance supervisor Carnell, for addressing my maintenance needs in a timely and professional manner. He was polite and willing to clean after fixing my sink and what really impressed me was the fact he did a follow up after the contractor finished his job, to make sure my sink was unclogged and working properly, I really appreciated his genuine concern to get the problem fixed. I give Carnell 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The rent is cheap. And it was available when I was last minute searching. I love my Neighbors and it’s close to everything BUT the ROACHES scare me. I pay rent for a place I can’t fully enjoy. And the Roaches live for free 😒😠. The place is now under new management and she sent Terminix in to do a wall treatment. It’s working but guess who has to clean them all up?. So, I will be throwing away everything when I leave here and starting over. If Crosswinds can get the Roach problem resolved it would be a great place to live. For now, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

People are already liars before you get in the door. Made an appointment to see an apartment then when I arrived I was conveniently told there was none available for viewing. Lady made up some story about how there “automates system” makes appointments but when I called corporate I was told that was a lie. If they lie about simple stuff who’s to tell what they’re going to lie about once you’re living there

DO NOT move here! I have been living at Crosswinds since November 2017 and the water bills have been outrageous ranging well over $100 a month, RIDICULOUS for one person living in the apartment. So expect your total monthly payment to be close to or over $1000 and this is suppose to be affordable housing. When you call to inquire why it is so high all you receive is sarcasm. For the past couple months I’ve had an animal, not sure what kind, living in my wall and the situation has yet to be rectified. It scratches on the wall all times of the night and can even be heard running across the ceiling. I’ve had one person call that I’ve spoken with, but has yet to show up or set an appointment. The bathtub is horrible!! I’ve complained of mold, only to come home and it’s only been caulked to cover it. The glazing is horrible the tub/wall has peeled so badly it needs to be replaced, still have not received a return call from the Regional Property Manager whom I left messages for numerous times. If you are looking for “affordable living” which is actually affordable and wish to be managed by an office staff, who is barely there, that actually cares about how you spend your hard earned money, this is not the place for you!

Utilities are NOT included in the rent. They may say a couple different things, but the charge you for whatever many rooms/bathrooms and how many people in the home for a couple of months and then the prices go up about $70+ a month, so no matter which floorplan you have you’ll most likely be paying at least over $1000+ a month. It’s not worth it. The walls are THIN, the neighbors are NOSEY! THE APARTMENTS ALSO HAVE ROACHES! And the rent office lies about EVERYTHING!

Since new management Mrs Julia and assistant Jenny took over things like issues with landscaping or people speeding through the parking lot or maintenance needs to be done it gets done immediately and efficiently. Definitely recommend living now with these ladies.

Roaches, Just Roaches, And watch out for the scam in the office, after telling me I fit within the requirements to live here, they waited 15 days to finally tell me after Ive called 4 times over those 15 days, that I make too much to live here and I was ripped my privileges to pick up my holding fee at the office after they said I could, I was being polite on the phone and understood the circumstances. For the record I have a place and wanted to upgrade, so their isnt any bias to this post, since I will not be homeless, and rent and bills are paid.Thank you Crosswind apartment team, please give me a call when youd like me to come get my check politely from the office.

This is a good area BUT...., some neighbors are very disruptive. Teens are always in the cuts behind the property. Laundry room has been broken into and vandalized. The drive way is a traffic jam hot mess because the front parking is too close to the street. One way in one way out and its not really wide enough for two cars (constant headache). Oh and water bugs disgusting. They do spray the property but it doesnt help for long. New property manager Patrice is never in the office, and when she is she never answers the phone. Children throw trash around with no consequences. Kids play on the main door step, meaning you have to knock to get their attention so that they can let you out the door. Weed aroma is usually in the air in the hall. New tenants being approved are mixed with good and ratchet. I was there 3 years and as far as i know theres been 1 shooting. Good things: its usually quiet, Vehicles are safe, rent doesnt increase, neighbors are usually friendly, and not a dangerous area (in my opinion), police monitor area random nights. Office paperwork is always being lost or missed. You have to ask for payment receipts even though its a walk-in payment. If you need one they will simply make a copy of how you paid and sign it.... No stamp and not official looking at all.
