Called looking to get on of there apartments but wasn’t going to be able to move in until august so I asked if I could put a hold on it and they said yeah so I asking how I can give them the money and she said I have to go to them keep on mind I stay in Manassas they were very unhelpful and not understanding at all then went over the income requirements and it goes up even if you have small children. Company is extremely money hungry and would not recommend to anyone they will give you a hard time before you can even get a foot through the door.
Staff is excellent . Very clean and quiet complex. There are no bug issues or mice issues that I have saw. No one hanging outside. Happy I moved here especially after my relocation from another state. Paper work was handled quick and professionally. Oh and fixing things are done immediately as well love my residency.
I have lived in this community for nearly 8 years, and have watched the surrounding area grow and evolve. All of the staff members are very helpful, kind and considerate and always go above and beyond to make sure I have a pleasant living experience. Any maintenance issues that arise (which rarely occur) are always taken care of the same day. I can honestly say that I have never experienced any type of pest issue as the grounds are extremely well kept. If you are looking for an affordable apartment community that is close to everything -- Greenbrier, Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach--then this is the place for you!
I currently live at Arbor Glen and have been her for the past 2 years and enjoy my apartment. Maintenance comes out when you call the office staff is nice and worked with me to get into my apartment. I always feel safe and I sometimes dont get home until 2 in the morning from working at the hospital. If their are any issues you may have let Mrs. Linda know and she will definitely take care of it. There is no assigned parking so if your looking for anything negative there you go.
This place was very respectful, helpful, and has truly been my best experience for my very first apartment.
I have lived at Arbor Glen since 2010 and have ALWAYS loved my place until this year. I began to have a mice problem this year and they arent doing enough about it. I keep my house clean but they are finding a way in either behind my dishwasher or under my sink. Ive asked for the dishwasher to be pulled out multiple times and Linda refuses to do it. They keep sending pest control but they have done nothing to find the point of entry. Waterbugs are also getting in the same way. I absolutely HATE this place now and Ive always loved it. My kids and I live in fear. I have an infant who will be crawling soon and I cant let him do that here. We arent even celebrating Christmas because I threw my tree in the garbage out of frustration. I cant wait to move.
I love this place. I cant stay away.
My upstairs neighbors kids are loud 24-7. Ive been living there for 4 years. They are new this year. Ive complained for the first time a few months ago..and still complaining now. It has gotten worse. I pay rent for a place I cant even stay in at night. The ceiling fan is about to fall from the ceiling. If you move here dont live on the first floor. You wont get any rest.
This place sucks. Literally sucks. We had major bug problems and even MICE problems. It was truly disgusting🤮I was SCARED to live in there. That’s not how I should’ve felt. Linda tried to accuse my mother of lying which was heartless and filthy. I am very glad that we moved and I definitely will not be missing Arbor Glen;) gooday mates
I really like this place, water bill is usually really cheap around 40ish for me...Quiet neighborhood everyone mostly sticks to themselves, I havent encountered any mice or bug problems so that is a plus, maintenance people come pretty fast when I put in a work order, only problem I had in the beginning was the floors are extremely squeaky, there was a huge crack in the wall but maintenance fixed that pretty quick, only thing they would really need to focus on Is maybe small repairs every so often but thats about it.Iam a current resident.
Excellent place to live. Management and maintenance staff are superior and professional. Been here since December of 2010.
I put 3 stars so it wouldnt really hurt their rating nor help.I had an Awesome house I rented once. $500 a month and no problems. Until the mold. I paid to get rid of the mold since the rent was so cheap. The owners would have to do stuff on the house though to keep it from coming back. They chose not to. It came back in about 6 months.I was sick for months. Then one day it felt like someone had snapped my rib bones in half. Went to the e.r. and found out it was pneumonia. The way it felt, whew, I thought I was gonna die. I was hospitalized because I wasnt getting enough oxygen. When they finally said I could go home I started crying because I was do scared of getting sick again.Luckily, my parents lived close so I stayed there while I recuperate. When I went to the house I wore a ventilator and packed everything. The landlord stopped by and I told him how bad the mold was again and he didnt care. And his family members were moving in next! I hope they were ok. Out of my family of four I was the only one affected I think because Im already usually a little short of breath.I dont know if they said the mold us just mold or if its black mold, but please, be so careful of black mold.Mine was such a traumatic experience I would do Anything to avoid going through that again..Anything.
Was planning on staying here but seen there was a mice problem...YUCK!
