If I can give this property 10 stars I would. I went into the office and spoke with Amber, I may say she was very welcoming and professional my time spending in the office. I did a tour of their model, which is LOVELY by the way. Unfortunately, they did not have an available unit for the time frame that I was looking to move. I will most certainly be back to this apartment complex soon and hopefully they will have unit for me and I can get the full experience working with Amber :)

My bestfriend hasn’t had the best experience living here. She’s had major problems with her apartment since day one. The toilet flooded once I returned & they just called someone to dry the carpet up instead of removing it. It has a leftover smell in the house because her carpet has flooded multiple times. She’s asked to be moved & they never take her serious. The bathtub has clogged so many times, including the toilet & kitchen sink. Bugs come & go even though she maintains the apartment.

Amber fulfilled everything that we needed, in a timely manner. She has been amazing with follow-up calls and handling anything weve concerned, immediately after being addressed. I recommend Ambers service, to those who seek proper guidance!

I absolutely love the office staff! Madison helped me move in to my first apartment here! She was very responsive to my needs and was able to find me a fantastic apartment to suit my needs! I needed to move to the area within a week, and she worked diligently to ensure that my needs were met to the best of her abilities.Serra helped me with my quest to find a bigger apartment a few months later! She was also very responsive to my needs! The turn around was very quick! She was thorough and very clear with the charges!Virginia is a fantastic addition to the wonderful office staff! She is super chill and sweet!I love coming into the leasing office because I am always greeted by wonderful amazing and beautiful faces and smiles! Obviously, I have NO plans of leaving anytime soon!

4/25/2016 since Ive moved in I have had multiple bad experiences. Incidents involving guns in parking lot, cars with bullet holes domestic violence fight in parking lots. I was approached by a neighbor less than a week ago because her apartment was broken into. The officer told her there had been 13 break in in this apartment complex over the past month. Other tenants having parties which resulted in about 900.00$ in property damage to my vehicle. My family being threatened to be hurt because we questioned who damaged our vehicle . When I called cooperate and left a e mail I was called back later after I had to call again. I was told that she had to investigate and that I should have stayed inside while I just let them damage my property even worse than it was. I have had bugs, roaches and pests. Which I have had to ask Everytime I pay my rent for it to be fixed. . A guy came out one time. He said he had to keep coming back because there was a problem that was here way before us... I dont feel safe and as far as my tenant rights they are suppose to provide a safe place for their tenants to dwell and even though its not everyday . Its still alot in the 4 and half months Ive been here... I feel as though they think Im being annoying but I dont appreciate being threatened. I dont appreciate feeling like Im just a ignorant female. ... ... If you want a quiet place to dwell, this isnt for you. If you are trying to live peacefully this isnt for you ... I hope my post helps someone else choose a little more wisely before they set on this place or area...

Don’t move here, staff are rude !, they don’t never answer the phone ! and they have roaches ! the you can hear the neighbors everytime they leave they house because the doors are so loud, the trash can was always full and overflowing ! very dirty, they flood real bad when it rain!!!! just a very filthy, roach infected, place i would not recommend and they are liars!!

My fiance and I needed a place to live quickly, within our price range. While I dont have the bug problem or maintenance issues, my car has been broken into. People party in our parking lot and leave drugs, beer cans, condom wrappers, etc, littered all over our lot. When I need to call for something, they never answer. When they do, I get someone with an attitude. The carpets when we moved in werent even stapled down correctly, so either way Im sure Ill be charged for that. Our neighbors violate the dog breed agreement and theirs gets overly aggressive with me and my dog. Our laundry center is always closed. Our rent went up as well. I dont recommend this place. Were looking to move, but we just locked in for another year. I will definitely be taking my time next time.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! KEEP GOING!!! I have been out here 2 years and it has gone from okay to absolutely TERRIBLE. Currently I have been without a working toilet for 3 days!!!! Yes the only toilet in my apartment has sewage backing up in it and in my tub! Absolutely unsanitary and disgusting! They keep saying they are sending a plumber. The plumber came yesterday and 1.5 hours after he left it was backing up again! I’m going down to the city this morning because it has to be against the law to expect me to live here without a working bathroom!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS! YOU’LL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Beware.... I dont care if you are strapped for cash.Avoid this place like the plague.They will do their best to claim your deposit or legally damage you.If you already live here, TAKE.PICTURES.It isnt a game. If you ever have to go to court with them, go. Defend yourself. Do not believe them worth their word.

Dont Move here, I repeat DO NOT move here. Take my advice. Before I considered moving here I read the reviews and saw that they were rated two stars and I figured it could not be that bad. But it is !!!Maintenance request have gone unanswered since June mind you it is October. My rent increased $50 at my lease renewal even though I know that they are charging new tentants a lower rate.In the summertime the bugs here are ridiculous. There are all kinda of bugs and BIG ass roaches.The property management staff is incompetent. They change more people in the staff more than I change clothes. So listen to my warning if you read this do not move here. I am even writing this review from a friends account anonymously because I fear that they will retaliate and act petty when it is time for me to move out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will spend more time fighting with the fat angry managers in the office than anything else. Those women are nothing but rude, and will not care when you have water flooding your unit, or bugs infesting everything. A week wont go by where youre not on the phone trying to get someone to fix something, and you get nothing but eye rolls and attitude if you try to talk to them in person. Note to whoever owns this apartment - hire better managers - because the ghetto, disgusting women you have working here are the most unprofessional pieces of crap Ive ever met.

4/1/15. When we first moved in there was a problem with the time it took maintenance to respond to several maintenance requests. We lived 3 months with no lock on our back door and mailbox! it was only when we reminded them how illegal it was that they came and fixed it the same day.Also, when we moved into the apartment, they gave us one with pet stains in the living room AND it was infested with fleas! We have a dog so neither of these were okay. They sent professionals to clean the carpet and fix the flea problem, but still, we shouldnt have been moved into an apartment that had these issues to begin with. Now we are trying to move out and they are blaming us on the stains that have been there since day one! In addition, our water heater broke and left our hallway soaking wet for days. we waited two days for them to fix the issue. The hallway was literally soaking wet. After replacing the water heater and the carpet dried out, they refused to replace the carpet which has now begun to smell like mold.Also, we have requested that when maintenance enter our apartment, that we be present due to the fact we were robbed from our last apartment community. They have come in with out letting us know on three separate occasions, even when we reminded them of our request. Therefore it was strictly due to negligence or laziness.In addition, there is a mandatory fee for valet trash. And this service is hardly ever done. We are paying for a service that inst happening and they wont refund any of the money we have given for it. When we complained about it not happening, they told us to keep complaining and maybe it will get fixed! This is a great example of poor customer service.Also, a friends car was broken into when he stayed with us for the night.However, our neighbors are friendly.

Not a bad place to live BUT if you have a pet they will make you pay for them to replace the carpet. NO MATTER WHAT! Unfortunately my spouse is in the military and we had to move the same day we moved out of there so I was not able to do a pre-assessment. I highly recommend you do a pre-assessment so that you are not surprised with any charges. The maintenance team is slow and incompetent. I advise if you Have any pets you do not live here. Also our townhouse flooded three times while living here for a year.

Lived here for 10 years...and that was 9 years too long.Flooded apartment, toilet backing up from the upstairs neighbours pipes.Master closet and linen closet flooding...damaging a lot of the things my late father in law left for his son.That was in one year or a matter of months.Neighbours upstairs getting sick over the railing.Gun shots in the parking lot.Maintenance taking days to respond. Rude front office staff.People that worked there stole our tv, game system,computer, watches, handbags,coffeemaker, bike, sheet sets,comforter, Goody hair acressories, hair products and I could go on and on.Nothing was ever done.

Shooting,Worse place I had ever lived in!!The maintenance people have no clue, my dishwasher was always broke, when I ask for maintenance to come out I wasnt going to be home not a big deal... but when I got in everything on my end table was in the floor and broken, when I called the office they told me that there people dont brake things... ok then how did it all end up in the floor and broke?my porch was falling, I had a dip in my living room floor, my kitchen light was hanging by tape, upper management told me that if I didnt like it to move out!!People please stay away from this ghetto ass place!!!They never fix things and all you are to them is money...As a tenant I felt I had no rights,Save your moneys and go some place else!!!!

WARNING: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get my issues resolved come to find out they are doing fraudulent things - they had no choice but to give me my money back.This is the worst place to move to and I am not even a tenant. I applied end of February-since the moment I have started the application process it has been terrible. I have been giving wrong information for example I was told the rent was 735 when I called in about something else she told me the rent waa 767...... I was told my 300 dollar security deposit would hold the apartment however they tried to get me to move in earlier because she said she couldnt hold the apartment for more than 6 days and told me my security deposit only locks in the price Nd does not actually hold an apartment for you . I had to give thia lady my paystubs 3 different times . She need my most recent but didnt tell me exactly how many so I gave her 3 of my most recent pay stubs she said she needed four. So I gave her four but she wanted them from dates that werent even my pay datea but were withing my pay period . She said it wasnt good enough she needed more stubs. It just didnt make sense, everyone there has an attitude, one girl told me she understands my frustration and she was about to quit soon, when I askes the acting manager to handle my app process she told me no and that she is just gonna hand it back to who I was dealing with . There is no actual manager there. Corperate is no better. You cant get in contact with them 80 percent of the time and they jusr send u back to the apartment complex. I decided I couldnt move here. They act incompetent and nonchalant about everything. I couldnt get my deposit back either.

I lived here for 2.5 yrs. During that short time I had my hot water tank flood my unit TWICE, the kitchen plumbing rebuilt, the bathroom clogged up so bab sewage was coming in the tub TWICE. Thankfully I had renters insurance to cover the damage. Management is poor and always changing. They put notices on 2 of my neighbors doors for balances less than $1.00.

I regret renewing my lease this summer that just past the pool they show so much on there site was not open at all this time i keep getting the run around everytime i call because my bathtub needs to be redone after regrettably living here for 5 years the stout broke this week and i been calling for 2 weeks because the stout has holes in it and its been deteriorating but still the nothing I hate it here but im stuck another year here unfortunately I do not recommend this place 5 years living here and this place has had 3 different owners what does that say

Awful here. Skip this one. We were only here 6 months and had maintenance here dozens of times. Ceiling leaks, mold growing on wall, floor crack, sewage back up in pipes, bathroom flooded with human waste, laundry basket stole in laundry room, laundry machines always breaking and eating your quarters. HATED IT. Moving tomorrow.

One word, ROACHES
