I called this place on accident but the lady that answered the phone had such a soothing voice that I had to come and check out the property. Allena was even more pleasant in person I was even greeted by the maintenance guy. I would have rented if they would have had an apartment for immediate move in. I will be back again when I start my apartment search.

I was looking for a townhome in Virginia Beach area and stumbled across this property. I came in contact with Allena. She was so informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns about moving to a different state and about the property. I’m looking for something bigger but I think I’m sold on this property based on my experience with her. Being a Jersey girl I loved her southern hospitality!

I have been living here for a year now my experience is excellent don’t have to call for anything twice the office staff is very nice especially the property manager. Very spacious would recommend to anyone.

I visited Thrive apartments looking for a one bedroom but, they did offer a one bedroom however, if i could have rented a two i would have rented on this very day Allena was so helpful she really made my day.

I visited Thrive Apartments for my daughter she is looking to find a place to stay and Allena and Keyonna were great they answered every question that i asked and even called to a few sister properties to see if they had anything available. Their hospitality was very welcoming.

Allena is a very professional leasing agent. She is always eager to assist. Every time I call, she is always upbeat and pleasant. Allena goes above and beyond assisting residents. Whenever there is anything going on in the area, she makes sure everyone is aware. I couldnt ask for a better leasing agent than her. I enjoy my place here and the fact that Allena is prompt and available to answer and address any concerns.

This was the best apartment search experience that i have had in a while Allena the manager was a big help although she could not help me due to income restrictions she did inform me of the sister properties that was in the area.

I recently moved to the property about 2 months ago. So far I have enjoyed living at Thrive apartments. The women in the office are always friendly and helpful. The property and neighborhood is kept very clean all the time. The maintenance team has responded to all of my needs in a very timely matter. I have really enjoyed living in the newly remodeled apartments. Great space for the price. Also,I like the various activities they have had during the holidays in order to bring the community together. I look forward to making this place my new home.

Any problems that arose, the property manager Lena, was ALWAYS there to help. My positive experience here is truly because of her. She is so nice and friendly that I couldn’t have asked for a place to live.

There are nice size apartments and I like the up keep as far as the outside of apartment.......The office manger is very Nice and Helpful......

I really enjoy living in this apartment complex. The leasing staff is excellent and accommodating. The apartments have been remodeled and are spacious. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

Get office working if anything is broke they come fix it fast one of the best moves I ever made plus I love the neighborhood
