I have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it. Lee and Tosh are professional will excellent customer service. It would be nice if they add lights to each ceiling. Maybe a ceiling fan to the master bedroom. If your looking for a quiet, safe, clean and friendly atmosphere this is the home for you.

My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for when he returned from deployment for a few months. After reaching out to several places, receiving sub-par customer service from other apartment communities if any response at all, we landed here at The Sterling. It was one of the top on our list and we got a very quick response from Tosh, who has been nothing short of AMAZING to work with. She has been incredibly understanding of our situation and we are so grateful for all the work she has put in to secure his new home! We knew very quickly we didnt want to go anywhere else. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live with a responsive, professional, and helpful staff!

I felt that these apartments were spacious and well appointed. They are classic yet the upgrades & amenities make them a good value. The leasing staff was always professional & helpful.

If you’re looking for somewhere nice and quiet this is your place!! Tons of natural lighting, spacious living room and the staff are always helpful. Another plus is that the neighborhood is always clean!! Highly recommend!

My apartment doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The closets are NOT walk-ins. The “gym” is a joke, it’s one bedroom with a few items and it’s hardly ever open. They don’t give 2 craps about any of the tenants. Vehicle thefts and vandalism are going up and they refuse to put up cameras or do anything for us. I can’t wait for the end of my lease.

This is my first apartment and I absolutely LOVE it here! The property manager Nicole is amazing! If anything needs to be fixed, it is always done in a timely fashion. When we moved in we had brand new everything and I could not have asked for a better first apartment. I definitely recommend living here! Its perfect for all ages!

Would not recommend to anyone. Lived their for 6 months with a roommate. 1st month, July, was great! 3rd month we had lived with a horrible smell (like sewage) coming from the sink; Complained 3 times before it was fixed. I am not sure how long that went on. By January, we had experienced new management and how THEY run things so it was not so bad before but after they took over it felt like residents didnt matter. The Manager also runs Taylor Point and Grant in Norfolk, I can only assume its the same at those places. Dont even try to make an appointment she makes excuses about how she couldnt get to you that day. We had maintenance come into our home which was downplayed till Match (when Im writing this.) I left my roommate in February who is moving out once lease is up and THEN the management decided to talk about it once I mentioned getting a warrant if it happened to someone else. Im sorry but you should have asked for my Police report in January when I brought it to your attention.

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT WHO REGRETS SIGNING A YEAR LEASE BECAUSE OF THE WATER BILL AND SEWER .THIS APARTMENT IS EXTREMELY SMALL AND MY BILL IS 80.00! WITH NO DISH WASHER OR WASHER AND DRYER IN THE APARTMENT. WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE IT WAS NICE UNTIL NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER THE PROPERTY AND EVERYONE JUST STARTED MOVING OUT. I WAS ASSURED BY THE OFFICE MANAGER THAT MY BILL WOULDNT BE ANYTHING CRAZY, BUT IT IS. DONT MOVE HERE BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

I love it here. Ive been here for about 6 months and our property manager and maintenance manager have both been very reachable and responsive to our familys needs. Its nice to live somewhere with a reliable staff
