Dr. Dancausse is excellent and so is the staff! I have been coming here for years. He is very gentle, so you never have to worry about pain. Ive also seen Dr. McNulty for emergency service and he is excellent also! I recommend going here as both Drs are very caring of their patients. Theyre the best around by far!

I had a lovely visit at the Dentist office today. My dental hygienist Carlene, Dentist Dr McNulty and the receptionists Latoya and Erika were all so very pleasant. It was my first time there, but the made me feel as I was a family member or a long time friend.The care and treatment was excellent. They take the time to find out what the problem is and what your needs are and Come up with the best solution for you. You are their main focus... I felt at home, they work with do much compassion. I couldnt have made a better choice.

My dentist had retired and a family member recommended the office.WOW, what a great experience!At 58 years old I’d never had a gum probing and comprehensive exam. My dentists had shown me xrays, but I never knew what to look at. Carlene took photos and showed me the pictures. I still have a silver filling and an old white filling that doesn’t hurt, but looks like it needs to be fixed.The hygienist, Carlene, cleaned my teeth so thoroughly I can really tell the difference.I will be back for sure.

The Best dentist I’ve ever been to. As soon as I entered I was greeted with the warmest hospitality by Penny. She asked me a few mandatory questions (she’s so sweet). After that, she took me straight to Latoya who looked at me and smiled because she remembered my name and all of the phone conversations we had (I was having difficulty with my insurance but I finally got in!) Latoya is even more kind in person. Penny then made sure I used hand sanitizer on my way back (by the way it smells so clean in there (kudos!). When I went back, I met Ms.Rhonda. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the procedure. Then when I met Dr.D I just knew this would be a forever dentist. He took his time to explain what I had going on and discussed future steps to getting it under control. Not to mention he’s a funny guy lol. I can’t forget about Erika! The receptionist she was amazing as well. We share the love of the same Bible verse. How beautiful is that! I’m always nervous when I go to the dentist, however I was so relaxed from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. This will definitely be my forever dentist!

Hands down the best dental office in Charlotte. I brought my mom in for an ER tooth extraction and new patient. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My mom stated she was informed of the whole process and this is the only dentist office where she actually never felt nervous. True enough, the dentist was very skilled; no pain felt whatsoever. I will be recommending all of my friends and family. We are very happy and thankful for the service we received today.

By far the best experience Ive had at a dental office. They took good care to ensure that the process of getting a filling was practically painless and the work was flawless. I visited Dr. McNultys office on September 24, 2020. What a nice experience Kearney was my dental hygienist she was thorough, knowledgeable, and super nice. Dr. McNulty is very nice and knowledgeable dentist. My experience was all around wonderful, I am really particular regarding dentists since I worked on the field for a while I know exactly what I want. I highly recommend Dr. McNultys office if you need a new dentist they will provide great service and care about your dental health.

I am so glad I chose this office for my dental needs. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! The front office was very nice and professional. My hygienist was personable and very detailed, she explained things to me that no one else had ever taken time to. To top it off Dr Dancausse was just as friendly and personable.

I & my entire family have been going to this dentist for almost 16 years. I love all the hygienist they have as well as the office personnel & both Dr. Dancausse & Dr. McNulty. They are like family & treat you as such. I have visited since the pandemic & they are making sure they take all precautions to keep you & themselves safe. Taking temperatures at the door, plexiglass at the counters & keeping down the number of people in the wait room. They have always been an exceptionally clean office but they are even more so with the Covid 19 virus being so contagious.

I am the biggest dentist scaredy-cat cat one can imagine. My first bad experience was at 8 years old, alone with a big husky dentist who had nicotine breath, drilling my tooth and yelling at me to shut up because he knew he wasn’t hurting me. It was all down hill from there.Dr. Dancausse is the kindest, gentleman I’ve met in a while. ( Ladies he’s not hard to look at either). Though he delivered some bad news to me, I took it in stride simply because the office was full of kind and understanding folks who made me feel important and cared for. I’ll be getting my regular care there from now on and feel very comfortable recommending them to others, scaredy-cats or not.

This is not your typical patient review as I am a Dental Hygiene student who spent several weeks shadowing at this office and wanted to take the time to write about my amazing experience. Hopefully this review can be helpful for anyone looking for a new trustworthy dental office since I was able to see the back end of everything.Both Dr. McNulty and Dr. Dancaussee welcomed me as soon as I came in to shadow. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable, and the most down to earth dentists I have met by far.Laura, one of the dental assistants, took me under her wing and made me feel comfortable by showing me where everything was located and taking the time to teach me the computer software. Pilar, the other dental assistant is so fun to be around, she will keep you laughing and smiling for days!Penny, the office manager, and the office staff, Latoya and Erika, were so positive and bubbly every morning that I could tell they really love their job and enjoy being there every day.I spent most of my time here with the dental hygienists Nancy, Carlene, Maria, Kearney, and Vicki. The first thing that took me by surprise was that several of the hygienists have been there for 20+ years. I have shadowed and been a patient at numerous offices with a high turnover rate, so the fact that this office has had the same hygienists for years and years already showed me that this is obviously a dentist office I would like to work at. All of the hygienist are really knowledgeable and take the time to educate their patients on any important matters. I’ve seen other hygienists that rush through cleanings and procedures just so they can get a quick break to sit in the break room between patients but the ladies here are always out in the office talking with their patients and spending every minute possible giving them the care they need. I highly recommend this dentist office. You will be in good hands no matter which hygienist takes care of you!

I love this place My neighbor recommended me to go there over 20 years ago and I cannot say enough about Dr. McNulty and his team. I feel like I am going home when I go there. Once I left for only a month or so to go somewhere closer and it was a tough decision due to my family growth and time constraints but I quickly went back and asked them to take us back because we missed them and their tender loving care.

As always they were wonderful. I had an unexpected problem with a tooth, called today and they found time to see me. Dr. McNulty was great looking for ways to fix the issue the most affordable way and even taking the time to call me later tonight to see how I was doing. My hygienist Maria was very thorough and took time to show me where my problem areas were and how to resolve them, taking a lot of anxiety off my shoulders. They were very prompt and there was little to no wait from my arrival to the exam room. They were very patient when it came to scheduling and reschedueling multiple times. Im very very pleased and hope to continue going to them for as long as possible!

Its unfortunate that the office manager has caused Dr. McNulty loose a long standing patient. I contacted the office to inform them that I needed to reschedule my appointment due to work obligations and unfortunately Ive had to reschedule in the past at times its been a few hours before my appointment. The office manager Patty U. spoke to me after requesting a reschedule and informed be that I could not longer reschedule. I could only do same day appointments, which for most is impossible due to the availability of the dental hygienist and Dr. McNulty. I told Tara that wasnt fair to be told all of a sudden with no warning or guidelines to make this hard rule...which by the way is not something Dr. McNulty has approved of. Dr McNulty is an amazing dentist. I received and email from Tara with another dentists name that I could try. She has shown how little she cares about Dr. McNulty and the patients she chooses to treat poorly. Ive been a patient of Dr.McNulty for years as well as my daughter and parents.Crystal

The staff here have the best customer service.I lost my filling to a bagel on Sunday called the office at 805am Monday and was told the doctor could see me but I may have to return for the filling. I arrived at at 9am and left all filled up 😁.I love the service I receive at this office.
