The hygienist, Jazz, I’m sorry I’m not sure of spelling, was so friendly, gentle and thorough. Everyone that I encountered at the office was very welcoming and I felt very well taken care of during my entire visit.

I am a 31 year old man who was afraid of dentist because of my past never having great experiences! If you need a dentist that is going to make sure that you are taken care of not just with your teeth but make sure you are important as a person! Ask for Dr A. Rupani! My god such a wonderful soul and during procedures she is making sure that I am okay. I need it a lot of work, Two extractions, 3 Crowns and 4 fillings and not even the Invisalign and dental implants for the future! However, I would not go to any other dentist. I started going here when moving to Charlotte. I went three times before changing dentists. One hygienist that I saw during my visits was very abrasive on my mouth. I was told at my last visit that I would need a filling replaced. I decided to get a second opinion by another office and they told me no such thing needed to happen. I feel disappointed in the care that I received if they were trying to replace a filling that did not need it.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hygienists and dentists are very good at what they do and also compassionate. I recommend Fresh Dental (Park Rd / Quail Corners).

Fresh Dental was amazing today. I called at noon as I had a filling fall out and had an appointment the same day. Once I arrived, they had multiple COVID prevention measures in place. The staff was wonderful, from the initial person I spoke to on the phone, the hygienist, the insurance/billing staff member as well as the dentist! She evaluated my problem and fixed it in less than an hour. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Good first experience as a new patient to this dental practice. The doctor and staff were friendly and responsive. My first visit took about a total of two hours, which I thought was a little long, and I had to wait for 15-20 minutes in between the doctor consultation and the hygienist who did my cleaning. But overall a good experience.

I just gave birth and was a little scared going to the dentist during COVID but they are very clean in this office! I felt fully comfortable being there. Very nicely decorated with TVs in the rooms to keep you entertained while waiting. It didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. The dentist knew what she was talking about, explained everything to me very clearly and they work with you and your insurance to pay for everything! So glad I found a dentist office I can trust and feel comfortable with!

I have spent years trying to find a dental hygienist that was empathetic to my sensitive teeth and gums. Tara hands down, was fantastic. She did an amazing job and she took time to educate me on the state of my gums and teeth, how to strengthen them and keep them healthy! She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. She also took AMAZING care of my 9 year old and my 3 year old (her first visit). I will never go anywhere else! Fresh Dental is very clean, music selection is awesome and the Dentist was also great.: )

My issues are with changing appointment times without any notification. Then there is the overcharging for services rendered when insured, to the point of having a constant credit on my account and if asked for your money back its seems as difficult as pulling teeth.Was told a month ago i would be credited the overcharges, still nothing.... smhUpdated 11/15/20 - Reimbursement payment was finally received... changing 1 star to 4 stars. Look at your bills folks...

Liz at front desk, Tabitha the hygienist and Dr. Patel were great. The explanation of payment(s) after insurance was good. Probably the best part for me was seeing the images of my teeth on the monitor while Dr. Patel explains what it means in terms of what is happening, what can happen and what treatment options to consider. It felt thorough and concise.

Fresh Dental is always super clean inside the office. The receptionists are friendly. My hygienist, Calo was very kind and professional, and the dentist as well. They explained the added services and were upfront about the charges, asking what I wanted to have them do. Another good visit.

I love this place! I’ve found my home. From the front to the back, outstanding service! My doctor was amazing. Dr. Patel was sweet, quick and efficient! Terrence was awesome and the hygienist was amazing! I will be back.

My first visit was great. I had a general cleaning and check up with my hygienist Kim, who’s beside manner is fantastic. Dr Patel and the rest of the staff were also warm and welcoming.The inside of the office is very FRESH, if I do say so myself, inviting atmosphere, the equipment is brand new and made me feel like it was the latest, most up-to-date care. They also have tinted sunglasses for you to wear during treatment, which is very smart and I’m not sure why other places weren’t already doing this so you’re not blinded by the lights.Definitely will be going back and recommending others.

I understand why the place has five star reviews. Also, my boyfriend loves this place so I decided to transfer here from my old dental place. When you walk in, the smell of the office is amazing. It’s like a fresh clean scent which I thoroughly enjoyed. The ladies in the front had great customer service. However, the dental hygienist was a bit off today. She seemed to be in her own world and was not really into cleaning my teeth. Lol she missed a few spots when polishing and flossing them. It must have been an off day for her so I was fine with it. But the reason I’m giving them a 5 star instead of 4 is because they were able to fit me in for a filling, without an appointment, after my cleaning since I was having major tooth pain. The doctor did it so quickly and efficiently that I was so amazed. The other place I used to go messed up the fillings in my teeth. Four of them!! I’m pretty upset about that but the doctor assured me that he would fix it and that all fillings done at Fresh Dental have a one year guarantee and if there are issues, they can fix the fillings for free. I wish I went here when my boyfriend transferred over. It would’ve saved me a lot of money.

There’s a reason why this place had so many 5 star reviews. The staff and doctors are amazing and know you by name. I was a bit terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed and almost went the IV route. I figured it would take hours and I have a “thing” against mouth gore. Dr. Bouali told me he’d have them out in 10 minutes (all four). It took about 8 minutes from start to finish. My HSA balance is thankful that I heeded their advice and didn’t go the IV route.Very grateful to the team at Fresh Dental for their advice and service.

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. My hygienist was very friendly and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. The dentist was great at explaining the health of my teeth. I am someone who hates to go to the dentist and I can say this was a most pleasant experience.

Dr Bouali just extracted my wisdom teeth. He was very professional and he helped ease my anxiety. He pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth in under 10 minutes! The procedure was quick and painless (minus the numbing shots, which was expected). Katy was also amazing. Thank you for making this experience less scary and easier to deal with!!
