Dr. David is great and very explanatory with what is going on in your mouth and what procedures he recommends. Elizabeth is awesome, funny and patient. Great visit and Elizabeth did a really good job cleaning my teeth. Dr Heidenreich did a wonderful job repairing my chipped front tooth, and no one could ever tell I had work done; great color match!

My previous dentist sold his practice and the new dentist doesnt accept my dental insurance. So I searched and read reviews on about a dozen other dentists. Carolina Dentistry at The State Line seemed to be a very stable dental practice and had lots of good online reviews. For me its unnerving to change dentists after having a good one. Well, Im very pleased to say that after my first two appointments to Dr. David Heidenreich and his staff at Carolina Dentistry at The State Line, Im super happy. Im totally convinced that I have found a sound, stable, honest, and very skilled dentist that I can keep for many years to come. My initial visit was for cleaning and exam which included xrays. I knew I had a small problem with 2 upper molars on left side and sure enough Dr. Heidenreich found them. I was anxious to have them repaired so they gave me and estimate for my part and I was shocked that it was so reasonable. Honestly my super low end Medicare policy doesnt cover much so I was pleasantly surprised. We set the appointment to do the repairs. I was able to evaluate Dr. Heidenreichs skills when he did the repairs. Actually I found that Dr. Heidenreich and his staff are a knotch above my previous dentist. Im very happy that I found Carolina Dentistry at The State Line, Dr. David Heidenreich, and his excellent skilled staff. If you are looking for a stable, honest, and skilled dental practice for yourself and your family, this is the one I would recommend whole heartedly without any hesitation.

Very pleasant experience. First time I had met the dentist and his associates. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and safe.

Dr. Heidenreich is an absolute sweetheart (as is his hygienist Shelly). I followed him from another office that was literally across the street from where I live so thats saying something right there. I appreciate his conservative approach and he doesnt try to talk you into some procedure you dont need or want. I have been down that road with previous dentists after moving to Charlotte.

My semi-annual appointment was exactly on time, the hygienist was efficient, the equipment is modern, and Dr. H reviewed everything and advised me of one potential trouble spot and how to address it if I chose to do so. Excellent service with moderate pricing.

Dr Schwartz was my dentist for many years in Virginia until he relocated to North Carlonia. When I had some difficult dental work come up, I made the 6 hr drive down to North Carolina to see him to see what his treatment plan would be. I decided to do the work I needed with him despite having to make the drive a few times. So happy I did as he and his staff are the up most compassionate and skilled professionals (his assistant Ashley is the bestest!) ever!If you want a dentist who not only knows his stuff, is upfront, kind and wont take you to the bank for stuff not needing to be done...hes your man!Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had! I made an appointment a week ago and the receptionist was absolutely superb...no pressure, just explained everything clearly and pleasantly. On the day of the appointment the desk staff was very pleasant. Dr. Schwartz and his assistant, Beth, were most accommodating and not rushing me ; the plans for further treatments were explained in a manner I could understand and they had time for my questions. First time at Stateline. Had lost a filling and they got me in on very short notice. Had to wait but that was to be expected. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Schwartz was awesome. I am actually considering making Stateline my primary dentist as is my wife based on this positive experience.

I recently moved from out of state where Id seen the same dentist for thirty years. I was told about Dr Schwartz by a neighbor,and found hed advertised in our church bulletin as well, so I gave the office a call and was pleased when a friendly voice answered. I must say the doctor and his hygienist made me feel right at home immediately. My visit was thorough and painless and I know I will have excellent dental care for years to come at Carolina Dentistry.

So to start off, Im not the smallest guy. 6ft 230 lbs Combat Veteran. That being said, I have a fear of dentist or anyone putting their hands in my mouth. So when my wisdom tooth and molar decided to break, I knew I would have to get them pulled but I couldnt find anyone open on the weekends or reasonably price because I dont have insurance. Then I found Dr. Schwartz. Very professional, got me in immediately, very reasonable prices(2 pulled for under $500!), had both pulled in under 3 minutes. I refuse to go to anyone else. I cannot believe the sense of urgency and care that Carolina Dentistry @ the Stateline showed me. A couple weeks ago I was having horrible tooth pain. I got a recommendation from Facebook about how great this office was. I took their advice and called Carolina Dentistry, it was a Friday so I expected them not to be able to get me in until AT LEAST the beginning of next week. When i called the staff was incredibly friendly. They told me they could get me in the next day which was a Saturday. I was blown away. I arrived the next morning and found every staff member to be just as kind and friendly as the next. They were able to perform a cleaning then they pulled my two wisdom teeth with zero pain. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and how quickly they did it. This office isnt very close to my house but they will be my dentist from now on. My 9 year old son chipped his 2 front teeth pretty badly while playing football in the neighborhood. I called Dr. Schwartz after hours and he returned my call within 5 minutes. Everyone is exceptionally nice and friendly. I was a new patient and needed a same day appointment due to some horrible pain I had. They were able to see me the same day and the made the process as quickly and as smoothly as they could for me.

I came a little early (a week) and they took me anyways. Very professional and efficient. I drive an hour and a half round trip to see them. I moved but refused to change.

Normally hate going to the dentist but Dr. Schwartz had me in and out with little to no wait time. The office is in a quiet and clean building that doesnt share a parking lot with Walmart or Target or whatever. Staff was friendly, but what made the difference to me was the large monitors in the office that allowed me to actually see x-rays and what Dr.Schwartz was talking about, instead just hearing. He explained some minor issues that he wanted to keep an eye on, but Ill be back in 6 months, not the 2-3 years I usually wait between dentist visits.
