I have never had a better dental office experience than at South Blvd Dentist! The office staff is so nice and welcoming! The dentist are amazing and make you feel super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lovely office, quick and convenient. It had been years since my last cleaning and the dental hygienist Sharon made sure I was comfortable and explained each step of what she was doing. Happy to be a new patient!

This was my very first visit, I am usually apprehensive about going to the dentist. Everyone was so nice and it really made the experience pleasant. As soon as I walked into the lobby I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist, and I did not have to wait at all for my appointment to begin. The hygienist was so nice and made me feel so at ease, and when the doctor came in she greeted my kindly. I had a very good experience and I will be back.

Dr. Vaish was OUTSTANDING. I do not say this lightly. She wasnt judgmental, made me feel comfortable, and on my very first visit for a consultation was able to refill a cosmetic filling that had fallen out of place by flossing too hard.Dr. Vaish is not here to take advantage if you. The pricing was fair. Her office cares about her patients coming back and being able to maintain their smiles. She makes sure she does that with an open rundown of what everything will cost before even executing any work. I DO have insurance, but as we all know dental work is costly. Dr. Vaish does this for the passion of dentistry, her charlotte community, and excellence in professionalism- not to make an extra dollar in times if emergency and need.Everything Dr. Vaish did was explained with understanding of my condition, my medication, and my overall health. She will treat you with the utmost respect and accuracy and have you looking like a million bucks which is imperative in all fields of work. If you care about your looks and want someone who knows what they are doing choose this office.Irene her assistant was also so warm and gracious. Her warmth alone made me feel so comfortable.They are also LGBT friendly which you hope of all professionals, but gave my wife the 5 star treatment as well and fit her in immediately for a procedure she needed. It was my wife who referred me. They treated us both with attentiveness, and were compassionate and kind.Thank you, Dr. Vaish and the whole South Blvd Dentistry team. I am so happy to have found my dentist in Charlotte after just arriving less than a year ago.

I was in so much pain due to a cavity that made we cry myself to sleepI was also afraid that the numbing process would hurt. But Dr. Kim was the BEST. He was caring, patient and concerned about my health. Im not afraid of the dentist office anymore and he was very quick. The staff was AWESOME. They asked about my family and looked at pictures with me. They also gave very good advice. Awesome place

I’m a fill in hygienist and have worked there a couple times. Great place to work! Dr. Kim is one of the nicest dentist that I have ever met! All the staff is wonderful to work with and great at their jobs! It was a pleasure working with Shawna and Sabrina. The office is super clean and takes all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid. They have all the latest in dental technology and equipment and provide superior service to their patients. I would highly recommend this office!

Super friendly, I haven’t gone to a dentist in years, I was kind of embarrassed bc of how bad my teeth were & they made comfortable.

They are nice and gave me the option on what I want to do as far as getting rid of the pain.

I was in pain and out of desperation needed to find an emergency dental place. The other emergency place wanted $1200 up front and i wasnt paying that plus they stopped taking insurance. This place I found South Blvd Dentistry i had looked them up and immediately called. The receptionist heard how I was struggling and asked me how quickly can I get there. I told her asap! They took me in and did the x-ray of where the pain was coming from. The assistant asked me do i want to go through with the procedure, i had asked her how much am I paying with my insurance? She said hold on let me find out for you. When she came back and told me it would cost $35 I almost jumped off the chair! I told her lets do it! She started to numb the area then the dentist came and numbed me some more and then proceeded to pull out my wisdom tooth. It took all of 15-20 maybe less to pull the tooth out. I was so happy to be relieved from that wisdom tooth which had a growth of bacteria in it. The staff was so nice and very helpful!

I would give this dental office zero stars if I could. DO NOT COME HERE, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I was told I needed 5 fillings and they scheduled me for an appointment to take care of them without discussing the treatment plan with me first. I obtained a second opinion from my life long dentist who I trust, and he told me I did not need any fillings AT ALL. This office is predatory and looking to make a quick buck. I highly advise going elsewhere unless you like spending money on dental work you do not need.

The dental professionals and office staff were all outstanding. It is clear they care about their patients and make reasonable recommendations for future dental care. Additionally, I felt they went above and beyond to make people feel safe with their Covid cleaning procedures. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

Came across this place by a long list of providers “in-network” from my insurance company and I could not have been more pleased. Every person I encountered was so nice from start to finish. Ended up having to get two cavities filled and Dr. Vaish walked me through the step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very professional, courteous, and very convenient location for South End. Would definitely recommend!

I will never go back to this dentist. I am new to NC and wanted to get my 6 month teeth cleaning. I went to a dentist in the city and was deeply disappointed to hear that I had a small cavity and needed a filling. In all of my years, I have never had anything wrong with my teeth. I have a healthy diet and take all precautions when it comes to oral health. Well I was so shocked about this cavity that I wanted a second opinion, so I came to South Blvd Dentistry. I left under the impression that I had ELEVEN cavities. This added up to hundreds of dollars that was not covered under my insurance. Now...I can understand going from 0 cavities to 1 from my last 6 moth cleaning, but not 0 to 11.I called my dentist in my previous city and they said that its not even possible with my history and oral health. I went back to the first dentist who told me I had 1 and they showed me the x-rays and the photos and confirmed that it was only 1 NOT 11. Im not sure what type of business is happening over here but I will not be returning.

As a person who finds going to the dentist nerve-racking, they made it easy and as close to stress free as it could have been. Highly recommend.

I just went to South Blvd Dentistry for the first time today and I was thoroughly impressed. The office was immaculate, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure to accommodate for my request to get in and out as quickly as possible during my lunch break. Dr. McCain was very kind and didnt make me feel guilty when delivering the news about my cavities (which I am generally prone to). I felt very well taken care of and I will definitely choose them for all my dental needs in the Charlotte, NC area moving forward.

Had large emergency on a Friday where I had to leave town (my appointment was the following Tuesday). I called and left a voicemail on Friday and Monday as they were closed. And the office personnel insisted Tuesday I would still be charged a $100 inconvenience fee.I will say that this practice has a FANTASTIC dentist. Ive had about 4 visits. I just wont be coming back for the above reason.

I saw Dr. Vaish and she was amazing. Everyone who works there is incredible (specifically Shawna and Sabrina)! They are all so attentive and ensure that you are comfortable and don’t try to sell you on services that you don’t need. I had cavities filled for the first time and it was a very good experience. Dr. Vaish went through the before pictures with me and explained everything that she was thinking about doing to fix problem areas. Afterwards she showed me the after pictures so I could see the huge improvement in my teeth. She also gave me a lot of good advice about what to focus on when brushing my teeth, etc. based on her assessment of my teeth. I found my new dentist and I could not be happier!

The dentists and staff here are top notch and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and provide great service.

Very friendly & family oriented.... wife had to get tooth extracted(emergency) and for the only few offices open today due to easter holiday(being Good Friday) the cash price was very fair, knowing they could of charge more if they wanted kuz of the situation. Thank you guys for the help

South Blvd Dentistry is amazing. Having moved cross country this year, I was dreading having to find a new doctor, dentist, etc and kept putting it off. I found SBD as a new office built right around the corner from where I live and the building also houses my new doctor as well, talk about convenience! More importantly, Chris McCain and his team, Moriah and Ashley were fantastic, great experience with all the latest technology. Thanks for taking great care of me! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Southend area.

Called at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon and they saw me at 3 on the same day! The majority of the dentists in the area were closed so I was very thankful for South Blvd Dentistry!
