I visited my grandmother a few days ago and ran into the property manager. I accidentally forgot her name but she had dark hair and was extremely nice! I knew my grandmother was in great hands because she spoke so highly of these apartments and that my grandmother was an absolute joy. I would highly recommend if you are interested in looking to become part of a senior community.

I went into the Gables Apartments on October 10 2019 to put in an application. Mrs Laurie Perry was a nice lady. She explained to me how the process work. Thank you Mrs Perry for all your help.

The apartment complex has an awesome manager. She goes over and above to provide activities for the residents. The staff is awesome and keep the building and surrounding area clean. My only fault with this complex is that it is in an area where it is hard to get around without a car. There are no nearby supermarkets. Hopefully with all the construction going on, that will be rectified.

Will never apply again to the Matthews Reserve to this day they have given me false information about reimbursing my application fee . No one has returned my calls but I have got the run around . Also they are giving false rental info. They are owned by Gables properties and I assume that all their properties run like this. The worst customer service!
