I love our apartment here! The grounds are stunning and anytime I need something the office personnel are attentive. Thank you 10x for the new parking system we don’t have to park a 5 minute walk away anymore . I am surprised at any negative reviews about this system but my intuition is the people that shouldn’t be here are the people mad because they broke the rules and parked where they shouldn’t. Well we love what the community offers and service received. 5 stars all the way

This is a beautiful community and I would recommend to anyone who is looking to locate or move to the Charlotte area. The office and maintenance staff is phenomenal! Tori has been amazing, addressing requests quickly. They both are very knowledgeable and professional. I trust tori will always get things done! Lana is amazing and always makes herself available when in need. They truly will make your experience stellar

I have lived here for 2 years and this place is absolutely stunning with an amazing staff to match. Its quiet, new, and the maintenance complete the work orders in timely manner. 10/10 recommend!

Lana and her staff, both leasing and maintenance, have truly made my move to the area as smooth as possible! She has taken a personal interest in ensuring the process from start to move-in was handled with a genuine interest in our satisfaction. Her team is always friendly and attentive as well. Not to mention the homes and community are beautiful and well maintained. Great job!

Until 2 months ago I wouldve given 5 stars! My husband and I and our toddler lived here for a year and loved everything about this complex (besides that it doesnt have a playground for kids). The pool is great, gym is amazing, residents are friendly, and the apartments are super nice. BUT then we tried to leave and had/are having THE WORST experience with the management. Unknowingly to us, if you do not give the office 60 day notice that you are leaving they automatically enroll you in a month to month contract after your contract ends, and youll be required to pay for two months in advance until you give a 60 day notice. (They inform you of this policy in an email before you leave, but the wording is SUPER confusing. We definitely read the email, and did not understand what it meant).We were in the process of buying a home in the crazy market and werent able to give 60 day notice because we didnt know if we were going to get a home or not. As soon as we knew for sure we told them we were going to move out, which still gave them like 25 days notice. They insisted that we had to pay for an extra month and 5 days but at the month to month rate which was over $500 more than what we normally pay. They REFUSED to help us in anyway. I asked them to list our apartment as available online to see if someone would be interested in taking our lease now. They refused. I asked them to send us people that were interested in our floorplan so we could offer them our contract instead of starting a new one. They refused.They finally stopped answering my calls! I would call on my phone, no answer. Five minutes later Id call on a friends phone and they would answer the phone. When I called them out of this they said they mustve been at a tour... only it happened three times.I finally found someone that was willing to go through the application process with Lantower so they could take over our contract. The office charged ME the $85 application fee instead of the applicant.. no idea why. Then they denied the applicant and wouldnt tell me why they denied him.So now we are paying two housing payments, and down $85 for no reason.I would never recommend this complex just because of the management. Such a horrible experience to ruin all the other good ones.

Ive called Garrison Park home for just under year now and I have loved every minute of it! The location is fantastic, amenities are beautiful, and the on-site team is so courteous. Everytime I go in the office no matter how busy, Lana is always welcoming and even remembers my name 😊 I love the community events. No question, I will be signing on for years to come.

Lantower Garrison Park is a beautiful and well maintained property. Lana and her office team are very professional and polite. Tori has a superb group on his maintenance staff. Very prompt and professional! This is an excellent property in a great location with a great management team.

This apartment complex is the absolute worst. Initially, they were great. I just recently ended a relationship a few months ago. I was stalked and my car was vandalized. The police and my attorney recommended moving to another complex. I discussed this with the leasing office manager and she was extremely cold and unsympathetic to my situation. Although, it was illegal to still charge a tenant for terminating their lease due to domestic violence, they still charged me for termination costs. My attorney and I are looking to file a suit. Outside of this issue, parking at this complex is terrible. You have to be home by 4pm to get a good parking space. Forget going out on the weekends, you come back home and sometimes you have to park 3 buildings away. People are parking in handicap spots without displaying a sticker and the leasing office complained that they cant do anything. My elderly and disabled Grandmother came down for a week and had to walk 2 buildings away just to get to my apartment. I would NOT recommend this complex at all. Its a complete nightmare.

Lantower has one of the best managers, she makes sure things get done and is pleasant to talk to, kind and reassuring. Maintenance is wonderful they care about what they do, The grounds are kept impeccable! The office staff has really great communication and gets back to requests quickly. Its nice to know they truly care about the residents here. If you have any doubts, dont!! This is a great place to live!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Lantower . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Lantower for the remainder of my years in and I strongly recommend their properties to all new tenants. Horrible‼️‼️ They must of paid all these residents points to make good reviews😅 They have cheap cabinets and drawers. Trash left in hallways, valet barely picks it up. Water goes out all the time out here. You always hear gunshots. Cheapest tow company towing expensive cars with regular tow beds screwing residents cars up.

The beautification of the property is spectacular. The amenities serve as a valuable asset to the property as well. Everything is well-kept. Neighbors are friendly. The propertys management staff is very welcoming and really make you feel a part of the community. My kids always look forward to going to the office when we take our daily walks just to visit with the staff and get treats lol. They always have all kinds of sorts of treats. Overall, the property and staff are phenomenal.

Very unprofessional management, they inform false information prior to your leasing and drastically the information changes as soon as you apply.poor customer service and very unprofessional management.if there is a negative ratings this Property would have topped in it. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Here are the biggest cons that make living here very frustrating:1. The walls are paper thin. We constantly hear our upstairs neighbors music blasting and her dog barking. We have complained no joke, about 25 times, and management never takes care of it.2. Related to number 1, the people who live here are just inconsiderate. There is dog poop all over the dog park and around the neighborhood. People leave trash around the complex. Ive found beer bottles in the dog waste containers and once someone threw an entire cake on the grass and it was there the entire weekend.Those are honestly the biggest things. Just know that if you sign here you are taking a huge risk with your neighbors. They can make living here awful and management will not do anything to help you.Edit: Adding an extra star just because of Whittnay. She has been the only worker who has taken our complaints seriously and has really helped out.Here are some more pros and cons to living here:Pro: The gym is really nice and bigCon: There is not nearly enough visitor parkingPro: The inside of the apartments are pretty high qualityCon: They take a while to fix things. The gym door will break and they will close the whole thing down for a week instead of just leaving the door open.

Whittnay was awesome! She went over and beyond to let me tour the various layouts of the community before helping me decide which unit would be best for my daughter and I. The property is so clean, spacious, and luxury. The move in process was a breeze. Im excited to see how my journey here will be. Loving every minute of it already.

This is a grand place to call home. The community shared spaces are sparkling clean, and smell fresh which has far surpassed my previous experience with apartment communities. The office workers are always friendly including the guys on their golf carts waive with a smile. This is a well managed apartment company. Thank you for all the yummy food trucks that have been coming our way this helps with covid times when we would prefer to stay away from closed in spaces.

Barely to NONE VISTOR PARKING? !!! Where are people suppose to park if there is only 2 in each parking lot. Cars get broken into . Drawers and cabinets become loose easily.

Garrison Park is a great community, close proximity to the mall and some great resturants; the apartments are bright and airy. Lana, Manager, is attentive, helpful and always willing to be available.

Socrats is an amazing maintenance person who could go above and beyond to resolve issues timely and with quality. He always carries great positive attitude and always work with a smile on his face!! Highly recommend his service being extremely valuable.

This place is a great new community in the area. The team is attentive and has started bringing fun new events and food trucks. The apartments are large and bright inside, great flow.

I LOVE living at Garrison Park! Our apartment is just gorgeous! Everyone who I have met at the leasing office has been so nice and helpful. My daughter made a ton of friends at the pool this summer and there is a great sense of community. I love the tall ceilings, open floor plan and details of the fixtures in the apartment. Definitely the best apartment Ive ever lived in!

I visiting this community Thursday and was thoroughly impressed. I was greeted with a friendly staff equipped with safety measures, the self directed tour was brilliant and allowed me to take time to browse the apartment without unnecessary interactions. The staff answered all my questions and each person that walked by greeted me with warmth, I really felt welcomed. The pool is gorgeous and so close to everything in concord. This is our top choice in our search after many last luster experiences with nearby communities. I might just make it home soon. Thank you for the very professional experience

I am not sure if the company changed recently but theres a noticeable good change. A special thanks to Svetlana I was reporting a dog barking in the middle of the night for weeks and no one responded to me, finally the manager did and she followed up every step of the way and its been peaceful ever since. This was my only issue since living here and now that it has stopped I can sleep glad to know management cares. I like the newfound care Ive seen. This is a nice place with outstanding amenities due to covid many have been closed but I received an email it opens this week and I cant wait to see the gym again.

My roommate and I have lived here since August and we absolutely love it. The apartment and community are so nice and clean and just offer everything you could want in a home! There seem to be some small issues with communication in the front office but Lana is amazing! Her and Tavarus are always so helpful when we need to get anything done. I would highly recommend Lantower Garrison Park as your next place to live.

Ive lived here for a little over a year and I love it. The office staff is amazing particularly George and Taverus. The maintenance crew is awesome, very friendly and all requests are handled quickly. My apartment is spacious and I rarely hear any noise even though my upstairs neighbor has a small child and two dogs. This is the only place I renewed my lease at since moving to Charlotte. My only problem with the place is the poolside music that plays all day, every day. Morning, noon and night. It is extremely annoying now that I am working from home. I really dont understand why they think this is a good idea as it takes away from the tranquility of the beautiful pool area. At the moment I am considering moving to another apartment away from the pool. I highly recommend moving here, but advise you not to get a poolside apartment. Its like having a neighbor who blasts music every day.

A couple of weeks ago the apartment complex decided to change the locks from regular locks to digital locks. Last night I was locked out for OVER 2 hours. I called the lock company because my lock was jammed, they said call maintenance. I proceeded to call the “24 hour emergency maintenance” line. The woman kept asking me if I lost my key and I had to continue to explain to her we don’t have keys, it’s a keypad. I called 3 different times and spoke to a supervisor. Luckily I caught a leasing manager while he was walking his dog and he was able to contact maintenance directly. He told me the emergency line is just a call center and never transferred my call to the maintenance. Like I said the whole ordeal took over 2 hours, it was dark and cold outside. Had the manager not been around I’d still be locked out.Also you can’t leave your apartment past 4pm if you want to park anywhere near your building.

I lived here for a little over a year and decided to move out, but Im sure your experience could be great here. Mine was medium at best.Pros: Off the path (not a lot of neighborhood traffic), apartments look good inside, pool is okay (not a salt water fan myself), the workout area is good (more in the cons), staff can be good (more in the cons), mail service is good (more in the cons), apartments look nice. Paying rent/utilities is easy. Move out process is pretty normal. Maintenance team was good.Cons: Gym was closed for a total of 8 months of the 12 months I lived there. (3 of them being COVID-19 related), the gym equipment is usually working but for a long time the televisions had no cable connection and there was a major leakage problem from the roof for 2-3 months. There are pet droppings everywhere from the individuals who live here. Staff is constantly turning over and current staff is a headache to deal with. Downstairs neighbors were always pumping music too loud, even at 2 AM on a Tuesday (made a noise complaint eventually it stopped for a couple weeks, then back to the usual.) Car was vandalized at night around the Holiday season of 2019 (cost me about $1500 to fix.) The traffic light to leave the area takes roughly 3+ minutes to turn for you to be able to move along. The guy throwing a sign around out front as advertisement. The mail service is good when it is used, often FedEx/USPS/UPS/Amazon dont use it and your package will be stolen (Ive had 4 packages stolen and my girlfriend has had 2 over a year time frame.)

I enjoy loving in this community. It’s ok a great location that feels private yet it very close to everything you would need. You can tell the complex is dedicated to keeping the grounds safe and clean.

Update 08/18/20: I have moved out of Lantower but before I moved I emailed them twice to determine the proper procedure to turn in my keys and fob. I did not received a response. On the day of my move about 1pm, I walked to the office but no one answered. So I called and was advised that I had to turn my keys in before the office closed at 5pm. If I did not, I would be charged for an additional day. I advised that I had emailed them asking for specifics but I did not receive a response. I also asked to show me where it stated I had to be out by a certain time if I paid for a full day. I never received the document. I emailed corporate in Dallas, TX and am waiting on a response. That was a week ago.Lantower Garrison Park are beautiful inside and out, however the walls are.so thin i can hear the person below me sneeze. Ive heard him several times and thats with the TV on. I live in building 3440 and just had young kids move above me and when I tell you they stump all day and night its very frustrating. We have attempted to contact the officer on call but never received a call back from them. Only received a call back from the office the following day. We were advised they would speak with them but that does not seem to have helped. Thank God our lease is up in about a week. Yes we will be moving. Initially we were going to renew but now, they have really changed our mind.When the gym was open (Before Covid) it was nice. They keep the grounds nice and the events they had had were pretty fun. Hopefully they will get back to it after everything is back to normal. Just know the walls are thin and if you dont have respectful neighbors it can be irritating. At least for me it is.

I’ve loved living here. I’m on my second year lease. I have had a small child living above me and I’ve NEVER heard him. I think the building is well constructed and brand new. Maintenance is very fast about coming out and fixing even the smallest thing. I love the kitchen island and big bathroom countertop. I feel safe in the community. Residents are always out exercising and walking their dogs. Parking has never been an issue. All the walkways are well lit for after dark. A year ago there were fences installed around some of the first floor patios and it has given me so much privacy.

Lantower Garrison Park is such a great place to live. My apartments floor plan is perfect and I love the amount of natural light I get. The location is far enough away from the road so it’s so quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is well maintained and so pretty. Lounging at the pool makes me feel like I’m on vacation. The gym also has everything I could ever need and more. The thing that really first sold me on this complex was the staff. Jennifer and James are so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. And I love the new leasing agent Whitley. I highly recommend Lantower Garrison Park and love their studio apartments.

I love my apartment the area and ease of highway access. They offer really nice activities for us to participate in and there is a sense of community herr and that is comforting. I highly recommend this community. BTW the clubhouse and pool are amazing!!!!

Let me start off saying that I love my studio apartment but I am very dissatisfied with management. I have had several issues that I feel could’ve been handled a lot better.The first issue I had was with my mail. This apartment complex makes you sign up for a mailing service called Parcel Pending and pay a $20 fee to be able to receive your packages. Initially, I was not able to register for their Parcel Pending service due to some type of system error. The leasing staff kept telling me that I needed to contact Parcel Pending and Parcel Pending kept referring me back to the leasing staff. I felt like I was getting the run around and being brushed off by my some of the leasing staff. It took over a week to resolve this issue and some of my mail was sent back to the carrier in the interim. In my opinion, to prevent all this from even happening it would be way easier for the apartment complex to automatically register you for this service upon move in if this service is required for you to receive your packages.My current issue is with the community gym and the lack of communication about when the gym issue will be resolved. The gym has been closed since 12/26. The initial email that was sent stated the gym’s fob system was down but it never mentioned the gym was closed. Come to find out since the fob system is down the gym is closed until it is working. I am not sure why they can’t just leave the door open during the day until the fob system is fixed so people can use what they pay for. The last update I received on the gym status was on 12/31 saying that the gym would be open 1/2. It is now 1/7 and the gym is still closed. This is so inconvenient for me and I am sure a lot of other people who are trying to get in the gym for the New Year. I even cancelled my gym membership since this gym is actually really nice. I guess that was a mistake.Also, get rid of the tacky sign guy I see waiving an advertisement at the front of the neighborhood. That doesn’t scream “luxury” to me.On a positive note the landscaping is getting better! With the exception of a couple of dead bushes that need to be removed and grass that needs to grow in, I can see the landscaping being up to par with the neighboring apartment complex soon.

I’m really enjoyed my experience touring this community. The leasing agent Tavarus was amazing while showing me around. I loved how during the tour all his residents he knew them by name and I could see that they’re really enjoying living here. I’m super excited to make Lantower my home!

Update: Garrison Park has been my home for 15 months and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is incredible. I just renewed for another year
