My boyfriend and I moved in earlier this year. The maintenance men are so friendly and considerate of our apartment and pets. We love the public areas like the dog park, gym, and pool. We also enjoy the community events the staff puts on. We have recommended Bexley to our friends because they make us feel welcome and safe as a LGBTQ+ household. 10/10 best place we have lived.

I’ve had an awesome year and a half at Bexley. My dog enjoys the dog park.. pretty much everyday. All of my minor complaints have been promptly handled. I’m a single woman living alone, the maintenance team makes me feel safer because I speak to them most days and feel as though if I needed anything, they’d help out. Cool calm place to live.

My husband and I have lived at Bexley for almost four years now. We have nothing but amazing things to say. Maintenance is incredible, the whole complex is beautifully kept, and we have always felt so at home here. It’s an amazing community and I think we’d stay forever if we could.

No need to keep shopping for an apartment, because this place should be #1 on your list. First off, the staff are incredible. Both the office staff and the maintenance guys. They are all so kind, helpful, and professional! I have not had a single bad experience with anyone here. The move in process was so simple. The apartments are well kept and nice. The residents are nice and it feels like a little community. Many residents have lived here for years and years. The amenities are also great! Beautiful pool, great workout area, a little indoor movie theater. And if that’s not enough, the price is so fair for everything this complex has to offer. I feel very safe and happy here! I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Bexley At Springs Farm is an amazing place to live. The community is safe and nice and the people who work there are very kind too. They hold many activities including a Saint Patricks day hunt, a bingo night and more. The community is very well kept and well maintained. The location is amazing. It is right next to the Arboretum Shopping Center and restaurants. The amenities are amazing and the way they organize events make you feel part of the community. The apartments are amazing and the overall condition and look of the place is amazing. You also have an Leasing Office, a peaceful business center to get work done, a very comfortable entertainment center a huge pool and an exercise area. The maintenance team get the job done very well and the agents are super kind. This is one the best apartments ever!

I’ve been living here for little over a year now and I LOVE IT. It’s a lovely and environment. Maintenance is amazing and quick in response time! Ed and the rest of the maintenance team are so polite and helpful. They also practice social distancing and wearing mask at all times when completing maintenance requests :) I honestly won’t be moving out of this complex until I buy my first home.

Ive been at Bexley for around two years, and it has been a great place to live. The amenities are great, and the neighborhood feels safe. Ed and the rest of the maintenance crew are very polite and professional. They do a great job of keeping the property clean and have been very responsive to maintenance requests.

Overall the property is amazing. The pricing is very competitive for the area. Location is amazing. Close to a grocery store and several restaurants. Staff is very attentive to your needs with timely action if anything is needed.

Over the course of my time at Bexley the maintenance team has always been prompt and courteous when I have needed them. I am very thankful for them!

Lived here for a few months waiting on my house to build the staff are friendly and attentive apartments are clean and the property is clean. Make sure you make arrangements for ALL belongings, you are not allowed to use the decks for ANYTHING except deck furniture and that is IT! If they dont have storage on site they still expect you to get it off the decks. DO NOT live in anything but a top floor. You hear EVERYTHING in this place and I mean EVERYTHING; tennets using their toilets, conversations in the living rooms, whatever you can think of you will hear it. There is also a sewage smell the seems to linger.

I lived here for ~1.5 years with my boyfriend and our doggo. Overall we had a great experience. We liked our apartment, the Amberly floorplan. Although the inside wasnt huge, the layout flowed nicely and it had a massive patio. Amenities were nice. We often used the grills, pool, and gym. Super close proximity to Harris Teeter and other shopping. If there was ever an issue, maintenance was amazing. Theyre super nice guys and maintenance requests were always solved within a day. Happy to have chosen this place to live for our first apartment in Charlotte.

I moved into Bexley at Springs Farm back in Feb of 2020 and my experience at this community has been nothing short of amazing. I love my apartment. It is beautiful, spacious and so cozy. I am obsessed with the granite countertops, dark wood cabinets and the garden tub (of course)! The neighborhood is quiet and I feel so safe. Not to mention we have great neighbors in the community. On top of it all the whole team of leasing agents (especially Kaylee) has been wonderful at addressing all of my needs, questions and concerns from the day of touring my apartment, to the day of move in and now. The maintenance team is quick to respond and is always great at getting the job done right and on time. It is nice to have that luxury and know you dont have to wait around if something needs done. The clubhouse here is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want. A lovely pool, gym, movie room and a coffee bar. That coffee bar and business room was my saving grace when I first moved! This has been by far the most favorite apartment I have lived in. It doesnt get any better than Bexley at Springs Farm. I cant help but tell everyone how much I love it here.

Its a little over priced id assume for the gated community, only the gate was almost never working and the clicker that i got for the gate SOMETIMES worked and i had to use the code punch, other times the gate is just broken or being serviced. Mechanical gate a side, there is a walk path from the main road directly to first floor apartments just open 24/7 feels kinda like a scam to pay for the gated community like that

I called Bexley at Springs Farm home for three years and recently moved to be closer to work. The leasing office staff and maintenance team was wonderful to work with, especially Kristin and Kaylee. They were all responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond for their residents! As for the complex and the apartment itself, the grounds are well maintained and the units are nicely updated. I felt very safe the entire time of living there and would highly recommend this complex!!

My experience with Bexley Springs Farm and their leasing office was amazing! Samantha and Kaylee were both very professional, responsive and friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly maintenance was great and prompt. Parking is a little tight but the apartments themselves are very nice and location is top-notch. If you are debating moving here don’t hesitate, you will not regret it.

This property is very impressive even at first glance. The facilities and apartments are outstanding and always well maintained. The quality and detail are second to none. The overall best part of my experience here is the staff. You are always warmly welcomed and they far exceed expectations in making you feel valued. The staff here should be a role model for all apartment complexes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great Place to Live!! I moved into this apartment complex in November 2019 and have recently renewed my lease. My experience so far has exceeded my expectations!! From my initial visit in speaking with Kaylee and Joe in the Leasing Office, they were both friendly, professional and very helpful during my move in process.The Maintenance staff is a real GEM here. I have lived in several apartments throughout my life and have never experienced such exceptional service. Ed and Jeremiah are not only professional and very knowledgeable but are truly committed to handling your requests very quickly and efficiently and they always take the time to answer any questions and explain everything to you.Living in apartments you expect to hear some level of noise, but knock on wood the neighbors near my building are very quiet and friendly. There is ample parking available so there is never an issue finding a parking space. The gym is small but has everything one would need to get in a great workout. They keep all of the amenities very clean and sanitized. They recently added a hand sanitizer in the gym because of the COVID pandemic. The property is very well maintained. The Leasing Center also organizes activities in the club house almost monthly.CON - If I had anything negative to say it would just be that I dont have a linen closet and I really wish I didnt have to rent the washer/dryer for $40/mo and it took some time to get used to my bathroom being in my bedroom ( I rent a 1 BDR), but thats really it.Overall, Great experience living here and I would recommend this apartment to anyone!!

This place has been wonderful. From the ladies at the front office to any maintenance issues, it is all been a pleasant experience. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, downtown, all the major interstates, this is all just a plus. It is quiet, updated apartments and offers garage’s. I am transferred often with work and this is been the best experience I’ve had with any apartment community in my 20 years. Keep up the good work folks...

It is indeed a home. Bexleys staff are very friendly, understanding, polite and very responsible. I have been here since last 3 years and always felt like home. My husband and I took a tour of one of their model homes. There were 7 roaches. If there are so many roaches throughout the apartment, it makes me wonder what one of their rented apartments is like, how much worse it would be. If you dont like roaches laying dead in the bathtub the size of the grand canyon, dont waste your time here. The tub was a nice size.When I asked how often there are roaches, I was told a lot after every time it rains.When I emailed them about this, they didnt respond. At least the carpets were vacuumed.

I had the best time living out there.My apartment was perfect, and everything was new.I enjoyed a lot The common areas.

We moved to this complex because were renovating a house a few miles away. We chose it because it was gated, quiet, and a convenient/known commute (mostly residential with no new construction being built nearby). Weve had a couple of minor maintenance requests which were corrected quickly and efficiently. We cant believe how quiet it is here. We love the floorplan and updated kitchens/baths. Everyone weve dealt with has been wonderful. We anticipate a great year (our first apartment in decades after visiting a dozen places within our commute).

Bexley at Springs Farm has been nothing but wonderful to us. We have lived here for about a year and a half, and while we have had our fair share of complaints the staff has always been prompt and got our issues sorted in no time.The maintenance crew are always happy to help, and everyone always smiles and waves when they see us in the complex. The area is also wonderful which is always a plus .

I have lived all over Charlotte for the past 6 years, but living at Bexley Spring Farms has been my favorite! Kaylee & Samantha were extremely helpful and informative for the entire move in process, and even followed up after we moved in to ensure our satisfaction. The maintenance team is friendly and responsive, there is more than enough shopping just across the street, and there’s even a dog park! Hands down my favorite apartment community to date!

When I moved to Charlotte I could honestly say that I was so thankful that I chose Bexley at Springs Farm to be my home. The staff is always so kind and helpful, and the grounds are beautiful. The apartments are all recently updated, and the common areas are fantastic and well maintained. The location is very convenient, with lots of stores and restaurants just a stones toss away.Even when I was going through the process of choosing an apartment, I was impressed with the staff at Bexley. They took the time, both on the phone and in person, to answer any questions or concerns I had. It made the transition into a new city that much easier.

Staff is amazing! The amenities are great! Nothing like going to the pool and hanging out and grilling burgers or steaks right there! Very kid friendly neighborhood and really, just a friendly community! Also, being right across from the Arboretum is very helpful! Lots of restaurants and shops. Overall, a great location and place to live!

Beautiful apartments and common area. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in and see the smiling faces of the people in the office. Staff is really friendly and nice and cares about the people living in the complex. Maintenance fixes everything quickly. I havent had the need to call them a lot, because nothing really breaks in the apartment, but the few times I have called them including on a weekend they were here in less than 5 minutes. It is in a prime area, 2 minute walking distance from all the stores and restaurants in the arboretum shopping center. The community is gated and feels very safe.

I havent been to many apartment complexes in the area and I dont feel like I need to because this place is so good! Anything that I need is taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is more than helpful when it comes to explaining everything.The facilities are clean and in good working order. Even though my eventual goal is to have my own house, this complex is a great place to be for the interim!

This is my favorite place to live in Charlotte! Ive been in Charlotte since 2009 and have lived in about 5 places, but this is by far the best community Ive lived in! The grounds are beautiful! The pool is my summer time oasis, plus there is a full gym, movie theater, media lounge and an outdoor living space fixed up with grills, a fireplace and flat screen TVs. My apartment is very roomy for a 1 bedroom and I spend hours on my secluded porch that overlooks the trees. Lets not forget the amazing office staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is beyond compare too! They are so quick with requests and always around to help in a pinch (like getting locked out...twice)!I feel incredibly safe in this place. It is a gated community, but the Arboretum is just a nice part of town and my neighbors are respectful and quiet. Its walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, cute shops, a movie theater, and a grocery store.I couldnt have asked for a better place to live! I just signed my 3rd year lease and I have no plans on moving after that either!

I love everything about Bexley at Spring Farms! Especially the gym and theater room. I finally found a place where both my fur baby and I are welcome. He loves making friends at the doggy park. If youre looking for a place to call home, look no further! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I honestly cannot praise this place enough! The unit I had was spacious and beautiful and noise was never an issue for me which was the # 1 thing I worried about due to my job. I felt safe as a single woman living alone and the ladies at the leasing office were INCREDIBLE!!! The only reason I left was because I had to relocate due to COVID-19. Even with the COVID craziness they never lowered their level of professionalism! If I ever had the opportunity to go back I would be moving back into Bexley Springs Farm.I want to shout out the women at the leasing office one more time; these ladies are seriously so helpful, so kind, so understanding and their communication is spot on wether they are reaching out to you with an answer to your question or to just let you know that they are working on getting you answers! They never let me feel like I was just another tenant and I believe that that goes a long way!!5 start service in every aspect!

The team at Springs Farm has been so helpful and informative during my transition. I love my new apartment with the renovations. You can tell they took a lot of time to figure out each detail. I called for a maintenance request and they responded quickly. I can not remember the gentlemans name, but he was very polite and completed the work order promptly. Looking forward to my stay here!

I moved to this apartment complex a few months ago for work, and so far I have been very impressed. The maintenance staff in particular is extremely helpful and responsive. Additionally, the management office has done their best to secure the best deal for me and my SO. We have had a fantastic time in this neighborhood, and are excited to stay here in the future.

I always felt like home away from home in Bexley at Springs Farms Apartments. The staff member is amazing. Maintenance request are always serviced at the earliest . The community is conveniently located and have easy access to Shopping Center, Public Transit, Schools, etc.. More importantly it does not have outside disturbances such as Traffic, Noise etc. Did feel safe living here. It was an awesome homely experience. It has all the state of art amenities including Fitness center, pool, media and entertainment, lightning speed browsing center.I appreciate and have lots of respect for leasing center staff members Jade, Nathan and Briana for their warm and pleasing personality and approach towards the residents. Bexley at Springs Farms rock!!!. Undoubtedly the best place to live in Charlotte

Ive lived here for a while. Its truly a great place and Ive personally had great experiences here. The maintenance guys are great and take care of requests on time! Its quiet here with even so much around. The community is more family oriented and mature. I definitely recommend it and would have no reservations about living here!

I moved to Bexley Springs Farm October 2014. The experience so has just great! I really enjoy the amenities of this community. The office staff of Stephanie, Nathan and Sarah is great and easy to work with. The condition of apartments are good, and no issues seen. Overall experience is great and definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. I think it is bit pricey compared to the community across the street but the extra money is totally worth it.

I’ve lived at the Bexley at Springs Farm apartments for years and I love it! The office and maintenance staff are all super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help whether that means accepting all of my packages or completing maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner. I recently moved into an upgraded apartment in the community and I have to say they really went the extra mile to spruce up the apartments. If you’re looking for a complex with friendly staff and great amenities, convenient to pretty much everything in Charlotte, this is the place!

This is a great place to live for many reasons. Location is convenient with shopping just across the street at the arboretum. The staff host fun events that are creative. I enjoy the amenities and usually have the fitness center to myself. The office is open 7 days a week, and someone is always available even if all I need is to pick up a package.

The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I moved to the community around 4 months ago. The entire office staff has been more than helpful every time I came across an issue while transitioning into my new home. Whether it was making a maintenance request, getting a replacement battery for my security gate key, or helping me set up my online portal, the office staff has gone above and beyond to help me with any issue Ive had. Jennifer has been especially helpful as she has worked with me many times, always ensuring that all of my needs are met before I leave her office. Thank You Jennifer and the rest of the members of the office staff for making Bexley at Springs Farm a great lace to live.

I moved in last week and so far, so good! Very friendly leasing staff. Nice gym. Nice club house. Nice pool. Family oriented and safe community. Very convenient area next to shopping and in between SouthPark and Ballantyne. I think there’s a lot to do around here. Only problem for me is that there is no structured parking, so it can be a bit of a nightmare — what I mean by this is that some days you may need to park all the way on the other side of the community and walk to your apartment, and other times you may need to make your own parallel parking space. I’m sure parking permits and enforced towing could fix this, but other than that, great place! Also, it’s gated so it gives some added sense of security.

Bexley is a very safe and quiet apartment complex with great access to Charlotte. The staff are always helpful and sign for packages delivered from Amazon etc. Any maintenance requests are professionally fulfilled by courteous employees quickly. From move in date the experience has been a breeze, especially with Auto pay for rent payments.

I lived here for about 3 months at the beginning of the year and i have nothing but great things to say about this place. I had a few issues that were tended to and taken care of promptly. I cant express how great the staff is and how well they work to make sure that you are comfortable. 10/10!

Downsizing from a house to an apartment was a little scary. However, finding just the right place has made the transition a positive experience! The open floor plan is comfortable and easy to furnish without feeling like I had to give anything up. The amenities go far beyond my expectations, adding a unique dimension to my living space. I certainly dont miss the yard work! The staff are always courteous, friendly and professional confirming that my decision to move to Bexley at Springs Farm was the right choice!

Everything is very nice, they skimmed over a few spot that could have gotten more detail in the apartment but overall Im very satisfied and can see myself here for a while!

We have been living in this community for more than an year now and have never faced any issues as such. Office staff is great to deal with and is very helpful. The Maintenance team is quick to respond to the service requests and resolve issues to satisfaction. Safe community with amenities like swimming pool, fitness center and is at convenient location with easy access to shopping center, schools, medical, public transit etc. Wish there is a proper children park/play area within the community but overall, we are enjoying our stay here.

I was driving around Charlotte with my parents and my mom mustve had a motherly intuition that this apartment complex would be the one for me. She insisted on checking it out. After touring the one bedroom model, I automatically knew that this is where I wanted to move next. My leasing consultant, Bella, was very professional and relatable. She answered all of my questions and remembered me the following weekend when I stopped by to get a look at the specific floor plan that I had completed an application for. She was very straight to the point and clear with her answers, but did not make me feel rushed. Ive had only good experiences so far. The community looks very safe, quiet, and modern and that you get what you pay for! A huge upgrade from the university area. Im looking forward to moving in!

I had some discrepancies with the protocol and was very discouraged about living here I was given a call from a member of the leasing staff in which she explained and apologized. She made me feel welcomed. I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me and come to an understanding.

BEXLEY AT SPRINGS FARM: A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEWTHE APARTMENTSThe apartments themselves are beautiful inside. Most apartments I have been in have at least one off element to them, but Bexleys are well thought out AND well implemented. Even before adding ones personal touches, the apartments read as quality homes with beautiful cabinetry, humongous sinks and tubs, and pretty but resilient flooring.The only complaint I could possibly think of for Bexley is that they can be dim inside due to the lack of overhead lighting, but a quick trip to Ikea remedies this quickly.THE LANDSCAPINGThe landscaping is RIDICULOUS. It is ALWAYS nicely done. Come hurricane, blizzard, overzealous puppy... nothing leaves a lasting mark. The staff clearly genuinely cares about making Bexley as beautiful and relaxing as possible, so problems- as infrequent as they are- are quickly resolved. Details are not neglected in the landscaping, and there are no hidden ugly corners. Beautiful!THE CLUBHOUSE/ POOLInside the clubhouse, there is a newly renovated movie room, an office space with printers you can use for free (a lifesaver!), and a Starbucks machine (free and an even bigger lifesaver!). Theres also a small gym and a gorgeous pool with grills and firepits. Its the kind of place you genuinely want to show off to your family and friends.I was worried about it being crammed full of people when I saw how nice it is, but while there is typically at least one other person using these amenities, it has never felt crowded to me (note: I do still avoid the pool near noon during the summer, but thats just because Im not fond of kids).Overall, just like the landscaping, these things are clearly well taken care of.THE STAFFThe staff are genuinely some of the nicest and coolest people of all time. Ive stopped in to get advice on my outfit before a job interview, to show off my puppy, and more, just because the staff are so much like- if not actually- my friends. They have always been respectful and friendly with everyone I know, and they work hard to fix issues as quickly and well as possible. My puppy is OBSESSED with their maintenance man because he just exudes that genuinely good person energy.Furthermore, the staff go out of their way to create a community for people to partake in. There are always events going on, from back to school events for kids to wine and cheese tastings for adults. Of course, theres no pressure to partake in that, but if youre someone who really wants community (or just wants to come by for 5 minutes to nab free wine), its available.THE COMMUNITYBuilding off of the aforementioned staff thrown events, community is something you can choose - or not - here. As an introvert, I love this. When I want to talk to people, there is always someone inside the clubhouse or hanging out on their porch. When I dont, theres zero pressure for me to be anything other than the introvert I am.Thus far, though, I have not met a single person who I dislike. Am I best friends with every single one of my neighbors? Nope! But thats because we have different interests, schedules, etc., and I frankly dont want to. But they are all very cool people. And if theyre not? No worries, THE SOUNDPROOFING HERE IS AMAZING. I met my neighbors when they apologized for the noise of their party. I asked them, What noise?The community here is diverse but quiet. Theres very little drama, next to no crime, and nothing truly negative to report.THE PRICEWith all that being said, the price of a Bexley apartment is...surprisingly inexpensive. Much worse apartments in South Charlotte that are notorious for cockroaches, bad neighbors, and more are charging similar if not greater prices. For the neighborhood, you really cannot beat the price. Furthermore, my rent has not gone up drastically since I moved here, and I have never once felt Bexley is trying to squeeze pennies out of me.CONCLUSIONJust say yes!

Horrible service from the leasing staff which constantly changes - their services is the absolute worst!Leasing agent Brianna is nice & helpful.I find Jade to be rude & pushy, Lindsay is horrible to deal with especially if your not Caucasian. Corporate will ALWAYS back the director Lynn. So as a paying consumer your stuck if your lease hasnt expired.In my opinion they charge insane amounts of rent for relatively small box style apartments/townhouses that is not upgraded.The upgrades are cheaply done - expect your linoleum floors to bubble in areas.Make sure they dont just paint over moldy windows.Upgrades are only done to the Club House & community areas- never your apartment. Staff constantly changes.Ive lived there for almost 3 years for the school district ONLY!The security gate is constantly broken so you are not truly living in a gated community.Repairs are done as cheaply as possible- I still have an oven knob on my dryer.The door that separates the laundry has never been fixed after it fell on a guest at my house.The windows are horrible so expect to pay high heating bills in the winter to keep warm and high central air bills to keep the heat out in the summer.The only good thing the property has going for itself is its location.***I declined the emailed offer for $10 for writing a nice review.

One of my favorite things about this place is how clean the entire complex is. Maintenance is great and the front office staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. They never act like youre inconveniencing them, and always take the time to go above and beyond to help.

I just moved out of Bexley Springs Farm a few months ago. The only reason I moved is because my job ended up transferring me to Phoenix. I would have loved to have stayed at Bexley for a much longer time. I like the way the company itself is run, I asked the ladies in the office if there were any Bexleys in Phoenix and to my disappointment there arent any. I wanted to say that during my stay at Springs Farm I had no complaints. The maintenance and office staff were always very friendly and attentive to my needs. The community itself is beautiful and the landscaping is always top notch. I would easily recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.

Went and viewed this property last week and everyone I came in contact with was super friendly!

I almost never write reviews but I cant NOT warn you about this place. I would give this apartment complex a negative 10 stars if I could. It started out horrible and continued to get worse.Before we moved in I was given the address of our new apartment in the form of an e-mail confirmation. Before I placed 40 calls to formally change our address AND to officially change our address with the post office, I called the main office to confirm that the address in the e-mail was our final address. I was told that it was our final address and we could pick up the keys the next day. I took off work to make all the calls and literally a few hours before I went to pick up the key was told there was a grave mistake and I COULD NOT move into the apartment that I confirmed with them twice. Nightmare ~ to this day still not getting mail properly. They gave us a $200 credit for our inconvenience.Upon moving in, our apartment smelled like an Indian restaurant. It took hours of cleaning and spraying to get the place livable. The smell never truly went away in the 5 months we were there. The dryer that came with the apartment screeched like a cat was being boiled in oil ~ their response was they couldnt fix it.... period. No offer to replace it, our problem. We had an ant infestation (we took care of ourselves) and roaches (we also took care of ourselves).The gym didnt have A/C for the first three months we were there. I called weekly and was told it was being worked on. When I saw a maintenance fellow in the main building I told him the A/C in the gym was out and all he said was I know then he turned and walked away. The security gates are useless. 1/2 the time your remote doesnt work and the other 1/2 the gates are inoperable.Security and lighting is a major issue. Approximately 1/2 the lights from our parking lot to our apartment door were burned out. My husband replaced most of them and was told by management it wasnt his job.... they would get to it.Best advice is LOOK AROUND! This is not the place for you!

My husband and I were in Charlotte for the weekend trying to find a place to rent because we are relocating from California. The customer service was bad! We felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Both of the agents were polite but neither one asked any questions. Took us to an apartment but did not really give us any details. We also did not receive a tour of the grounds nor did they show us any amenities. Beautiful complex and it was one we were both excited to visit. We ended signing a lease with another apartment complex that same day. Very disappointed in our experience and will not be looking to rent with Bexley in the future.

I always felt the home living in Bexley Apartments 4years 7 months. Each Staff member is amazing. Maintenance responses were outstanding. Biggest this apartment is conveniently located and have easy access to Shopping Center, Public Transit, Schools, ER, pediatric in addition to all above it does not have outside disturbances such as Traffic, Noise etc. Did feel safe living here. It was an awesome homely experience. I appreciate have lots of respect for leasing center staff members Sarrah, Stephanie and Nathan Kivett for their approach. A Big Thank You to all of you !!

I really enjoy living here at BexleySprings Farm! The wonderful staff and great central location make living here ideal for my lifestyle. I would recommend living here to anyone and if you are not living here now, you are missing out!!!

My Fiance and I have lived at Bexley Springs Farm for two years now. We abolutely love the convenient location, modern amenities, functional layouts and friendly staff! We were brand new to Charlotte when we moved here and it instantly felt like home. We fully reccomend this community to those looking for a great place to stay in South Charlotte!

Just moved into Bexley at Springs Farms and the staff is wonderful and they made my move super easy.

Im a new resident to the community. The staff has been more than helpful in the moving process and the neighbors have been great.

If your looking for a great place to live where the management staff will go above and beyond to help and fix your problems this is NOT the place to live. My fiancé and myself have lived here for almost three years now and to say the management staff addresses and solves problems is an understatement. We have dealt with having a fire in the dumpster next to our cars/apartment, kids playing everywhere including in the streets where they could easily get hit, people driving drunk at 3am and burning out there tires waking up all the tenants, not to mention more incidents. We were going to stay here a few more months after our lease was up due to the fact that we are looking to purchase a new home, however they are non renewing our lease so they can renovate. They offered to move us to move to a different apartment in the complex that upon further investigation would have cost us significantly more for rent, however they didnt even have an open apartment available at the time we needed to vacate our current apartment. When we brought this concern to them no one seemed to really care that much, all they seemed to care about is there renovations and there money. After all that you would think that would be the icing on the cake but its not. When going to apply at a different apartment complex an issue arrived on our application causing us to not be able to sign a lease there. Upon review Bexley misplaced one of our rent checks and filed an eviction notice on us. When brought to there attention they informed us they would take care of the situation and no charges would be filed against us. That was a lie because apparently there was! This has now prevented us from being able to rent any apartment in this county and yet again the apartment complex is doing nothing about it. Not once have we been told that they are sorry or anything close to resembling that they even care this is happening. We have reached out to Jade and Lynn with no solution to the problem and just want to talk to someone who can help us! This has been a complete nightmare!

I stayed here for 3 Years. Apartments are good and has very nice staff, especially office staff Nate and Sarah were always helpful

As you can see below in my original post, I had a great first year living in this community. However, I decided to transfer in to a smaller apartment in the complex at the end of my original lease term. I received my key to the new place and immediately upon entering I was hit with an overwhelming odor of animal pee, a very strong Indian spice smell, and another mysterious 3rd smell that I still cant identify. On top of all of this, there was a large (~6 inch) yellow stain in the center of the living room. Maintenance attempted to deodorize the carpet which only served to add to the terrible bouquet of smells. To their credit, they offered to bring in a cleaning company to perform a deep scrub but my fear is that (based on a lot of information available on the web concerning spice/animal urine odors) that the smell became trapped not only in the carpet, but in the paint and drywall as well. I ended up breaking my lease (mind you, I was told by the property manager during this whole debacle that they do not do walkthroughs before you sign a lease).Long story short, I was very unhappy that it ended up basically being a gamble when I signed the lease as to what kind of unit I was going to end up with. In this case, I ended up with a terrible unit, but my first unit was absolutely wonderful. For this reason I am leaving my original post below. Also, Management was very understanding and worked with me the entire process. I worked with Bella the majority of the time I lived in the complex and she was always incredibly helpful and understanding. At the end, Christa worked with me to understand my problem and make sure I got my money back. Both extremely lovely people...Original post, April 2016:I have had a such a great experience here. I have lived in about 6 different apartments and I have never had such a responsive staff that is so proactive in engaging with the community. They have amazing amenities and even opened the pool this year far earlier than almost every other place (April 4th). The garage rentals are also incredibly cheap and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Cant say enough good things! Highly suggest!

I was moving to Charlotte and had to take a chance on Bexley at Springs Farm as it was only one out of a bunch of places that I had contacted that responded. It was a shot in the dark but it paid off. I really enjoy living at BaSF. The leasing consultants are nice and helpful. The only negative that I can think of is if you come home late it will probably be difficult to find a space to park close to your apartment. However this is a small issue. Package handling is convenient. Any maintenance issues that Ive had have been attended to really quickly. Neighbors are either friendly or standoffish and either one is fine in my book. The Arboretum Shopping center is across the street and has everything that you would want/need (i.e. movie theater, clothing, shoes, restaurants, Wal-Mart, grocery stores, pet shops, etc.).I would definitely recommend.

I have lived at this community for the last three years and sad to say come January I will be moving because I have bought a huse. I have enjoyed my stay here at Bexley Springs Farm.The leasig staff always greeted me with a smile and the maintaince staff especialy Ed was responsive to my needs. Although I am excited to buy my home Iam sad to be leaving this community hat i have called home the last three years. If I ever rent a apartment again I will defintaly be back at Springs Farm. Thank you so much Bexley Spring Farm for all you did its a great cmmunity to live in.

Good school district !!

I would never recommend these apartments. They ask you to move out because they want to renovate the apartment, then stick you with most of the renovation bill a month after you move out.
