My daughter just moved in here. Its horrible. Roaches in the apartment. Outlets cannot be used since the plugs wont stay in. Kids wont stop knocking on the doors. People upstairs bang on the floors (not just walking around) but banging on the floors like hammering. The seal on the refrigerator messed up. She put in maintenance requests in and they were closed saying they were fixed and they were not. She had to put in another request and go to the front office to complain. Only 1 dumpster for everyone have to drive to throw any trash away. Trash all over the parking lot. Broken bottles. I could go on and on. But I think you get the picture. She just moved in so she has a year before she can leave. Dont rent here.

I recently toured with Kassidy at Sharon Pointe. She was able to answer all of my questions and has been readily available to assist me in the application process. The community is well kept and I would highly recommend to others .

I was excited the other day when I saw these apartments 30 years ago this was one of the apartment areas that my daughter got her first apartment after graduation and come to find out my niece from Miami is living in these apartments I must say the apartments are kept up and they look nice

The ladies in the office are always helpful and nice. Maintenance has been very reliable. The location is also convenient.

They have very good staff and their office is decorated very nicely.

They like to claim they are the cheapest in the area but not by much and its way to much for what you are not getting at other places. Amenities are virtually non existent, the pool is rarely open and then overrun by unsupervised children, there is no fitness center, and laundry facility hours are super tight. They have a habit of changing the rules in punitive ways that make it an inconvenience for people just trying to live their lives. For example laundry was once 24/7 but people giving the laundry code to kid and damages led to 8:30 to 4:30 hours. So much for working 9-5pm. People have an excess of work vans so they start towing but all the work vans do is shift to visitors parking so forget having guests over. And now patio inspections. Rather than add things like security or address problem with tenants they create obstacles and red tape. I do enjoy the maintenance staff, they are super helpful quick and friendly. The leasing managers try and be helpful but the overall lack of services and red tape is not worth it. You shouldnt be charging more for less.

It was a nice place to live until my apartment was broken into the staff and maintenance people were good I just move because of what happen it was a great convenience at the time

The only good thing about these apartments is how spacious they are. The maintenance staff is horrible, parking is even worst. You would think with all the money the tenants are paying they can afford some kind of security. Matter of fact I was told that they did have security when I first moved in, that was clearly a lie. I am just patiently waiting for my lease to be up.

Parking sucks . They claim to tow, but never do so you can’t have visitors because the people park In the spaces never leave . The office staff is so unorganized& rude. With the exception of the maintenance staff . They loose you paperwork, then threatening you court papers, and changes to your rent . The worst experience of all time . It’s always dirty outside and roaches everywhere. It’s a party going on every other day outside. All appliances are out of date. The floor panels are even coming up. The carpet is cheap, and I keep getting stabbed by nails that are on the floor .

The parking is terrible, and the price is ridiculous for what you get. You have to stay on the staff to make sure stuff gets done. Theyre forever trying to find a way to make more money off of you, by coming up with new fees for you to pay. The amenities are basically non existent. The pool is always closed and they even closed the laundry room for a period of time.

My car has been broken into three times, my apartment was broken into once and they refuse to let me break my lease. They havent even offered to help me with anything all I get is a simple were sorry. I lost almost $1000 dollars in property and this neighbor hood is filled with drug dealers and sketchy people. Im always being watched and as a veteran living alone in an apartment half the size of a military barracks room Im not getting my moneys worth. The gym has been closed since before i moved in and has yet to be reopened. They dont enforce the resident only parking and I come home at night from work having to park on the opposite side of my apartment building because all the spots are filled by visitors parking in resident spots. I recommend investing your money elsewhere.

The kids are anoying and there is trash around everywhere. There was a shooting here to.

Nosey, cant leave after 5 pm bc of the parking space, kids bad as hell, the trash is horrible in the parking lot, rats at the dumpster ughhhhh I hate this damn place

This is the best ugly place u can lieving at dont rent here is bad parking is bad people drinking everywhere and they dont fix the apartment there is mold everywhere

Very bad experience apart from not having enough parking those in the office do not grab anything only that they can not eat anything and apart from the crane, the cars go by not being in the parking lot and as if not enough
