I lived here for 1 year and it was awful. The counter tops would peel when they got wet, there was mold int the apartment which i sent multiple emails about, underneath my kitchen sink was leaking, and the drawers were falling apart in the kitchen. When I sent emails and pictures it went unanswered. About 6 months after I moved out i was sent an $800 bill with no call or explication. When I got in contact with someone I was told it was for carpet burns and the counter tops having to be resurfaced. I don’t smoke and again the counter tops were cheap and peeled if you got them wet slightly. Don’t waste your money here.

I have lived here for 11 years, the service I receive from Ashantii, Kendra and Candra are an amazing trio!! Maintenance responds perfectly I had an emergency at 11:45pm and by 12:20AM the issue was resolved. The improvements that has taken place at my community are great-. These ladies are always so busy but they always make the time to help everyone . The resident event was amazing and considerate it really gives us a sense of community. Its nice to be cared for by the people managing your community.Thank You HillRock Estates

Asante, Candra and Kendra have been amazing! I noticed how busy they always are and they do their best to service everyone. I ran into a hardship and those ladies did everything for me to get an apartment home here. I am so excited to make HillRock Estates my new home. The best service I have ever received. Let me tell you the staff are awesome. My aunt who is a double amputee lives there and at times I’m not the nicest person to deal with but they do what they say and that’s the service you want!!!

I am super excited about my move to Hillrock estates! Ive been on a hunt for something affordable, spacious and in a great location. Very impressed with the upkeep of the community. They are currently undergoing some construction to improve the community and im excited to see the upgrades. The floor plan Ive been waiting for is finally available! My experience thus far has been great! The ladies in the office were very professional, welcoming and very responsive to my many inquiries. Special thanks to Candra for making this process as smooth as possible!

I could start from long ago but i will not blunder folks with a long story so Ill keep it short. You will pay for services not received and given the run around about things that are not true. Management doesnt care about you. Was told that I could pay a $600 deposit bond which would cover me for $2000 to move in fine I did it but in the end I found out that was only to protect the apartment but no fees whatsoever. I wasnt told this by management but by the company that offered it. Had I known Id pay the full security deposit of $1400 to cover anything just in case things went bad and it did. Look at the pictures below. I left my apart in spotless condition. This place is filled with trash. Do Not rent from them! Another thing the place under the stairs almost always smelled like urine and had beer bottles also

I am not even a resident there and I am having a horrible experience. I have made SEVERAL attempts to reach someone by email and phone. No one has answered either of them. I could just imagine how it must be to live there and get no response!

It was hard getting somebody on the phone so I took a trip .... once I got there it was a bit busy but the staff was very pleasant ... I waited patiently as they defused the the rush . I had the best tour with Ashanti !

Making a move from one city to the next can be extremely difficult. The staff at Hillrock Estates made me feel like family. I felt like my cousin was showing me around her apartment. Honestly, this is my new home. Thank you for the hospitality.

I recently toured Hillrock Estates, i wa thoroughly impressed my the office staff. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable!!!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Management kept losing my paperwork...had to keep showing bank proofs that rent was paid...kept changing people in the office. When I moved, still was sending proof that rent was paid so it wouldnt show on my credit. Other than that I liked my space, but not the loud house parties that kept occurring in the apartment under me.

Horrible complex. Never dealt with so many issues ever with an apartment complex. Valet trash never came and management would fine you if you left your bin out because they never picked it up. Laundry rooms were disgusting and hadnt been cleaned in a year. Always try to charge you for something. Very unsafe, constant gun shots going off in the area. They dont care about residents at all or they would pick up their phones or return emails. I highly suggest running far away from this place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here the Candra one of the workers was phenomenal, and had good customer services. The manager Nika, had a loving caring vibe and I was so happy to meet her. They were very welcoming and gave very good information. Every question I had they had a answer to. Cant wait to become a resident here!

There’s nothing ‘estate’ like about this place. They advertise that they’re a gated community but the gates don’t operate. The roof leaked all over my apartment. Animals would constantly get into the fireplace and get stuck, making loud noises and then eventually dying. We spent months with a strong foul odor that no one could seem to figure out where it was coming from. Windows are old so they mold quickly. Maintenance takes forever to get anything done because they service multiple apartment communities. If you want anything to be done right through the leasing office, go through the manager, Nika. But good luck reaching her! Neighbors were loud playing music all hours of the night. Creepy older men. Someone left a rose on my car and I never even spoke to anybody around.Best thing about this place was the pool - no one ever used it.I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up and I’m so glad I moved.

Been here for two months now and haven’t had any issues. I live in a classic 1 bedroom but I love it! The open floor plan is amazing. The move in was rocky because they were waiting on the carpet folks to put in new carpet but for the inconvenience they gave me a 3 month deal!! It’s quiet at night and a short drive to all the happenings in uptown Charlotte. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the laundry facilities are being renovated but I haven’t seen anyone renovating them. Guess I should just purchase a washer and dryer. Other than that, I have no complaints. Would recommend! Keep it up HillRock!

During this pandemic HillRock was very helpful and they worked to make sure that everyone was safe and even helped out financially waiving fees saving me money and putting things in place to help out during this difficult time. I have been a resident for 4 months now and I have not had any problems and staff is nice and helpful.

They dont fix nothing I had a cabinet fall of the wall and on me. I had to call the city for mold because of leaking in windows & bathroom. The managementis rude will insult you and talk down to you as if you are stupid. This place should be closed down the nicest thing is the clubhouse but its never open for use so its just another lie about amenities.

I was put work order on the application just like they told me to do so I did that almost 2 weeks ago but still nothing no one comes to fix it!! I called them & email them but still.Cant wait to move out of here!!

I Love living in these apartments. They are in a quiet area with plenty of stuff around to do. I felt right at home the day I toured with Candra . The leasing staff are all so welcoming and helpful. Its in a nice, safe area and in an overall great location. I couldnt be happier. Candra has gone above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth as can be .The staff is always more than helpful and quick to respond to any questions I may have. Ive felt welcome since the day I looked at the apartments.

I have lived here for 11 years, and I made this property my home. The staff are kind people (I consider them friends, and I plan to stay in touch with them after I move), and the recent renovations are very beautiful. My move has nothing to do with them or my unit - I simply need a change after a long while in the same place.I live in the Magnolia floor plan, the largest of the 2BR/2Ba. The layout is PERFECT. If I could pick up my apartment and plop it down somewhere new every few years, I would do it in a minute. One day when I build a house I plan to specifically emulate this apartments layout.Upon entering, there is a short foyer/hallway/entry where I placed a running carpet to keep the rest of the space free of debris: Its rather like a mud room in that way.In the very generously sized den/dining area there are two sliding glass doors. This effectively makes the entire wall a huge window. These doors open out onto a ridiculously huge patio - for real, you will NOT find a better outdoor space in Charlotte: I have two sets of patio furniture, a hammock, a cat tree and room left to exercise. Its absurd. I love it. The patio is the reason I chose this place back in September 2009, and it remains my favorite feature. It effectively doubles the size of the living area. I screened mine in to allow my kitties access to fresh air without bugs. Also, there is a real fire place that actually burns wood, not one of those pointless gas things that I dont know the purpose for. It is VERY cozy.There is a storage area off the patio that is big enough to be a third bathroom - in fact it might actually be larger than the second bathroom. That is where I have my washer/dryer hook up and HUGE remaining storage. Its ridonkulous - I love it. If youve ever watched Dr. Who, its like the Tardis: You go inside and its WAY bigger than you expect looking at it from the outside.The patio is also accessible via the sliding glass door in the Master Suite. That is a fantastic feature, and allows fresh air to flow everywhere all at once when all the glass doors and bedroom doors are open. The master bath has a huge wrapping closet. The suite is very spacious.The hallway has a huge linen closet where you can store all sorts of goodies. Its very deep, is the full height of the floor to ceiling, and is as wide as a regular doorway. There are shelves on top, and a large open area on bottom.The second bedroom was my home office and home gym - its that big. Its also got a full length closet that occupies an entire wall. Even more storage!The master bath is shower only, but the second bathroom includes a tub. I used this bathroom for my personal spa. Im bougie, and I dont care if you judge me. It was fabulous, and I will miss that in my new smaller place.The kitchen is semi-open, in that there is a serving counter that faces out from the kitchen into the den. There is a dishwasher, as well as a garbage disposal. The pantries are everywhere. Like, you could put a grocery store in there. You think Im kidding. I might live alone, but I can eat. Trust. I feel like a Hobbit after saying that.All told, if this were a condominium I would buy it and live here for another 11 years. I have been very happy here, and if you treat your space with respect and creativity (even though you rent, rather than own) you can make these units reflect yourself. You get back what you put it. I put in love, and I got back a private sanctuary.

I recently moved in and my process was smooth and easy.The office staff was Amazing even with me being an employee they made me feel like they still had my best interest at heart Nika walked me through the move in process along with Alexis who is the new kid on the block but she was awesome as well and Ke’Swanna made sure my apartment was ready.Sick and all i was able to walk my unit get my move in information in a matter of minutes so i could go rest.The HillRock staff Rocks.

I was very interested in this property so I applied back in Dec 2019 to move in Feb 2020. The lady expressed to me that it wasnt to early to apply, and she wanted me to take advantage of the promo they had running for that month, and she said it will carry over for my lease agreement . After i paid my application fee and filled everything out; I even gave the lady at the office my pay stubs IN HAND!! Along with sending my SS through email because it didnt let me attach the PDF to the app. After that process was over, I emailed her couple days later to get a update, and never got no response concerning my application. I called no answer, even left a voice message; STILL NO ANSWER!!

My move-in wasn’t as smooth as I envisioned however Ke’Swanna Barnes blessed me. My unit had a freak accident under 24 hrs of me moving in. She went into superwoman mode and found me another unit.. I appreciate her soooooo much. I lovee my unit. I feel safe and at peace here!

I love living at HillRock Estates, I been living on the property since March, 2013 when it was called The Timbers. The manager Nika is a wonderful person she is the type of person that will keep it 100 with you and will not sugar coat anything and that is what i appreciate it about her. The other office staff are great as well very nice. The maintenance staff are on point you dont have to wait for your situation to be resolved. Over all I will not be moving no time soon. Just love it here.

Great neighborhood. Very quiet. Been living here for 4 years now and plan to stay a while. Love that its near shopping centers and restaurants.

These apartments are beautiful and close to where I want to live. Boyfriend and I went on a tour. Loved everything they had to say. We wanted a renovated one, and were told they would have to add one to the list. We said wed think about it and would call back later. Well, we called 3 or 4 times, we emailed at least 6 times. We REALLY wanted to live here. But its been almost a month and NO ONE has gotten back to us. We were going to give you our money, but not anymore.

Hillrock Estates The only reason I am giving this a star is because I am forced to. I moved in here 7/2018 and have had nothing but issues. From unanswered work orders to shady repairs, to no repairs at all and work orders being cancelled. Forget about the Dasmen rewards. I have attempted TWICE to get a new faucet using my reward points and have not gotten it...it has been MONTH since I requested this. The front gate is broken, therefore the community is not gated. The back gate is broken, therefore it is only one way in and one way out now which is a headache due to the traffic flow. I have gone two weeks without hot water with not one maintenance worker showing up to fix the problem. Emergency maintenance line does not work. Imagine having to get off work and drive 1 hour away to give your children baths...or having to boil water for 4 baths everyday!!!! Valet trash is trash itself. My trash has sat outside my door for two weeks with not one person picking it up. Several complaints with the city are open and active. NEW MANAGEMENT IS A MUST HERE! It is really aggravating having to leave my job and come to this complex and do theirs. I shouldnt have to call to remind them of work orders, or that my trash hasnt been picked up, or that I dont have hot water after I made several work orders. It is advertised as a easy effortless and streamlined process, when every since interaction with the office is a headache......if they even answer the phone!!****Update....no one from management has even attempted to reach out to me. And i know they will not.

Im skeptical after seeing reviews and have done an online tour the place is phenomenal, however, could a real person who has either just recently moved in a month or up to 6 months ago let me know how their experience is here by replying ? I REALLY WOSH I COULD GIVE 0 stars Don’t Move here terrible staff and neighborhood. The Staff lies and are very Lazy and like to tell their customers what they will and won’t do, Hang up because they try to speak over you instead of hearing problems, while also stringing them along and feeding them lies. There are no lights in the breezeway and they aren’t caring enough to replace it. Really needs new management seems like a big scam to me. Also when they don’t want to fix problems. I was given their landlords email where I emailed her and informed her of what took place and asked for a meeting and she replied she couldn’t speak to a non lease holder when I am on the lease and have been on there for 2 years (How Long we’ve been staying here). They also refuse to let me get my packages that’s there they want to send them back to the sender for no reason so I have to have law enforcement get my packages for me so they don’t do that.They call and lie to the police so they don’t have to deal with you period. And threaten you with charges. 😭🤣 SAVE YOUR MONEY & PEACE ITS NOT WORTH IT GUYS. They definitely need to been enlightened on customer service.

Hillrocks staff are so incredible, they make sure you feeling happy & comfortable in their estates. If youre not living here you truly missing out the estate & staff will make you love it !

Ms. Nika & Ms. Ke’Swanna are Awesome! They helped me and also showed compassion concerning my unique situation. They went above and beyond any other rental agents/manager Ive ever encountered. I am so grateful to have met them both and wish them the best with Hill Rock Estates!

My wife is stay there for 10 yearsin the first year with the management that was there it was all good had the guards at the gate when you come in be respectful placethen when the new management took over it was a nightmare and worship place I believed in my life dont want to fixor repair anything in the apartments the attendance is living there glow around the world for you to pay the rent apartment apps take you through stuff staff is very disrespectful in the office apartment with molding and a mess when me and my wife moved out city code violations end up had to put the city on them unlivable the City code violation man saidhe didnt put it in the mail he ran to the rent office when they left out of the apartment it was so much molded and out of order they need to bulldozer the Hill Rock apartments down and make a park for the kids out of it that would be best for that side of town

This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve dealt with, they are very unorganized, they don’t call you with updates then get upset when you call to check on application, water is not included that’s a lie. I wouldnt recommend this to a dog this place is pathetic.... don’t waste your money nor your time ... they are full of lies just to get you there

I have been at this complex for 7 years, and I would recommend Hillrock for future tenants. The staff is very friendly and always make sure that they go the extra mile to assist anyone. Keswanna is outstanding and is always available to assist me when i go into the office once a month. She is a very hard worker. Nika has always kept a bubbly attitude whenever she is approached and is very helpful as well. Keswanna and Nika make an incredible team. They Rock tremendously!!

Beautiful location on the site itself and very friendly, down-to-earth, welcoming staff at the leasing office. Scenery on the grounds is beautiful, plus a lot of great amenities and included services offered to residents makes this an ideal place I may consider moving into sometime sopn!

I lived at this location for one year; (when it was called the timbers) and I was disappointed living here. The managers there some act like they forget things they lost my package which they promise to protect my package and the lost it or gave it away either they signed it never replace my pacage or lowered my bill for bad service. I never once received my lease. I paid on time. My refrigerator kept making so much noise. I had holes on the floor. No didnt listen or help me. In the end I decided to leave. They ask me why I told them why and they even argue with me. I had 1 more month and they kicked me out. All because I had a complain that was never resolved. I couldnt believe I was treated that why I made a complaint to the company they never respond to this day.

Ms. Nikka an John McKee and ke’swanna and candra are all nice people they have helped my father so well I really appreciate them there like family an I love them to death they are there when you need them they work with you an they have great communication skills. This is the best apartment that I’ve ever been to. I recommend other people to come stay here

This is the Getto! Work that’s been promised to be done still waiting after 4 months. Mold thru out the apartment. They just promise to fix this over and over but no one comes. Car broken into twice. Missing lighting in the parking . Dangerous area ! GETTO!

Paid a application fee, they ran my credit before they received my check stubs & never provided me with an update for my application. Also the gate for their community does not work, this apartment complex is located in a high crime area.

Swift attention to centers needs by crazy-good people in office. Maintenance crew rules, too. But above all, (& Ill bet well fight for:): the Silence!!!!

Ive been a resident here for many years and I love the people in the office. It makes it so much easier when you have people that has a wonderful attitude when you come in the office to take care of business.

The staff is AMAZING!! The renovations are on point and are well worth the price to lease in the city of Charlotte ...which is why I renewed.

I been living here for five years. And the staff is great. The have the pool clean. I love it here all the need of is a playground for the kids and it would be prefect.

I have a 1 bedroom here and its been great. Rent is reasonable, the Wifi/internet/cable is fast and included in the rent. Nika, KeSwanna and the rest of the office staff are great and do an excellent job of taking care of requests in a timely manner and making themselves available.

Nika was a Awesome Chris was wonderful too they told me everything I needed to know get understanding of the application process. The rest of the staff KeSwanna and JT was just as helpful too. I have friends that stay here and im excited about getting ready to move in

My year is almost up and I had a horrible experience with this complex. Management was really terrible,and Management is all nice when you are applying but when you move in its a different story. Our dishwasher has been broken since we moved in we have to run the washer two or three times to get clean. Maintenance does not respond quickly. We had to wait a whole month to get our garbage disposal fixed and It made our home stink for that whole month. I had a horrible experience and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone . I wouldnt even give it one start if I had that option.

As i sit and read some of the reviews that are posted on here about the staff it not only puzzles me it makes me a little sad. I first started my lease in 2006 as a resident and the staff and management were awesome. I will be the first to admit that Nika can be a little strict but she has a job to do and everyone has to follow rules, in addition to her managing a 341 unit property with all types of issues Good and Bad she still makes time to have an open door policy for all residents and staff members, there are residents who come in a need help with personal issues, need someone to talk to about things going on in their life she is not only a manager, she is a great listener,she gives awesome advice,and she will help anyone she can within reason.There are times i tell her she has a hard job and i would not want to do it because it takes a special person to be a Property Manager,Working in this office can be a challenge at times because people are not always understanding of the rules that are stated in their lease and or Community Rules there is no favoritism in this office and it really seems like when a person is not allowed to do what they want to do and not follow rules is when their is a problem.We all have jobs and we all have rules to follow we can not come to your place of employment and expect you to break the rules so why should you want us to...Nika is an Awesome manager which other complex has an annual pool party like The Timbers. she gives back to help the kids.

Ive been a resident in this complex for a very long time. The management team (Nika, and her staff) has been the best since I have lived over there. They are very concerned about the safety and the happiness of the resident. The property has actually made improvements with making the area look much better. The prices are very reasonable which has kept me there this long. Nika and her staff always try to find activities to get the residents involved. I truly enjoy seeing the management team always smiling. Ive never had any problems since Nika has become the property manager. Although Im so used to the name The Timbers, I guess I can make the adjustment to the new name.

Horrible.... Been here for 2 summers snd my a.c. has went out each summer. I reported my a.c. to the office as not working on 6/18/18....it is currently 7/12/18 and my ac is still not working

I have been a resident for 4 years here. I love where I stay. The manager Nika was my manager at another complex over 15 years ago and shes the same now as was then, down to earth, honest and the most loving person. HEr staff is the very helpful at all times. We have new owners and with new owners comes change. Oh Boy we have had some changes. I know they have to happen but it takes the affordability away for this side of town. I know it has to happen so I will enjoy the new stuff until I cant afford it any longer. I do like the paperless stuff though. lol#LoveMyLiving

Live there for 3 years straight very awful experience.. Nothing was fix/replaced.. I even have a disaster when my up neighbor have toilet problems and all his water and everything else finishes leaking in my bedroom roof into my bed.. Office didnt take responsibility or my neighbor.. Was the top of all my issues thats when we decided to move.. Never recommend this place to anybody... Ever!

The apartment complex is horrible! The gate has been broke for 2 years but I continue to pay for a key card. The water is very foggy not safe to drink. And my Air Condition was broke for over 4 months and they have a mold/mildew problem.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Manager and staff have always gotten my work orders done, so i guess negative reviews have to be from pissed off people who have not gotten their way. lol..I am going to renew prices good so who cares. This apartment complex is the worst ever!!! The gate has been broken since I moved there but I continued paying for a key card that they never gave me…The place (parking lot, stairs, hallways) are always dirty and everybody there is smoking drugs the place is always smelling smoke, the laundry rooms are broken too and they never fixed it, they took money for a laundry card and they never returned that money to me, I moved out from that horrible place and they sent me an statement to my new place charging me for that gate key ( the broken one), besides I signed a contract with water included however in that statement they are charging me water!!! The water always was very foggy not safe to drink and they cut the water service whenever they wanted. They Took almost 300 USD for deposit when I moved there and now they told me that it was just another fee and I need to pay more than 280 in a final move out statement… (They are thieves) The Extremely unprofessional administration is always looking how to steal your money! If you choose to live there, beware of tricks and arrangements to get you to pay more than the agreed terms they have the WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, They are very rude and Nika and her terrible administration never answer the phones or Emails. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!

WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Very rude and combative when I address issues in my apartment complex. I live on the first floor and when heavy rain comes, my floor in my bedroom gets soaked. My A/C was broke for about three months, and I have just discovered mold behind my bed. It wasnt until I asked to break my lease did they take me serious. They have since discovered that my transformer was burnt out the whole time, and now the air works. I have had to call the police on this complex because of the failure to provide me with the call log of every time I have called for maintenance. I was told by Nika (I believe that is her name) to contact an attorney and I can receive the information. Im so tired and will be moving very soon. The gossip and catty-ness that goes on with the employees is just unprofessional. This place will never succeed with the same staff. (I.e I have been a tenet for 2 years) I would not recommend this place if you have eczema, asthma, or any autoimmune disorder.

For the most part i love it here but with one caveat my car has been broken in too twice in 2 weeks . yes i didnt lock it the first time the second time i did... so.......

Management, JT and Delis are great. The general manager is the worst. They do 2 inspection yearly. What I did like is that they use dogs during the inspections to detect bed bugs. This is a plus. Issues with gates. Very strict, but for the price it is still ok.

The AC unit they put in my window keeps making me sick we were told AC was being replaced cause it was old and broke its otw still not here and we are being charged for a dog we dont have all cause I was spotted walking my aunts service Dog and we told them within 24hours that the dog was not ours and its not here . Not to mention all other charges like the gate thats been broke since I got here. I called for spraying for bugs never came . Its mold In here it keeps coming back and all the maintenance men quit but one cause he lives here so thats that. Its so much more and I cant wait to move ..... Dont move here is you want your living experience to not be taking advantage of. Price not with it water was included not its not we went from paying $ 819 to $945+ a month. I cant wait to leave.BTW this is our first appartment and they knew it . We told them. But over all cool office folk untill somthing happens and issues most apparments have over priced slow response to fixing things and you pay for stuff that dont work and we have mold .... just a janky situation.... but I got roof over my head ..

I just wanted to say I LOVE the new paved walking path with lighting too soo much!! I like how youre keeping the trees close and preserved as much as possible. Its beautiful.Resident since 2012 - This is my first place with and without a roommate(they have 2 BDRMS w/bathrooms in each room-cant compare it). I love the friendly staff, location and scenery. The apartments are cute but it took them months to fix the gates and the area is okay.

When we first moved here 2+ years ago we were mostly satisfied but over time as issues developed with our apartment the management office continuously delayed a response. We have never had a single complaint against us and we have always paid months ahead on our rent. Management was always very friendly to us and we got along just fine. Now for the past 6 months at least we have had a reoccuring mold issue that was ignored. We couldnt use our heat in the cold weather or our AC in this summer heat because it was blowing dust and mold spores on us and we kept getting sick from it. Management sent someone out to assess the problem but never followed up to fix it. We had a leak a month ago and they drilled a hole in the ceiling and never came back to fix it. I had to repeatedly contact management over the past 6 months and they sent people out to look at our apartment and assess the damage but never came back to fix it. Mold spores got on our clothes--even brand new clothes we hadnt worn yet--and made me break out in hives. We have had several allergic reactions here. Total health violation. I finally had to go to management and point out how it is illegal to rent a unit full of mold out, highlight their responsibilities on the lease, and show them several dated photos that I took as proof and they gave us a temporary unit and sent maintanence to fix the issue. We moved back into our unit today after a week so they could clean and fix everything and the hole in the ceiling is STILL there. Nor has the leak and water damage in the shed been fixed yet. It may be a cheap price but you will spend money on all of the damage and allergy meds and if there is a problem in your apartment you can forget about them caring. In the end they acted like they had no idea, they said maintanence didnt even tell them about the leak (but we didnt go to maintanence we went straight to management), and they blamed us. FYI the cheap rent is going up. Spend your money somewhere else where you wont get sick and ignored.

I use to live at the Timbers apartment when I was a 16 till I turned 22 (Im now 26). This place is awesome and the staff, especially Nika Ross, is the most special and amazing people ever. Even though I no longer stay in Charlotte, I often visit and when I do I make sure I visit the Timbers apartment. As long as I have been here this place has been safe and Nika has been doing what she always do, help everyone, prospectors and residents. Nika (and also the rest of the staff) have been at the Timbers doing a wonderful job and I cant wait till I can move back to Charlotte because I will be living here, at the Timbers, the best place to stay in Charlotte with the most wonderful people on Earth. Nika maybe strict, but she gives and helps people any way she can. Shes funny, fun, heartwarming, and just so fantastic. She is someone you definitely want to have in your life. Shes very truthful and honest and she will have you leaving with a smile on your face.

Management/Office Staff is very hard to communicate with at The Timbers. It took a few weeks and numerous calls to them to get a manager to return my phone call.

Extremely unprofessional. Youd be surprised just how unprofessional the management is. And if you choose to live there, beware of tricks & schemes to get you to pay more than the agreed terms.
