It looks like this may be the quickest way to get a response. I put in an application 2 months ago and still waiting to hear back. I too have heard that this is a good place to stay. Its just hard to reach anyone. Either theres no answer or the mailbox is full...which that is the case today.

I’m looking to lease too but now I’m hesitant looking at these reviews...would love to talk to someone about my concerns. It looks affordable and I’m interested. I’m just spooked and shocked by these reviews.

Ive been a resident for a least 4 years now. The management has changed maybe twice. However the current property manager (Karla) has been here for the pat 2 years...shes the most diligent individual for the job. Although covid has changed things up a bit, the upkeep and needs of the residents and property has remained on point. I think Ill stay here for a long while :).

Been trying to get in touch for weeks to be a possible tenant, I have been calling and emailing and still no response. Very unfortunate because I really am interested in living here. Smh

I can’t even get them on the phone to get info about a one bedroom or touring opportunities. I’ve called them 3-4 times over two weeks. Nothing.

I love this place they answer all you’re questions that you might have they also answer the phone I got on the waiting list fast I can’t wait for an one bedroom apartment to be ready then I can move right in😊😊

Ive been calling and sending emails for days. Property looks lovely but they seem to have a serious problem with responding to future /possible tenants. And from the looks of the previous reviews its been going on for years. This hurts.

Nice apartment even though they towed my car that I had permission from a tent to park there. I was only parked there for 2 days because I went outta town to bury my dad and came back and my vehicle was gone. I need to get in touch with someone to get my car back because I’ve heard a lot of negative things about they towing company they use

I truly like how the community manager steps in on any issues that the clients have. I feel that is very professional. I would love to live in a place like this.

I’m looking for a place and based on the reviews from existing residents, I won’t even consider this place. Sounds like if I need to contact management, I will never get to speak with anyone. Also the new manager’s response to a previous review said, “The office is open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday”. That’s 3 out of 7 days. That’s not good business for an apartment complex.

I called this apartment complex several times maybe even more than that and no answer. I was looking to get a two bedroom apartment. This is ridiculous. Can someone please call me back I left multiple messages! :(

I have been calling this property for months, I even called the phone number that the new property manger listed in the reviews. Ive called, Ive emailed and still havent received any response. This is a bad reflection on management and indicative on the kind of service you will receive living here. Its a shame that you have to give a star just to post a review.

I shouldnt even give it one star. I have called multiple times just to simply find out information about if there were any available two bedroom units and no one answered.I stopped by wednesday around 3pm after I got off work and no one was there. Another woman told me the lady was out of the office and busy doing meetings and she would be back friday. So far the staff seems to be highly unprofessional. The office hours said 9-5pm. Why is the office locked and closed??There was also no note posted on the door or even a voicemail to let future prospective renters know. Highly unprifessionalI was only interested because the apartment prices seemed very affordable.

1st impressions are everything. When I went to Vist the complex to gain knowledge on renting the management staff in the office was very indirect. They made me wait 45 mins just to tell me I would have to be put on a waiting list for a year. Lack of organization and customer service really makes the overall appearance look really bad.

Never answer phone i called the 704 n the 844 number no answer bad service i would never recomand anyone to put your money into them starting to think it was a scam for my application money this is very unprofessional been calling for 3 days now

Very upsetting this place doesn’t like answering their phone and when you go to the office no one is there !! I don’t understand people tryna find a place to live and these are the games they wanna play smh !! Must not be good quality

Never answer the phone, or respond to emails . When I’ve personally went to the office to talk about my complaints I’ve seen her ignore the phone with my own eyes . I’m pisssssssed because they lost my application and when they finally found it processed it a week later, with no call or email to let me know my results . It’s very unprofessional
