I just moved into Cielo this past weekend, and Kelly from the leasing office has been amazing in helping me throughout the move-in process. When I did my original tour with her, she was so friendly and willing to answer all my questions and show me around. For my move-in day, the entire leasing office made me feel so welcome and excited to be moving in. Again, Kelly helped me get completely situated and made sure I had everything I needed to get settled. All around its been a great moving experience and I’m excited to live here with such a great staff to reach out to.
I visited family here last year when they had just moved in and it seemed like a nice place!This time around it’s been a different experience. For an apartment building that is supposed to be “luxurious” it lacks in a lot of areas.The entrances from the parking garages have stained carpet and floor. The trash rooms get so full from not being kept up with by maintenance that the doors don’t close.the trash cans through the building were stuffed for at least three days before they were emptied. Those at the the mailboxes, the pool, and in the communal The only thing they keep up with is with the front garden. The pool water is kind of cloudy.The gym gets so hot like the AC doesn’t work. The toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. There are no paper towels in the gym restroom or in the gym to wipe down equipment.One day I saw a cockroach in an apartment restroom. We had issues getting any help looking for a package and they had going around in circles because Niobe wanted to help. The AC for the apartment broke (for the fifth time this year) and it took three days to get fixed.They used to have events for the tenants and now there are none.All of this and they are increasing renting costs with the new contracts. A lot of people re choosing to move out rather than renew due to how poorly it’s being run.
From my initial phone call and follow up tour with Lauren I knew this place was a fit for me. She was great and answered all of my many questions. Great management team and super friendly staff in my every interaction. You all certainly reduce the stress of moving.
Had a great experience at Cielo went in for a tour and the place was amazing. The team was great answered all my questions. And the energy that Alex James and Elizabeth bring is wonderful. Also, everything they had to offer there really gave me that “luxury” that I’ve been looking for in luxury apartments. I would recommend checking them out

Just moved into a two bedroom a few days ago and I am loving it already. The apartment is spacious and beautiful and for once I don’t look at the walls and immediately want to paint them another color. The size of the bathroom and shower was a huge plus and overall the entire apartment is laid out in a way that makes it feel large and airy. A+ design! The staff at the leasing center were so helpful and made the transition to our new home easy and painless. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. I 100% recommend Cielo to anyone looking to move to or within Charlotte. Can’t wait to explore the fitness center and theater, and the neighborhood in general.
Kelly and Elizabeth could not have made the process of moving in easier, Ive never even traveled to Charlotte before so the prospect was daunting. Luckily the team at Cielo has made it an enjoyable experience! Everyone here seems to be quite knowledgeable about the area and very welcoming. Though this is only the beginning of my time here, its already off to a wonderful start!
The management team at the Cielo have been really wonderful helping with a surrounding tenant that was causing some less than pleasant issues, while being discrete for all parties at the same time. Management has shown they care about the happiness of the tenants and are top of things with the community as a whole.I would highly recommend this place not only on that factor alone, but also how quiet the apartments are. Having a place where you arent disturbed by the noise of other tenants is super important, at least to me, and you can tell the windows, doors, and walls are thick and well insulated.

The sales and management team at Cielo Apartments has been terrific. Working with Kelly has been great. She made the application process really easy and simple. She answered any questions we had rather through email, phone or in person. Would definitely recommend this complex for anyone moving to or in Charlotte because the place is really nice and the staff (Elizabeth, Alex and Kelly) is Awesome!

Went in on a whim to visit some apartments while visiting family and considering our move to Charlotte. The staff was all inviting and very friendly and gave recommendations on where to eat and shop close by! If we end up moving this would be our top choice!
My roommate and I just moved into our 2 bedroom apartment and absolutely love it. We already feel the sense of community that this complex offers. Elizabeth made the application and on boarding process very enjoyable and reassuring. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed in an extremely timely manner. Management seems to value the tenant experience and is very persistent in accommodating your wants and needs. My roommate and I originally applied for a three bedroom and as soon as we alerted Elizabeth of the change she had a two bedroom floor plan along with pricing options ready for us the same day. I really look forward to this lease as well as enjoying all the great amenities here. Not to mention the location can’t be beat!

I initially just went in for a tour but james and alex made the experience 10x better with how informative they were about the complex as well as their great personalities. The place definitely gave the feeling of luxury on the outside and inside i didn’t even want to leave! This place definitely left an impression on me 😄

I made an appointment to hopefully tour any available 1B/1B units as I will be moving to the area from Raleigh very soon. When I asked for availability of said units, I was told to defer this question to the guy working the leasing office that day.Well, I did, and it turns out there werent any.The only reason for the extra star was because of the leasing agents professionalism and apologeticness for wasting our time. And shame on the person who couldnt even tell me over the phone whether there was going to be any available units. In fact, shame on the property management company who obviously cant be bothered to implement a platform to view real-time availability of units like damn near every other company out there!

I absolutely love the new management at Cielo. Elizabeth is the most helpful and pleasant person. She is quick to respond to your questions. The building was just recently painted, and they have made great improvements in the parking garage for everyone’s safety. I don’t think you could find a nicer apartment or management team for such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Cielo Apartments! Keep up the great work Elizabeth!
2 stars because the floor plan is spacious. Big rooms, bathrooms and walk-in closets. Ample storage space. And decent appliances save dishwasher, washer&drive. The building always has a stench due to trash rooms and what smells like mildew. There is ALWAYS a stench. In the elevator, in the hallway. In the leasing office even in the garage. There is nothing luxury living about it. The communication is poor and bottlenecked through one person at the office. Weve submitted maintenance request to fix our washer door( cycle will not start unless properly closed) and to rehang shelf in my closet. Multiple valls and followup but we are told the requests have to go through one person. We are unable to wash our clothes and half of my closet is in the living room until the shelf is fixed. I think theyre overcharging because of the Park Rdbaddrese but I would 100% recommend living elsewhere for the high rent and fees being asked and advertisedMaybe these are minor to you or better than your current living situation but Im paying way too much money to not have basic necessities fix, prompt communication and my apartment building not smell like a literal dumpster
I recently moved to a studio apartment at Cielo. Elizabeth was a huge help from my first contact with her, and she, Kelly, and Alex have been professional, friendly, and helpful through every contact since. The location is great, and my studio is just perfect. I love my new home!
Not at all what was promised. I moved to Charlotte a couple years ago and lived in another complex. Wasn’t the best experience and then came across cielo because of the location and commute. I was excited with everything I was shown but it’s worse than the previous place. They show up floor 3 and an apartment that is kept top notch and sell you on the amenities. They don’t show you the train wreck consisting of their floors and hallways, repairs take forever and are poor quality, parking is horrible, and the mailroom is a mess. I will not be re-signing. Insert typical mgmt response “we’re sorry it hasn’t been the best experience. Contact us”. Truth of the matter is they won’t.
My experience at the Cielo apartments have been nothing less than amazing. Kelly is just the best person ever. Her and Elizabeth were both super helpful in making the whole process, from the first phone call to the day of the move in, quick and easy.
Throughout the entire process of touring, lease signing and moving, Jess, Elizabeth and Lisa have been very helpful and friendly. Early on in the process, they took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure I felt comfortable with the big decision to move here. I’ve really enjoyed the complex, it is in a great location and I love the apartment. I have always experienced fast and effective communication when calling or emailing the office and a big bonus is having a personable management team that makes you feel welcome.
I have been a resident here at the Cielo property for a few days. Jess, Elizabeth, & Lisa, have made getting a lease a pleasurable experience. My roommate and I were seeking a short term solution and Jess & Elizabeth, really delivered. Elizabeth helped addressed all my questions, while Jess was kind enough to provide a tour of the property and ensure there were no details left unchecked. As I was not familiar with the process of getting a lease and travel frequently for work, Jess really helped by continuing to follow up and ensuring all parts of the process were followed properly. As I over see and manage teams of sales organizations that span from PA to SC, I admired Jesss persistence and focus on following the process. She was personable, easy to talk to, and informative. She is a great asset to the Cielo organization and I am happy in my new home. The complex has everything I need and the area surrounding this place is booming with new restaurants and attractions.
On my first visit I met Lisa (Sales MGR) and she was able to find what I was seeking and submit the paper work for approval. I was approved and moved into a very nice loft apartment. Both Lisa and Elizabeth took very good care of me during the approval and move in process. I dont usually give 5 stars!
From the moment I scheduled a virtual call to the moment I got my keys, the Cielo staff have been so kind and welcoming in my transition into Charlotte.Elizabeth was the one to help me from the get go; her bubbly personality and professionalism transmits even through a FaceTime call. I was unfortunately in a spot of relocation in such a short amount of time and Elizabeth was there to see me through the process while being so patient with my work/moving schedule. Thank you! The front desk staff are just as professional and kind upon entry. Lisa has followed up with me on any maintenance that has been or needed to be done and Dorian, maintenance crew, has been awesome as well. This all makes look forward to my stay here :)

I am not one to write reviews but this place has just surpassed it’s limits.Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT move into this building. Unless you don’t mind seeing garbage on every floor, dirty hallways and carpets.The new management does not have a groundskeeper and the entire building is dirty and garbage everywhere. My bicycle was stolen over 4 months ago and nothing as been done about it, although they say they have the person on camara.If you have an issue with something in your unit, and place a maintenance request - good luck getting it fixed it may take you months.Yes, the management is nice and easy to talked to but what is a nice management when your building does not meet your expectations and/or expectations set by their own management.I have made complaints after complaints about the dirtiness and trash situation, have even provided possible solutions. At one point I was told they did not have money to put trash bins on every floor.When I moved here there was a different management company. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.Oh and one last thing they just implemented…you are not allowed to select your own internet provider. You must pay $99 for internet and it HAS to be their pre-selected internet company.I hope this review helps. Happy to “really” show you around, so you can see for youlself. They tour the give you does not your show the reality of the building.
This review is coming from a resident of a neighboring community: The fire alarms at Cielo go off at least several times a month. The day that I am writing this, they have been sounding on and off all day (around seven hours at this point with it being non-stop for close to three hours now).Of course this would be well known by management. I imagine this is an infrastructure issue where the cost of repairing the system far outweighs the temporary inconvenience it causes for the residents. I feel terrible for those living there who encounter this consistently to where they must vacate their safe haven. Whether they have children, pets or work from home - it is extremely disruptive and past the point of being written off as a one time malfunction.
Kelly, Alex and Watson were an absolute delight. We called, came in for the tour immediately and signed papers. The process was not worth being anxious over. Can’t wait to live here!!!
The new management that recently took over is absolutely amazing! They’ve only been around for a handful of weeks but already are making such a huge impact! They’ve already placed 1 million dollars worth of money to invest in this community to give it so many new upgrades! I’m excited to see everything finish! I’m excited for the new gym equipment! Elizabeth and Madison have extraordinary customer service skills. I was very hesitant on renting here due to the prices but Elizabeth literally sat with me and almost did a budget session with me and we’ve discovered I’m actually saving some money renting here! I felt I was a very picky customer but Elizabeth had enthusiasm during the whole process and was patient and is genuinely here for the people. I soon became a resident and don’t regret it. They make a big difference! I would definitely recommend to see the apartments in person because they definitely are a lot better in person! They have high ceilings and more space then the pictures make you think. I moved from across states, that’s why I couldn’t see them but Elizabeth worked to get me all the pictures I wanted and was even willing to make personal changes to the apartment for me. Amazing management. I was blown away and impressed. Best customer service I’ve ever had.
These are great apartments in a great area! Searching for an apartment can be tough, especially if you work long hours like myself. Thankfully Cielo hired three great ladies; Emily, Lisa, and most importantly Jessica who all three helped me on my search for the perfect location. Any questions or concerns I have they attend to them immediately. Cielo is the place you want to be!
I just moved in Feb 1 having chosen the apartment only a few days before. The staff is fast, efficient and so friendly! The help I have received with moving in and with having any service issues addressed has been top notch! Ive seen those ugly reviews from the past, but with new ownership here, I can assure you that this is a great place to live!

The leasing agents were super reliable, competent and very kind/respectful throughout the process and really made the transition very smooth. The building is very nice, well kept and the facilities are top notch. It is also located in a great area. Id highly recommend Cielo to anyone moving into the area.
Extremely impressed with the new management company, Connor Group. I remember early on when Connor took over the complex I had a few maintenance issues. Dorian in particular was extremely professional as he quickly took care of my issues. All with a smile. Cielo has been a great community for me and youll be impressed with Connors entire team here.

Since Cielo came under new property management, it has been updated and handled with professionalism. Communication and professionalism are two important things between a property management and its residents. Two things that Elizabeth and Madison excel at. If I have an issue, they try to handle it swiftly and as best that they can. The updates/repairs to the property were much needed and I look forward to see the what they have in store!
Jenne, was incredible throughout the entire process with getting our applications in and helping us get moved in. She was super friendly, cordial, and professional the entire time and made sure we had everything we needed before and during move in!

Very verrry pushy.They love to talk over you I haven’t been to the apartments but it seems like a nice place but they rush to sell apartments and slightly rude. I was telling them that I have to be there in person to apply or to even agree to the apartments since I’m in NY. Catch the vibes of the area, the girl said I should catch the vibes over the phone 😂😂. Yea no I rather find a place that actually cares times must be hard out there 🤣.
The new management is great! Jess and Elizabeth are fantastic, so prompt and helpful. They are both incredibly responsible, friendly, and knowledgeable! In addition, the property itself is gorgeous, and our individual unit is a dream!

-Disregard below. It’s been two months and things still aren’t fixed. They asked for the review, and got me at a higher price. Done with apartments after this.Been living at Cielo for a year now and it wasn’t the best experience starting off. Over the course of the lease, the property changed ownership. We weren’t planning on re-signing, but after sitting down with the Property Manager, Elizabeth, we understood how poorly the previous company was taking care of their tenants and the property, and she shared what they have been doing to make it a better experience. It hasn’t even been a week yet and they have been swift with handling our requests and we already see improvements. We’re happy that we made the decision to stay and looking forward to a new year!
I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. The apartment is in a safe location and the complex is always clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. Be sure to ask for Lisa or Elizabeth.

This place is great. I just moved in a week ago and already love it. Not only are the rooms great, but the people here are always willing to help. I’ve already been to the front desk enough times asking for help that I’d probably be annoyed with me, but they get nicer every time I speak to them. Especially Jessica, she gave me the last triple a batteries she had at the front desk when I ran out. Sounds stupid, but she could have just made me drive to go get more. 10/10 would recommend.

Im a current resident and have rented here for years. I will say its easily one of the best values in one of the best neighborhoods in Charlotte. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional, communicative, and very responsive. For as long as Ive lived here Ive never had a problem with the building, its amenities, my apartment, appliances, maintenance requests, bugs, nothing. Ive been very happy with my experience here. Nobody likes to move so it feels good to get it right the first time!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! New property company is honestly awful!Within less than 1 year-Previous property owners (Weinstein Properties) did a fantastic job of making sure the grounds were kept, the hallways/common areas were cleanly and tidy etc. They had routine services that helped make sure things were up to par with their standards. As well as making sure that they respected our living spaces and properly prepared us if there were any inspections or a need to enter the apartment. Always made themselves available and addressed any issues in a timely manner.The new property owners- ABSOLUTELY HORRID. The condition of the apartment complex has withered, and fast. No one cleans up after their dogs, they dont enforce it apparently. They have entered my apartment without notifying me to check for water damage at 8am. (there was no water damage whatsoever, or any inclining of) I was sleeping and woke up to two people standing in my living room, un announced. The hallways and elevators smell awful. 4/7 days of the week I can expect a putrid smell...mostly from the garbage shoot constantly overflowing, as well as the dumpsters. I could continue to go on about the multitude of inexcusable issues I have experienced thus far, but hoping to have made it obvious by mentioning just a few. All the new property company did was paint the exterior of the building and slapped Luxury on the side of the sign.Let me tell you - this is not luxury living what so ever. Please save your money and look else where. I cannot wait to get out of here!
I moved here in the midst of Quarantine and Covid outbreak. When I first moved here it was blindly because I was not able to view the property because of restrictions. I knew the area was a good area so I took a chance. The owners at the time were terrible, honestly. However, when the new property managers took over I saw immediate change. I would definitely recommend cielo now that it has a different property manager!!!!!
The staff is amazing and the facilities are fantastic and very reasonably priced! Also, everything is in walking distance! Carl is the best

I have lived at Cielo for almost a year now with my boyfriend who has lived here for 4 years and we absolutely love it.The amenities are wonderful, the parties and get togethers thrown by the leasing staff are so fun, and I have felt welcomed into a new family!All of the staff are amazing and whenever we have had a problem they have fixed it immediately. We love living at Cielo and are happily staying another year!!
I am truly grateful for finding a place like Cielo on Park Rd, I dont even know where to start. Everything about this place is AWESOME, the socials that they have are for everyone in the family and I mean, you feel part of everything that goes on there. Jesse, Angel and all the staff are just great people. Appreciate once again Jessie for working with me and my family and being patient.... thanks brother... truly grateful.
We moved here the second time and it is a great apartment. Their social events are fantastic.The management is super awesome. Especially Cecilia Acosta, she is very friendly and a great property manager! and her staff Alyssa and Kensey are so nice. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to move in near the area!
I have lived at Cielo for about 7 months now and have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The location is super convenient to Park Rd Shopping Center and having a Harris Teeter across the street is awesome. The monthly socials are fun and staff has been great.
I am living here at Cielo since almost six months and it is Very nice and quite place to call home. Floor plans are nice and open. Management team is very professional, always welcomes with smile and addresses issues immediately. It’s very easy to put maintenance request and it is always taken in timely manner. Clean hallways and well maintained swimming pool. Also amenities like residents Lounge, business center and theater is always clean and welcoming. Overall very nice place to stay.
My roommate and I moved in a few weeks ago and have been very pleased with our decision so far. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Amenities are great and location is so convenient. You won’t find a better value in the area.
KEEP LOOKING! Do not fall for their amenities, models or price. In just a little over a year lease lived here, the entire staff has changed multiple times to the point where they dont know who is a resident and who isnt. The shady and unprofessional maintenance team will enter your home without reason. We came home on lunch to find the maintenance guy locking our door and walking past us. When we called the office, they said they couldnt find a reason for him to be there. We have had water literally dripping onto our childs head at night through the roof. We complained, they patched it from the inside which obviously did nothing. We complained again after we emptied bucket after bucket and they did another shady patch job. It got so bad that after testing for mold, the results made us move our son into our bedroom. For over a year we paid for a two bedroom while only using 1. The toilet in our bathroom would keep running and running and although we had maintenance come multiple times to fix it, we eventually fixed it ourselves. Another awful issue was our water. They told us theyd have to enter to read our water monitor because of an issue on their end. That next month, we received a water bill for TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS! We then had to call THEM to bring up the issue as they hoped we would just pay it and not notice. They had to come in again and again to our apartment but to this day the water bill was never resolved. Upon move out they are trying to tell us we owe for all of the overage. They are shady, unprofessional, and corrupt. And when you finally get someone who may actually help take care of the problem on staff, theyre gone a week later because they never stick around for long. Weinstein properties is a scam and their only business is to push people through the property. The water leak in the bedroom was so bad that it wore a hole in the carpet. Thank goodness we took photos of everything upon move out because of course, they are trying to charge US for the carpet from the room we never even got to use anyway! The dishwasher leaked from day one, then they showed up to replace it and put it in crooked so we had to slam it to close it each time we used it. The balcony door never closed all of the way which allowed bugs in frequently. The cabinets were all crooked and beat to hell and upon move in, we had to spend the first day cleaning because they left it a disaster. There was hair everywhere and all the drawers needed to be vacuumed before we could use them because they were so nasty. We were ROBBED 5 times while having our car parked in their Secure garage, because like I said, they have no idea who lives there since they have new staff every week. The amenities are okay, but not worth it at all. The pool has red bugs (Chiggers) all around it and they hardly ever clean the pool. Of all this, my poor child suffered the most by having to be stuck at this complex. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. They hope youll sign for at least a year and then dont care what happens to you next. If you move here, LAWYER UP because they will try to get you for anything they can. Novel Montford is literally just up the road and is so much better. DO NOT CHEAP OUT and go with these. It is not worth it at all, TRUST ME. Even the apartments next door have more to offer. Keep looking. These apartments are 10 years old and they show it immensely. The hallways and stairs are always dirty and the maintenance guy is the most untrustworthy person in the building. You will not feel comfortable where you have to spend most of your time. I promise you. Go where there isnt holes in the ceiling, bugs everywhere, water leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty hallways, crooked cabinets, old non-working appliances, shady maintenance team, untrustworthy office team, and a corrupt company overseeing the whole thing. My sons health took the brunt of their negligence on a cheap quick fix that resulted in mold and I wouldnt wish that on anyone.
Have enjoyed being a resident for the past 4 years. Jesse Garber and his management team have always gone out of their way to assist in any way they could. I traveled a lot and packages would be delivered in my absence. They took care of them for me until my return. The facilities were kept clean and orderly. I used the Exercise Room daily. This was kept in great shape. Parking was never an issue and security of residents was always maintained. I would recommend Cielo Charlotte to anyone.

In just a little over a year lease lived here, the entire staff has changed multiple times to the point where they dont know who is a resident and who isnt. The shady and unprofessional maintenance team will enter your home without reason. We came home on lunch to find the maintenance guy locking our door and walking past us. When we called the office, they said they couldnt find a reason for him to be there. We have had water literally dripping onto our childs head at night through the roof. We complained, they patched it from the inside which obviously did nothing. We complained again after we emptied bucket after bucket and they did another shady patch job. It got so bad that after testing for mold, the results made us move our son into our bedroom. For over a year we paid for a two bedroom while only using 1. The toilet in our bathroom would keep running and running and although we had maintenance come multiple times to fix it, we eventually fixed it ourselves. Another awful issue was our water. They told us theyd have to enter to read our water monitor because of an issue on their end. That next month, we received a water bill for TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS! We then had to call THEM to bring up the issue as they hoped we would just pay it and not notice. They had to come in again and again to our apartment but to this day the water bill was never resolved. Upon move out they are trying to tell us we owe for all of the overage. They are shady, unprofessional, and corrupt. And when you finally get someone who may actually help take care of the problem on staff, theyre gone a week later because they never stick around for long. Weinstein properties is a scam and their only business is to push people through the property. The water leak in the bedroom was so bad that it wore a hole in the carpet. Thank goodness we took photos of everything upon move out because of course, they are trying to charge US for the carpet from the room we never even got to use anyway! The dishwasher leaked from day one, then they showed up to replace it and put it in crooked so we had to slam it to close it each time we used it. The balcony door never closed all of the way which allowed bugs in frequently. The cabinets were all crooked and beat to hell and upon move in, we had to spend the first day cleaning because they left it a disaster. There was hair everywhere and all the drawers needed to be vacuumed before we could use them because they were so nasty. We were ROBBED 5 times while having our car parked in their Secure garage, because like I said, they have no idea who lives there since they have new staff every week. The amenities are okay, but not worth it at all. The pool has red bugs (Chiggers) all around it and they hardly ever clean the pool. Of all this, my poor child suffered the most by having to be stuck at this complex. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. They hope youll sign for at least a year and then dont care what happens to you next. If you move here, LAWYER UP because they will try to get you for anything they can. Novel Montford is literally just up the road and is so much better. DO NOT CHEAP OUT and go with these. It is not worth it at all, TRUST ME. Even the apartments next door have more to offer. Keep looking. These apartments are 10 years old and they show it immensely. The hallways and stairs are always dirty and the maintenance guy is the most untrustworthy person in the building. You will not feel comfortable where you have to spend most of your time. I promise you. Go where there isnt holes in the ceiling, bugs everywhere, water leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty hallways, crooked cabinets, old non-working appliances, shady maintenance team, untrustworthy office team, and a corrupt company overseeing the whole thing. I have lived at Cielo and called it home for almost 5 years now, The staff is great, Kensey, Alyssa, and Cecilia do an awesome job. The amenities are great, the parties are an awesome way to get everyone together, and the gym is really nice to workout in.Location is spot on in Charlotte, right in the middle of everything and very affordable living.
I absolutely love these apartments! I went to tour the complex and I was really impressed by the complex itself as well as the amenities. Becca P. was very knowledgeable about the complex as well as the area! She was super sweet and answered all of our questions! I would recommend this complex to anyone!
Phenomenal Environment:I picked Cielo as my home after returning from my Iraq deployment due to their location, price, covered garage, and cleanliness. The professional staff took excellent care of me from alpha to omega. I couldn’t ask for a more safer and tranquil habitat to rest my head after an honest days work. We stayed here for 3 months and had such a great experience. We loved the staff. Thank you so much Summer- I mean August :) and Jesse. The location is fantastic. Walking access to Harris Teetter and lots of restaurants.The staff is always quick to respond to requests. The people living there are very diverse from Grand Parents to Families with Newborns. Loved the tenant social nights once a month. The game room and pool area were great. I would suggest getting some newer chairs though. The 2 BBQ grills were a great accessory. Thanks again for such a great experience.

My SO and I were apartment hunting and liked Cielo immensely, it was a close second. Jesse was phenomenal to work with and took a massive chunk of his day (about two hours) to show us around and talk us through everything. Friendly, professional and courteous. (Which believe it or not is hard to find sometimes). Jesse took a lot of personal ownership of items we spoke about which speaks volumes about his confidence and honesty.Unfortunately, the location wasnt t ideal for the needs of my SO and I, but the management is awesome and the apartments are VERY well kept and nicely laid out (we are pretty picky). There are plenty of varieties in the floor plans. The whole community has an established feel and friendly.A word to the wise: a lot of reviews complain about pricing; I feel Cielo is much more reasonable than even two miles closer to downtown Charlotte.If Cielo has openings, I would highly recommend taking a look.Apologies for any typos, Googles last update fouled up the typing/autofill/predictive text on the Pixel.
We werent even planning on moving; we visited Cielo when helping a visiting friend shop for her new apartment. We totally fell in love, nd now we are neighbors!The property is amazing. Great amenities. And the staff are the best. Every concern weve had has been addressed immediately. And Im a little neurotic when it comes to everything working well and being organized; they have been so patient and wonderful to deal with. I could NOT be happier.I will come back and update this review in six months, but our initial impression: this may be the best property and the best team weve ever seen. We are so excited to be calling Cielo home!!!Update: After 2.5 years at Cielo, I just moved out of state. But I did want to come back and say that we had a great time living at Cielo for over 2 1/2 years, and were sorry to say goodbye to our Cielo family!
This review is overdue! My husband and I lived here and loved the location. Just on the outskirts of EVERYTHING, the commute is great and you can still walk to local bars and restaurants. But you dont get stuck in the chaos. The pool is fun and I cant tell you how many hours my husband and I spent playing ping pong. We miss that...A LOT! Summer is the best, she throws the best events, very nice staff at Cielo... It was time for us to buy a house but we sure miss our awesome Cielo apartment from time to time!!
Beautiful Apartments!!! Nice environment makes you feel relaxed and safe at home. The staff in the office and Property Manager Jesse are very professional and always make make you feel welcomed all the time. I highly recommend this property !!!!!
We moved here in about a month ago and this is without a doubt this best apartment I have ever lived in. The amenities are amazing. From the coffee bar to the multiple resident lounges to the ample parking. But the best part has to be the staff. They take professionalism to the next level. Anytime I have an issue they handle it immediately and with a smile. A couple of weeks ago I realized our AC wasn’t working. I called them and a maintenance guy was in my apartment within 30 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the South Park area. Thank you Cielo!
This place was super nice for the price and location. Overall a great experience, amenities staff management, etc. I would recommend this place to other. Their parties they throw every month includes food and free beer, cant beat that!The only reason I didnt give a 5 was because we had 1 incident with being locked out and this wasnt considered an emergency by their after hours employee. Long story short, we stayed with a friend but overall Cielo is a good spot to live.
My husband and I have lived at Cielo for the past year and have absolutely loved it! The manager is great and easy to work with along with the front desk staff. My biggest concern about living in a busy area was noise and it turns out I was worrying for nothing because it has never been an issue and our unit is right by Park Rd. Another feature that I love is the parking garage. I never had to worry about carrying my groceries inside in the rain and I always felt that my car was safe and secure since you have to have a pass to enter the gate. Overall, we always felt safe and that management had our best interest at heart while living here. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in Charlotte!
The staff at Cielo creates a fun and welcoming environment. There seems to be a social event almost every week which are perfect for someone new to Charlotte to meet people. All the residents are very friendly and never have any issues with bad neighbors. The complex is conveniently located close to any interests you may have whether its bars, parks, shopping, or anything else.
Top notch living. Jessie is amazing and the events are awesome. We could not ask for a better experience. Quiet, super safe and great amenities. I just love it here.
Cielo is great. Ive only been living here for 6 months and it it has been awesome. They are always updating the amenities, they hold events for the residents, and everyone is extremely friendly. If you have pets they have a service come that helps groom them. FREE COFFEE- enough said :) At first I thought it was costly but after you factor in all of the perks, you definitely get more bang for your buck. I love it here.
From the time I walked in to take a tour last fall until the day I moved in February 2017 I have had a very good experience with the folks at Cielo Apartments. Dayton Capers is professional, friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. So far my one-bedroom loft apartment has been everything I was hoping it would be. The community is very quiet -- even with the multitude of friendly doggies on the property -- and clean. The amenities are great and there always seems to be some fun event going on for the residents. I only wish there was a stoplight at the entrance of the community -- it would make turning left onto Park Road so much easier during high-traffic times. I would recommend this community to friends who are interested in moving into a higher-end apartment community.

Weve lived in Cielo for about 3.5 years now. We originally only planned to stay for 14 months, but the location and amenities at this complex cant be beat. Jesse, Summer and Angel have gone out of their way to make this place feel like home and we feel lucky that we get to call it that. This is a great building and youre not going to find one for a better price in this part of town.

We moved from Minneapolis to Charlotte a year ago and lived in Cielo for a year. We had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the Manager listened and responded promptly if we ever had any concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location to everything fun in Charlotte!
