My wife and I are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is kept clean. The area and amenities are fantastic!
So far so good! The staff is super friendly and attentive and have made my move really easy.
I absolutely love this apartment complex and the area. I love that we have so many events and so many opportunities to meet our neighbors and get to know the staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming which is a huge bonus! We have access to grills, a pool, saunas, hot tubs, game room, bars, and monthly events... Im pretty sure we live in a resort.
Our apartment is lovely and Raquel has been amazing in getting us all set up with out new place. On top of our unit being very spacious with high ceilings, the amenities at the complex is like living on a resort. We absolutely love it!
We have LOVED living at Providence Row so much, we recently renewed our lease! Along with the beautiful amenities and gorgeous apartment interiors, the people and staff are so helpful and sweet!
Between the abundant amenities, frequent food trucks, and various resident events, there is always something fun to do here. I could not have chosen an all around higher-quality apartment community to live at in the Southpark area!
This has been the greatest experience moving into a new place ever!!! 🙌I love the property/Management & residents here so polite. Definitely recommending to everyone I know & will meet in the future 🥰
Amazing amenities, beautiful apartments, awesome activities almost daily (and foodtrucks!) and just overall a great place to live! Thanks for being our home again for another year!
I can not attest to what others have written in their reviews about Providence Row, but Im very glad to share my experience as a fairly new tenant. In shopping for the ideal apartment complex Im always seeking a property that has the whole picture. Not only does Providence Row have the whole picture, they are the true Golden Standard of Luxury Living in the Heart of South Park. The neighborhood is crème de la crème. You literally cross the street from Providence Row, and you have complete access to a 24/7 Gas Station, the Fresh Market, which comprises of a Dunkin Donuts, Mod Pizza, Thai, Mexican Restaurants, and a supermarket. The state of the art luxurious amenities are second to none. The phenomenal almost daily, monthly events makes living at Providence Row exciting. Living here is extremely safe, especially thanks to our courtesy officers. The neighbors are very polite, and friendly. Most importantly the entire Providence Row Leasing Staff, such as Raquel Jones, Sara Goldsmith, Myrian Abril, and Michal Moss makes your living experience at Providence Row enjoyable. They are extremely attentive, and dedicated to my needs, questions, and concerns. If you have a problem, Raquel, Sara, Myrian, and Michal will go above and beyond the call of duty to resolve any issue or issues to your ultimate satisfaction. Not only does Providence Row offer 24/7 maintenance, but their stellar maintenance staff, such as Connor, and Travis will ensure that your maintenance issue or issues are properly, professionally, and expeditiously resolved. What can I say, Luxury living is redefined by Providence Row! Need I say anymore?
Raquel, gave me the best tour ever today!! This complex is AMAZING. They have everything you can think of, the amenities are fabulous!!! Marissa put on an amazing event today as well for the residents of the complex and I was lucky enough to attend! Check them out! (They are Covid friendly as well!)
Providence row is incredible . I feel like I’m living in a luxurious hotel & the office staff are quite friendly. One person in particular, Raquel Jones has been super helpful my entire experience here thus far! This is a home worth living and the amenities are like no other. I definitely recommend anyone to check this place out.
I put in a request for two service issues and the maintenance team responded within 30 minutes and completed the problems in 5 minutes. Great staff and overall great experience!
In the almost 1.5 years Ive lived here there has never been one time that ALL the amenities were actually available. Currently theres no barista and no indoor spa. Both have been down for weeks. Door locks are finally fixed after months of not working, but garage door is broken again which is a security risk (I know several friends who had their cars broken into. Plus, once you can get into the garage you can walk right into the building). The place has such potential but you never get to experience everything you pay for, sadly....so I believe the value to be poor in this way.
I highly recommend to anybody looking to rent at Providence Row to hit up Raquel she will take care of you I promise!!! Raquel is so friendly and knowledgeable and always keeps us informed about what’s going on with the Providence Row with all the events, food trucks, packages pending, and her attitude has always been pleasant. Just wanted to take the time out to recognize Raquel for being such an amazing person thank you for all that you do :)
Place is super nice but whoever is paying $1500 for a 1br 1b is getting nothing but a rip off. Last year the units were starting at $1200. soooooo
Ive been holding out on this review for a while, but, its finally time now as its almost 10pm and my fire alarm is going off waking up my sleeping children because of a completely avoidable issue of water thats been leaking out of my ceiling FOR OVER A MONTH unrepaired!!I alerted them about visible water damage on the ceiling over a month ago (and so did the PRIOR resident of my unit) and it was remedied by painting over the damage multiple times, then finally opening up the ceiling after 3+ paint-jobs didnt work, then disappearing for over a week until it starting dripping again, and now Im waiting 4 more days for a plumber to come fix it. The water is dripping directly into my fire alarm setting it off and puddles of water on my floor to deal with daily. For weeks. As lots of other reviews have said, this building WAS great and COULD be great but has gone downhill so badly in the past 6-9 months.I was really excited about living here but have been disappointed repeatedly by lack of concern for resident issues, amenities constantly being unavailable (not due to COVID. Things breaking, lack of staffing).
Providence Row has been the BEST apartment complex Ive lived thus far. From the professionalism and friendliness of the staff to my smiling neighbors as we cross paths, my fiance and I are blessed to call it home. Raquel has been a tremendous help settling us in our new home of four months. She responds with a sense of urgency to our requests and ensures to build rapport with the tenants. Thank you Raquel and NWR family for all you do!
The apartment is amazing yet it’s the people that make PR stand out even more so! Travis and Connor were excellent in assisting with a maintenance issue. They were so professional yet very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my experience living at Providence Row has been great. Recently, my apartment on the ground level flooded, but the the Leasing and Maintenance teams handled the situation in an extremely professional and timely manner. Unfortunately, I had to move apartments unexpectedly, however during the transition I was given access to the guest suite, where I stayed for the duration of my move. Every apartment complex is going to have an issue or two, but what makes the difference is the way the teams on the property work to resolve them. Needless to say, I am very impressed by Providence Rows teams and am happy to be a resident here. A big shoutout to Myrian, Megan, & Raquel in Leasing; & another shoutout to Connor, Travis, & David in Maintenance. Thanks for all of the help and support during such a chaotic time!
I moved in almost a year ago and have sadly seen it go down hill. The carpets are dirty, the hallways smell like pot, we havent had a barista in months, the construction crews start making noise very early. The maintenance crew is very friendly and has done a great job when I have needed things repaired, but the management in the office is unresponsive.
Great amenities in a great location that is growing, but the biggest issue is their mail system. Outgoing packages will not always be sent in a timely manner so packages end up sitting in the office for up to a week before being picked up by the courier. You also dont receive any notifications if your package is delivered to the front office, definitely something that can be improved upon. Lastly, guest parking is rough considering how little spots there are.
If you are looking to stay here come and ask for Brooke Bunting, she will take care of you! She made sure our moving process was easy and stress free, and made us of feel very welcomed. Brooke is very friendly, and her customer service is the reason why we decided to move here. Thank you Brooke for everything!
I moved to Providence Row in October, and I fell in love with it before I even made it. I moved from California, and Raquel and Grace made it a breeze for me. They were there to help with any questions I had, and they helped with no hesitation. Even now, I know I can depend on them if I need anything here. No matter when I see them, they’re always greeting with a smile. The staff always have the most thoughtful and fun events planned. Even during the pandemic, they have put on virtual events to give their residents things to do while all while being safe. It’s really quiet here, and everyone is so friendly. Besides the events, they always have great food trucks to come to us, and we even have an amazing barista available to us during the week for the coffee lovers. The amenities here are awesome. My favorites are the gym and the sauna. Providence Row will not disappoint you.
I moved in a little over a week ago and have been so happy with my decision to move here. Raquel and all the staff have made the transition easy and seamless. I felt welcomed from the very first visit to tour the apartment. Everything is well maintained here, the coffee bar is amazing, and I love everything about my new apartment!
The staff and tenants are so very polite to one another. Providence row apartments are dedicated to ambiance and aesthetics. A truly beautiful and safe place to live.P.s. the apartment amenities are very nice and inviting.People strive to be their best in these confusing times.
My boyfriend and i have been living here just under a month and so far i am glad to say that the experience has been nothing short of luxurious. we moved from a neglected dirty apartment and feel like we have moved into a 5star resort. Raquel has been our go to person and she has exceeded all expectations and gone above and beyond to meet needs and answer questions and help us to feel at home even before our move in date. thank you Raquel for having our backs, you have been amazing and we look forward to our next couple years here! all the ladies in the office are so helpful and accommodating, the community and residents are extremely friendly, the units and common areas are immaculate at all times. there is nothing that they have fallen short on and nothing that isnt set to the highest standard. i would give more than 5 stars if i could!!
Added one star considering the amenities are some of the best, and that is only when they are actually functioning. Maintenance is quick to address issues. The pros end there. The problem with this apartment is that you only learn of the negatives once youve actually lived there, they wont tell you about these things on the tour.To start, the biggest problem here is security. Recently the apartment sent out and email asking that residents do not allow other people follow them into the parking garage or the building entrances. Whats the point? The parking garage gate has been broken and wide open 24 hours a day for the past week and a half. Anyone can just drive in. The key fob system that they use to enter the buildings and apartment is atrocious. The key fob only works at random times on random doors, so sometimes you have to walk to a farther door from your apartment with hands full of groceries because your fob isnt working. A number of my neighbors had to get their doors BROKEN down in order to get into their apartment because the key fob would just stop working. Imagine not being able to get into your home for hours until maintenance breaks your lock. As a whole, the fob system is awful. It is not even any more convenient than lock and key.Although the amenities are great, they are often out of service. Currently the sauna is broken. They sell you on the barista that is there every morning to make your coffee, however the previous barista quit over 2 months ago and they are in no rush to hire a replacement. So at this point we pay for amenities we cannot use. Then there are little things here and there like no soap in bathrooms, printer running out of paper often, etc. Which are all not a big deal but definitely dont help the bigger picture.Dont get me wrong, its a nice apartment compared to many others, with great potential. Many current residents however wish it was executed better.
I have lived at Providence Row for about four months now and it is awesome. I love the ease of parking, the amenities, cleanliness, the décor, and the staff.
Myrian was great from start to finish. She made the moving process so easy! Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and so nice!Any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner!
The amenities are great and thats how they win you over however the technical difficulties with doors and safety concerns that come with that are too much at this point. My key fob near my closest two doors has not been working for a MONTH. As horribly inconvenient as that is Im not too good for a farther walk. Wouldnt be a problem until it started to become an actual security issue. Im guessing everyone who lives in that part of the building is fed up with the key fobs not working so people started to prop the doors open. Doors that are supposed to only allow residents in now remain open at all times of day and night. Pic below. Providence Row, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the key fob issue.
Raquel in particular always a huge help, always assisting and helping out. I have been here close to a year and the staff goes above and beyond to help us out.
Do not rent here. Dust and noise from demolition and construction of Phase 2 coupled with a total lack of communication or concern from the property manager creates a toxic atmosphere.
I’ve only lived here for a few days so far but our experience has been great! This apartment is so beautiful I am so excited to finally be unpacked and decorated. It already feels like home! There are so many amenities available to us which saves us money from having to do some things outside of our complex like getting a gym membership, going to Starbucks and buying coffee, trying to find a pool to go to, taking our dog to be groomed, using the golf simulator! All of these great things are right here at home already included in rent! It can’t get any better!
Absolutely amazing big thanks to Raquel she has been the best!! Love this complex it’s absolutely beautiful!!!
I had submitted a trouble ticket for a plumbing issue in the 2nd bathroom. Response time took a little longer then I may of expected. However, David from maintenance came to fix it.He was in/out fast, friendly and professional. He even took a moment to fix one of the drawers in the kitchen and ordered a part for another one. Thank you kindly!!!😊
This week my stove top stop working. Within one day, the problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. The following day the part arrived, the stove top was fixed and Re-installed. Great work and thank you Travis, Connor and David.
The building itself is poorly constructed - i.e. thin floors and ceilings that do not conceal the sound of neighbors footsteps, vacuuming, etc. The trim along some walls is shoddy, some power outlets and switch plates are not properly secured or are crooked. Windows are not double paned so cold weather permeates. Apartments around the pool will hear every sound happening in the courtyard (pool season is unbearable.) Cheap toilet seats, cheap cabinets, cheap laundry units, kitchen sink faucet placement was not thought out - the bar counter impedes the use of full range of faucet handle. Malfunctioning key fob locks on the complexs exterior doors, forcing you to walk around to another door for access to the building. Stairwell and exterior doors and gates are too loud. Occupants on the lease (vs. residents) dont get access to apps like parcel pending, so packages cant be delivered to you; occupants dont get building access code so you cant have food delivered to your door. Parking garage security isnt up to par. Parking garage is too dark. Residents are required to have TWO stickers on their windshield for parking (obnoxious). There is little to no parking available for guests. There are too many dogs for one property. Amenities are the biggest draw, but they cant be utilized during covid and rent isnt lowered to compensate. If you arent home between 6pm and 8pm you cant utilize valet trash collection. Theres no valet recycling so if you choose to recycle you have to walk it all the way across the property (inconvenient). All staff has been pleasant which is very important, but the afore mentioned qualities really lower the value for the price to live here.
We love our three bedroom Tusk unit. With two master bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s plenty of room for my family of five. The kitchen is gorgeous and is my favorite part of the apartment. It’s so stylish looking. I adore the island with the sink. The huge laundry room doubles as a storage room with its upper and lower cabinets. The bathrooms are also amazing. I love the showers with the body sprayers and overhead rain shower. My kids love to use the bathtub, it’s so spacious. The closet with the premium shelving can’t be beat. It’s a dream closet! The amenities are amazing. We use the pool often. Also, my kids started using the game room with the pool table and foosball table. The common areas are gorgeous. We can’t wait for the gym to open up when restrictions are lifted.
BE AWARE **** I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A REFUND CHECK FROM MY DEPOSIT, THEY SAID I WAS GOING TO GET IT WITHIN A MONTH AFTER MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS AND NO CHECK OR NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED.I CALLED THE COMMUNITY MULTIPLE TIMES AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME SOMEONE IS GOING TO CALL ME BACK AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS REACH OUT TO ME . THiS IS BY FAT THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. ITS MY MONEY NOT THEIRS AND DURING THIS TIME OF CRISIS WE NEED EXTRA CASH . YOU DESERVE 0 STAR FOR YOYR UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT!!!
I just signed another year lease, and Ive enjoyed my stay here overall. All of office staff is great, but Ricky Wilson has been such an amazing help with any questions or concerns that I may have! Give that man a RAISE! I love the property and Im looking forwards to another year of comfortable living.
I just moved recently to this beautiful complex. The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in gorgeous South Park area. The amenities are like no other in charlotte. From the stunning pool and outdoor living area to the gym, sauna, whirlpool, private office spaces and even my own morning barista. I highly recommend this place to all my friends. Stop and see Natalie who has also made my experience like staying at a five star resort!
Providence Row is a gorgeous community with amazing amenities. I only toured the apartments, but it was definitely a great experience. Ricki was very personable and gave a wonderful tour. The decor, design, and layouts are very well thought out. The location isn’t bad, it just isn’t close enough to Charlotte for us at the moment. It is definitely a contender for the future though.
I have been living at Providence Row since August 2019. I have loved every second of it. Most recently I have been impressed with how they have handled everything with Covid-19. You really feel like you are living in a 5 star resort. Connor has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is going ok with my apartment. He even spent time out of his day off to help me put together a desk. Ive recommended Providence Row to all my Charlotte friends.
Weve been living here for a couple months now and absolutely love it. Monica Michaels was our person of contact regarding leasing. She was extremely warm, welcoming, attentive, and was very diligent about following up on all of our questions. She was very professional and honest. She made sure to make us feel very comfortable while walking us through the entire process and ultimately was the reason we took the apartment (even though we could have taken another apartment that offered us discounts that totaled around 4k, and yet we still feel confident we made the absolute correct choice). The apartment is managed by Northwood Raven and they are excellent with their maintenance of the community and their treatment of their residents as well.
I am so excited to move in here! Carissa was amazing and so accommodating and helpful for me. I am sad she isnt at this property anymore but I know she will do well wherever she goes. Excited to meet more of the staff and so excited to move in and relax in that hot tub :)
First of all: AMENITIES GALORE! Its a beautiful place to live. And, if youre a fellow remote worker, you wont need to leave the property to find a quiet space to work with the biz room and on-site barista. Many thanks to the handsome The staff is super sweet, and showed me all of this + helped me see how Providence Row could be my next home!
Providence Row is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The staff does an incredible job of making residents feel at home. The property is kept extremely clean, including the hallways and stairwells! The amenities truly create a luxury experience, for me and for my pup (hello, dog spa!). I have absolutely no complaints! If you’re looking for an amazing spot to live, this is it!
Such a stunning and classy place to live! Im obsessed with all of the amenities and the office staff is always so nice and accommodating! Love it! The gym is seriously amazing and I follow up EVERY trip there with a detoxifying moment in the sauna. The barista is always super sweet and I cant wait to enjoy the resort style pool this summer!!
Providence Row is fantastic! My leasing agent, Monica, was extremely helpful every step of the way. Im particularly eager for the gym and pool to open. I highly recommend!
Very friendly management and leasing team, immaculate residence and lounge areas. Dog friendly and very accommodating. Their maintenance staff are wonderful as well. Prompt, efficient, helpful and very friendly. They try their hardest to ensure everything is exceptionally maintained at all times. Weve enjoyed the wonderful gym and spa facility on a daily basis. The grounds are kept impeccably clean and are gorgeous. Very close to shopping and several grocery stores. Very comfortable living here.
Me and my boyfriend have been living here for almost 2 weeks now and we love Providence Row. The amenities are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend can’t seem to stay out of the gym and I can’t seem to stay out of the pool ! If you love to grill you will love theirs !! Seriously, my boyfriend made me the best steak he’s ever made using their grills. Our apartment is extremely breathtaking and we receive so many compliments from our friends and family who have seen it. Most importantly everyone is so friendly ! From the neighbors we’ve encountered, the maintenance staff and the leasing office. Sara was our leasing agent and she was AMAZING. She helped us a lot and was super friendly and you could tell that she really cares ! Stephanie was also super kind and helpful. I 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. I promise you will love living here !
This place has been my home for almost 2 months and I love it. Van made the application and move process really easy. The place is not finished yet but the open amenities are great. Even though place is in construction I do not hear any noise from my apartment. Waiting until everything is complete to enjoy.
The maintenance team at Providence Row is quick, professional and friendly!
I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with Providence Row! Van and Mary are so welcoming and kind in the office and really go out of their way to make sure you get the best experience. Looking for a new home is hard enough, it’s great to see a team that really cares about their community and their residents! Love it!
Move to Providence row was the worst decision I made last year. The quality of the building is poor, the wall and celling is paper thin. And I will have to deal with my rude neighbours. The noise from my neighbours make me cannot sleep at all. When I trying to move to another room in the same property, the leasing office ask me to pay the moving fee $500 and the premium base on the market price. STAY AWAY from this apartment.============================================Update - June.8.2020Do NOT expect the management team will do anything for your complain. they only care about your balance, STAY AWAY from this apartment and dont be fool by the amantity.
Horrible place to stay the price don’t match the service! Staff is rude they don’t have enough parking for guest! Move to the Encore like I did! The security is much better! They have a bunch of break ins and they blame the residents for these break ins please don’t waste your time not a A1 property! And not worth the money!
Providence Row is a wonderful Apartment my expectations have been exceeded from what I thought about living in an apartment. Brooke the community manager has been more than helpful with the whole process from start to living in the apartment. I highly recommend this property not only is it brand new and has all of the upscale amenities that make you feel like you are on vacation. Thank you Providence Row for making my experience a positive transition while I am building my new home.
Ive been debating on writing this for a while but its time. This complex is the definition of amazing idea, but mediocre execution. First, its absolutely beautiful. The amenities and finishes are top notch in both the common areas and in the individual units. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I like that they try to create a sense of community with the programming and themed events for the complex. I love the high tech features and cool amenities like the spa and virtual golf!! Now thats the good stuff...The things I do not like: Lack of security in the building. As mentioned, there have been several break-ins and there is no FOB needed for the garage doors. Meaning, someone can walk through the garage and easily enter the building. Ive never lived in a complex that didnt have that basic security feature. The construction and building of this place was rushed and done with cheap labor. I was the first person to ever live in my unit, so please know everything I am saying is from the apartments initial state and no other dweller affected this. My apartment required 9 visits from maintenance, painters and external contractors during my first month in the apartment. The dishwasher still had plastic on the inside and could not work when I moved in. Paint is splattered everywhere. The measurements and construction of my kitchen island are extremely off...to the point that I cannot use the hot water on my sink unless its on full stream because of how it was installed. How do you mess that up in a luxury complex? I have a hill in the floor of my foyer that every guests comments on...because its strange not to have flat ground in your apartment. The hardwood strips are also coming up and have had to be reglued by maintenance. My living room windows have had significant leakage for months...every time it rains...I get water in my apartment...again, this is luxury. I had a ceiling fan/light in one room for 6 months before maintenance came and installed a switch that would actually allow me to use the fan. Yes, they installed a ceiling fan with just a regular light switch -- no fan speed adjuster. SMH. There were and still are so many paint splatters in the unit they hired someone to come and clean my apartment carpet, but I still find it often on the hardwood. The toilet seat covers are literally THEE cheapest option Ive ever seen -- theyre plastic and have to be adjusted frequently. The most frustrating aspect of this place are the THIN WALLS. I am currently listening to the beautiful, melodic sounds of my neighbors vacuuming. I mean it legit sounds like they are in my unit too. I hear their conversations and any activity that occurs in their bedroom, which makes me uncomfortable and weary about what they might hear in my bedroom. Same thing for the neighbors on the other side...I hear everything!!! I have no idea if theres any correlation but there have been 3 property managers in my 9 months of living here and continuous change in the leasing staff. So, I give it a 3 star review because its a beautiful property and the people/staff here are very friendly (and this is not their fault at all). But for the price and the luxury, this complex will have to make some serious structural changes. Because of this, Im having serious doubts about renewing my lease here...despite not wanting to move again (which is why I chose here and an 18 month lease) because who likes moving???
I’ve been living here for 2 months and I love calling Providence Row my home! Van and everyone at the leasing office is AMAZING! If you are looking for great amenities, luxury apartments and a safe atmosphere def look into Providence Row you won’t be disappointed
I can’t express enough how great the entire team at Providence Row is. Van, Mary and Ingrid have been fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure the process of finding your new home was the least stressful time for you. Every single detail of this place was well thought out and excuted to a tee. So excited to call Providence Row home!
There is a bug problem in this building. I live in #2068, its a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath. My daughters came home for the lock down and began using the 2nd bed and 2nd bath. Almost immediately they noticed little bugs everywhere including in the bed. We asked for pest control, they came and explained that the bugs are from the roof being laid on wet material during the building process. We still saw bugs, alive and dead. The pest control came back twice. The last time pest control was in the unit he was exasperated (!) and said these are new bugs. The member of the maintenance team with him said hed worked in apartment buildings for 10 years and had never seen a building that didnt have these bugs - - which is it?? So basically they told us we have to live with the bugs. I told them that is unacceptable. We saw the bugs again and I let the front office know - crickets. Ive given Providence Row 2 stars because the building is lovely and the exterminator did come - even though he didnt do anything, but there is no way it is acceptable to pay $2100+ rent and be forced to live with bugs, we arent the only unit having this problem by the way. Perhaps management should spend more time addressing the bug issue rather than organizing sidewalk chalk events and balcony parties.Update August 1, 2020: after my post, management posted contact us which was odd since Id been in CONSTANT contact about the bugs. Anyway I contacted them - again. They came by with a new exterminator. Didnt help. My daughter literally spend 4 months on the couch because she didnt want bugs crawling on her in bed. Then they came again. Now they are insinuating that we are the cause of the problem. They completely disregard that we know other apartments are buggy. Their people told us that. Its been RIDICULOUS. My rent is $2200+ for a 2 bedroom. I asked to be refunded for the 4 months that we couldnt fully use the 2nd bedroom and bathroom, they said no. They offered to waive a change fee if we want to move to another apartment. WT_? Do not move in here unless you negotiate some kind of compensation for the bugs. Not all the apartments are buggy but some are, Im not the only one. Unless you want bugs on you, your bed, your bathroom, your kids, BEWARE.Update January 6, 2021: Im moving out! They never solved the bug and stopped trying. Remember 2068 - thats my unit. Dont let them stick you with this unit, and probably those around it (since we believe this is a larger problem, see above) unless you dont mind the bugs. 2.0.6.8. - dont do it.Updated January 18, 2021, see attached picture, this is 1 of 3 bugs seen in the 2nd bathroom yesterday. Management could care less. Cant wait to move. Dont rent 2068.
The location of this apartment community is absolutely perfect for my work commute! The finishes of the apartment homes are so unique and so luxurious! I cannot wait to see the final product! I highly recommend a tour of Providence Row!
I cannot say enough about my experience with Brooke, the Property Manager, at Providence Row. Im in the process of relocating to Charlotte from Atlanta and have visited many different properties and never felt the way I felt after my Mom and I visited PR yesterday. Not only are the apartments and complex at Providence Row absolutely stunning, but the customer service that we received was above and beyond. I have not had that yet while viewing apartments in Charlotte. Im sold! Cant wait to move into my new place in May! Thanks again, Brooke!
I love living here! Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean. The pool is huge and the cabanas are so lovely. I loooove that there is also a separate yoga studio and not just a gym!!
I have been living here for several months now. The staff here, Brooke and Tim, have alway been very helpful and have answered all of my questions. The living spaces here feel and are very luxurious. I would refer anyone to come here if they are looking for a new place to live.
Been here two months and really enjoy the property. Many new wonderful places popping up all over Charlotte so the decision on what to chose was a bit overwhelming! The property, it’s newness, it’s amenities were all on par w other new emerging properties and in some cases a little above...the thing that made me chose PR over the others was my experience w the leasing agent. Sara Goldsmith was not only friendly and throughly informed but was authentic and engaging in her connection w me and my questions. I was in transition at that time and she took what I shared w her and was not only sympathetic and understanding but very reassuring on many levels. If I could say it in one phrase it would be “she sought to understand before being understood”. In a booming city with many living opportunities this set PR apart. I signed up for an 18 month lease and have loved it!
Moving to the community this summer --- toured multiple apartments and areas (South Park, Park Rd Shopping Center, etc) and Providence Row won because of the size / quality of the apartments and the value. The property manager, Brooke Bunting, was extremely patient and helpful and was one of the reasons I decide to move. In case anyone is worried about traffic, there will be a traffic light installed to exit the property. Huge gym and a steamroom / sauna are amenities that no one else really has. It’s worth taking a look for sure....
Providence Row is an amazing place to live. I have had nothing but a positive experience living here. This is mainly due to the Property Manager Nicole. She is hands down the best Property Manager I have ever come across. She is alway available and so personable. If you ever have an issue, it is handled promptly with the upmost sense of urgency. Her team runs like a well oiled machine. Myrian, Ricki and Sarah are always available to answer any questions and are amazing as well. The maintenance team is awesome. Randall and Lucas get the job done and get it done efficiently, but my props go to Connor. Hes always around and makes himself assessable to the residents. if I ever have an issue I talk to Connor and it gets done immediately. He literally knows how to do it all, and if he doesnt, hes not afraid to say it and find out how. This place is Awesome. Would definitely recommend living here.
I shopped several apartments in the general area and Providence Row is by far “top shelf”. Sara was very helpful and professional. The apartments are well thought out and you really get the feel of “home”.
Providence Row has become more than where I live, but my home! Truly I cannot say enough good things about their staff, the amenities and the apartment itself! Van Dang made the move a seamless transition and is always available to answer any questions I have! So thankful to call Providence Row my home!
This is a beautiful property and place to live. Oh and the amenities are awesome! Brooke Bunting was very sweet and helpful when talking to her! You guys rock!
Has been the perfect place to live so far. Highly recommend living here, perfect amenities and very nice apartments
The amenities are fantastic and the staff is incredible. Great location!
Great amenities, luxury homes and a great management team! Providence Row thought of EVERYTHING! The apartment finishes are breathtaking; marble showers, white and grey kitchen, and large balconies!
Great neighborhood, fantastic and attentive office staff, comfortable amenities, and fun resident activities.
Ive been living here for 5 months and I absolutely love it. Everything is amazing.
Upmarket apartments, great finishes and amenities! Brooke especially makes you feel at home and is a great asset to the rental company!
I’ve thought long and hard whether I should document this experience publicly but as time progresses without improvements, I’m astonished as the new-norm continues to slide. The “luxury” rent @ $2130.00+ is not close to meeting the expectation. From cheap appliances that require endless work orders and delayed repairs due to warranty, from the un-savvy maintenance who’s only job is to facilitate (they can hardly fix anything with poor documentation and communication skills that has failed to consistently call ahead like we have requested and when done failed to lock the main door to the apartment on several service attempts) to the incompetent managing staff, it all starts from the top with Brooke. She ignores emails depending on the subject matter and snaps when checked. The temperament is unfit for a new building that still has so much potential with a lot of work needed and is already on the decline. Nothing seems to be urgent. The walls are paper thin, the floors are wood sticks so needless to say, they will do absolutely nothing about the noisy Neighbor next, above or below and were advised to handle ourselves. It got so much out of hand that the neighbor used profanity and pulled a knife when confronted (recommended by the office staff and in retrospect, should’ve declined) in defiance of the continuous disruption, that the poor construction is at fault.Regarding the garage that has already sustained a break-in of several cars, there are limited safety cameras (only at entry the with frequent disruption that continued with 1 of 2 gates even after the break-in) with no speed bumps in the garage (not safe with kids) and overwhelming garbage at the entrance to the building but most importantly to mention no security key fob that protects the building and it’s residents leading from the garage. With all this being said the halls of the apartment complex are “roam-able” to strangers. The community areas are unkept (elevators and lobby and carpet in hallways are stained and not maintained) while the cockroaches are taking their place and can be spotted in the common areas occasionally. With all the dog areas and insensitivity that families with children too need an area where they can play, along no community events that again that is tailored for small families with children, the failure to acknowledge and consider this is astonishing. (No offense to dogs or dog owners, just imagine if there weren’t an area for you)Providence Row would have done well with the prior management before Brooke took over. I regret not having them here, and so this experience warrants the public to be aware.I hope this experience review hits a nerve somewhere that will require drastic change that improves and goes beyond what has been mentioned.
I moved at the end of last year and I am really happy with this place. Van is always available to help and very efficient to address any of my concerns.
Beautiful place and working with Brook Bunting has been amazing!!
Save your money staff is very rude
Hi!, I saw your reviews and pictures and I’m thinking about moving here but I wanted to know if you have any younger people moved in because I’m under 18 and so my parents have to co-sign but I want to interact with people my age too! :)
Nice!
Our drain from the dishwasher flooded the storage area under the sink! This happened around 8:00 pm on Monday evening. We called Providence Row emergency maintenance and Connor arrived in 15 minutes! He was able to temporarily fix the problem and returned the next morning and theproblem was resolved . Great service and Connor is a great representative for Northwood Ravens and Providence Row !Super
