I recently stayed here with my mother & brother and from the start the service was excellent and they were very professional. The properties were spotless I definitely recommend staying for any short term or long time stays for business or pleasure!!

I’m a travel nurse and had the opportunity to stay in Kay’s beautiful unit in south end. I was there for 2 months total and had the best experience! It was fully equipped with everything you could need, including all kitchen supplies, towels, linen, and the comfiest beds ever! This unit also happened to be pet friendly which is a must for me. I could stay here forever! Would highly recommend staying with Kay when in the Charlotte area.

We have some stuff going on with our house and needed to get some repair work done, but have a family and was cramped in a hotel.I reached out to Kay and she IMMEDIATELY was able to help and get us in one of her units ASAP. She worked with us even after hours to help get us in a place and out of the hotel (huge relief!). She is also very nice and has been a pleasure to work with.Also the house is absolutely beautiful and she decorated it stunningly. AND she provides everything so we didn’t even need to bring anything other than food and clothing. It’s been a dream, and so glad we have this place while work in being done on our own personal home.I can’t recommend Kay enough! You won’t be disappointed! Her and her units are amazing!

We had high hopes based on the listing we booked, and it far exceeded every expectation! The apartment was HUGE, spotless, and had every amenity we could possibly need during our stay. Check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly clear and helpful. The particular building we stayed in was located conveniently to Park Road Shopping Center (walkable or a very quick drive), and some great local eats (Pasta & Provisions, Good Food on Montford, Brawley’s). We’ll be visiting our family in Charlotte again and will book through Stays by Walker every time :) Thank you for a great stay!

Kay went above and beyond to make my roommate and I feel comfortable during our stay in Atlanta. She was always available to answer questions and allowed us to book rather last-minute. The furnishings she chose were also stylish and comfortable! I would book again and recommend her to my friends/family.

The area for this condo is idea for those that want to be close to shoping, walking and entertainment. We chose this area because of this, and the condos online claimed luxury. These are the areas of improvement that need to be addressed before claiming a luxury condo. Have the landlords fix, update and clean the hallways, elevators and fix the flooring. Garbage disposal area should be cleaned. The hallway should not be clutter with packages. The hallway smelled of bug spray. Fixtures in condo should be working properly. The condo that we are renting smells of cigarette smoke and did not smell clean. During COVID time there should be an indication that the condo has be sanitized. This could have been better.

Cant say enough good things about this company...very accommodating with requests and so easy to work with. Communicates very well. Highly recommend her properties as they are clean, stylish and comfortable.

Kay was an exceptional host. Her condo was fully furnished and allowed for my family to stay in a comfortable, clean, hospitable location while in Charlotte. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in staying in a location that offers walking-distance restaurants and accommodations that are convenient to the City Center.

The apartment we stayed in (in Plaza Midwood) while working in Charlotte was clean, modern, well furnished, comfortable, and well appointed for our short stay. Firstly, let me start by saying that Kay at Stays By Walker is phenomenal. She was very accommodating and swift to respond to any questions that my group and I had. Towards the end of our stay, we encountered some unforeseen circumstances, and she allowed some flexibility with the check-out time, which was extremely helpful. In addition, the place was immaculate and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay.The neighborhood outside the condo had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was tranquil when you were inside. Additionally, the condo was within walking distance to some tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, shopping(Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square), and even a train station for further travel. My friends and I will use Stays By Walker when traveling as her condo in Buckhead was nothing but spectacular.
