It is definetly not cheap and is kind of far away from my work but I like that it is located in good neighbohood, it floor plans and appliances are modern ones, some units have a built-in garadge, the management is easily approchible and responce quickly.

I love living here! If I have a maintenance issue it is resolved immediately. The staff is wonderful and treats me like family, especially Stephen. The new paint on the buildings looks great! I intend on staying at Providence Court for a long time! I highly recommend living here!

We love living at Providence court and sorry we are relocating to India. The maintenance is excellent and the turn around time for any complaints is quick and resolved the issue asap. She explained me about the process and in limited time helped me to quickly come to closure. I really like living here as the residents and ALL OF STAFF are friendly and nice. But the garbage/recycling rules are not followed by some of the residents.

When trying to find a new place to move to and live Bre helped us with everything we needed, answered all of my questions and in a very timely manner. She was the best help, very friendly. We now have a place to live in a whole new city because of her!

The Management and office team are wonderful . Any concerns or Issues if we have they will solve immediately. Moved in, in June! My girlfriend and I love it here!! Office staff is very friendly and professional and always takes care of you! Maintenance responds to work orders quickly! The location is perfect and your around so many shopping centers and restaurants! Grounds are always kept clean and the landscaping is done very nicely! My husband and I needed to find a place very quickly, and Breyetta was very responsive. We were able to view the unit and sign very quickly. They were happy to be a little flexible on our schedule, so that was amaizng. We are very happy with the gym and pools, and the property itself is clean. Lastly, there is also an Aldi close-by, so Im excited about that!

I absolutely love living at Providence Court. Heather is one of the most caring individuals Ive ever met. Her Fix-it team is right on top of everything - prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. Moved a little over a week ago and compared to where I have lived in the past in New York, this place has been nothing but incredible. We had a few things that needed to be fixed and cleaned in our apartment and their maintenance team was dispatched to help us with that. Their maintenance guy Jeremy did an amazing job with cleaning our oven out and making sure we were taken care of. So far, I highly recommend this place to anyone moving to the Charlotte area.

Staff makes living here a breeze! The people here are concerned about keeping the residents happy! Providence Court is visually beautiful from the Office, Buildings to the Landscaping. The resort style pool cannot be missed!! Maintenance crew is never too busy to care for residents needs. Any mishaps are taken care of professionally with efficiently!

I have spoken on the phone with her multiple times and she has always been very professional, friendly and most importantly very helpful! Today I called up to the front office for simple questions and she has went above and beyond to make my experience with her more than amazing! She even made it a point to point out some issues with my apartment that I didn’t even find important to mention but she made it her mission to address the issue! This is by far the best experience I’ve had with leasing consultants ever in my life! I’m and extremely serious when I say this woman needs not just a raise but needs to be promoted!

My family and I have been living here for the last 6 years. I love it here. It is a perfect location for me and my kids as far as availability to my children’s school and my job. The leasing office staff is very responsive and courteous. They are also very understanding. During COVID-19, they worked with me during the different transitions that I have been going through. My family and I have lived in Providence Court Apartments for over 4 years. The maintenance team is very respectful and efficient. I often see them busy around the neighborhood and they always say hello! Jeremy has responded quickly to the last couple of requests weve had and hes knowledgable, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure the job is complete. The new management has been arranging for food trucks and other activities which we really like. We also like it here because the apartments are spacious and nice and because of the location to schools and shopping. We would recommend it to any potential renters!

Everything was all fine until it was time for maintenance. $1600 a month in rent and the apartment doesn’t have heat. Definitely would not recommend.

I moved into my apartment in March, and couldnt be happier! After a great deal of research, I chose Providence Court because of the price, quality of the apartments and amenities, and the professionalism and responsiveness of the leasing staff. And I have not been disappointed! Providence Court is a lovely, happy, family-friendly community, and I cannot recommend it enough!Im always delighted - and surprised! - by how quickly leasing and maintenance staff respond to requests. Ive never waited more than 24 hours to have any request addressed. Caroline and Becca in the leasing office have been wonderfully helpful. And the maintenance crew here are terrific - skilled, professional, always friendly and polite!I want to give kudos to all of the staff for their quick and professional response to the pandemic this spring. The decision was made quickly to close down communal amenities in the interest of safety. And residents received frequent communications throughout the process to keep all informed. This has been very helpful, as have staff members efforts to accommodate residents during this time, and try to ease inconveniences. Thanks much!!

I have had a great experience living here for over a year now !! The kindness and responsiveness of the Manager, Staff and Maintenance are truly remarkable. The apartments themselves are very roomy, and they offer newly renovated units like mine that have gray and white walls, trim and stainless steel appliances. I would definitely recommend Providence Court Apartments as a GREAT place to live!

In June of this year, my friends Caitlin, Kris and I decided that we wanted to get an apartment together. We chose Providence Court because of the high quality apartments, the amazing amenities, the price and how helpful and friendly the staff is!! We had a bunch of changes that we needed along the month until our move in date. Such as our lease holder Kris lost his job so we had to remove him from our lease and add our friends Matt, Carl and my boyfriend Sam. And switch me into being lease holder. They were able to make the process so incredibly easy and even re wrote the lease about 3 times due to our changes. They put in so much hard work and definitely deserve a raise after all they did for us!! WE LOVE YOU BRIE AND CAROLINE!!! Thank you so so much for all the hard work and dedication that you do. We are sooooo excited to move in tomorrow! I could not recommend Providence Court enough. :)

We moved here about 6 weeks ago, Breyetta was wonderful with helping us from the start and still continues to help us get settled in. The maintenance tech have done so much for us from day 1. Anytime we call, theyve been there to help us. The location is amazing, everything we need is in minutes. Enjoying the walking trail.

I have been thinking about moving back to Charlotte from Colorado and has been very hesitant because Colorado has become my home. My experience has been good and bad, the previous office staff was horrible, it is good to see we now have respectful office staff and is willing to help. I am not happy with paying $37.00 for trash after being charged $12 now we are forced to pay an additional $25 for valet trash. I do not like the fact that rent goes up 12% a year while employment has been lost or decreased for most due to COVID. However it is in a really good location and great school district

Good location and very good staff.

My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment complex in August of 2019. When we toured the apartment, the room we looked at was newly renovated, updated appliances, hardwood floors, beautiful. Everything you would want, especially for the price. But lets just say, you pay for cheap and youre going to get cheap and so much more issues along with it. Lets start out with moving day. We walk into our new apartment with updated appliances and the worlds oldest and ugliest carpeting throughout the entire place. Then came our first big issue. When we signed for the apartment, we were told that the washer and dryer was included. When I walked into the laundry room......washer and dryer was no where to be seen. I went into the leasing office and they said THEY ALLOWED the previous owner to take them because they just moved into a different unit. They didnt tell us. No one thought that was very important. Our washer and dryer came 4 days later. While looking around the apartment, there are about 5 layers of paint on the doors to where they are sticking and you cant even open the doors. Theres also paint drips everywhere, but those arent even a big deal. A couple months later, we notice our air conditioner from 1945 is leaking. You can see it dripping through the wall. We call maintenance and they say they fix it. Months later, it is now leaking under the flooring in the laundry room where the unit is stored. When you step on the floor in the laundry room, you can hear the water squishing underneath you. Called maintenance again, they fixed it. A few weeks later, it is so bad that the leak is under the carpet and it had leaked all the way to the closet in my bedroom. Called maintenance, fixed it. About a week later, I cleaned my closet and I found 2 pairs of shoes that were on the ground with MOLD all over them. I immediately called the leasing office and maintenance came down. This time, they actually fixed the air unit and called in to get our carpets cleaned with didnt solve anything, only add more moisture. The next day I emailed the property manager, Heather, and showed her the pictures of the damage that was caused to my property. She sent out maintenance with Amazon gift cards and a card like that was going to solve all my issues. She never replied to my email or came down and assessed anything herself. Ya know, like did her job. They said they were going to replace the carpets and that was almost a month ago now. I have called and no one answers. I have emailed and no one answers. Customer service is terrible. I have been living with mold in my apartment for who knows how long and no one seems to care. They dont let you know when pest is coming so you can vacate, but they will drop everything they are doing to let you know not to park behind someones garage. Power goes out all the time and they always turn off the water, especially in the mornings when you have to get ready for work and its very convenient. Go somewhere else. Pay for more.

Me and my family recently moved here and it’s a complete upgrade from my old neighborhood, the gym is probably the best thing about this place, overall, great neighborhood, great people, great amenities.

Bre made my family feel like they finally found their home. Great property and even better staff!

Moving can be extremely stressful, moving during this pandemic made things even more complicated. From touring our home virtually to answering all questions prior to moving day, Bre did all she could to help make this move as stress free as possible. If youre looking to move this is a great spot!

This was just the second time that I have moved to an apartment and this was about as smooth of an experience as I could have possibly imagined having. The agent that I worked with, Breyatta, was incredibly helpful & dedicated to securing me the apartment at a reasonable price; from the moment that I first called for a inquiry to the day that I moved in. She went above & beyond for me and my roommates and I highly recommend that anyone considering this complex should seek her out for help.

I have never been in a condominium so irresponsible and unprofessional. I have been having a feud with my neighbors who stomp like elephants every day at 1 A.M for the last 4 months since I moved in to a new unit. I went from a 1/1 to a 2/2 thinking this place was a great place to live. All I have noticed is that they don’t care for the comfort of the tenants but only charging their rent every month. If you can avoid this place I absolutely recommend you look at other condominiums around the area. There are many options around that I wish I had looked at them before moving. I am bounded to a 1 year lease and I can’t wait to move out. On top of all this they rent you an apartment that is “renovated” and the windows are licking water inside the room every time it rains. I am so disappointed and if I could give them 0 stars I wish I could.

BRE was the BEST. She is literally and still the reason why I love living here. Move in wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped but Bre did a great job at helping fix the things that were not ready. Update - the PM and RM came back to me with a reduced rate, so I did renew. I do appreciate that they were willing to work out something.I initially singed a 3 month lease on a 2 BR unsure of what I was going to have to do after, but thinking I would probably extend. Because you have to give a 60 day notice, my lease just came up for renewal after having lived there for only two weeks. The initial figures they quoted me were very attractive - then I get an second email telling me those figures were invalid - and they were raising my rent by 10% over what Im paying now - which is more than the current market for a 3BR, and 18% above the market price for new tenants on a 2BM.

It has been my greatest pleasure in 17 years to live the last 4 1/2 years at Providence Court Apartments. Very unprofessional, property manager forgot to send the notice of leas ending 60 days prior to huge number of residence. after few days when we went and asked the admitted they forgot and mentioned they will count the notice from the day we went and notified them. even after several request the did not kept the actual lease end date and forcefully maid us pay for another 12 days by moving the lease end date.There are several others events of bad quality .....such us closing the service tickets without even attending the issues, though it has been better recently. and most importantly some of the apartments has very old amenities, I have requested several time to change very old carpet which was not hygienic any more, and they never did.

I have lived in this community for close to 5 years. Having come from a gated community in Florida, I am so pleased with the way this community is managed.Landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance crew is courteous and takes care of issues promptly.Staff is also pleasant and accomodating.

I have lived here for 4 years. I loved my first 3 years. Since new management company took over it is awful. I pay rent for a South Charlotte location but looks like I live in the ghetto. For months the trash has been overflowing into the front driveway. This is such a health issue. I have seen rats at night when I have driven in. I have complained multiple times. Been told we are working on it. I pay $12 a month for garbage and most of the time I can’t dispose of it. We never had this issue before new management. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out to empty the compactor twice a week. I love my apartment and renewed my lease before this started. I am embarrassed for my family and friends who visit to see this mess. I hate living here. If I drove here to look at an apartment I would just turn around and leave after seeing the garbage. Maybe that is why I see empty apartments in buildings around me. Wake up owners and management. You are going to loose more than you gain in profits. I have had conversations with other tenants and they feel the same. Again wake up and spend a little to make our living environment better.

I want to state for the record that this establishment was a pure pleasure to work with... there smiles and energy there willingness to assist with whatever issues or concerns... I’m ecstatic about my future here at this property special s/o to madame Karla with a k folks she was my true favorite and I’m honored to have been serviced by you wishing you all well and thank you sooo much 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾✊🏾✊🏾💯😌

STAY AWAY!!! I thought that the reviews were just from a few unhappy people, so I ignored them and moved in anyways. Do not make the same mistake. I really wish I could give 0 stars. This place is so bad. After a couple of weeks of living here, I began to realize that I had moved into a Centipede Infestation. This is the absolute worst, they have 100 legs and move incredibly fast. The pest company sprayed multiple times and the problem just got worse. There are problems with the structure of the building that make it a breeding ground for pests and bugs. In addition to centipedes, I have had spiders, roaches, and snakes. I moved out of this apartment a month ago because the Infestation was so bad and I begged them to let me out of my lease because I can’t live here due to the problem and they refused, making me pay rent until the end of August. I am now paying rent on an apartment that is sitting empty. I regret moving here so much and I feel like I’m in prison. If you know what’s good for you, do not rent here!Other things that are bad about this place: The management is very unprofessional and rude. Peyton is an idiot and the manager is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever met. Also, everything in the apartment breaks all the time. In 4 months, I have had to submit like 6 maintenance requests.

Office staffs are very good, responsive and helpful and maintenance people are also good and quality of work is very good and professional.
