So far this the easiest company I’ve applied/communicated with. The Consultant i talked with was respectful and offered to stay past closing to accommodate me as a future tenant. Never has a realtor company done that... 2 homes Ive viewed are high quality and clean. I RECOMMEND to business professionals and families:)

Hands down the worst rental company Ive had to deal with. Horrible customer service, very rude and provided no help at all. I really cant wait until my lease is over so I can finally be done with them. If youre thinking about doing business with Henderson Properties, do yourself a favor and find a better business. They dont even deserve the 1 and 1/2 star rating they have on Yelp.

I wasted money and time with this horrible company and was very disappointed. They waited 2 weeks later after they took my money which is non refundable to tell me the rental was no longer available and they have other properties that is way out of my price range. Never again and recommend everyone to stay away from this illegal unprofessional acts of this company. What a waste. No stars rating if possible.

Not sure why Im forced to give these A holes a star. If you sign a lease with them dont except ANY help from them.. I promise YOU WILL REGRET IT.
