Been renting from a different property management companies and this is company really delivers. My move in has been very smooth and all their staffs are very professional. Nancy and her property management team are AMAZING!!! As an out of the area owner, I love that I never have to worry about my rental property. Nancy is ON IT. Monthly reports and money is directly deposited into my account. I have never met any of my tenants and never need to. Complaints and maintenance requests go to Nancy and she handles everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who owns a property in the Charlotte area and is tired of dealing with tenants or unresponsive property managers.

We had an appointment to view at 2:00 it is now 2:24 and we cannot get into contact with Terrell who was supposed to show the house. Tried to call them and was told their number was for a different place . Very unprofessional

Professional and well-maintained properties, excellent tenant management, great responsiveness. Recommended because they offer peace of mind and deliver on that promise. Tenants have good rentals that are taken care of.

I have never had such a poor experience with a rental company in my life. I was extremely shocked with the lack of professionalism and lack of urgency for a potential client. Myself and another applied for one of their properties with a realtor who took the steps to ensure no other applications were already ahead of us for this space. The property manager assured her there was not and we continued in filling out the application and paying the fee. Happy to do so as we were extremely interested in this property. After filling out the application we did not hear back and continued to call and leave messages which were never returned. A few times we touched based with the sectary who assured us they would be in contact with no avail. After over 7 phone calls with no help we were getting quite irritated as I work in the hospitably industry and know the importance of getting back with potential clients. It had been a total of two weeks with no word from anyone. We continued to have patience as we were assured we were the first to apply and everything was in order. After 2 weeks of not hearing back after continued phone calls we received an email stating that due to high applications they had decided to choose another applicant as ours was not first. Mind you they had assured us we were the first application in line for this property and rental companies are not suppose to take more than one at a time for a property. We waited for two weeks with hope, all for them to turn around and say no without any warning making us believe we would have this space. Therefore leaving us with a total of 15 days to find another property. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is truly interested in renting. If they can not get back to a potential client to fill a space that they are marketing for rent imagine what would happen if something was broken on the property, you would most likely not hear back from them for days. I feel as though they scammed us out of $100 dollars. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I know many people renting in this area and I will be sure to recommend any other company than Carolina Property Management LLC. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Stacy was an absolute person to work with and welcomed her kindness, professionalism and promptness in returning any calls or messages we sent on currently available properties. I would highly recommend living wherever she is a manager of.

Had a rental I hadnt put anything into for 10 years. Carolina Property Management came in and gave me the bad news. I had let the place go. They made suggestions, did the design, chose the contractor, managed the project and got a great tenant for top dollar signed up even before the paint was dry on the walls. Just give your project to them and rest easy. The team took care of my house like it was their own. Thank you to Nancy Braun and her team.
