The amount of thought that goes into the final product is first class. The finishes and custom touches in the homes are another level above any other company I’ve worked with. Northwood Ravin takes pride in its final product. Construction is top notch and does not cut corners where others might to save money. You can absolutely see the lasting quality in the product that will serve and raise the resident experience for years to come. Highly recommend!
Northwood Ravin takes pride in their employees and the quality of the product they are producing from start to finish. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and the teams are responsive and welcoming creating an all around great experience for everyone involved. Would absolutely recommend this company and their apartments!
You can tell that Northwood Ravin takes pride in each and every home and apartment. Beyond the wonderful finishes and top of the line amenities, they also place a heavy emphasis on the resident experience with unique resident events, private bars, and a complimentary barista service to name a few. But what really sets them apart is their fantastic customer service, every professional at every property from concierge to management continuously displayed exemplary customer service. Top notch!
I have been in the industry for a while and just started with them. When I tell you the level of involvement has been beyond compare, it has been the best I have received. From help on site to our corporate team, everyone is always ready to help make sure you have the tools to succeed!
I had such a great experience at the guest suite in Tampa. My family invited me for a long weekend. I had free coffee with the in house barista. I was able to pay for a massage on property and then lay by the pool. They have a full spa with a tanning bed. I even attended Sunday yoga at the Northwood Ravin Propert next door. The community was clean, the staff was so friendly, I loved everything about it. Kudos to this company for thinking of everything.
All of the people that I have worked with at this company have been awesome! Very caring and always willing to help and lend a helping hand.
I must say for someone like me, who never leaves reviews, that Northwood Ravin/Village at Commonwealth has easily been the worst professional experience of my adult life. The amenities they flaunt on their marketing materials dont reveal how many times theyre down or inoperable with no reasoning from the leasing office or maintenance. They also dont tell you when you sign your lease that maintenance staff will show up in your apartment UNNANOUNCED when there is not an emergency. And as far as claiming to be luxury apartments, I can send videos of how many spots in my floor squeak/move so horribly that Im legitimately worried about the integrity of the floor and keeping me from falling into the first floor. Also, they tell you that you always have support from corporate and can email them anytime at NWRcares, but they dont tell you that they will simply ignore your email if you need help. Then, if you work to reach someone at corporate, youll be greeted by people like Jonathan Castro (Director of Resident Services) that refuse to answer simple questions and will instead make what should be a simple issue into a complete fiasco while quoting things from the lease that arent actually in the lease.Simply put, if you value your sanity, time and money, keep looking as there are so many other better staffed and actual luxury apartments in the area that deserve your hard-earned money, not this group of people who will simply ignore your requests and make your life a living hell while trying to sort out the simplest of issues.
Exemplary living with the best amenities and service team you could hope for!
Village of Commonwealth. Great physical apartment, beyond terrible customer service. This is the typical corporate apartment complex that doesnt care about their current tenured residents, only new. I have lived in Village going on 6 years. Its a great apartment in the sense that it has good amenities, its in Plaza and the phase 1 apartments are a good size. You cannot get ahold of anyone in the leasing office. They do not post their email addresses on the website or internal portal- you have to email a general inbox. After 4 follow ups I went into the office and asked to speak with the manager. She was OOO for a week. I confirmed that I was emailing the correct email address, which I was but admittedly, emails tend to get lost.I explained that I was hoping to sign my lease renewal for yet another year. They have increased my rent every single year and I was asking if there was any consideration in keeping the renewal rate unchanged for this year. The guy in the office responds this is the question we get the most and the answer is consistently no. Well obviously everyone wants their rent to stay the same, but there was no let me run that by my manager/corporate/whoever, just yea we get that question a lot. I asked if there was a leasing manager I could speak with and he responds Why? Are you looking for a different answer?.A current residents lease is expiring and they are moving in with me. To get them added to my lease (now that theirs is ending) and able to keep the amenities access and get their key fob updated to my apartment (a flip of a button), they have to re-apply and pay an additional $100. As he is telling me this, I clearly have an expression on my face and he says you look confused. Certainly not confused, just dumbfounded at this policy and his overall rude and sarcastic attitude. This also furthers the point that they do not care about current residents. If you move here, just keep in mind that once you are a resident, good luck with the staff. The Concierge is great, the maintenance staff is great. The issue is with the leasing staff. Also, make sure you move into phase 1. They built phase 2 so quickly that the quality is abysmal. The floorboards dont stay down, the doorknobs constantly break, there are no screens in the windows (and yes they open all the way), you dont know whether your apartment has a balcony or not until you move in, etc.
I’ve been able to tour at The Vue, Uptown 550, and Village at Commonwealth. They are all so amazing. Besides how updated and modern the finishes are. The amenity tours take almost an hour because there is so much to see. Pools. Spa. Sauna. Hot tubs. Dog Parks. Dog spa. Pool tables. Basketball court. Gyms. PAC-Man arcades. Golf simulators. But the best part is each spot has amazing events. Food trucks. A private bar/club that you get a membership for. Free barista. Free fitness classes. Summer concert series. I can’t wait to move in!
We have done a lot of work for Northwood Ravin over the years and they have always been a pleasure to do business with. While interacting with their team, it shows very clearly that they value their residents, and they do everything they can to provide value to their communities.
Had a horrible experience attempting to lease an apartment at the Vue. Apparently, their leases allow residents to revoke notice to vacate even after someone else has paid for an apartment. ANYWHERE else Ive ever lived wont allow that after someones already paid to reserve a unit. You literally cant trust that an available apartment is actually available with these clowns. Go somewhere better uptown.
Living at a Northwood Ravin property has been the best experience! They offer luxury amenities and are so creative with resident events.I love that they build, own and manage majority of their communities. Its easy to get acquainted with neighbors! Plus, their staff goes above and beyond.
Northwood Ravin apartments are built better than any other apartment homes you will find! The attention to detail, and custom home-like features, are beyond impressive. The amenities, including resident events, are a step above the rest. Love working for this amazing company!
I called the office & left messages multiple times to discuss ongoing problems with Providence Row but no one has bothered to call back. / 11/17/20 - Finally rec’d a call back from “NW Cares.” I am very concerned that masks aren’t worn by 75% of the Providence Row population & they continue to plan “events” like we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic taking no precautions even against CDC & the governors recommendations. “NW Cares” didn’t care. Amenities are great but when you can’t use them because Mgmt won’t take simple precautions than their buildings are no different than others that don’t have the same.
Love working & living at a Northwood Ravin community! Great people.
