I am having a wonderful experience living here. Staff is awesome very helpful Lauren the property manager is always available when needed. She plans many activities for the residents. I feel very safe living here. My son is happy that I am living here. Rhandi is helpful and awesome also.

My great aunt had an unfortunate layover in Charlotte and she decided to stay for awhile; and we came to visit and I must say. We had a beautiful experience here. Rhandi and Lauren treated us as if we had been there for years. It was so welcoming that my aunt thought it was our house, not even lying. It was amazing. I haven’t seen her smile like that in ages and I would pay any amount of money to have that experience again.

The community is beautiful and very well kept! You can tell the residents and staff take pride in where the live and work! Lauren, community manager, is top notch! Always has a smile on her face and you can see she really loves what she does! I would highly recommended Belvedere at Berewick!

Lauren and Rhandi has shown phenomenal customer service. They have made my relatives transition from another state to Belvedere seamless. The staff is amazing, friendly and attentive! This is a great property for 55+. Their social gatherings are a MUST-GO!!! The residents are friendly and it resonates to a beautiful village.

My grandmother stayed here for a few days while she was in town due to a lack of space at my house. And let me tell you, the service was AMAZING. Rhandi and Lauren treated us like we were family. The hospitality was on another level. Ive never been treated so well before at a home and I really am excited to spread the word to anyone whos in need of a place to stay. Great place, great people. 5/5 definitely would recommend.

First and foremost, the community is absolutely beautiful and will be a great place for my parents to relocate to. But most importantly, Kelsey is absolutely AMAZING!! She is unfazed by all of my questions, she’s accommodating, gracious, and kind. She is making the moving process as stress free as possible for my parents. I moved here after moving seven times. I felt comfortable here. The Manager Lauren Kirk and Assistant Randi show they care for their residents. The residents are very friendly. If i didnt have my sons and grandchildren in NYC. I would be here.

I have been living at Belvedere at Berewick for the past three months. I have been extremely pleased with the management. They are very professional. Lauren is not only an amazing manager, she is a friend to the residence. I could not imagine anyone being unhappy living at Belvedere.

The Belvedere at Berewick is a very nice 55+ community. It is new construction with new appliances and open floor plans. Ive enjoyed the common rooms for games, puzzles, potlucks, and meet and greets with my neighbors. The apartments are in a great location. There is a town center just down the road with a grocery store, restaurants, nail salon, dentist offices and more. The outlet mall is within walking distance too.

I toured Belvedere at Berewick last year when I visited family in the area. We hope to retire here in the near future. Since touring, I have followed Belvedere through social media to stay in touch with everything happening at this beautiful community. I am so impressed with the very frequent events, contests, games and amenities. I see something for everyone-which I think is wonderful and looks like so much fun. Every time I see a new post, I wish I was there to participate!

Belvedere at Berewick is a 55 and older community and for that reason i’m writing a review. Looking for a 55 and older community has its challenges. When I discovered belvedere at Berwick my main contact was with Kelsey. My experience with her was professional and delightful. I believe the management team are kind and respectful***even after you move in! If you’re looking for a place to call home,This is a good place with good people🤗

We enjoyed very much living at Belvedere at Berewick. The place is so clean and friendly tenants.The Maintenance guy Rick, he is awesome.
