Wow where do I begin. I lived at the Lodge for almost two years. The Apartment had a beautiful view however the apartment was not finished when we moved in. The trash compactor and community was always trashed. To say the office staff was clueless would be an understatement, nothing is ever done about anything and if you complained you might have better luck complaining to a wall, while I was at the property the property manager at the time was heather then Rafal lasted two weeks before a full month of no office staff. The now new property manager Luann is the worst, I moved out within the time of no office staff and because of this they didnt discontinue my water and sewer bill and because of this it resulted in a past due fee that I was notified once; after already paying my final bill. Two weeks past with no evidence or letter only for the manager to turn my past due balance into a debt collector which then had to be paid or resulting in a debt collection, I have horror stories for days but this is a review so well leave it plan and simple, do your self a favor and go across the street to Autumn park...
There are lot of things to complain, don`t know where to begin. It is the worst community and managment ever seen . Starting with the pest control contractor, he is hope less. whenever we have visit, he always try to say some reason to empty all the pantry and he never try to stop the roaches by spraying .Coming to car wash area, this is the only community we have seen without car wash. Management is happy to cut the amenities but not the monthly rent. Initially car was was available, but not sure why they have removed. we have to go for other communites or car wash to get your own car cleaned . really can`t understand why we are paying higher rents without proper amenities . The craziest part is, in peak summer, pool is not available for kids or adults . community is so noicy during night time. all of us can smell weed if we come out during night time and it is not safe and comfortable if you are coming with family .Please do not choose this community which does not have proper aminities at all for the rent we are paying . recently managment has increased the rents to $1200 for single bed room which is rediculous, we are moving out . please do not choose this community by seeing night decoration lights while you enter and club house . There are communities like autumn park and Vinoy which has all the aminities for the better price, why we should pay for the communities which do not have basic aminities like car wash and pool which is non operational. Hope this feedback helps for someone who is looking for rental. Even for single star rating, this community is not qualified.
Current resident since October 2020 and just recently renewed my lease, which I shouldn’t have. We have new management and they suck. I’ve been having very bad pest problems, same maintenance issues and I’ve sent emails to them about it each day with pictures and no one has yet to reach out to me about any of it. They suck ! I miss the old management. Any email I sent they got to me as soon as possible, any maintenance issue was handled the next day.
I had a wonderful stay at the lodge at Mallard creek. The office staffs were very friendly and professional. Crystal Silva helped me right at the beginning of lease, facilitated the stay with all that was required and requested, and even she made easier for the move out. Thanks Crystal.I would recommend people to check the apartments there as it’s safe, reliable, and best value with price.
This was good apartment complex, but now it’s just another project in Ghetto. Please avoid. Every Sunday outside folks come here to dump their unwanted garbage and it piles up to entire street. Broken lights in front of apartments which never gets replaced. Broken car wash for many months.Since Autumn Park ( apartment next door ) is now gated community, all drug dealers from Autmn Park are now moved to this place, you can spot drug dealing in evening very easily. ( don’t take my word for it, just take casual stroll here and all you smell is weed. )Only silver lining is front office staff, ( Crystal, heather ) they are good people.
I drove by and figured I would check it out. It was a waste of time completely for the price they are charging its not worth it. The young lady in the leasing office was pleasant. We walked pass the playground we noticed garbage which should have been a sign of whats to come. I figured Im here might as well see the apartment it was nasty old cabinets dead roaches all over and I asked if there is an issue, I was told the apartment was being treated. I made an appointment they could have sent maintenance to sweep up all the dead roaches. We left immediately the leasing agent then kept making weird statements like more apartments will come available once the evictions are processed. She was quoting us over $1300 for a place that really is not worth it.
STAY FAR AWAY!!!! One of the worst complex’s in the neighborhood. Weekly break ins, roaches, bugs, mountains of garbage. I promise you office staff only care about moving people in. The pictures and description of the apartments are a lie. Very small apartments. Stay far away!!!
The staff were nice and professional.Things that should have been taken care of before I moved in:The bathroom toilet requires repairing without having to lift the cover in order to flush. The stove was pushed out instead of being in line with the kitchen counters. Reported the issue, maintenance is working to make corrections.
I’m trying to call you guys and no one has answered . I’ve called 10 times .
I don’t care for reviews but this might be the only way to be heard and have changes. For the past week or so car in our neighborhood have been broken into including mines, I’ve also heard they attempted to take a car and left it in the middle of the street. For months there have been whispers about this but it seems to be more frequent now and I am very unhappy the office has not done anything about this. There are many problems such as the roaches, no car wash, poor grounds keeping and just lack of care from management or maintenance. I can say they only cared about moving me in here but once I moved in they don’t seem to care about us.
My experience was ok. Heather, the manager was very nice. I appreciated her. The only issue was the parking situation. Guest should not have to park in places where their car could not be seen nor be towed.
I have been living in Lodge at Mallard creek for the past 4.5 years! I would like to say it was a great experience! Lodge is a peaceful and beautiful community with some great amenities! Staff is also very helpful and have addressed all our requests and concerns! We are gonna miss the wonderful stay at Lodge! Thank you all for such a great time together!.
I wish I would’ve read reviews before I moved in. I’ve only been here about a week and already hate the place. Before move in, I was told my move in date was changed due to repairs needed for the apartment. That was fine but I had to keep calling the office to receive a new lease and get the correct amount due at move in. That should’ve been my first sign to not move here. When I move in, everything appears to be fine with a few minor things. The apartment is way smaller than advertised. My last apartment had less square footage than advertised here and it was waaaaay bigger. The 3rd day being here, I notice a drawer is broken. My friend figures out how to open it and it is full of tobacco and dead roaches. The next day and days after that, I am finding huge roaches in my apartment. I have never lived somewhere with roaches and did not have any at my old apartment place. I immediately asked for pest control and the apartment staff didn’t seem phased as if they’ve heard the complaint before. The air filter was disgusting so I requested a new one be sent to me as well. Maintenance has arrived in timely manner when requested. However, you will hear every single stomp that the person above you makes, my neighbor constantly wakes me up because they never sit down and it sounds like an earthquake when they walk. Do not move it. I repeat. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
We stayed for almost 3 years . It was a good time. Safe peaceful community.
All in all it’s a gd value. Just some minor changes, like better upkeep of fixtures (stove etc) but livable so I’m gd. The staff (Fernanda) I interacted with was professional and polite. Thank u 🙂
STAY FARRRRR AWAY!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! VERY UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!Management only seems to care about moving people in. Once you are moved in concerns fall on death ears. Phones are not answered, emails as well. It takes going to the office 2-3 times (due to the door being locked and no one answering).SEVERAL TIMES VARIOUS CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO WITH MANAGEMENT TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY OR ACTIONS TO PREVENT THIS. WITH SOME HAPPENING BACK TO BACK DAYS!Instead they sent out emails telling residents to watch their backs and other common knowledge actions. NO CAMERA!!! NO SECURITY!!! NO CARE!!!This is only ONE MAJOR PROBLEM OUT OF MANY! PLEASE AVOID AS I SHOULD HAVE!!!! Limited parking, poor maintenance, very bad and poorly placed lighting.
Good community, Heather really goes the extra mile to get the job done!!!!
We moved here to this apartment somewhere around feb 2014, it’s been 6 + years and still now we feeling another home though we are away about 15000 miles. Well maintained apartment complex, spontaneous support and repair if any, understanding and fixing issues on time, great support as a leasing staffs and supporting staff. We brought in many friends & families into our community. We still recommend many to move hear. Such a nice spacious well maintained apartment complex.
I truly enjoyed living here and I truly hate I had to leave. From management to maintenance was a great experience.
I was very pleased with coming from out of town to a new state and the staff very courteous and professional. They made my transition very smooth right to my move in date.
I love living at Lodges. I am staying in renovated apt for the past year and do not have any pest issues since I keep my home clean. staff is very nice and helpful with requests. I recommend a friend to live here and he also enjoys living within this community.
Good place
This is not the place if you are looking! There are so many issues I definitely would NOT recommend living here. If you have guest be prepared to have a long walk or their car towed!! Maintenance not one timely repair since move in...Office reps are rude and cold, don’t get fooled by the smiles. Rent increase without any additional amenities or taking care of current ones. Overall not a good experience there are other in the area more suitable.
Not so much of a good idea to do permit parking. How about tow after 9pm or something for people who don’t have parking stickers. Every resident isn’t going to remind their visitors that they need a guest parking sticker. People deliver food and stuff. That’s just creating more bad reviews for your complex.
Visitors have limited parking and will have to park out of sight from my apartment. This is not a compound, prison nor are we children. The apartment complex should give residents two parking spaces or allow for visitors to park in open spaces. They boot cars that are not in a visitors space. This is just one of my many gripes. Im moving out of this place.
Love living here! Have resigned a lease three times. Ms Crystal in the leasing office is the most helpful and inviting leasing agent I have ever dealt with. Being in my mid thirties, I basically accepted the fact that I’m just a paycheck for leasing offices, but at the lodge this isn’t the case. Any issue I’ve had had been handled promptly, and it has been an absolute pleasure. Will always recommend people to come check the place out and meet Crystal! Thank you for the amazing years this far!
The apartment complex was beautiful site inside and out when I first moved over here 3 years ago. Recently, the community has taken a nose dive from neat to worst. Everything from the upkeep of the trash compactor area and several issues with roaches inside of my apartment. I have had many work orders submitted for the pest control but I’m not sure as to why the chemicals they are using are not effective. There are many very nice apartment communities in this area but expensive. I can’t not wait until my lease expires in June of 2020.
My 4 stars is for the customer service. All the ladies in the office have alway been kind, polite and helpful. But special thank you to Sherie Nance she is always smiling and that goes a long way. I am a plumber so its nice to see good customer service when I come home.
The staff is friendly. especially Crystal she been working here for long time now ans really gets to know the people in her community. I would rate this place 5 stars but I feel they could have better amenities like bad minton for us to play.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. Issues from the move in process to hidden rental fees have been a mess. Verify what floor plan you are getting. We got the wrong floor plan, and it was too late to back out since they would not let us see apartment until we received keys. Verify every fee you get. I had to put in several work orders for unit when I moved in that still have not been resolved. These buildings do not have very good pest control, so they do have bugs. A lot of the lights in the complex do not work, so apartment complex is not very well lit at night. Crime is getting worse for this area. For 1100+ rent, I would not recommend this place and all the issue it comes with.
There are a lot of ghetto apartments complexes around this area. I lived in one about a mile away from here. What a change! Most of my neighbors are families or nice normal people. The ammenitties are maybe a 3 star but the staff is incredibly nice. Crystal is great. The apartments could be more renovated but overall it’s a good place to live.
Great apartments! Really nice pool and gym. The location is great.👍🏼
ALERT!!!DONT MOVE IN!!! Worst Management ever. our move in experience was bad, apartment was untidy, faucets leaking, spiders and flies in the bathroom, dirty floor. Management did nothing, we had to clean. dont expect anything from them. You cant reach out to the Property manager easily, either on off or unavailable and Crystal is no good, never takes any responsibility, wonder why she is recruited.Heather and Crystal not so approachable. Shauri does a good job, she listens to your concern but dont expect any fix.Noisy apartment, it was living hell. The people above us were making loud noise till late night and management dint take any action.Management is good for nothing. We lost our peace and moved out.We wont recommend this place to live even to our enemies.
One of the best society in university area, have quick response team for maintenance requests.
I absolutely love living at this community. The application/move-in process was such a smooth experience. I mean, who likes to deal with moving right? The staff was very helpful and kind the whole time. The road construction at the entrance makes the place look a little dull but once you get past that, its totally worth it. The price is not too high for a quality apartment in this area of charlotte! Totally recommend others to live here.
Lodge at Mallard Creek presents awesome amenities, a professional staff, and great proximity to 85 and 485. Mario has been one of the most charismatic and accommodating PMs Ive dealt with since moving here from Atlanta. So far no complaints!
WORST APARTMENT EVER !!!!. If there is a zero star, I would give that. I have rented several apartments and never had any problems but this one is out of of my nerve. I have recently moved in here and already have lots of complaints. The room heat is not working and i am freezing in this cold weather. I have to make a work order twice and havent fixed yet. Our stove is not working properly, who has a time to spend more than 2 hours in the kitchen just to cook the simple meal. What I got back from the management team is go to home depot and buy and replace the stove burner by myself. What the Heck is this? Arent you suppose to take care of this???? It has just been a week and dont know how I am going to survive for our whole lease term.
Apartment is filled with bugs, car break ins, and they cant even seem to have the pool open for summer in time. Gym is sub par and they dont have a remote for their way too small and outdated 25 inch TV. Apartments are small and way to overpriced. I do not recommend
Terrible experience here in the end. Before reading the below comments, take a second and look at the weight of 5 star ratings and look at the weight of one star ratings. Thats a gamble.Incurred hundreds of dollars of cost upon moving out. Even had to pay for blinds that were already destroyed, walls that were already destroyed, and dog hair that was already in the carpet when I moved in.And keep in mind that was for an apartment that smelled like must upon moving in. Everything was outdated and dirty. The countertops were fading and I cant even explain the walls. Ill leave it there. If youre ever put in a crappy position with this complex, just remember to take a second look at the contract because thats all they will wave in your face if you have a discrepancy. So be prepared to pull out your checkbook. The neighborhood is decent but there has been an increase of sketchy people moving in. And many non-residents who come and hang out late at night for various reasons.
I have stayed around Mallard Creek area for 6+ years now. During this period, I have tried 4 different apartments. Lodge at Mallard Creek is by far the best. The USP is the Management Team - Crystal Silva, Scharie Nance & Heather Baran are very approachable & always eager to address our concerns. The Apartments are well maintained with support staff all round the clock in case of emergencies. The amenities, such as Gym, Children Play Area, Swimming Pool, Clubhouse etc are par excellence. The Community events hosted by the management atleast once every month gels us a community. The location of the Apartment is at a stone throw distance away from YMCA, Harris Teeter, Walgreens, multiple restaurants and banks makes it an ideal abode. Thanks to the Management & Support Team for everything they do on a day-to-day basis to make Lodge at Mallard Creek Apartment so welcoming :)
I absolutely wouldnt waste my time or money to reside here! The apartments are outdated and the entrance/exit is horrible. The amenities are trash! They dont even host resident events here. Im still trying to figure out where our money is going. The dog park is just a sunken place and not even fun for the dogs. The straw that broke the camels back is how they keep the trash receptacle/recycling area ---- VERY DISGUSTING! Ive lived at other apartments (the most recent one was Vanguard Northlake apartments- highly recommended and they are updated and keep the property very clean, unlike Lodge at Mallard Creek). Trash is everywhere and they seem very unbothered!!! Trash leads to rats and other things. Lastly, the traffic in this area is tough and it seems they have been doing construction right in front of this complex forever and its extremely hard coming/going. To conclude, there are other apartments within a reasonable price range that are better than these so use your money wisely.
Too expensive, dirty, unsafe, and horrible management. I wamt to give negative stars. Ghetto apartment community.-Car break-ins happen so much. Lock your doors always, even on the hot, sunny days. It is a ghetto neighborhood.-Crime in the area is really horrible. Charlotte is a violent city and the crime filters into this apt complex. Keep your doors always locked and windows shut always. Never walk out alone at night. The complex is not well lit so you always walk in the darkness which is super risky and dangerous.-Speaking of crime, I smelled marijuana in the hallway and emailed them about it. They did not do anything. All they said to me is that I should call the police, and they cannot do anything to help me.-There was a major accident on the property in 2017 near the mailboxes, and the wall was dented in. It looked like the wall was dented due to a large impact to it such as a car hitting the wall at high speed. The management did not even email the residents about the accident. They just put some heavy tape over the area to let residents know to avoid that dented part of the wall.-Amenities in the apartment are not even that good. They are ordinary. The rent is too high for such ordinary amenities. Ordinary dishwasher and washing machines.-Pest control is horrible. I see large cockroaches appear out of nowhere, even though my patio door and windows are kept closed all the time. I never open them.-Speaking of pest control, the trash dumpster is one of the worst things ever. It is so messy and dirty. Trash is overflowing and thrown all over the place. It smells so bad there. I believe raccoons and other animals are attracted to that area since it smells so bad and garbage is thrown all over the place. The dumpster is like a 3rd world country dumpster.-Too much money for the water bill. I was appalled at how expensive the water bill was.-Too much money for trash/sanitation. When I was planning to move out, I asked for help from the maintenance crew to help me move the mattress to the dumpster. They told me that I cannot throw my mattress out in the dumpster. Why? They gave me no good reason why I could not throw it out in the dumpster. For over 3 years I paid the trash/sanitation, and yet I could not even throw away my old mattress in the Lodges at Mallard Creek dumpster??-There are hidden rental fees. Buyer be aware.-The gym is sub-par and pathetic. Equipment is always broken and they dont fix it.-A lot of the flood lights in the hallway are not working. Not only is the property dark but so are the hallways.-Rent is too high and it keeps going up eveey time you renew your lease. It is not worth it.-Dont get enticed by move-in specials or discounts.-Crystal is one of the leasing office employees I have dealt with. She was not good. I do not know if she is there anymore but it was horrible working with her.-Move-out process was incredibly frustrating and appalling. When I noticed them that I had to move out I was told that I had to pay $130 for a final cleaning of the apt. This ia not something you are told not is it in your lease. The lease only states that your apt has to be cleaned out. When I called the office to ask they said that it is fine as long as my apt is clean before I return the keys. But I still got charged and they took my security deposit because someone else from the office said I was given the wrong information.Do not move to Lodges at Mallard Creek!
I toured this community a few weeks ago and it is absolutely gorgeous. the staff is very knowledgeable and they have beautiful renovated apartments. It did not work out for me to move-in bc I ended up moving into a 3bdr with roommates but if they had 3bdrs I wouldve definitely chosen this place. The only thing I didnt like was the construction on the main street.
At first sight, seems like an affordable place to live, convenient to everything etc. The office staff is friendly and I believe are doing their best, but the property management company is doing everything BUT managing this property.Weve put in almost TEN TICKETS for our AC unit since we moved in less than a year ago which average a 2-3 day turnaround to repair. That means since weve moved in weve lived close to a combined 3 weeks without AC. At one point we had to put a bucket under a drip coming from the AC unit in our bathroom because it soaked all our bathroom rugs. Record heat weekend over Memorial Day? We were without AC until the Wednesday after. We also had mold growing around ALL of our windows at the end of March. The Emergency maintenance man we spoke to on a Saturday said hed take care of it first thing Monday morning. Come home that Monday night to the mold still being there - after following up with the office they came Tuesday to clean it. Fast forward two months and the mold is growing back. I had a professional mold remover come inspect it and he said unless they redo all the windows in the apartments mold will continue to grow (aluminum window frames right next to sheet rock = mold breeding ground). Doubt theyll do that because they wont replace the AC units even though they know they should. Not to mention constant bugs even though we do our own pest control on top of the pest control we get charged for in our rent, the subpar and broken gym equipment PLUS we were promised when we moved in the pool opens on Memorial Day. Guess what? June 5th and still not open. We pay for all these things in our monthly rent and dont get them.Dont bother looking here or spending your money here. Dont get okie doked by move in specials or how kind the staff is. Pinnacle Management is NOT a company you want in charge of your community.
If I want, I want to give zero star to this community.I never seen this kind of horrible management in my life.A management of this community never wanna listen to their custmores (residents) about their concerns. They always showing their bad egoistic behavior to everyone. They never do any efforts to secure their residents. It is unsafe place for live. Its been a a year, when this management were bragging about to renovate their gym,and some of their building changes example play area for kids, but there is nothing happened in one year.Residents still awaiting for these all changes.People playing music so loudly for a whole night(If you are trying to complain about this situation to management, they will replied you “we can’t do anything this is your own problem) this how they respect to their residents problems. In gym, there is no any equipment which is working (except 2).HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place .DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR LIFE.Its better if you go and find another community.Sent from my iPhone
Its one of the great community to live with good neighborhood.... Nice new management to take care of all with refreshments at leasing office all time...
Worst ever
Hear gun shots, loud neighbors. Bad management, it seems like every week they find ways to cut cost and make this place worse off. They no longer keep packages in the office, there is no way to email them, stairs break, sewer backed up into my bathtub. They replaced faucets with water reducing ones that spray so hard it spatters clothing with every use. A/C is broken the second year in a row, so it was never properly fixed. The manager is all excuses and dont expect him to do anything that is not written in the lease, including calling back if you leave a message. They no longer accept packages at the office. So dont expect to get packages from UPS or FedEx unless you are at home, or they leave the package where it can get stolen. The couple parcel boxes is only for USPS.Parking in front of build no longer has parking lines since they did an incomplete job at fixing the pavement. They now require a very bright parking pass to be on the driver side that is distracting while driving. Pool is dirty. Gym has really old equipment. Dog park is a waste land with water guaranteed to make a pet sick. Living here is a pain. Can’t wait to leave.
If you actually care about where you live, avoid this place. Please spend the time and money to find something nicer and renovated. Even though the apartment is a pretty nice size for the price (only reason Im giving 2 stars)...remember you get what you pay for. I moved into a one bedroom around August 2015 and ended up transferring to a 2 bedroom in March 2016. It started out as a seemingly quiet, convenient and worthwhile living space but soon turned into a nightmare when I moved to the 2 bedroom. Mind you, I first lived at the front of the neighborhood which was enjoyable (besides stomping neighbors above and having a window view of traffic) and ended up at the back when I moved to the 2 bedroom, which became a night mare. The neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate, prepare to hear every footstep taken and conversation they have whether sitting in your living room and hearing people in the hallways or standing in your bathroom. The maintenance and bug spray people are reliable until you have an emergency, for example my refrigerator went out at night and leaked water all over the floor. This would normally be considered an after hours emergency but when I spoke with the main maintenance guy at the time he told me he couldnt come out and to just put everything in my freezer. That wouldve worked if 1. Everything could fit into the freezer and 2. The entire fridge didnt stop working. I ended up having to throw out food I just bought but dont worry, the office will give a stern talk to them as to why they should be on call when theyre on-call. The pest control tried to pull a fast one but luckily I was home to witness them only spraying the outside of my house, didnt even attempt to actually come in and spray. There was a problem with mischievous kids who ended up busting out a car window while throwing rocks at passing cars but dont worry, the office will notify you through emails about things of this nature and everything from pool closings to bad kids busting out windows but will fail to send a notice about car break ins...that is until you and your roommates cars are broken into and they tell you its been occurring over the past few months and if you make a big enough fuss about their bad judgment call for not alerting the community itll ultimately end up in them allowing u to break your lease and deciding to notify corporate, CMPD and sending awareness to the community. So, yup, thats why Im saying good riddance to this place. Also know that this is a large family oriented Indian community, so be culturally aware of what to expect, many people do not move out of the way of cars, etc...but dont worry an email has been sent about that. Also, maintenance and staff has switched over the year, I cant tell if that means theyve gotten better or worse. Daina is pretty cool though. I do appreciate the holiday party they had last year with the assorted deserts and the people who have been considerate and made my stay somewhat bearable (which is why I found this place not 1 but 2 stars worthy). Also realize its a nightmare getting in and out of the neighborhood due to construction and traffic on a busy 2-lane road...accidents are common and youll see why. I think this about covers it...Youve been warned.
Shouldn’t even give them a one star these people are not business people they barely answer phones or even respond to emails barely even do things that they say they are suppose to do in the lease maintenance comes in when your not there and takes things that don’t belong to them which is a huge problem for me I hate this place I can’t wait to move leaky sink in the bathroom that nobody has fixed this place is horrible if I could rate it a zero I would
Superb community... good management....best place to live if u have kids... walkable to ymca
Its an ok place..I would have stayed if it wasnt the fact of the rent going up about $100(no I didnt have a promational price when I moved in) and the amenities or apartment werent even as nice as the other apartments around and they were cheaper and my room wasnt even renovated. The staff is nice for the most part and maintenance request are done quickly. The reason I didnt give 4 stars is because when I moved out they decided that YOU HAVE TO pay $130 for them to clean your apartment or get a professional to clean it with receipt of proof. Or course your not told about the charge that will happen when you move out nor is it in your lease. The lease just states the apartment has to be clean. Which when I called and asked about this on the lease the person working there, asked the manager and told me that they stated I would fine as long as the apartment is clean but I still got charged because they stated the person working didnt make a note in my files about it. Then they also stated that in the lease it states they change policy whenever they want as well..So too bad for me..
I really wish I could put a lower rating but this complex still has not given me the money it owes me and it has been 6 months yall. This place is seriously not a good establishment. Save yourself.
Poorly maintained apartment. Cockroach in apartments as soon as we move in, you need to keep follow up leasing office for all request they are not responsive.
Very unhappy with my move-in on the 7th. Not going to say why publicly until I see how long it takes to fix it. They say Monday
If i could give a rating below zero i would have done that. Horrible and mean office staff and poorly maintained apartments
We were scammed out of $160. Our application was not approved. I called the number to find out why but it was a busy call. I then called the office and they had already blocked both my cell phone and my wifes and also my work phone.
New management is horrible at communication and unwilling to work with you. Everything you tell them has to be in writing or they dont acknowledge that you talked to them. Move somewhere else and avoid the nightmares and headaches.
Good place but with lots of crotches
Mixed feelings
Average community for stay in north charlotte
Great community!
Ok
Quiet and peaceful
Looks unsafe
