My experience at Wednesday however I stay in a duplex they came in and put cheap kitchen cabinets up dishwasher doesnt work properly and put 2 different color carpet on my floor and stairs in my apartment Ive been there about 10 years and they refused to help paint the place and the screen doors is horrible if they do some fixing up Windsor Harbor would be a great place to live

Everything was good. Only disadvantage is that if you live in the townhomes you can hear the people next door. They can be really loud sometimes. Never had problems with the night life. Maintenance was always on time when they where called. The office staff worked with you to.

The property is managed well, maintenance is usually taken care of within a few days. The apartments and grounds are a bit shoddy, but the rent isnt terrible either, so you get what you pay for.

The Apartments are very dirty the outside is even worst my car was parked in the front I go outside because my mother told me my car was covered in maggots from their trash can with three other cars this is disgusting and unnatural. The front office is rude and disrespectful and have the worst customer service they treat the people who live here with disrespect. Also they dont fix the things in the apartment complex. Its mold in the bathroom rugs coming apart,water leaking from the walls and the ceiling

The apartment complex is hit or miss. They change rules and place flyers in your door and you are like, what the heck? Like suddenly you need parking passes, but never handed them out. Then suddenly the pool is only opened during certain times and a few weeks later people are swimming after those times. Very confusing. Then you can never know when the office is open, sign says one thing, staff says another, and then they are gone before that time. Tons of maintenance issues, continue to re-occur. Plumbing pipe broke next door, flooding our living room carpet. They called company out to suck up the water, yeah that really didnt work. Then they had the cleaners come out, all that did was spread the yuck, carpet stank the whole last month. The carpet should have been replaced, they never bothered to see how the cleaning went when it was completed by a third party vendor. No one picks up after their dogs here, and the complex does nothing regarding this. Their neighbors to the complex are very loud, they play music very loudly like I felt like I was in a nightclub. No sitting on the porch quietly after work. You get what you paid for with this complex.

The further you go into the community the more hoodit becomes. We were told they were working on getting certaintypesof people out, but its only gotten worse....
