Let me first start off by acknowledging how dope this apartment community is. There’s a mural in one of the courtyards from a local artist, there are ample places to hangout and lounge outside of your apartment, and the rooftop has a hug dog park and one of the biggest roof-top pools in Charlotte. But the real out-of-this-world part of my experience with this property came from working with Carly! She has got to be one of my favorite leasing agents I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the property community and Charlotte. She’s so funny and pleasant. I can’t wait to work with her more in the future. She’s definitely a selling point for the property!
I just happened across this Google profile for Novel Stonewall Station while looking for something else, and felt compelled to pause and write a quick review. I no longer live there, after having bought a house a few months ago, but my first year here in CLT was spent there and it was a great experience! The leasing office folks are great and the concierge team is top notch! Living on top of a Whole Foods was every bit as awesome as I wouldve imagined and the amenities (especially the pool) were fantastic! I love my house, but MAN I miss that apartment sometimes! If youre reading this and considering moving there, I highly recommend it!
Hi! So, I moved into the Francis a week ago, and I have to say this has 100% been the best experience and apartment building that I have ever moved into/lived in. From quality of the unit, amenities, service, and staff, I truly am 5 Star impressed.A first big shout out has to go to Erica Palmer in the leasing office. As so often happens, there were idiosyncratic complexities related to my move in terms of timing, background checks, and unit availability. Erica was consistently responsive, had superb attention to detail, and was kind throughout the whole process (which we started and finished in < 2 weeks!). It’s a great testament to the quality of the building when your leasing agent lives in it! (And that’s not just the case for Erica, a bunch of the folks in the leasing office live in the building as well.)I also spoke on the phone with Carly, Tristan, and I think a woman named Ashley. Though we didn’t work as closely together, their general availability and responsiveness was much, much appreciated. I am sure that they would each have been equally as outstanding as Erica.Next, the unit/building itself. The Francis is quite new—finished in 2018, I believe, and it has a cool concept. The building is literally on top of a Whole Foods (can’t beat that convenience) and a CVS and Starbucks are < 1/2 a block walking distance (can’t beat that, either!). The Mid-Rise units wrap around the High-Rise tower, so there are price points for almost any budget, and ALL units have access to the same amenities—and those are outstanding. The pool is gorgeous, spacious, lights up at night, and has comfortable chairs and cabanas. I’ve only been here one weekend, but it gets pretty packed with good reason! The common areas and gym are also outstanding (no joke, there are Peloton bikes available in the latter).I opted for the high-rise b/c the finishes are a step up in quality (though the mid-rise finishes are very nice, too).Again, it’s only been a week, but so far, so great. I almost never write reviews, so please take it as a sign of how excellent this building/community is!Oh, and a special shout out to “Q” in maintenance. He helped install a missing coat rod from the front entryway closet in no-time and even offered to do some touch up paint work on my door (which, admittedly, I hadn’t noticed). Plus, the guy was just cool.Cheers!
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and compared to other places I’ve lived, it’s been a very smooth experience! I’m moving in a few weeks and will definitely miss it, especially the concierge staff, specifically Catherine! She’s so sweet and helpful, and knows exactly what I need before I ask. Recently I received a very heavy package and she hauled it to my door without me asking her to do so. I appreciate what her and the rest of the staff do for the community.
I have lived here since the very beginning when it was still Novel and let me tell you the leasing office just keeps getting worse and worse. First of all, they dont even have the correct phone number on google. Second of all, even when you have the right phone number to call no one picks up. You have an issue and you are a resident? Good luck because youre on your own. The leasing office is one of the absolute worst leasing offices I have ever had to deal with. They will over charge you on rent and not even provide a reason for the charges. Rent prices are outrageous for the service you get. The icing on the top of the cake is, it is practically impossible to have guests over as well. They are crazy strict on guests at the pool and they hardly ever have guest parking passes available to allow your guests to park.
Catherine’s customer service is unmatched. Catherine has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition into my apartment. She has a great infectious personality and very attentive to everyone. She’s shown me and other tenants nothing but kindness and respect. It’s always a treat seeing her at work.
The leasing staff is great! Erica made the apartment search and the move-in so easy. She went above and beyond working with me and made all the stressful things about moving a breeze. The maintenance staff is great, the concierge is always so sweet and helpful and the amenities are on point. I love it here.
Ive been a resident here for about 1.5 months now and have loved every day here so far! But I think this is just one experience that defines the atmosphere and environment at the Francis- I lost my AirPods in the building a few days ago (not even realizing they were gone) and the leasing office called and let me know that they had been found. When I was busy in a work meeting, Taylor was so kind to run them up to my apartment herself. The concierge team is also fantastic and takes the time to get to know every resident! Just a wonderful team all around at the Francis creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone.
Im sharing this experience based solely on the performance of the concierge, Catherine. She has gone above and beyond her job description and recently made our apartment life in the area so awesome. She has covered, several times, for people who have called out and has gone above her duties as a concierge. If every building had her in charge they would have a lot more happy residents. We appreciate her presence at The Francis and hope her effort does not go unnoticed. Thankfully and gratefully, apartment 522.
This has been a great place to live. Katherine and Kay from concierge have been incredibly helpful in my adjustment to uptown Charlotte, and I couldnt have asked for more in terms of helping make my move as smooth as possible.
We lived at The Francis for two years and highly recommend this apartment! The amenities are some of the best in the city (especially the pool and Sky Lounge), the staff is attentive and kind, and it was easy to make this place our home. We loved being able to easily walk into work in Uptown and the convenience of the WholeFoods, Starbucks, and CVS right downstairs. We will truly miss living at The Francis!
Where do I begin? I’ve lived at The Francis for the past 3 years. It has been nothing but the best. From the amenities, (great gym, luxurious common areas, best pool in uptown) to the attentive leasing and maintenance teams. Its location was a great convenience for me as Whole Food, Starbucks, CVS are directly below. The building is also connected to a Lightrail station! I can’t reiterate enough the great experience I’ve had the past 3 years. Highly recommend living here. 10/10
Great amenities and exceptional concierge staff, but the walls between units are shockingly thin. Normal-volume conversations and even phone notifications carry through easily, so you’re at the mercy of your neighbors.Edit: I had reached out to the office 3 times before posting this review, but nothing has come of it. In the picture attached, I found that the drywall isn’t flush with the window and that you can see through to the other apartment, which is probably the source of most of the noise. I’ve followed up on my maintenance request twice, but am still waiting. I really am sorry for being such a nuisance but, even though I got a white noise machine and earplugs, I’m woken up most mornings around 4am by noise. Please help!
Absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing as well. Catherine from concierge was kind enough to help me haul my new couch from the office to my apt! So thankful for her help!
Love this property! The amenities are top notch and always kept looking clean and up to date. The location is great and very walkable with easy access to the highway and the light rail. Concierge is very helpful and they always have the greatest attitudes (seriously the nicest people)! The size of the units are very spacious, especially considering the Uptown location. Definitely recommend.
Awesome community! I have been so impressed with the care and attention the staff puts into keeping The Francis looking clean and welcoming! The staff have been nothing but helpful and we have loved the amenities. You cant beat the location, either! Overall, a wonderful place to call home!
Awesome people with such kind Hearts and Attitudes.
Carley gave my friend and I a tour of the property today and she was incredibly helpful. She had an answer to each question we had and provided us with a detailed explanation of every amenity and feature of the apartment. She deserves a raise! This is now at the top of our list and I look forward to hopefully moving into the Francis by the end of the year. Thank you Carley!
We just recently moved in and everyone has been so helpful and nice! The concierges and the leasing office has made sure our move has gone so smoothly through this whole process. We even found a few fixes in the apt and the crew has already been by to fix them! 5 stars!!
One of the best perks of this community has been the concierge! The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. You can count on them for just about anything.Shout out to Chris, Will, Catherine and Ricky!
We just moved to Charlotte from out of state, and Novel has been such a great place to call home already. The apartments are super nice and homey and the staff is amazing and have made the transition very easy. The concierge are always very welcoming and nice, and the amenities are great too.**Edited to add: Everyone here has been great, but Catherine at the front desk is the shining star of this place! Shes so accommodating and definitely always a very warm, friendly face.
The worst experience Ive ever had with an apartment. My upstairs neighbor consistently pounds the floor with a heavy object during the evening hours. I have complained about the noise since August (roughly sixths months ago) and have received no help. Ive sent video evidence of the obnoxious level of noise to the concierge, and still nothing has changed. A manager told me she would resolve this, and then went radio silent. Ive slept three hours in the last two days. Good luck with this place.
Catherine at conceirge is knowledgeable, amiable and extremely professional. She makes the stay at The Francis pleasant! In addition to the excellent staff, The Francis has great amenities and many conveniences
I love this apartment so much. Catherine in concierge has made me feel so welcome. She goes out of her way to make people feel special. I’d be lost without her.
I moved to Novel about a month ago and my experience since then has been amazing! I wanted to wait to give a review until I been here for at least a month to see how everything goes. So far so good! I am very please with my new apartment and just love the location that I am in. The leasing staff were very helpful! Thanks to Josh for being so patient and helpful! Will definitely recommend to friends 😊
After an initial bad experience and bad review I posted on here, I have to say, Jon really turned things around for me! He explained the miscommunication and apologized profusely as did Monica. Jon reached out immediately via email and phone call and he was committed to turning around my bad experience - and boy did he! He gave me an in depth virtual tour of the floorplan I wanted as well as the entire community and amenities. Seriously, they’re more beautiful when you see it virtually than on the website! He spent a lot of time with me and patiently answered all of my questions. Thanks to Jon, Francis is back at the #1 spot on my list and I really I hope I get to become a resident! He went above and beyond and gave me a truly first-class experience. Thank you again, Jon and Monica - The Francis is lucky to have staff like you! Please don’t go anywhere :) I hope to see y’all in person soon!
I enjoyed this community before moving in here. I have friends that live here before I moved here. This community is very nice and would definitely recommend to others
This place is horrible. The only good thing is Concierge. Elevators smell like weed 24/7. Dog park stinks. Elevators are always broken. The list goes on.....
Catherine at the front desk is awesome!! She is so helpful and always goes above and beyond. We really appreciate all her hard work!
Great service and very professional staff! Originally, I had a dispute with this location but I was contacted by Taylor, an assistant manager, and we were able to come to a solution.
Katherine has been extremely helpful in bringing up my large packages. She is awesome!
Catherine at the concierge is amazing, always full of energy and ready to help with enthusiasm. Everyone else is great too. Definitely make the day better.
Im sure this community is great however their leasing professionals need some level of accountability. Ive tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 5 days with zero effort to respond. Quite unfortunate and very unprofessional!
This was initially a great place to live. Then it was purchased by Lenar. I have been walking by the same garbage in the hallways for two weeks now. Numerous calls to the office with no answer. Look elsewhere. Too many nice places to live uptown to bother with this place.
My husband and I absolutely love living at this community. The proximity to the interstate, my uptown work office, and Whole Foods is so convenient. The fitness center is well equipped and has beautiful views. Additionally, the concierge staff is amazing—Kirstan and Kenny always go above and beyond!!
Want to give a shoutout of appreciation for Josh on the maintenance team who is a wonderful associate at Novel Stonewall! He goes beyond his way to ensure that residents have a continuously comfortable experience while staying at Novel. He’s quick to step up and help out in getting things taken care of and figured out! Cheers to Novel for such an awesome associate: Josh!
Let me start off by saying, I’m a future resident. I will be moving in about a month from now. However, I’ve felt compelled to write a review because I have been so impressed with the handling of the entire process so far. This will be my second high rise apartment in Charlotte and this process has been night and day from my last experience. Taylor Nowicky, has been absolutely fantastic. She is super responsive and has taken care of everything super professionally. Out of all the leasing agents I’ve dealt with over the years she has been the absolute best.
One of the best apartment buildings in Charlotte. The pool is second to none and so are the other amenities. You are tucked away near the outskirts of Uptown so quickly getting on 277 is simple. Who else has a Whole Foods an elevator ride away? The entire building and parking has always felt very secure. Also, huge shoutout to Nicole in the leasing office for always being there when I needed something or had a question. My experience here has been amazing because of her. Concierge, maintenance and the other building staffers are also top notch and super professional.
I’m super frustrated. I really wanted to look at these apartments. Called four times in one day with no answer. Called the next day so many times I lost count no answer. No email reply. I even tried to go to the building anyways and it was locked and you couldn’t see anyone or a desk inside. I’m not sure if they’re at capacity or just too good for me but I was so disheartened considering they were my top choice and I never even got contact,
My first time leaving a bad review, but it is a must. I came to view apartments and ended up without one. Stayed two hours there and not even email was sent to me as promised. They hire people without training and new employee took me to see apartments, as we arrived she could not find a key :) we had to go back to grab keys. After that we exited on the third floor and she said no this is the wrong floor let’s go back.. two hours for nothing. I viewed 7 different places and not even one was so unprofessional. Sadly moving on with another place. Just waste of time:(
I have to say I loved touring this place. Kiara was amazing and so friendly.I said to her she sold this location to me. The application process has been smooth so I pray this is my new home. Let me just say, it felt like home to me upon visiting. I visited at least 4 properties downtown and each time I was comparing them to this one. Even if I dont become a resident, (oh butI will) I would suggest you consider Novel.
I love living here! The atmosphere is always super chill and most are very friendly. The location is great because it is close enough to the bars, restaurants, clubs of Uptown, but not so close that you feel claustrophobic around all of it. It is a clear shot to 277 and the train, so that is nice for your transportation needs too.
Moving to Novel was the best decision! The location is prime, the amenities are top of the line and the staff is helpful and attentive. The building is always clean and secured. I feel safe and every dollar is well spent. They go over and beyond by planning fun events each month with wonderful catering. Novel has something for everyone. Couldnt recommend it any more!
Catherine in concierge is legit a shining star. She will go out of her way to assist. She is such a welcomed addition to the novel family.
Wish I could give a zero! They never answer the phone and you have to beg for information! Thank God I moved somewhere else. And Stephanie is a joke. She knows nothing and when the phone rings she just looks at it. Would not even recommend to homeless. Happy to be gone.
I leased online before I had the opportunity to even tour as I was moving from out of town and it has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The unit itself is amazing but the amenities really cannot be beat. From the sky lounge to the clubroom to the convenience of Whole Foods on the first floor Novel Stonewall is incredible.
Catherine the concierge at Novel Station always has a great energy! It’s always a pleasure to interact with her!
Staff is cool, catharine especiallly/
Catherine is cool she is the best concierge there shes always there to greet you with a smile
I just moved in and I love the amenities that this building has to offer. The move in process went so smoothly thanks to the help of the staff. Looking forward to living in uptown here!
This place looks really nice but my experience with the staff is horrifying. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I spoke to a leasing agent called Nicole and wasn’t pleased with my experience with her. She doesn’t try to help or give you enough information. It’s like she automatically assumes you cannot afford to live there so didn’t bother. I really wish they could work on their customer service and work on providing people with the best experience. Even if you have to fake being nice and helpful, just do it.
The place is spacious and clean. We love the location and exploring the city
I’ve lived at Novel since the building was completed. After some changed management, this place is truly perfect. The location is unbeatable - living above whole foods, being on the light rail, and walking distance to the business district. I literally never have to Uber.Anyway the entire staff is amazing. I was sad to see some of the old management leave (Larry in leasing) but I have to say LMC is MUCH better. They throw great events. They are timely and always very friendly. The concierge staff also are very chill and helpful. Would recommend this place to friends and enemies alike.
Incredible place to live and call home! The award-winning property managers and leasing staff are the best in the business. They are very professional, quick at communication and always willing to help solve resident problems. The pool, amenities and skyline views - WOW! My wife and I love living here and dont see ourselves living anywhere else in Charlotte!
Novel is a beautiful and fun place to live! The amenities are incredible and the shared spaces are beautifully decorated. The apartments themselves are high quality, unlike a lot of the other new apartment buildings in Charlotte. The monthly events are things youll actually want to attend, and weve made friends with so many cool people, including our neighbors. The best part, though, is definitely the staff. They make you feel right at home and so welcomed! I cant say enough great things about Novel.
I have inquired a few times to get information over the past 2 weeks. I have only received 1 email back last week from a Jill Starcher and nothing else from anyone or from Jill again. I am guessing they are completely filled up with no apartments for rent. Truly disappointing not to receive any emails or information other than ONE email last week. Thank you anyway. I hope others have more success getting what they are looking for from this property.
Jess and her leasing team were extremely helpful in getting me into a new apartment with the current pandemic going on. They are quick to respond and always friendly to deal with.
Nicole Leger has been so helpful with resolving the very few issues that I’ve experienced while living here. The staff is on top of things, and more than happy to go the extra mile to ensure excellent service.
Under Graystar Management I would not even give this a star. The unit we had constantly had issues such as leaks from the washing machine and fridge. The staff never took any responsibility for anything including the constant 3 am fire alarms. It was through some sensor system. There were so many after awhile I just ignored it. The staff were also incredibly ignorant about local housing laws and construction laws and codes. The only reason I got things fixed or taken care of was because I am a lawyer and new to look things up.Things did get better with LMC Management. Dont rent anything under Graystar Management. They are confounded morons.
I moved in January of 2019, so Ive had roughly four months of living at Novel so far and Ive loved it. The amenities are incredible, the location is superb, and Ive met so many great people -- many of whom are actually staff at Novel. One of the great perks I enjoy daily is the dog park on the top of the building-- I got a puppy this year and he is fully socialized and has more than a few friends that he gets to play with on a daily basis.I like it here so much that we are upgrading to a larger unit later this summer and Im looking forward to it!
Stonewall Station is by far one of the best communities that I have toured in Uptown. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable on what they had to offer. Derek thoroughly went over pricing and different options that would best accommodate my situation and relocation to Charlotte. I definitely recommend this beautiful community! 😊
Awesome apartment interiors and amenities, friendly/super helpful staff, location location location! Unbeatable!
Amazing brand new community that just opened in Uptown. My girlfriend and I just moved in and we could not be happier! The staff was extremely helpful and the location cannot be beat. By far the best community in the Charlotte area. I highly recommend checking out Novel Stonewall Station!
Novel has been fantastic so far. All of the staff and the majority of the tenants are so friendly and welcoming. It’s also beautiful in every area and the location is fantastic!
The most horrible type of people run this establishment. Rude to tenants and guests. You couldnt pay me enough to live here.
This location is 100% amazing and I cant wait to be able to enjoy the fresh amenities and the brand new whole foods we will have right under usAfter moving in our experience was less than perfect. It was brand new so we expected growing pains but the countless fire alarms to the lacking amenity situation really left us wanting more. However the management staff was wonderful and allowed us to make arrangements with another complex to move into
I have lived here for 3 months now and have loved every part of it! Upon move in, my apartment was pristine! Literally no scuffs on the walls or issues at all. I wanted a lot of natural sunlight in my apartment and Nicole and Jess helped me find the PERFECT unit. Not only is my apartment amazing, but the amenities the complex offers are great too. The gym is first rate, better than most actual gyms in clt (can you say peloton and a squat rack?) and all the common areas actually have working WiFi. There are also 3 resident events per month, and so far we’ve gone to top golf, had Amelies brought in, and we have an upcoming happy hour at Whole Foods. There is also complementary wine and espresso available 24/7. What else do you need? The best part about living here though has to be having 24/7 concierge. As a female living alone, it is really nice to know that for someone to get into the building, they have to go through them! It has also been a tremendous help with mail ( nothing has been lost or stolen which is CRAZY) and for when people come to visit or take my dFur child out. Kenny and JR are always super friendly and personable!Only negative feedback I would give is that free visitor parking is SUPER limited, as in like 5 parking passes available, and the rest is very expensive. If they could somehow find a way to increase the number of visitor spaces we get since this is an enormous complex, it would be great.
Catherine is Cool she is the best There!!!
From walking through the building and dealing with there staff here’s my experience. Very nice looking from the outside appealing along with lobby and leasing office. Once you get past the third floor though the entire building reeks of animal urine I’m assuming from the dog potty place being up stairs on 10 floor. As far as staff goes. Every one has smiles but when it comes to solving problems there only solution is a half give apology. Very little attention to detail and will blame you for not noticing there mistakes and flaws. Not only was this mistake made once but it was made twice with no actions to try and make a resolution to the problem.
This new development has by far the nicest pool in all of uptown Charlotte. While this was the main reason for selecting the location, it has been an added bonus getting to know all the staff. More specifically, Nasir at the concierge desk is always more than willing to help and always doing it with a smile on his face! The concierge goes above and beyond to take care of resident needs!
At least once a week there is an alarm that goes off waking me up in the middle of the night. It is Christmas and another alarm is going off. Again. All I want is to be able to sleep undisturbed. This apartment complex cannot consistently offer that.
Ra, the concierge, has been extremely helpful and friendly. When I lost my cat, he went above and beyond to help me find her. I am very grateful for his help!
It sounds like this building is going to be amazing! My husband and I are so excited to move in March. The staff was fantastic to work with.
This place is amazing! The apartment, the luxury finishings, and the Uptown views make it so easy to give this five-star rating. Everything had already exceeded my expectations, but then the staff started their daily events for the residents and now five stars doesn’t feel like enough! Breakfast on the go every Monday, To-Go Tuesday means I no longer have to cook dinner on Tuesday nights, Workout Wednesday, Wine Down Thursday, Fresh Fruit Friday, Yoga and Mimosas on Saturday mornings, Sweet Tooth Sunday...and this is every single week! Everyone who lives here has the option of getting spoiled daily which is just the cherry on top of an already awesome community. A huge thanks to the office, maintenance, cleaning, and concierge staff for being so helpful and making each day a joy to be a part of your community!
Great place, great people. Also, JR the concierge needs a raise.
Been trying to get in contact with someone regarding my application for 4 days . No one answers the phone and there are no updates on my online portal . This is crazy and unprofessional
The concierge is amazing here. Always dependable and knowledgeable. Especially Nasir. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
I have never been so disappointed in an apartment complex.
Great community and Josh is wonderful to work with!
Concierge is great here. Very attentive and will to help you in any way
I have lived here for about a year, and I have to say this apartment is amazing! The amenities: Top of the line! The pool has an amazing view and is a great place to relax. It’s open 24hr so the night swinging is prime. The 19th floor lounge is a great place to hang out. It has both an indoor and outdoor spot so you can enjoy it year round. The club house is beautiful and a great place to hang out with large groups. The roof top dog park has made raising my puppy here 10x easier! Finally the grilling stations are a great alternative to making a huge mess in your kitchen. The location: Whole Foods, Starbucks, and a salón are all open or opening in the first floor. If you work from home you literally never need to leave your city block. If you do want to explore you have all of uptown and Southend within walking distance. If you want to head further out there is a light rail stop connected to the building. So you can get to NoDa, southend, and more! The staff: To be honest it’s the staff that make this building high end. Facilities are on top of work requests and general building maintenance. If something breaks, they fix it in a timely manner. All my work requests have been completed in less then 24hr, and I have never seen any of the amenities out of order for long. The 24hr concierge is on point. They have been really helpful with guests, parking, food orders, and packages! The leasing staff is really knowledgeable and is always there to help as well. The apartment: This part is a little more difficult to review because I only have my apartment as a reference point. However, my apartment is amazing. The appliances are top of the line. The natural light is plentiful. The balcony has a great view of uptown. I would buy this place if it were for sale.
I made an appointment for 1:30 on Sunday. The office is locked and the one person here is using my appointment time to show apartments to someone else.
Great location uptown and friendly team. The concierge guys are the best, Nasir, Ra and the whole crew always helpful and happy to help out!
Everyone who works at the concierge desk is extremely helpful! Always willing to go the extra mile to help a resident.
This is by far one of the worst experiences ever! Novel definitely has its positives: great location, new appliances, large pool, but that doesn’t give the leasing staff the right to lack professionalism. They focus more on potential leasees than their actual residents. My wife and I were thrilled to move in but once we sent in our application, the service we received was horrible!!! We had to practically beg for information, next step process, and how too’s when it came to moving in. Even during my tour, I would see leasing staff roll their eyes in irritation just for answering residence questions. As a sign of what’s to come, the parking situation is horrible. Not only have they reduce spaces, but they went from free parking, to $50/month, now to $75/month all in 45 days. They even get annoyed when residents want to collect their mail, since they currently don’t have a mail system yet. Not the service you should receive, especially when asking for $2,000/month for a one bedroom with no amenities but the pool! I’m glad my wife and I was able to dodge this before signing our lease. We chose another greystar property with exceptional service in Uptown! By the way, as one of the comments above mentioned, it’s true that most of these positive reviews are from leasing agent staff. Don’t go to Novel!!!
Nasir does a great job taking care of any needs that I ask for.
I have found the leasing office and tenants to be very friendly and the amenities are fantastic
The concierge is amazing including Nasir! 13/10 would buy
This place is amazing property with 5 star service and convenient to everything!
Everything has been a huge disappointment since moving in 4 months ago. Issues started on day 1 and have not stopped since. When I brought up my frustrations to the staff all they say is that they are sorry but cant do anything to help. I was told many things during my tour and when signing my lease that were untrue. Would not recommend living here.
They are NOT Google fiber ready, despite claiming to be. The units have not been individually wired for it and despite being a paying customer (for Google) and current tenant, I do not feel as if they have placed any emphasis on getting my unit wired (part of this falls on Googles construction crews shoulders to be fair but I should have been made aware). The construction crew uses the same elevators that they tell you to move in with and despite reserving a time I had construction workers literally sit and watch me move in every. single. piece. of furniture or otherwise that I had, staff told them to give us space once but they continued. Their pool and gym have failed inspection 3 times now, I was told both would be open in June prior to signing a lease. My dryer broke after the second load (no fault of mine, literally just stopped working on a medium/small load). I, personally, would wait on considering them as a future home at least until construction is complete. Its a real mess over here.
Nasir is great! Service was attentive and charming
Im so excited to this site finished Ive drove by it many times.
Awesome concierge staff, Nasir especially ! I love this place
Amazing property, and great service by the concierge staff as well.
Concierge is awesome. Nasir is the best
Great staff, awesome amenities, great location!
Nasir is the man, great front desk service!
Concierge is the best! Live here
