My husband and I just moved into The Vue in August and we are in love! The building is beautiful and the amenities are even better. They do a great job at keeping the community engaged and connected with fun events. The process to get an apartment was pretty smooth thanks to the excellent leasing staff. I would recommend living here to anyone who asks!

Ive been living here since Jan and loved it. The concierge staff are super friendly and accommodating. The amenities are unmatched and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend if youre into the condo life. Best option in Charlotte by a mile.

We have been here a little over 3 months and absolutely love it. Gina was great, all the concierge are awesome. The amenities are top notch and they do a great job with building activities. We are already discussing staying here another year. Nothing but good things to say about our experience.

Entering our third year of living at the Vue and it’s one of the best place to live at. The amenities are amazing, the concierge services is top notch and the views are always beautiful. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Charlotte, the Fourth Ward and walking distance to awesome local restaurants like Alexander Michael’s. I love living at the Vue so much that I recommended my best friend to move in and he did, so now I’m neighbors with my bestie ❤️

Super location in uptown Charlotte. Easy to walk to sports, restaurants and the light rail. Excellent friendly concierge staff who can handle just about everything from packages to screening visitors and printing PDFs when Im in a bind. Gorgeous large apartments with spectacular views and high end appliances. Feels much more like a home than an apartment.

Just moved in about 2 weeks ago, have had the greatest experience so far. Gina was amazing as the leasing agent and really helped my wife and I find the right apartment and get setup as we moved from across the country, which was difficult but thankfully she made it easier. Also, the place is beautiful with spectacular views and amenities. Concierge is always top notch as well. Thanks Gina for helping us with settling into our new place!

My dad has lived here for about 4 years now and absolutely loves it. Me along with both of my siblings have at some point lived in his second bedroom over the years. The staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly, the amenities are great. We go over to the Vue to workout in their amazing gym with him, to do cookouts by the pool or to their 50th floor events. They always have something planned for their tennants and it has a great community vibe.

If you are in Charlotte and you are looking for a classy, upscale building with top-teir amenities and wonderful service, this is the place to be. Living here has been nothing short of a pleasure. The staff members are very professional and always willing to help. Gina, my leasing agent, was very helpful in getting me situated when I first moved in. She answered all of my questions and is a great asset to the building.

Absolutely love everything about living at The Vue. We were drawn to the building by the countless amenities, beautiful views of the city and loft apartments. The sense of community everywhere in the building makes living in this community feel like home. The resident events are so fun and everyone that works in the building is helpful and kind! From the spa, to the 50th floor Skylounge, to the barista bar and game rooms, there is always something to keep you entertained!

A few months in, so far a good experience up until recently. Many of the amenities have been closed (sauna, steam room) or broken (basketball court has not been functional since I moved in) Recently, I had the opportunity to speak and work with Lauren Larsson (Assistant Community Manager) who was rude, condescending and has soured my experience living here. I currently rent a 2 BR $4,000 unit by myself and was thinking of making The Vue a long term place to stay but will be looking elsewhere after the latest interactions.

A bad overall experience. The temperature fluctuated from burning hot to freezing cold. Left me shivering and wet.

I have leased several apartments in uptown Charlotte and none of them even remotely compare to The Vue. The team at Northwood Ravin really know how to run a property and make their resident’s a priority. With 24/7 concierge, security, and gated parking there have been zero safety concerns. Plus, residents only have access to the floor they live on so there is never any traffic in the hallways. Furthermore, you can’t ignore all the amenities this property has to offer. From spas, coffee bar (with barista), golf simulators, tennis/basketball courts, game rooms, two gyms and a full service sky bar on the 50th floor! What more could you ask for? Also, of note is that they keep this place very clean. Which is extra important during our current times.I am a happy resident of The Vue on 5th and proud to call it home!

This review feels very bittersweet to write as my husband and I bought a home here in Charlotte and are moving out of the VUE next week. To say that we will miss the VUE, is an understatement. The VUE was the longest place weve ever lived as a couple together and weve enjoyed every moment living here. We have moved around a lot; living in Miami, Richmond, Nashville and most recently NYC before moving to Charlotte. By far, the VUE is the best place weve ever lived. Sure, the amenities are top notch, location is ideal and the view is hard to beat, but what makes this place really 5-stars is the concierge staff. They have been like friends to us. All of the concierge has been wonderful, but we would like to specifically thank the following people who have made our home for the last 5 years extra special: Mark, Adam, John, Johnnie and Donnie. Also wanted to note that Briana in the office was always very responsive and was helpful and accommodating with all of our lease renewals and when we moved from one unit to another. All around they have the best people working at the VUE. Do not look at any other apartment complex in Charlotte. Ill save you some time and say this is it. Thank you to the VUE for making our first Charlotte home the best!!

I moved here last May and I love it. Before i moved, I had heard the concierge service was spectacular but, wow, is that an understatement. They are all first class. Mark, Johnnie, John, Kenya, James, Adam, Mikki and Donnie are wonderful people who make you feel right at home. I love bringing guests here and they see their smiling faces welcoming us back and holding the door.....top notch.

The place is nice, staff is very uncaring and unprofessional. They sent a team to change the carpets after a water pipe busted in the building upon moving the bed they broke it that was two months ago and now they dont want to cover it and the insurance company wont cover it because it wasnt damaged by the water. You call concierge one time they answer 10 times they dont this building is an illusion with the team running it

Great building, amazing amenities and the staff is top notch!

Before you consider this apartment, please take the time to read this review, as well as the letter, which is attached. It truly exhibits the company and leasing office that manages this complex.My friend lived in this building for awhile. When he lost his job last year because of the Corona Virus, he had a hard time paying his rent. He was not willing to use all of us savings on rent because he was unsure when he would get back to work again. He reached out to the apartment in hopes of finding a fair solution to his problem. The leasing office told him he had to pay half then and in two weeks, he could pay the other half. Unfortunately, with no income coming in, the ONE arrangement they offered to him, he was unable to accept. When he offered to move, they told him he would have to give a 2 month notice, and would still be charged for breaking his lease before it was technically up. SERIOUSLY?! And since his rent was late, the leasing office also charged him late fees each month. When he asked them to please take them off, as he was already struggling, they refused. It was so ridiculous. After being behind on his rent, he received the below letter from the leasing office. He was absolutely beside himself. He could not believe during a time the entire world was suffering together through a pandemic, and thousands of people had lost their lives, businesses, and jobs, his apartment was threatening to kick him out on the streets! –Even after he tried speaking with them and finding a solution! The letter literally states, “While various State and Federal authorities are limited a landlord’s opportunities to pursue evictions at this time, those restrictions will soon be lifted in the near future.” Basically stating, “Although you are protected by the government right now, we don’t care. Once they loosen their reigns, we are kicking you out on the streets!” After receiving this letter, he literally used all of his savings and borrowed money from his friends, just so he could pay the past due and remaining months of his rent. He has since moved out and could not be happier about his decision to leave this awful place. He once enjoyed living here, but after the apartment proved their true corporate colors, he will never recommend this place to anyone. It is not worth the money, it is outdated, and to be honest, it is in a very unsafe neighborhood. There are constantly homeless people sleeping and harassing people outside of the building. Take my friend’s word for it, and THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE!!!!

I wanted to write a quick review about how wonderful the management company, especially Marissa, handled the recent drag brunch event held at The Vue. The event was seamless and SO MUCH FUN, and I personally witnessed multiple members of the team asking numerous residents and their guests if they were having a good time. The care and concern that went into this event was obvious, and if I were looking to rent, I would gladly choose this property if Saturday’s event were any indication to the way residents are treated!

The staff at The Vue have been amazing. The concierge staff have been so helpful and attentive. Gina in the leasing office has been amazing from day one. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that our move to The Vue went smoothly. Her email correspondence is quick and efficient. She made me a list of everything I need to do before and after moving into our beautiful apartment, which was beyond helpful. Any request we have had, Gina has taken care of promptly. Her kindness and attention has been awesome!

I recently moved in at The VUE and all I can say so far is WOW! Everything has been wonderful. From the amenities, to the breathtaking view, to the other residents, and of course the apartment itself. The building is kept in fantastic/clean condition and every person Ive come in contact with has been helpful and friendly. I was especially happy with all of the help I received from my leasing agent, Gina Pickeral . She was prompt, helped when I had questions, and made the application process a breeze. Couldnt recommend this place enough!

Great location, great views, great amenities, and great staff! From day one the staff has been more than helpful and welcoming. 10/10 - the best apartment complex to consider if living in Charlotte. This is my third complex Ive lived in and its the only one that has a concierge that actually cares and goes above and beyond (never act annoyed!) when helping me. Johnnie, James, John, Adam, Mikki, Donnie, and Kenya are all wonderful - Kenya was actually at my previous complex and was the only one to ever show real customer service and professionalism. Not only is the front desk 5 star, but the apartments are beautiful, the service crew is always quick to respond if you have any issues, and the pool is by far the best apartment complex pool in Charlotte. Its huge and can actually accommodate all residents without overcrowding or lack of chairs. Very happy here and it has actually made moving into a house at some point seem less attractive because living here is so seamless!

The VUE Charlotte isn’t just the tallest high-rise in the state or between Miami and New York. It’s the tallest in accomplishing what its set out to do provide an exotic luxury experience. When I met Gina I knew already I would be signing even without touring the property. Gina is a leasing professional and as a consulting professional as myself it was really easy to work through the contract process. Gina is very smart and her recommendations are solid. If Gina is busy make an appointment because her time is valuable in bringing great residents and contributions to the VUE experience. Don’t take my word for it check the VUE Instagram page and watch Gina in action.

Moved in here this past month. First off, the building, the location and the views (for which it is known) are all top notch. The residents have been very friendly. But most importantly, the staff has been awesome, especially as we moved in and tried to get settled. All the Concierges have been fantastic, but big shout out to Mark, Johnnie and Adam who have been patient and wonderful to deal with and made our first month at the Vue a great experience. Also a big shout out to Briana who help us find the apartment of our dreams. She was great as was the rest of the staff in the office. We had high expectations coming in, but the overall experience has exceeded those expectations thank to the staff.

BEWARE! Do not trust the Google Reviews. The leasing office creates multiple addresses and gets all of their friends/family/favorite tenants to write 5 star reviews. They often offer perks for the people who write the reviews. Do not trust them!

I haven’t moved in yet. I don’t move in until March from another state however the process thus far has been phenomenal. Melanie Lopez has been awesome. She helped me find the perfect apartment. She is very professional; my experience has been she does what she says she is going to do. Moving and planning to move can be stressful. She has helped alleviate a lot of stress. I’m so excited about becoming a resident.

I moved into The VUE a couple of weeks ago, and so far its been an amazing experience. Unprecedented in size and sophistication, from the upscale service from the delightful concierge staff to the professionalism from the maintenance team, Im thrilled that I made the decision to make The VUE my new home in Uptown Charlotte. I still have yet to survey all of the state-of-the-art amenities this building has to offer, but Im looking forward to exploring it all!

I recently moved from LA to Charlotte. From the moment I connected with the Vue concierge staff about cross country moving to the arriving and my welcome to the building Ive felt like Im in impeccable hands. I lived in a number of staffed buildings in LA and the service and complimentary services that come with living here blow them out of the water. Love this place. Love to call it home. Google only lets me give them 5/5 but Id give 6.

Following some pretty harrowing experiences with other leasing offices and buildings, we found our experience with the Vue to be a breeze and very enjoyable from the very start. A particular shout-out to Gina for making every part of the process from signing to actually moving in so easy for us. She has been a huge advocate, quickly responding to our inquiries and always following up to ensure everything is perfect in our new place.

We’ve been here for 3 months now and The VUE is not perfect but the staff strives to get as close as possible. Gina Pickeral was great with getting the leasing paperwork completed. Adam Parrish, Mikki Laster and Miguel Santana rock the concierge. Marissa Peduto keeps the building engaged with her special events and great energy. And of course our favorite security guard Donald Shank that not only keeps us secured but knows almost anything that you ask him on what, how or where to do in the building. The mentioned staff members make the flaws minor as they make you feel like a 5-star.

This place is real nice!!! The receptionist Nicki helped me when I had an issue, and she was very nice and friendly and went out of her way to help me. She deserves a raise! Thank you :)

I absolutely love living here. My views are amazing and everyone on staff is so helpful! I absolutely love their smiling faces and willingness to help with anything. The events we hold are done safely yet are always fun! Everyone that you see in the elevator or at community events is also so friendly and welcoming!

Hands-down, this is the premiere place to live in Charlotte. The responsiveness of the people who provide service from the top-notch front desk to cleaning to repairs is impressive. Everything here is quality in build and support (gym, outdoor BBQs, pool, tennis, cafe, meeting places, etc.). And the views are unmatched. Pretty much everything you would want is in walking distance; so much so that I did not need a car. I loved the spaciousness of my apartment and all the amenities. I have only positive things to say.

This is more in regards to my tour experience as we have not locked in on a unit at this time.My girlfriend and I came to Charlotte to tour a set of about 5 apartments, as we are looking to relocate from out of state. Going into our tour in The Vue, expectations were definitely higher due to the beautiful photos on the website, however the tour we were given by Sarah still exceeded those expectations.She brought up excellent points to address the concerns we had, and brought up things to consider which we previously had not thought of. Although I’m sure everyone is great, I could not suggest requesting Sarah any more, as she really took her time with us and made it easy for us to envision The Vue as our home. We now can go back to NY confidently knowing we will be moving into The Vue when it is time to make the move South!

The concierge team led by Mark deserve 5 stars. It’s a wonderful property which simply needs better property management. Concierge is the shining star and is the team that keeps the residents happy and enjoying their community.

We work for an Estate Management firm throughout the US. On a recent move-in and home theater project with one of our prominent clients I had the pleasure to work with the VUEs Concierge and maintenance staff. Both exhibited extreme care for their residents needs, desires and above all their security. As stated before our client expected some out of the normal provisions and apartment adaptations which the Concierge and management made possible. I would personally like to thank Mark Stressman and his staff for one of the smoothest move-ins we have ever had. On a side note, the Vues nighttime view is simply amazing. Thanks again to everyone at the Vue for their accommodations it wont be forgotten.

I have lived here for a few years now and have always been very thankful for the great concierge staff. Mark has always gone above and beyond whenever I need something- even if it isnt necessarily in his job description. He know the name of every resident and always makes a point to spend a few minutes catching up when he has the time! The entire concierge staff is awesome. -Adam, James, John and Donnie always go out of their way to help out in any way they can. They are truly the best part of the Vue.

Words just cant begin to describe the staff at The VUE. On Saturday, July 21st we (Charlotte Seen) held our Summer Seen Fashion Show along with our Press and Media Party at their location, which first of all was just breathtaking. but then you add in their AMAZING staff who were so willing to go over and beyond for us...was priceless!! Thank you Mr. Mark, Mr. Johnnie, Mr. Donnie, Mr. James, Mr. Joseph and Mr. Ein for making our event PERFECT!!

The Vue was the last place I looked at when I decided to move to Charlotte, and, thank goodness I did. I moved in sight unseen, without having fully seen the area for myself. Virtual tours are one thing, but having lived here for a few weeks now, its evident that Ive moved into what I think may be one of the best apartment buildings Charlotte, if not *the entire country*. I really cannot think of anything that could be better.The building itself is absolutely wonderful, and has every amenity you could possibly think of. They even have a golf simulator, though I havent found it yet amongst all of the other stuff to do. There are community events all the time - this week there were free waffles available for residents for breakfast at the exclusive coffee lounge that purportedly serves some of the best coffee in Charlotte. The exclusive 50th floor lounge is also open for drinks some nights.Considering the location, its a very quiet neighborhood. You can go out for a night in South End, and come back home to peace and quiet. The walkability is absolutely excellent with many close restaurants, casual eating establishments, and bars. Theres an excellent supermarket (Harris Teeter) right across the street where I found many of my NY staples.As for the apartment itself, they tell me somebody else lived here before me, but I barely believe it. I moved in to an apartment that was in brand new condition. The appliances are high-end Bosch units (some units, like the Sky Lounge that you can rent for parties, have Viking appliances). The views are some of the best in Charlotte owing to the buildings somewhat out of the way location. The elevators are never a problem - Im told they travel at nearly 60mph; I believe it!The staff at this building is unbelievable. Gina from leasing was very kind to me during the whole process, and the concierge staff is excellent. Theyll do anything for you, and living here feels like living at a high-end hotel.You should beg these people to move in. You wont regret it. Dont consider anywhere else - this is the best and most pristigious building in Charlotte.

I have been living at the Vue for about 3 years and it continues to impress me. Specifically, the outstanding concierge service. Mark (head concierge) is just the best, and has gone out of his way many times, as I moved within the building into larger apartments. The concierge service and everyone who works there is simply wonderful and makes the experience worth it.

Moving from out of state- I’m excited to be making the move to Charlotte mostly because I will be living at the Vue with an incredible view of the skyline.  Sara Goldsmith at the leasing office made my decision an easy one. I virtually toured with her and leased that day.  I’ve rented in several cities, but this is my first time renting without seeing my apartment in person.  I was able to Facetime and she walked me through my options and shared all the location had to offer. Sara was quick to answer all my questions and made me confident in my decision.  The Vue offers all the amenities I could think of and more.

This place is awesome! Gordon, Bethany, Donny, and the whole concierge gang are fantastic assets to this community

The VUE is an amazing place! Easily one of, if not the, best apartment communities in Charlotte. I love the amenities, especially in the times of Covid. It keeps me busy and the spaciousness more than allows for social distancing. I especially like the courtyard.I cant talk enough about the staff and how friendly and accommodating everyone is. Mark at the leasing office is always my go to guy whenever I have questions or issues. In fact hes the one who sold me on the place!If youre on the fence, just sign the lease. You wont regret it.

I thought I submitted this review last year when I moved out but just realized that I didnt. I loved living here. The staff was the best. Mark, Ein, Adam, James, Johnnie, Karia, Gordon, Donnie and Anthony were the best. Always attentive, smiling, and respectful. They all take their job seriously and it was appreciated.The only reason I left is because I decided to buy something. Nicest high rise and best staff in Charlotte, hands down.

Just moved into The Vue the other week from California. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. We worked with Gina in the leasing office and she made our cross-country move so smooth! I have had a great experience living at the Vue, the amenities are by far the best in Charlotte. But what sets it apart from its competitors is its staff, especially the concierges. I have had especially great service from Mark Stressman and Adam Parrish; they quickly learned my name and always took a personal interest in me. I would highly recommend living at the Vue, you will not regret it.

The Re-opening of the Barista Bar is really great! This is by far the best tasting coffee beverage I have had since moving in last Spring. We shared a cappucino this morning and we both were really impressed. Not sure who to thank but a big shout out to whomever is responsible for hiring Ryan as our newest Barista. A Big Thumbs Up.

Donny and Bethany were the best!! I had the tequila high rise and it was delicious. I hope they open more as the year goes on. Charlotte needs this!!!

I have called this place home for a few years now and I would like to give thanks to Mark, Briana, and Rob who work great to stay on top of any issues that arise. Donnie who cheerfully and respectfully keeps the residents safe. James Adam, Johnnie, and John who are the best in concierge-responsive, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. And what would we do without Gordon? Covid has created a change for all of us but he keeps us going with his upbeat attitude and virtual happy hours. I am pleased to call this place home!

I recently move to Charlotte and the Vue has been one of the best parts of my move. I used to live in a doorman building in Brickell in Miami and there is honestly no comparison. The amenities are out of this world! I got rid of my gym membership because the gym is amazing, and Ive cut starbucks out of my life because the barista on the 8th floor makes a better coffee. Everything about this building is streamlined for my enjoyment. The bar just re-opened on the roof and while I havent attended yet, Im excited for it to become my new spot! I love love love the Vue. I recommend it to anyone reading this.

Those who work here are very nice! From the leasing staff to the concierge. Very pleasant to speak with. The issue is the leasing staff fail to follow up and follow through on the items they say they will do. I leave a message for someone and they dont get back to me. If they are supposed to complete a task, they forget and you have to contact them to remind them all too often. I dont mind paying a world-class price, but it needs to be accompanied by world-class service.

This place is awesome! its one thing to live somewhere but next thing to be proud of it. Everyone in this building has 5 star service and stands behind it. The residents are great and the if you are looking for unique living experience, it starts with expert leasing consultants. Have had lots of back-and-forth conversations with the leasing staff and concierge as I figure out which apartment is right for me. I started the application to move here during the peak of the virus and was initially worried about not being able to view the apartment before moving in. Mark Lynch was incredibly helpful through the entire process. I and my wife had a huge smile on our face the moment we walked into our apartment and just seeing how beautiful it is and the views, the amenities, the concierge staff, the community, the place is worth everything and more. My husband and I moved into The Vue via a company that rented the apartment, furnished it, and sub-let it to us. The experience we had with the third party company was unpleasant and made for uncomfortable living circumstances. However, we truly enjoyed our 3 months at The Vue because of the outstanding amenities and the concierge staff. Mark, Adam, Kenya and Johnnie Walker especially went out of their way to assist us with receiving our package deliveries, as the third party company did not allow us access to the portal where we would have received notifications. They were also quite helpful with other situations that arose. I highly recommend The Vue short term or long term.

I would love to have stayed there, but unfortunately had to move back home with my parents because of my job loss due to covid. I have never stayed in a building as safe, luxurious, and a strong sense of community feel. The communal areas and gym are outstanding, and moving to a city where I knew no one, this helped me meet people and get connected quickly. There is 24/7 staff and security, and I cant reiterate how wonderful it is to know that all packages and mail are taken to the mailroom (living in New York City, these small details become extremely difficult!). For anyone who is moving to Charlotte for a job or because it is a truly a great place to be, I HIGHLY reccomend this building. The staff, amenities, comfort is unmatched!

Mark has provided me with truly exceptional service! From the moment I walked in the door he made me feel like this was home! Answered every question precisely and to the T! The Vue has nailed the customer service aspect of renting and other establishments should take notice!! Thanks again Mark!!

Top notch facilities and outstanding people. The staff at the VUE have gone above and beyond during COVID to make sure that everyone is safe, and also that everyone feels supported and can take advantage of the amenities. Mark, Adam, James, and the rest of the Concierge group are amazing.

We have moved around in the past 7years looking for a perfect living space. Wel,l the Vue did it, we love it. Concierge are amazing, Brianna and the team are awesome. The maintenance team have room to improve but overall it’s a 5

Lived here a year me and my wife loved almost everything Here. The EV chargers charge at a very slow rate. 9 miles per hour, on a tesla X. There are only 3 working chargers. So if you have a EV make sure you dont rely on these chargers. That caused us allot of stress and pushed us to move out. Everything else here is amazing. The Concierge folks are amazing people! They really know how to put a smile on your face.Thank you all!!

I wanted to move to the best possible location in uptown Charlotte and The Vue was my choice. Being here has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I cant say enough good things about Briana and Mark for all of their help getting moved in and settled. From the leasing and concierge teams, superior amenities and simply amazing views, The Vue is by far in a class of its own. I should have made the move years ago. After only being here for a few months, The Vue is home.

Love this place. The concierge team is top notch and the leasing department are the best. Theyre there when you need them and they go out of their way to help me with any problems I had with maintenance and personal. The best living i had since i moved down from NYC.

First-class accommodations with the best amenities in uptown Charlotte. Spacious, luxury living spaces with a variety of finishes and floorpans to choose from--if you can find availability! The gym, yoga room, pool, outdoor kitchen area, and penthouse lounge are highlights. The leasing staff are true experts; ask for Mark!

Finding an apartment, and more importantly, the right apartment is tough. However, since my initial contact with Gina Pickeral in the leasing office of the Vue, I have had the smoothest and most efficient experience I could have hoped for. Gina was able to work around my busy schedule from day one (basically running with me through the apartment complex/amenities in the short time I had, but also making sure I was able to see everything I wanted and more) and make me feel like a priority, as opposed to just another applicant. On its own, the Vue is an incredible facility, but Gina was able to make me feel right at home by highlighting exactly what I wanted to see and hear with great knowledge and efficiency. Since my tour and up to today, Gina has been extremely responsive and helpful in answering my questions and ultimately getting me into my new apartment at the Vue. I am very excited to see and experience all the Vue has to offer and Gina’s help and persistence went a long way in locking me in.

Mark Stressman is simply one of the BEST concierge reps we have at the VUE. He took time to work on the TVs to ensure we could watch baseball. Thank you Mark, I truly feel at home at the VUE.

I absolutely love this place! The team here is so talented and dedicated. They are personal and really passionate in what they do! My all time favorites who are always beyond helpful are Adam and James! I definitely recommend the Vue as your future home!

I Came here for a quick visit. the concierge showed me to the elevator and made sure I found my guest. Great atmosphere here. A beautiful place to live or visit. Its also pet friendly here as well .

I also wanted to write a review about Rob and the maintenance team. They do such a great job! I put in a request for something to be fixed and literally the next day they take care of it. Very quick to respond! I appreciate everyone that works at The Vue but especially the concierge and maintenance team!

Mark from the concierge center was extremely helpful. We have ran into trouble moving in our things due to an elevator being down. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs and get our furniture in our room. We are extremely thankful!

Mark Stressman was very helpful when I needed help with utensils on my takeaway meal!James Walker has also been incredibly friendly and warm working the front door for anyone coming in and out!

Really!!! Come on now time to step it up. Just on the off chance that maybe you are unaware... Hand soap and sanitizer are two completely different things... they are not interchangeable. This might possibly be a factor to why the elevator floors look so atrocious.... not something you would expect to see at what I had believed to be one of the most prestigious apartment buildings in uptown Charlotte.

Thoroughly enjoy spending time at the VUEs Sky Bar. The maestro, Gordon, is superb and does a wonderful job with Trivia Night and Music Bingo! These events are great and bring residents together. The personnel are very friendly and professional. These folks include: Donnie, Essence, and Jaclyn. I hope the Sky Bar continues to operate under the guidance of the above mentioned.

We have lived at the Vue for 2 years and are moving out next week . The Concierge in my opinion is what makes this a great place to live . Mark Stressman, The Head of Concierge, is a treasure . He is the paradigm for his profession . Mark is always helpful and consistently greets you with a warm smile and an engaging personality. Adam, James, and Gordon are all excellent as well . They are never too busy to help a tenant out and they are all also incredibly warm and engaging . The concierge team at the Vue sets the standard by which all others should be measured .We will also miss James the Master Barista . He brews the best coffee in Charlotte! He is reason alone to live in the building .

Ive lived at The Vue for over 4 years and my experience with the concierge has been consistently pleasant. One concierge in particular, Anthony, goes above and beyond the call of duty on a consistent basis. He is kind, pleasant, and responds to high pressure situations very well.

I’ve called The Vue my home for the last 4 years and will soon be relocating. I have called the VUE home now for 4 years! I love the proximity to Uptown - I literally walk everywhere. The amenities are hard to beat: beautiful pool and outdoor space, fitness center, spa, and lounges. We have made some of our very best friends in this building and were thankful to call it home.

Another 2 great reasons for living at The VUE. Mark S and Donnie. My wifes sister lost her purse at the pool. Donnie went through hours of video recording and Mark confronted the individual who inadvertently took the purse, leading to its recovery.
