Do NOT believe the hype. This is a revamped project. I moved in yesterday to only discover my apartment infested with roaches. Since it’s the weekend, I was told I had to wait until Monday. The model unit you will see gives you a false impression of what your getting. Do NOT move here.

If you love roaches and drunk people yelling all the time. This is the place for you. Maintenance is a joke. Office staff are kind of nice the first few months but then they stop caring about you once you been there a while.

Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am literally counting down the days until my lease is up. I moved here because at the time I was in a rough place and needed something quick and this was the only place that had apartments available and is less than 5 miles from my job. From the time I moved in, I have had nothing but problems. The complex is full of nothing but Mexicans who sit out late at night and drink beer and their kids are running through the parking lots screaming and throwing balls near peoples cars at all times of the night. My neighbor doesnt work and sits home all day smoking weed. You can actually smell it from outside on the sidewalk. The apartments themselves are horrible and roach infested. The roaches are immune to the sprays and baits that maintenance puts down. I have pretty much covered my apartment in boric acid and the roaches just keep on coming. I am stressed to my breaking point and paranoid that roaches will crawl on me while I am asleep. I have 4 more months until my lease is up and I am going to haul ass out of this dump. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!

BAD BUSINESS. THEY DONT FOLLOW UP ON APPLICATIONS DONE.I applied for an apartment at this company and never heard one word back from them. not an email, not a text, not a call ....NOTHING. I applied on 10/27 for an immediate move in on 11/8/17. today is 11/3. and its been exactly 1 week. I was told I would hear something within 24-48hrs. I want my $35 app fee and $99 admin. fee refunded!!!!

Not the best of apartment living but it definitely gets the job done. They hold pretty nice neighborhood events and the staff their are friendly.

I came to visit way from Tennessee to visit my family. The Spanish lady whos in office doesnt like African Americans, she rudely told me I have no college education because I sat on the patio while the kids played she told me we wasnt able to go to the pool anymore. Another incident where she entered the apartment unit while I was getting out of restroom I had no clothing on they entered with men. I felt so embarrassed, she stated she had to enter but wheres the privilege to be able to put clothes on and wait outside until Im fully clothed. The third day of my stay she walked up to a kid and told the kids theyrth getting evicted I watched the kids cry, she has no idea what the family was going through. She needs to be out of office because shes very unprofessional rude and her attitude towards the tenants is horrible. They never come to fix anything at all Im just warning you guys about her the only reason I gave one star is because I had to,to complete this review.

After being lied to more than 3 times by Iris I finally decided to end my new lease a day after signing it. My family and I were supposed to move in 12/27/18. Then we were told the previous tenant still had not moved out so we had to wait until the 7th of Jan. Once the 7th came we were told the other tenant actually was still living in the apartment but they were moving the same week and we could move in on the 25th of Jan. Finally the 25th came around and once we made it to the apartment we were told there was a maintenance emergency therefore we had to wait until the 30th. Were finally was able to see our 3bedroom on the 30th and decided this was right for us. It was clean, but had a small urine odor in it. After signing the lease we went to clean the apartment to make it smell better before moving in when we found a baby roach in the kitchen. We brought it to Iris attention and she said someone would spray the apartment the next day. We decided that was fine so we went back that night to clean again since it was only 1 baby roach. Once we turned the lights on we noticed the entire place was infested with roaches. They were coming out of the new carpets and crawing all over the walls, floors, and counters. We went back to the office the next day to see if we could push back the move in date until after the roaches were completely gone and Iris said no. They expected their rent on the 1st weather we moved in or not. Then continued to say theres no law in NC stating an apartment needs to be move in ready for someone to pay rent every month and if you dont pay, even if you are not there that you will still be charged and evicted as if you were there. This place is disgusting and Im glad we got out money back. This place needs to be shut down or have new management. Iris definitely needs to go. Very rude and disrespectful.

UThe people at the rent office are very nice. Maintenance always was nice and available same day. If you live on the first floor you will hear everything. Even through the walls. Neighbors are very inconsiderate.

Still living here waiting on my move....PLEASE ONLY IF YOU ARE IN A BAD SITUATION MOVE HERE OTHER THEN PLEASE DONT ALOTS OF NASTY FOLK ARE HERE BED BUGS MOLDS BUGS TO SMALL OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE NASTY TO DIFFRENT RACE CANT HAVE SO SATELITE DISH IN THE FRONT ONLY ON THE BACJ PRAY YOY GET A SIGNAL IN THE BACK NO BBQ GRILS ARE ALOUD PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE BETTER.

Not enough water to wash your body.The rent is going up higher every day.

Roach infested apartments, i thought i would save money living here but i ended up losing money having to eating outside daily because when i did cook roaches would crawl all over the plates and pots, not to mention maintenance invades your privacy by walking in to your apartment without warning at anytime of the day. When i did voice my complaints about how roaches carry diseases and that i wanted out of the lease,the manager would tell me that i signed a contract and to end it i had to give a 60 days notice and pay the remaining months of rent.its a trap dont do it !p.s. one of my neighbors cut my coax cable and put the wire in their home, i was without internet service for a week because of it, when i calledTime Warner they told me it was the third time they received a call about someones cable service being stolen in this apartment complex.Look elsewhere if you want peace in your life i had to learn the hard way that it is worth spending a couple of more bucks for a better place.
