I’ve went to this shop just as a fill in shop because I needed my nails done right then. This is not a shop that you go to if you want the best of the best. If you want something quick that’ll only last a few days or so go here otherwise I wouldn’t recommend. My nails started peeling and lifting at least 3 days after getting them done. The gel did not stay on. I asked if they could trim my cuticles the job was sloppy. They prep you as if your going to have this outstanding service but that’s not the case. I’ve been getting my nails done for years now. Once again this is not the place to go if you want high quality nails and or designs. This a place if you want something quick.

The quality was horrible!!!!!! They over charged me and I reported them...they are fraud and rush the work....not worth the money and they are very rude....the worst service that I have ever had in a salon!!!!!!! People please spend your money somewhere else!!!!!!!they are terrible and deserve a 0 star!!!!!

Great experience! Massage chairs are great, people are really sweet! The man that took care of me was incredibly sweet and detailed! I told him I had an ingrown nail and he was like “I’ll take care of you” and did it very well. He took his time and you can see him paying close attention to everything he does. Amazing!Great service and price is worth it!

Amanda and Brittany are awesome nail techs! Brittany is amazing with pedicures! The husband does a great job with nails as well. Wonderful family-owned and operated business. They are a bit on the pricey side; however, they are fast, nice, and considerate people! The place is never loud, crowded, or cluttered. For an enjoyable experience, Ill pay a little more. Its worth it. Im looking forward to seeing them soon.

This is my fourth time coming here and I enjoyed every single time. I love Amanda she performed great service and she answered all my questions. All the staff here are very nice and professional. They have select gel polish that other shops don’t offer. Fast service is a plus here.

Great pedicures!

The salon appears to be nice and clean when you walk in. The technician was friendly. However you have to pay before your nails are completed which is fine, but Ive learned to not add a tip until my nails are completed. The technician immediately changed her attitude and I ended up with the worst nail polish ever. It was lumpy, sides not completely polished and looked awful. This is the first time my entire tip stayed in my pocket. Needless to say I wont be going backNo need to argue just keep your intended tip and take your business elsewhere.There is a nail salon in every shopping area.

She only did my eyebrows, but she did them well and was very nice!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to get my nails done with my mom. The service was excellent. Brittany did my nails. She was so charming and also meticulous with ensuring that our nails looked excellent. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done here.

Manicure service was way too expensive for what I received. Nails were fine for a few days, but fell off way too quickly. Gel nails should last it least a week (or 2-3 in my opinion), and mine barely lasted 5 days. I do not recommend this place. There are much better places in the area that I would go to instead.

The lady that greeted me at the door treated me nicely and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They also offer facials. Expect to get good service and remember to tip.

My fill in was very rushed! Had lifting on the first night. Also, not a lot of gel polish colors to choose from. Do not waste time or money here!

Okay first off I love this place!! I do not understand why it isn’t packed!! I get the BEST pedicures here!!! No joke I want to cry happy tears after getting a pedi here. The younger gentleman is the best! I haven’t done my nails here yet because I’m letting them grow because my last nail place was pressuring me into getting fill after fill (not the point) but my pedi is AMAZING!! Pedicures are better than anyone’s in the triangle! Pricing is reasonable and standard!!Update June 30: just had another AMAZING pedicure by a new girl? Not sure how new but she’s awesome!! African American and super great at her job! Keep her around she’s awesome!

Excellent service in a relaxing environment. Sometimes the wait is long if theyre busy.

I was not impressed with this establishment. I was trying out new places to get my nails done but I will not be returning. My manicure was rushed and it chipped the first night. When I returned to get it fixed there was a distinct difference between the layers and it made it that much worse.

Very nice people. Never that distracting loud chatter that you cant understand. Very attentive and eventhough I dont come in very often the owner remembers me and gets me like an old friend.

These people try to act like they don’t understand English to give you the more expensive treatment. I asked for SNS or acrylic. and she did acrylic with gel polish(after telling me all the polish was gel) I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she didn’t correctly execute my request and when I complained she made everything my fault. I tried to get my money back, a shop credit or a partial refund and she refused. The friend I was with, had to reshape my nails(in shop) because the tech could not make all my nails the same shape nor could she achieve the Shape I asked for. I wanted Ombré and she kept saying mood change polish. After I thought we had an understanding she tried to blend glitter on my nails and called it a waterfall (still not ombré) when I told her i didn’t like it I asked for a simple design giving her creative lead and she did some line designs from the 2000’s. It was very clear they are not up to date on the nail trends and She told me I need to come more often so I can know how to ask for what I want. She told me she could only do the design I asked for with dip powder not the gel,(but i never asked for get anyway)i admit I am new to getting my nails done, but that’s why I showed her a picture. Im looking for a good shop so I can start having my nails done on a regular but I definitely will not be returning here.

Exceptional experience this morning on our mini-weekend vacation. Soothing spa music plays in the background. There are no tvs, no loud noises and they spoke on very soft voices...its a truly spa-like experience. The pedicure chairs are phenominal - imagine a massage therapist in the chair. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. We will be back next time we find ourselves in Chapel Hill.

Paid for gel polish $35-- on Sunday- it is Tuesday and only 3 nails are not peeling off- I would bet gel was not used even though thats what I paid for- so tired of nail salons that only care about ripping you off during one visit instead of building a loyal client base- i wont be returning

Worst manicure experience I have ever had. Do not go here. Prices are too high for the POOR work that they do. I have never posted reviews online but this place was absolutely awful. The lady must have forgotten that my left thumb existed because she didnt file it even once. She was on her phone non-stop. I just wish I didnt tip her at all at the end. That was a mistake on my part. DONT GO HERE. Im only giving it one star so that this page lets me post my review!

I wouldnt have even given them ONE star had that been an option!! I sat my polish on the side table and the polish slid off and broke.. It was a total accident and NOT my fault.. I had no idea the polish would be sliding off!!!! Nothing was said about me having to pay for the polish... After i received all the services i was going there to get... Mani, pedi, waxing nd my friends as well... My total came up to be $70 + bc i was charged with two bottles of OPI nail polish and there was one OPI bottle that broke, the other was an off brand! Had they told me i was responsible for the polish before i rendered services i woukd have paid for the polish and left bc the services i recieved sucked anyway! There is polish on my skin on my toes and fingers! Plus she was rude as hell and the guy doing my pedi rushed through it and didnt even do that good! I do NOT reccomend going here! I will NOT GO BACK!

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. $35 and they are chipping 3 days later and the owner didn’t paint from nail bed. Obviously so I would have to come back sooner, I called to let them know that I am unsatisfied and she was very argumentative. Avoid this place!

Me and a coworker went there got our nails done on a Tuesday and that Friday they started coming off went to get repaired and the next day same thing I ended up going to another nail salon and is very pleased with Recency nails
