I really like the nail technicians here. The employees are incredibly patient and thorough. I am Vietnamese and have trouble finding salons I am comfortable with, since sometimes people get judgmental when they don’t realize I speak the language. Here at Le’s, everyone is super sweet and tries their best to make the customer happy even when they are tired. Can’t ask for much more :) also, the salon is clean, relaxing, and unpretentious. A+

If you want perfection when it comes to the shape fo your nail, ask for Winny. I have been all over Chapel Hill (probably visited every single nail establishment in the area) and none compare to her perfection with shape and attention to detail. I am SUPER particular with my nails. I have small hands and so I’m a difficult customer to begin with. However Winny always makes my nail shape perfect (I usually go for an in-between almond-stiletto look). Additionally, my nails last. I’ve never had a broken nail of chipping when I’ve had Winny do my nails. She is truly an artist when it comes to shape and design. I will never go to anyone else!

Place is absolutely great! Get the herbal pedicure for $55 at the top of the chart. Comes with herbal soak, paraffin wax and hot stone massage you wont regret it.

I’ve been coming here to get my nails and toes done since nail salons have opened back up. I feel very safe and comfortable with all of the procedures they have in place. Diane is my manicurist and she does a beautiful job on my nails. I’m a stylist at another salon and am really hard on my hands but my nails always stay intact because she does a meticulous job.Highly recommend!

Had an appointment scheduled for a pedicure, arrived on time, and they said they attempted to call me (never did) and that they were overbooked and couldnt see me. That was it. I was turned away (at 39 weeks pregnant mind you). Very disappointing.

I went in with my sister for a gel manicure and was blown away by their service. I requested an American French manicure, which turned out beautifully (thank you so much, Lip!)But the absolute star was Milan, who did my sisters nails. My sister had gotten incredibly complicated nail art done in Korea that she wanted replicated to remember her time there. It involved three or four colors, separate designs on each nail, and hand painting a dog face, cute little dog butt, paw prints, etc. It was very complicated and not something that they had done before. Nevertheless, Milan seemed very happy to take on the challenge (with the support and smiles of a lot of the other staff who would peek in on how it was going). She spent almost two hours carefully working through the design, constantly checking and rechecking with my sister to ensure it was exactly how she wanted, willingly redoing the different portions over and over until each tiny line or spot was exactly right. It was absolutely amazing to watch and it turned out beautifully. It was also ridiculously cheap for how much work and effort went into it ($35 for the gel manicure + $5 for using more than one color + $5 for nail art). Obviously she deserved much more than that for all that she did!I highly, highly recommend this place after our experience there!As a note, we did go in the middle of the day on a Tuesday when it didnt look like they were very busy. Im sure if they had a line of customers waiting they wouldnt be able to take as much time as they did. But I am so so glad that they did!!

Ive been going to Les for almost a year and a half now for monthly pedicures and gel manicures. Ive tried so many different nail places in the Chapel Hill area, and Les is by far the best if youre going to spend the money. They DO NOT rush while taking care of you, which I really like when it comes to the attention/detail but also the massaging during the pedicure. It makes you feel like you are definitely getting your moneys worth. If you are getting a manicure and pedicure, make sure to set aside 2 hours.Ive had almost every technician that works there and Ive been pleased every time I leave. Their hot stone pedicure is THE BEST pedicure Ive ever had.

My friends and I went to this establishment and had one of the worst experiences any of us have ever had at a business. We arrived two hours before the scheduled closing time and walked into an empty salon. The women at the front desk, who I assume is the owner, immediately started yelling at us when we came in the door. She put her finger in our faces and was telling us to leave because she already sent her employees home for the day. She then tried to force us into scheduling appointments for the next day and blaming us for coming late when it was only 6:00. I have never experienced this level of rudeness in a professional setting that this women laid upon three college students. We tried to leave the salon as soon as possible and when we did she stood in the doorway staring at us in our vehicle and as we drove away. I will never be going back to this establishment and I do not recommend you go as well if this is how she chooses to run her business.

Fiance just had a terrible experience here. She got a French manicure and the attendant painted halfway down her fingernails. She also got up-charged an extra $20 for a total $60 manicure. I called to ask for a refund but the manager would not allow one.

I have been to many different nail salons before but this one is by far the best. Their staffs are always friendly and give a quality services to customers. The atmosphere here is really nice and relaxing with many modern chairs and tools. In addition, the price is reasonable for high quality products they use on customers. If you are living in the area, you should come and check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

Honestly by reading the reviews, I expected better. The guy didn’t go any extra mile. Example: when you get a pedicure, a warm towel should individually be wrapped around the foot. No. He just used one. I asked for French tips.... that’s not what I got. There’s excess white paint on my actual toe. I also had to wait about 10 minutes at the desk to pay because no one was there. I’ll never bring my money back and if anyone ask me about it at UNC; I’ll be sure to share this experience.

I have been in this salon and the old lady that I guess is the owner is very rude. She doesn’t allow to tip with your card and when you say what you want by force tries to make her way. I feel so bad because the people that work in there are good technicians but the owner is a NO No!

Poorly ventilated and understaffed. There were only two nail techs working and it took 2 hours for me to get a dip manicure with an appointment. Also, the dip methodology was unsanitary. They dipped my fingers in the master dip powder rather then setting aside an individualized dip container. The manicure was poorly executed and came out thick and a bit lumpy on some nails. I will not be returning

I was seen quickly as a walk-in and received excellent, attentive service! The nail tech took great care with my nails and the manicure lasted over 2 and half weeks! Facility is very clean, pretty, and staffed well. No bad smells or anything like that! It was a little expensive but worth it

This place was really nice. They had great decoration with the best service ever. The salon was really clean and well organized. They cleaned up everything after every customer. Besides, the lady worked on my nails was such a professional. Her skills were awesome. She made me a perfect full set white tips solar. Love this place. Definitely I will be back.

Finally came here for the first time after this place changed ownership. No wait for a Saturday walk-in, although there was a fairly steady stream of other customers. They used a special product to remove my shellac/gel nail polish that was less-drying for the skin. The owner took the time to remove the gel gently and completely. Ive had others file the skin on the edges of the nail bed and just generally cause discomfort, but I had none of that here. There were probably about 100 standard polish colors, but I did struggle finding one I LOVED. Maybe I was in a weird mood, but I might bring my own color the next time Im feeling finicky. This was clearly a family business, which I always love to support, and everyone working there could not have been friendlier or nicer. And the prices were great! $7 to remove shellac (some places its only $5 but they use that special product and do it well!) and $15 for a classic manicure with a LEGIT massage. And complimentary drinks, including wine! This very likely may be my new go-to after years at another very large nail salon over by Southpoint mall...

This particular nail salon come highly recommended and I was very impressed. The man did my pedicure and nails and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They were all friendly and helpful. He has a bit of a language barrier but Le was helpful in that area. Better service and more affordable than anything around here.

First time here for a pedicure. My manicurist did an excellent job, really took her time and Im happy with how it turned out. There is a calm and relaxing vibe here. Its very clean and the massage chairs are new, which in my opinion is one of the best parts of the pedicure experience! My new go-to nail spot.

I am so amazed with what they do and how committed they are. I am not disappointed at all with their friendly staff. I am actually quite glad that I came in here to get my manicure done. Its my first time here to this location but I have been to the other of the owner for several times and I have to say they are equally decent places that you can trust and have your nails done. The place is clean and well organized. Nice decoration making me very comfortable being here.Techs are very skillful and knowledgeable. They are also very easy to communicate with so I never worry about them having my nails done the wrong way. Always perfect. Price is very reasonable. You really should check this place out.

My mom and I went there for gel manicures, and they have a great selection of colors and the space is really clean and relaxing. My moms manicure was very well done, while mine was good but a little uneven. It seems like theres a not insubstantial difference on skill level between the nail techs, but I still think its the nicest nail salon in the area.

I visited Les Sanctuary Nail Spa on Thursday where I received a gel manicure. By Sunday, my nails were already chipping. On Monday, I went by to request a refund. They refused to give me a refund, stating that they could only do a gift receipt and even then, they would only offer $20. I paid $35 for the gel manicure. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and I will not be visiting ever again.

I have been visiting Les on a regular basis for over two years and received somewhat inconsistent service each time but have always been pleased with the end result so I continued to go back. Ive read other reviews that said that they take their time however, Ive always found them to be very slow. Last month, I booked an SNS manicure and pedicure and they seemed to have more appointments than they could handle because they kept switching technicians on me. In total, my two services took 2 hours and 15 minutes!! The manager must have known that I would be upset because she avoided eye contact with me as I was leaving. To make matters worse, the shiny top coat on my manicure started peeling within 2 days (they must have done something wrong). I was so mad about the frantic, lengthy appointment that I didnt go back to have it fixed.

Hands down, the best nail salon in Chapel Hill. They’re efficient but take their time on the massage part of the treatment. The only issue is that they do not accept tips on your credit card; they only accept cash tips. This is usually an inconvenience and I have to make a special trip to take cash out just for this purpose.

Got a pedicure with bf for his first one. Simple pedicure, no frills, was exactly what I expected for a pedicure.

My gel manicure by Jun lasted over 2 weeks! She was meticulous in the application and even though my nails are fairly short, she managed to seal the ends so it lasted. Im so impressed by her and the salon. I will certainly be going back for another manicure for another special occasion!

So excited to have found this place!! Just moved to this town a year ago and have tried at least ten different places and not super impressed. Was in search for someone who could take me as a last minute walk in on a Wednesday evening. My nails look amazing and it is literally the first time ever they have stayed on over a week without lifting! I am so excited!! I have the worst luck with gel/acrylic/shellac always lifting after a couple of days and then I just pick it all off -- ultimately unhappy that I spent the money on nails that last a week. This Wednesday is two weeks and they still look amazing! Great work, super quick and great prices!!

I got a full set of nails done here a while ago and had multiple problems. I asked for gel and they gave me acrylic, the guy doing my nails seemed to have no idea what he was doing and had to be corrected by another worker, and the biggest problem was the fact that he didn’t clean the acrylic underneath my nail which made it very difficult and painful when I got them removed. This place has given me trauma and makes me never want to get my nails done again. I hate that I had to pay so much money for such terrible service. I’m normally not one to write reviews but I had to say something.

I know nail places depend on who you get, but every time I’ve been here it’s been amazing! My gel mani and pedi always last a really long time. It’s my go to nail salon in the triangle.

The way they decorated their place, the background music and the scent from their herbal services really calm me down and make me relaxed during the visit. I got a side of pain and blood with my manicure. I probably would not have left a review if the manager hadn’t handled things so poorly. She degraded the technician and was also rude to me when I declined the rest of the manicure after having a piece of my finger cut off. She also kept telling me it was nothing despite the blood dripping on the table. 🧐

My bridesmaids and I went to get our mani-pedis here a little over a month ago and I had probably one of the best nail salon experiences Ive ever had. Staff were so nice and incredibly accommodating. When I was leaving it was raining and I slipped and smudged my pedicure a bit, and they came rushing out and fixed it for me and gave me complimentary Roxy flip-flops and hand cream. They were so sweet, I definitely recommend this place!!

I concur, they are racist. They stare when you walk in, if you don’t fit the stay-at-home White mother profile. Also, I had an important phone call and the stylist pulled the phone from my ear. I don’t remember the job they did.

I picked this place for its number of stars. If I could give it 0 I would. I had a mani (acrylic) and pedi done. My pedi went fine. Then I was sat down for my full set (and removal of powder set) 2 of my real nails were ripped in the middle of my nails. And my thumb was practically removed. My thumb Was bleeding. And she continued to try to chop more of my skin and nail off. She also didn’t put any of the utensils that she touched my bloody thumb with in the sanitizer. My fingers are still throbbing. The acrylic was put on very sloppy. And I was supposed to be discounted for hurting me so many times. Instead I was over charged. I just spent over $100 for this service. Really upset about my whole experience. Feeling traumatized.

This was the best experience at a nail salon Ive ever had. I never give reviews to restaurants, salons, ect. but I felt I needed to review because of how wonderful of an experience I had here. They use tip top sanitary precautions with a new plastic bag in every pedicure spa pool, gloves, sterilization of every tool they use, ect. which was extremely important to me. They all were so kind, especially Cat who did my pedicure and manicure. She offered me a drink when I came in and made sure to make me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. She seemed very knowledgable and and eager to please me as the customer. She was sweet and talkative and overall very enjoyable to be around. It was the best pedicure and manicure I received aesthetically in my life by far. I will absolutely go back there.
