I never had a bad experience here, everyone is so kind and extremely helpful. They make you feel welcome and treat everyone equally, I truly hope the same people remain at this location. I love it!

Got there tonight at 7:30 I was the last customer the girl told me there system was Down right after the lady closing the booth next to her wispered something I believe they were closing early I get that good for them but you don’t turn down your last customer what if it was an emergency I have been cashing checks there for ten years and this was the first bad experience I have had

How is this possible? Im still fairly new to this place and Ive came to this Check Center a few times already, but yesterday I have enormous concerns about what has just taken place. Please, LOOK AT THIS IMAGE & LOOK AT THE RED SPOT ON THIS CHECK VERY CAREFULLY. This is BLOOD on the check. I signed and handed the entire check to an employee at this location and she ripped off the necessary part and handed me back my cash/receipt WITH a BLOOD STAIN ON IT. I didnt even notice until I walked outside to realize there was now BLOOD on my check. I walked back in to ensure that the ladys hands were not bleeding and she was happy to show me they were indeed NOT BLEEDING.. and there was no pen with *RED INK*. So my question is, how the heck is there blood on my check? I do not tolerate this and this is totally unacceptable service. I will be sure to report this to the police department and hand them the evidence personally. This is very offensive and Im not willing to condone this sort of behavior without responding in some form. If youre cashing your checks here, just be careful of THIS PLACE, you may end up with BLOOD on your check. Avoid this place if possible! This is creepy! This not inviting! This is repulsive! If you were sick, this could be very dangerous for you.

Salvador and Marisol helped us out and went out of their way to provide wonderful customer service. Im going back for sure!

They need to update their closing time they dont have no interest in those that are running late or in a hurry
