Wonderful service and my nails look great! Definitely going back.

These pictures speak for themselves (I JUST left the salon). The pink and white full gel set cost me $62- I dont mind paying for quality, but my nails look worse than when I went in.

I went here almost exclusively for every other week or so until 10 years ago. I havent been back after they declined to accept a gift certificate from my exchange student 1 day after it had expired. Yes, it still bugs me.

My mother went in for a simple color change. Her technician very rudely said she had to get a pedicure, that a color change wasn’t possible. My mother then felt very pressured to get a manicure as well. She was spoken to with zero respect and felt extremely taken advantage of. I have also felt this extreme pressure and rudeness when I’ve gone here for services. On top of their lack of professionalism this salon is dirty and a complete disgrace. They have lost our business for sure. Don’t waste your time and money here.

After two years in Chapel Hill I finally found the best nail spa! The service is great,the owners and the nail specialists are very nice and take their time to make your nails look beautiful. Ive been doing gel polish manicure for years and Ive never seen a better color selection than at Fancy!

The employees here were very nice, and did not complain. They did a great job, took their time, and were very meticulous. Definitely will come back!

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I’ve been here many times before and i’ve always been a walk in. I asked one of the ladies if I could be out by a certain time because I had an appointment elsewhere & she said I would be able to make it. Several people walked in after me and were seated first, after she had told me I would be able to make it out in time. This is the second time they’ve told me i would wait 20 minutes and ended up waiting at least an hour. They do a great job with their nails, but terrible customer service.

Bong is amazing. I had my toes and fingers done today and as always, fabulous. I will not trust another salon, they are very clean and sanitary. Thanks

I went, but walked out after just a pedicure. I paid, in cash, in advance, with a generous tip. Then? I got tired of trying to get the manicurist to a) use my personal tools, b) not use a gel polish, and c) (Horror of Horrors!) FILE, not clip, my fingernails. She argued at every turn and sneered at my wishes once too often. I left. The owner did insist on returning my manicure price, which was good. I wont be going back. I LOVE immigrants; I dont mind trying to bridge language barriers. But she knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was NOT going to give it to me.

Great place! The people are so nice and friendly. They dont rush through the pedicures and they keep up a warm conversation. They did a great job.

I have been going to this salon since they opened. They do a very good job and have very pleasant staff. They are hard working people and go out of their way to please the customer. The salon is very clean and orderly. I highly recommend it.

These ladies provide great service. They do everything they can to ensure you have a great experience and leave happy. Wide range of colors! Shellac, gel, dip... they have it all!

Horrible costumer service specially from a manger(owner). You can not go in there and ask for a stylist she gives you to someone else. No manners and respect. She was not nice would never go back again and won’t recommend to anyone.

I have bern here several times and the owner is very rude and confrontational. This ladt time I had it and decided to find another place. I am so glad I found Sassy Nails at1453 Kelly Rd Ste A-1, Apex, NC 27502. The place is clean and beautiful and theowner is so nice and pleaseable.

Worse manicure and pedicure I have had in a long time. Are we all talking about the same place? I go here because of the location. The place is dirty and not a relaxing environment at all. I make an appointment whenever I can but I am never taken on time. Today, they rushed me through the process. My nails look awful . My mani and pedi time is meant to help me feel good and be a luxurious and relaxing experience. It was none of these. I dont think I will be coming back.

Have been twice now. Andy did my first pedicure and thee second visit had another pedicurfe and gel nails. Absolutely amazing job, wonderful service. Would highly recommend it

Not at all what I expected. The prices are a bit expensive considering that they offer nothing any other nail shop offers. The staff never attempted to make any conversation aside from what i was having done. I did not find the experience relaxing or enjoyable. The ladies were rude. She kept ignoring how I wanted my nails till I grabbed the emery board from her. She then gets rough & proceeds to cut my finger with it. I will not be returning there.

HORRIBLE!!!! Not worth the 60 I paid..but it will be worth 60 to have them removed

Horrible experience. I came in simply to get my SNS dip nails off and they not only didnt take it off right but in the process chipped my nail and didnt even fix it. Also was $13 just to get it off and no top coat. He also didnt talk to me a single time while I was there. Wont be back

I went here recently and the lady was talking to her friend and she clipped my nail way too short! i walked out with a bleeding thumb. the place is extremely dirty too. don’t come here.
