Forced by government to use WM for general pickup and for yard waste. Pay their bill or get a tax lien. No surprise that service and price are lousy....what else would you expect?

Men my neighborhood truck are great! Their reliable, helpful, and nice. They always wave and so do we.

I have no complains about the quality of the service. I complain that WM raises the price almost every three months, every invoice you see the bill risen for two-three-four dollars...A few yeard ago I had the invoice for $65 and now it went to $95. I think its time to search for more stabil and adequate service provider.

I’ve noticed a recent lack of returning cans to the curb after dumping by the WM employee. This is occurring across the whole subdivision. Other than that, good service overall.

The people that work our route have always been pleasant and professional. The only time there is an issue is when a fill in team works the route and the pick up time changes drastically. Typically our pick up time is around 4:30 but once in awhile they will come around 8am... messes the whole street up.

The price of your service increases every month!! My volume of detritus is the same since I started using WM. A deal is a deal. I signed at the price you offered your services. And without letting me know WM is charging more and more. Maybe time to use another company. Please let the requestor use my response for advertising.

The WM drivers are the best! A few times I’ve come tearing out of the house when I hear them drive into the neighborhood because I’ve forgotten to put my cans out. They wait patiently and they’re very friendly and forgive me quickly for slowing them down. Unlike our previous waste company they have never missed a pickup and automatic billing is the best.

Service is typically fine but this past week a chunk of my recycling was blowing around our neighborhood. I guess when they went to dump it into the truck, there was a spill of some sort that no one bothered to clean up. And still my bill goes up every single quarter.

Currently on fire lol. Hope to get the rest of the day off.

I answered one of these a few months ago and nothing has changed. My neighbors are complaining about your rates, but my beef is that our truck leaves the cans out in the street. I even built a special pad for the cans, but they still leave them in the street (blocking the mailbox) or in my drive(blocking my drive)!

Usually better that right now. They did not pick up one of our cans yesterday( I called immediately as I thought they were still i the neighborhood, we have 2 cans and 1 recycle) So that is not taken care of yet. One can is busted up on the top so rain is getting in there, which we have had plenty of lately, which is maybe why they did not pick it up thinking we had it to full. But normally it is picked up on time just a little frustrated at the moment.

I wasnt able to dump my wood from old cabinets but they were very nice and explained things to me. You have to have a vest to be allowed in the back. They said I could buy one at Lowes or home depot and come back or rent equipment to cut my wood into smaller pieces and put it in my normal trash. Minimum cost was $80 something and they charge by weight.

Cans are fully emptied. Your rates are too high. Cans are thrown into the yard and have damaged landscaping. You rates are too high.

Service is reliable and dependable. As a senior citizen I would like to have more help and availability of smaller toters for single and widowed customers.

I live WM. I used to have CRR and they weren’t as responsive as WM. This time around we requested a new trash cart and WM delivered it on they day they promised and removed the old damaged cart without any issue. Thank you WM!!

We put our trash out and then it is gone, and only the clean and orderly carts are left. I dont have to think about our trash service, and thats the way I like it.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She was mummbling and did not face me when i was talking to her. Seemed as she did not want to be there working. I went a half hour before 3pm, which the website says they close at 5 but she told me they close at 3pm. So i areived at 2:30 pm was told i needed a vest which i said ok even tho i was wearing a fluorescent orange safety shirt that is approved by OSHA. But anyways i still needed a vest. So i left as quick as possible to buy a safety vest. So i purchased an exact same color orange safety vest that matched my shirt exact. The only difference is that it just had 2 small reflector strips on the front side. So i hurried back and arrived at 2:50 then i was told that i could not dump because they were soon going to close and wouldnt have enough time to dump. And also the soo called manager Rita was still being very rude and not helpfull in anyway. Will never come back again and will do everything i can to make sure no one i know comes here or uses this facility. If i could put zero stars i would and also the front sign is faded and can not be read at all maybe its time to get some new signs and new management. But atleast they stay true to their name because their management is a complete waste!!

Currently closed for construction. No posted date of reopening. Sign suggestion for Maltbie Rd location stated open Saturday. This is closed on Saturday.

Quick and easy process to dump items, but expensive. They charge by weight, which includes the vehicle you are in and add 3 or 4 fees to that. It cost us almost $90 to dump a mattress and box spring.

I had a very good experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as respectful. I will definitely use this location again.

You cant recycle glass? Are you kidding me? I just got your e-mail. Glass in not appropriate for a landfill. It does not decompose. It used to be recycled. Remember deposit bottles? So, my question is, WHY NOT? Just about any blah, blah, blah, that deals with your problems will fall on deaf ears. Im talking about whats best for the planet. I live in Johns Creek and Im going to ask my city officials if this is not something we (voters) can influence.

Garbage Pickup is great

Arrived at 3:30 pm thirday waited in Line, at 4:00pm i was told they were shutting down for the day and that they would reopen Monday... time on their site said 4:30 yet garbage trucks keeped pulling in. Very upseting!

Worst management ever. Shame that Wayne Huizenga is an Alumni of mine. Failed to contact me about a card that had expired and suspended our service for 2 weeks when we werent home and allowed the trash to smell up Spalding Dr. Couldnt be any worse company. Short the stock.

Its hard to understand why a multi million dollar facility gets shut down for 45 minutes because the lady working cant figure out how to change the printer paper but is more then happy to hold my card hostage making me late for jobs. I will NOT be returning unless I HAVE to.
