Was so relieved when they were able to help us when we had a flat tire and every jack we tried to use did not seem to want to work. These guys as well as State Trooper Peck were a godsend. I have no clue what we were going to do if they had not come by and helped us out. The guy was very nice, methodical, and professional and it didnt end up coating am arm and a leg either which was good considering we were already pushing it to get home to our families in Rock ridge county after having been gone and living in Colorado and briefly in Memphis for the previous 5 years. Good quality service and very reasonably priced. Recommend to anyone .

Very unprofessional. The man from this morning was very rude and wasn’t trying to hear me out! I would not recommend this place for any type of service!

I called at 10 AM this morning to request a scheduled towing of a truck at 3:30 this afternoon and made sure to repeat that it had to be 3:30 because I worked until 3. I look at my phone at work and I have 6 missed calls from the driver and the shop telling me they are there. So I call back and thought that I cleared everything up and made sure that they had me down for 3:30. I get to the location of the truck a little bit before 3:30 and wait 25 minutes and decide to call in just to get an ETA of the truck to which I am put on hold for 20 minutes. I hang up and call back to just be told I had been completely taken off the queue and it would be an hour until a truck shows up. I call back and request to speak to a supervisor to just to understand where the miscommunication fell to which I am told in turn that it would be at least until after rush hour to get towed and the man on the other end gets super defensive and starts calling his coworkers numbskulls and blames the attitude of working class Americans for the reason my truck hasn’t been towed saying that they’re “scraping the bottom of the barrel”. I’m never using this wrecking service again and I recommend that you don’t either.

Contacted A.B Collier to recover my vehicle from a ditch due to ice/snow road conditions. First point of contact was at at 5:15pm and they informed me that it would be roughly 6 hours before they could make it out, gave them my payment info, location, number etc.... I made a second call at 11:30pm requesting an update on their ETA. They had no record of my request whatsoever so I again gave them all the needed information for the service. The new ETA was sometime tomorrow morning. The next day I contacted them at 12:30pm, again requesting an ETA. I state all the previous events and am put on hold. Next person picks up with no knowledge of my situation, I again state all previous events including the fact I was just put on hold. She hears me out and puts me on hold while I assumed she was tending to the situation. After being on hold for 10+ minutes I am disconnected. First off, the 1 star review is not regarding their punctuality. Its their customer service. Our area very very rarely sees winter weather so I completely understand that they were swamped. But its better to politely refuse service than accept it and then completely ghost. I would like to note that they were very polite and apologetic each time I spoke with someone but that quality was diminished by the lack of literally EVERYTHING else. If this review reaches management, please comprehend it and not dismiss it as just another bad google review. One last thing, its now 3:37pm and I have still have not been contacted or tended to yet.

My husbands truck blew up so we have road assistance with towing our insurance and they were assigned by them so when they showed up the driver was very rude and unprofessional. I have been in the business of towing and never have I ever been as rude and unprofessional a him.

Possibly the worst, poorly ran, over priced, unprofessional towing company Ive ever dealt with. They towed my new car and nearly tore the bumper off of it from there inexperienced driver. I asked if they would do the tow free of charge because of what happened and they said thats part of it. So now I have a over priced tow bill and have to pay someone to fix the damage. Very disappointed in how this place is ran. No common courtesy.

I used this tow company services today and had no problems. The tow driver handled my BMW with care and got it to the shop in a timely manner. Will use them again if needed. Thank You.

These guys came through for me when I really needed them. They were prompt, reasonably priced, courteous, and more than competent. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone requiring a quick, efficient, and well priced tow.

Now owned by Tow Pro. Worst tow company I have ever dealt with. Way over priced with terrible customer service. They close at 4 daily so if you have to work good luck getting there. They will keep adding on a daily lot charge because they have no one at their office after 4pm. I only gave them 1 star so I could leave this post. STAY AWAY.

The tow was fine and the gentleman was very helpful. However, when I got the car back two days later, all the compartments had been cleaned out of anything of value(chargers, utility tools, prescription sunglasses, etc).

Christina and the driver that was working last night could not have been more helpful if they tried. My friend that I was helping and myself are very grateful. She went out of her way to get me address and number of tire store to get tire fixed first thing thing this morning. Thank you so much.

Loved this place & the employees before the Dunns sold it. Now that TowPro owns it I do NOT care for it & wouldnt use it if I had my own choice about it.

These guys seem like modern day pirates. RUDNESS factor is off the charts. They have NO phone etiquette. Seems like they procrastinate on releasing cars to charge more storage. I wish I had proof that they are racist. Very rude to my daughter. I wish someone would tow their damn business license. I recommend NOT using this service AT ALL.

I was driving through Nashville on my way home and I broke down . I googled tow companies near me and I found ab collier. they told me it would be about 45 minutes before they could get to me. too my surprise they arrived in about 20 minutes the driver was very nice and helpful even recommended a shop.. I would definitely use them again if ever in town and breakdown ..

After being told the price to be towed anywhere in Nashville, these guys tagged a $10 credit card fee on to the bill without telling me or getting it approved. Claimed they didnt have any receipts and took my email to send me one. Still have no receipt. Called. They were absolute asses on the phone.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I called this place for a quote to tow a vehicle from their street to two miles away, and this quote was $115. I do not know what their actual towing services wouldve been like, Im sure just fine and professional, however this price is extremely inflated and flat out unnecessary. I come from a place of fact after shopping around--their quote was the highest by a minimum of $40. Hopefully they will have more affordable short-distance services in their future.

These guys are low life thieves at best, down right criminals at worst, they pillaged and sacked my sons car for more than $750 worth of items while he was in the hospital, police report filed because of it. The owner told us these thing happen sometimes, maybe your items fell out during tow, then he turned his back on us and walked away....trash!

These people are crooks. They have a contract with metro and literally race to vehicles that are immobilized on the side of the road with no regard. The dispatchers are rude, incompetent, barely have the education of a 3rd grader, and did I mention RUDE. CANNOT SPEAK MORE HORRIBLY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. IT WILL BE A MIRACLE IF NOTHING IS STOLEN. My vehicle sat for less than 5 hours in the middle of the day before it was picked up by AB COLLIER AND THEY ARE DEMANDING I PAY $318, even though the police have admitted their error. Do not ever do business with these people. Pathetic that people like this can do business.

These guys are crooks. Robert (employee of A.B. Collier) is refusing to refund my drop fee after I politely informed him I was charged a drop fee when my vehicle was not hooked up to their wrecker.He refused, said that it does not matter. I informed him of Metro Nashville Codes (6.80.550) that states one cannot be charged in this circumstance. Dont do business with these guys, there are more reputable people in Nashville to trust.

On 6/16/2017 A.B. Collier was called by Nashville Metro Police to tow my vehicle after an accident. The vehicle was towed by them less than 2 miles to their facility, and I was still at the scene of the accident when they towed my vehicle.I went by A.B. Colliers facility on 6/20/2017 to sign a release so my vehicle could be towed to a body shop for repairs. Upon collecting my belongings from my vehicle I noticed that 2 Bluetooth headsets and a taser were missing from my vehicle...my vehicle was not even locked!I went back in and told the manager and he tells me to call the police and file a report! Im on my lunch break and the items are worth Maybe $100...give me a break! There is a little known concept (unbeknownst to these crooks) called principle. These crooks have Zero accountability and even less integrity!My advice would be to steer clear of these crooks! Zero Stars!!!

They are the worst service you can use. Do not go there. If someone comes from their business, tell them you’ll wait. First they charge you for storage even though you haven’t been there for very long. (There is no report of these charges until you pick up your vehicle.) they charge a separate fee for labor (at $150 an hour). Isn’t mimnimum wage At $15.00 an hour. These rares are for CPA’s and attorneys. They charge you a 3% fee for using a credit card. The final hit is when your vehicle is towed less than 5 miles away for $175.00. Total cost of this robbery is $534.80!! The person who runs this place is rude inpatient and surly. He doesn’t follow thru and becomes angry when asked questions. DONT USE THIS PLACE. RUN FROM THEM!

They stole mine and my wife’s sunglasses, and looked thru the car and took anything they could find valuable, if Metro Police Department didn’t get them i would’ve never got these people to tow my car, going thru a bad accident and now to deal with these stealing your belongings what a shame! management was ignoring us and wouldn’t say a word. these reviews are real and i’m advicing everyone not to contact these people for anything! sad how Metro police department trust these people! 0 starts! low life thieves!

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Metro police called AB Collier on my behalf at the scene of an accident. The men at the counter refused to listen to me, a young woman, speak. Despite it being MY car and ME who was the driver in the wreck, they talked over me and would only listen if my stepfather was talking.Then they tried to con me into signing a release form to hand my car over to the tow lot. They claimed I was signing off to hand my car over to the insurance company and expected me not to read the fine print. These guys are crooks!!!! Do not use them!!!

Terrible. If i could give it no stars i would. Was not informed of storage fee -even after calling the office the morning after the crash and asking what the process wa because Ive never dealt with this before. Called the office two other times to speak with the owner but he would not return my call. Had wreck on Sunday, picked up on Wednesday, cost me over $300. It takes a day or to deal with insurance, etc. Storage fee should have been disclosed when the wrecker picked it up and when i called the next morning instead of when paying. Thanks for making a stressful experience even worse
