Everytime I come to do my nails (lately been doing solar and loving it) I have a memorable experience. Kendra, Michelle, and the actual salon manager have all been really exceptional. They will have you laughing or feeling peaceful; they’re super intentional with getting the design you want on your finger nails; and I have never had a bad experience thus far! Pedicures can be a hit or miss with regular nail polish, I think it depends on who you get.

This is my first time at this establishment.Pro: they make you wash your hands upon entering and give you a towel to dry your hands. Which is environmentally friendly & health conscious.Con: the service is trash.I was asked if I wanted to get my nails done upon entering. I specifically said feet only.When my nail tech came she asked me to get my nails done 3 additional times. When I declined the upgraded pedicure, and the nails my service went downhill from there. The massage was none existent, at one point she literally punched my feet (no kidding).Every woman is different, she should be asked if the cheese grater is needed.Some people may have sensitive feet or have a diabetic condition which would be excruciating in any case. I wont be coming back. And I do not recommend this place.Before any service is rendered ask the client what is being requested. This is a service driven business, so if the customer isnt needed then the customer will go elsewhere.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Literally came in for a regular white tip full set by Henry and he didn’t list to my request. I asked for clear powder, he proceeded to use pink. I had to ask for him to reshape some of the nails because they were crooked. He had an attitude. Then ask attempts to make my white tips white again after using pink powder, the gel polish was spotty and the lines were crooked and proceeded to ask me if I’m ok. If you’re a real nail tech you wouldn’t I shouldn’t have to ask you what to fix. I told him politely I don’t like them and they do not look good. He ended up clipping my nails off and I left DO NOT COME HERE

Received a pedicure here, it was awesome! Jennifer did a great job with everything. $45 for great massage, hot stones and paraffin to mention a few. I will return soon. Give her a try they have different price options.

Went for pedi and fill. First issue was I was put in a chair for about 15 minutes, and noone ever said some one will be with you. Did not fill tub to soak feet while waiting. My next issues was pedi lasted about 10 minutes and felt rushed....My feet were not scrubbed proper...Noone set controls on massage chair..I expect quality service when Im spending over a hundred dollars...Worst place ever, will never support them ever again...

I had broken a couple of nails and just wanted the remaining set soaked off until I could make it to my appointment with my nail tech.I would have done better walking around with a couple of broken nails until I made it to my usual place. I asked for the nails to be soaked off and the lady popped them off with a nail tip. I hate this method, my while purpose of coming here was to get them soaked off. She painfully ripped my nail bed, caused bleeding and left my nails in the worst state I have ever seen them.I asked she atleast attempt to shape them and apply top coat. She didnt even allow top coat to dry before demanding payment.Would not recommend 😕

I’ve been coming here for a while now and there always friendly when you walk in always cheerful an ready to help I’ve usrf a few staff members but I have my favorites Lilly and holly the staff is upbeat an always clean I definitely recommend coming here great hours as well never feel rushed or in a hurry that’s always a huge issue at some places .

Terrible. Not only is the salon filthy theyre completely unorganized! I called and made an appointment for a pedicure and dipping powder on Thursday for the following Saturday. I get there and they start the soak off and tell me there arent any pedicure chairs left, but immediately start seating others who had just walked in. I asked why I had to wait if I made an appointment. The tech basically said unless you ask for a specific person they just shuffle you around so I left. I wont be back, and whats the point in making an appointment?!

I use to come to this nail shop a lot. I had stopped due to a past experience. Today I decided to give them another try since in the area. They are so unprofessional. The quality sucks. Not to mention they take their time. Normally you can get your nails & feet done together but for some reason they not on the same page. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Jennifer does an amazing job on my nails and Angel on my toes! I lived here for a year before I finally found someone consistent and good. Sometimes the business is a little hectic so it helps to make an appointment.

4.5 stars! Cherry was nice and accommodating. I got the relaxing facial, they used dermalogica products which I had been wanting to try. My skin looked great afterward. Cherry played music during the process and massaged my neck and arms as well and got my pressure points. It was $55, if youre looking for extractions, skin consultations or anything extensive this isnt for you but if youre looking for a relaxation moment to treat yourself go for it. I usually get my eyebrows threaded but she waxed them, and I probably wouldnt do that again simply because I do my own eyebrows or thread them. She also did my manicure which was pretty standard as well.

I definitely will not go back here, our nails were done horribly, mu daughter got coffin, they charge you for the length, and they popped off the next week.

One name...HENRY!!!! He slayed my nails, great conversation, was very professional and detail oriented. I know memorial day is tomorrow so if youre looking for a sign...this is it! Go to lilys and ask for HENRY!!! He’s well worth the wait!

I was here on June 10th to get a full set dip nails and gel painted toe nails. Both finger and toe nails are lumpy and chipping. I drove all the way from Kennedale TX because of my sisters referral and I wish I wouldnt have. Kendra did provided my services on this day and DID NOT do a good job at all. I paid $70 for my services and tipped $10 for poor quality. Of course I really didnt notice until later and due to the fact of me driving 30mins in the first place was not convenient for me to drive back over the weekend because of the appointments I had with my clients. What a waste of money and time. I am very disappointed. Shame on this place

Although I have no complaints about my manicure, I just didnt like how crowded this shop is now. Theyve overcrowded the stations! It looked a hot mess! As soon as I walked in someone shouted asking what I needed done. It took me a few seconds to figure out that it was one of the techs crowded by the door. There wasnt even a host!

They do a really great job. You just bring them in a picture and they can usually recreate the design or make it even better. They are also very friendly. If you can make an appointment with the owner Lily or Helen. They do a awesome designs♡♡

I came Sunday about 1:30pm. They sat me down on pedicure chair I waited about 15 mins seeing other customers come in after me and be seated and serviced so after seeing this I walked up front to ask receptionist about how much longer. She went to ask and stated no one has tended to you I know I sat you down a while ago she then proceeded to tell me have a seat someone will be right with you. It’s been 10 more minutes and no one has yet come to me. Their customer service today sucks!!!!!

I just got my nails done here with dip powder less than a week ago and I already have 4 broken nails. I went in today to get them fixed and was told the wait was extremely long and I could either wait or leave. When I told them I would wait as it made no sense to go to another shop to fix their shoddy work but I really didn’t have all the day the lady told me to have a nice weekend and practically dismissed me with no empathy whatsoever to their below average work. I will never give them another cent of my money and would not recommend their services to anyone.

My nails started coming off and it havent been a week.

As I type this I have been sitting in the pedicure chair for over 20 mins. Not a single person has even tried to start on me or even speak to me. Other people have come and just sat right down and got started. No tip for them. Will not come back. Only staying because they have started my 11 yr olds nails

You must ask for Muy T, he s a new nail tech but has an amazing eye for the natural look.

My respects to the good nail techs here but the one I had rushed the process and left my nails bulky and uneven. My nails are shorter on one hand and there is acrylic all over my finger tips. I asked for a percentage of a refund and refused. I am never coming back here again and I do not recommend anyone coming. Their management is very unprofessional and refused to work with me. To the man who did my nails, take your time and do a good job next time.

I got cut on both my hands and nails. Nail artist struggled with doing diagonal tips and the polish job is a bang up job. The person who did my feet cut me really good, I was bleeding for a while. I won’t be returning. I don’t think the staff has enough training to do a good job.

Lili’s Is not the nail salon I usually go to but it looked like it was nice and they had lots of customers so I figured they must be good...well this was the finished producted. I got dip powder and they were done extremely thick and not filed down properly! Even after I asked him to file more. Also, the gentleman who did my nails did not clean up my nails as he should have! He put lotion on my hands while I still had powder all over my hands from him filling. He also did not clean the polish he got on my fingers (second picture) I get my nails done every 2 weeks with dip powder and I KNOW this is not how they are supposed to look. I will not be going back to lilis. It was lazy work.

I have been going to Lily’s for three years now and they never let me down. I get my hands, feet, and eyebrows done here! Very efficient and focus while doing my nails. Clean facility and drinks are good 👍🏽

Great work and service

I got a horrible new set and I came into the salon to get the designs removed. They overcharged me for the designs and charged me again when I came in asking for them to be fixed. I’ll never be returning. They are lazy and money hungry. Horrible service horrible shape and designs.

I was recommended this place by coworker been here twice my nails done from here literally last 3 weeks. My go to nail tech is Jessica I prefer her over anyone so I make sure I schedule an appointment she does great work and makes sure it of good quality.

I decided to try this salon since its next to my apartment and I absolutely love! Very elegant and clean environment. My nail tech was was great! I love how he took his time to paint my nails and focused on shaping. The prices are also unbeatable! Definitely going back!

I came in on a Thursday afternoon for a gel manicure and was seated immediately. The nail salon is beautiful and clean with plenty of seating and polish choices. I was in and out within 30 minutes! The prices are pretty comparable to salons around town. I highly recommend this spa and would come back for my next set!

This place is awesome I loved how clean it was and the ladies and gentleman were very nice and saw me right away. They was really patient with me while I chose my colors. She did a great job and was really sweet. Will definitely come here again, they also have a lot of colors to choose from which is always a plus

I come here every 3 to 4 weeks and get dip on my natural nails and I love it. Jenny and Lily are both great. If I ever have a problem they fix it immediately even if I break my nail at work they fix it for free. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I’ve been here over 20+ times. My family comes as well. Today Michelle T. did my nails. She did the dip on my nails and they came out bulky and bumpy. She continued to cut me and kept folding my fingers to relax. How can you relax when you keep cutting me. At the end she didn’t even say anything or acknowledge my thank you and have a good day. She threw my card back at me and turned and walked away. So disappointed. That’s a first experience at Lily’s nails for me.

This place was a really great place to go get my nails done the treated me like a queen. The only problem was that my toe job was a little botched.

My first time having a manicure and pedicure done at Lilys Nails & Spa. The service I received was very poor. The worker got up walked away in the middle of my pedicure, without telling me anything, went to the back to eat something for 10 minutes only to come back to give me an inadequate leg and foot massage. Then when I called her attention to her mistakes with my manicure, wanting her to correct them she tells me shes busy. This is poor service.

I arrived around 12:30 on Saturday and was seated right away with a nail tech. I was offered something to drink as soon as I sat down. The operator was friendly and did a great job on my acrylic fill. She took her time and was very detailed in her work. The salon was very clean and nice inside. There were more than 20 techs servicing clients in here. This was my first visit and I will be back. It was a pleasant experience.

I love lilys! The people are very professional and friendly. I have never had a bad experience. Jenny does both my nails and eyebrows perfectly! I wont go anywhere else but here because the atmosphere is always pleasant!

This is my go-to place in Cedar Hill for manicures and pedicures. They are friendly, quick and do a great job. They also have an amazing polish selection for both regular colors and gel colors. As long as I live in the Cedar Hill area, I will trust no one else with my nails and feet.

Came here for my once-a-year-birthday manicure. The place was busy and I was told the wait was 10-15 minutes. Not bad for a Saturday. I really hate how they sit you in a chair and leave you there forever. The technician was okay, but she would not alcohol my gel nails even when I asked. She said the polish is already made to shine. (This is not right, they looked dull). I asked for an eyebrow wax and ended up bumping one of my nails on the way over. It clearly didnt dry, which she wouldve noticed if she put alcohol on them, and I asked her to fix it. She picked off the messed up part and put another layer of polish and top coat on. Thats 3 layers of polish, base, and 2 top coat. Oh my. I wasnt happy with the finished product and I told her this before sitting in the wax room for an eternity. The wax they used made my entire forehead break out. The girl doing my wax must have been a manager because she insisted on fixing my nail. I told her I needed to go, I was there for almost 2 hours just for a manicure and eyebrow wax. She didnt fix it it correct either, but it did look better than before. I still had to pay for both services despite the issues with both. I wont be returning. There is a place across the highway that is much, much better.

Went in to with my mom to get her feet done as a Mothers Day gift. I got my nails done and when I was finished, I paid for the service and sat down to wait on my mom. No time passed by when I heard the manager arguing with my mom about not redoing her toe that she messed up . She continued to say Ive already took to much time and did to much work . Even after my mom asked her for someone else to do them, she still refused . I had already paid and the manager refused to give me a refund for my moms service. In result, the police was called.

Lily is the best nail technician on earth. She has been taking care of my nails since 2009. I DO NOT want anyone else to do my nails but her because she is simply the best. I have never had a fungus or any problems at all since going to her. Her pedicures are delightful! Ingrown toenails too not stand a chance with Lily caring for my feet. She even took care of my hands and feet when I was going through breast cancer. I never had an infection or any other problem. Her salon is 21st Century state of the art. All of the technicians employed there are professionals. I love Ms. Lily Le and Lillys Nail & SPA. I rate her 5 Stars! MARY ADELE PHILIPS

Always a great experience. I usually do a walk in and have no preference on who does my nails. I have not been disappointed. Service is always quick and my nails look good. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Lily is super sweet. Shes great with customers and you can tell that she appreciate them and is very loyal to her customers. One of her nail techs didnt polish my nails to my standards she heard my problem and corrected the issue and also showed the tech what I disliked. I love that she was able to take the feedback and address it head on. Now thats great service.

Lilys nails is the best! They have a system that works for me, tho they are a little slow its okay because I dont want anyone rushing on me because people have walked through the door. I am very satisfied with their services, Henry is funny he keeps me laughing, they serve you drinks while you are being worked on. It is so awesome, and no matter who I have work on me they have all done good work.

AMAZING AND CLEAN

Friendly but screwed up my eyebrows. I think she was in a rush. She didnt listen to how I asked her to wax them and instead ended up shaping them how she saw fit and thinning out my eyebrows. It took almost 3 months for them to grow back completely.

Exceptional service, Helen and Lilly are wonderful. I have been to several nail shops since I moved to Cedar Hill in December, and this shop is by far the best I have been to. They are a little pricey, but I havent found a shop in Cedar Hill that isnt. If you are looking for a friendly spot that does great work, then try Lilys.

I tried Lilys Nails & Spa Cedar Hill for the first time. I wanted a gel manicure. I was really pleased with the salon - its clean and they have tons of colors to choose from. The service was very good - I felt like the manicurist spent enough time on my nails and paid attention to the filing and cuticles. Ill be going back for my next manicure, no need to look around for salons anymore.

I came here with my girl because she had set an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. For starters, she had to wait about 30 minutes until she got to sit down. They took way longer than most of the other places that we go to. I had time to go home and come back and they still werent finished. The guy sweeping looked at me with an attitude because I was sitting in the empty pedicure chair next to my girl. The prices are pretty good, but the service was below exceptional.

The techs are not good. Our nails always break. Atmosphere is good. Would love to stay with this nail shop but quality of service is not there.

The shop is beautiful with a nice environment to it. I made an appointment for me and my sisters and all 3 of us were immediately catered to when we arrived. Helen was really nice and welcoming. She constantly checked on if I was satisfied with her work. Definitely gonna try to come regularly.

My first visit, friendly staff, had pedi & hands with tips/ Dip. Was totally satisfied with Pedi, my nails were okay, several nail tips were not glued leveled/ even with the rest a bit sticking up when i placed my hand on desk. I didnt have my glasses with me. Did not want to call and complain. Will stay with my regular salon.

I am so displeased with my nails and pedicure. They were breaking after the first day. The polish is coming off my toes. I was trying to explain to the tech my nails were not filed even and guess what, they are still uneven. I WONT EVER GO BACK FOR MY NAILS AND FEET
