I contacted them the day before and explained my plight, my husband and I own a bakery and we had a very busy weekend with 3 weddings and 2400 cupcakes for a special event and my body was hurting bad, and they directed me to the massage therapist Mrs Donna. OMG! Mrs Donna was so polite and she squeezed me in for an appointment the very next day! When I tell you my full body massage was wonderful and she even gave me some suggestions for my after care. I will definitely be coming back and become a regular client. Thank you so much Mrs Donna for the wonderful work you did and I will see you next time. Francis is amazing I have been going to her for the last 6 years! She is accommodating with my schedule. I book with her a month ahead of time and occasionally due to emergencies with my job, I have to call her and reschedule last minute. Francis is always accommodating and understanding. I cant say enough good things about her and her business!

I heart Simple Touch Day Spa! This gem is truly a very welcoming salon with all the services you can only dream of. I booked a hair appointment with Debbie Plymell and I will be the first to say that I was nervous. Yes, I am so particular when it comes to my hair. Who isn’t particular about their hair, right? Going in I did not know what to expect, but after meeting Debbie she was friendly, listened to me and what I like most, she made suggestions for the color and the cut. Fast forward----I love the color, cut and very happy with the results and service. So happy, that I went back in for my second appointment. Most of all, I am excited to finally have found a location near the Duncanville/Cedar Hill area [Yes, near home]. Come out and support this location you will not be disappointed.

Frances genuinely cares about your skin and is very knowledgeable. She did a facial treatment which resulted in a clean and healthy result. The products used are wonderful, as I can tell, and the spa/salon is very welcoming and clean. She is highly recommended. Come out and give this group of ladies a chance. I’ve NEVER ever liked the way someone else styles my hair after a cut. UNTIL TERI 🥰Perhaps it’s because she’s so good at it, perhaps it’s because her cut was perfectly on point. I am so glad that I tried this place for my haircut. Teri is so nice and excellent at her craft. I definitely found a new forever home for my do.

Very disappointed. Purchased a gift card here and ask the lady regarding expiration. She told me there’s no expiration on gift card. Then recently, i called for an appointment and inquire again of my gift card to be sure. She declined it and denied everything she said. Unreliable.

I’m a 1st timer, Debbie was my hair stylist. I was SO PLEASED with my highlights and cut. I had terrible breakage, my hair was in bad shape. I was afraid they were not going to be able to do anything with it. I stepped out of there, run way ready. Thank you, Debbie!! This staff was super friendly, OMG the lady that shampoo my hair has miracle hands!! The facility was extremely clean, wore mask. I will go back for sure. I have already recommended my friends and family. I live in Lakeworth, I had a 50 minute drive and it was worth every minute. A Simple Touch Day Spa and Salon is a place to tell everyone about! I came in for my appointment to get my hair cut and colored. I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said ok she could do it. Then she’s started dying my hair with one of the two colors I wanted and when she was done wrapping it I asked her about putting in the other color and she said she isn’t doing that one. She said the color she done is more professional and then she done the cut. It turned out NOTHING like I asked for! Even after I showed her a picture and asked if she could do it.

I have been seeing Sherry for my massages and she is absolutely amazing! My pain management doctor suggested I get massages. I am so blessed to have found Sherry. She definitely knows where my trouble areas are and works that area. She truly cares about my wellbeing. Loved it! I had so much pain and tension in my back and neck so my boyfriend found this place and it is phenomenal. Donna is the best. She makes you feel comfortable and is just great at what she does. Im making it a must to go monthly. The comfort I felt after one session was the best. I had the best experience coming here. I got a full body massage and a facial. I can’t remember the ladies names that helped serve me but they were both very sweet. I made appointments for both one day ahead and there was minimal waiting upon my arrival. The service I received was well worth the money and I definitely plan on stopping here again the next time I have a layover in Lancaster.

Ive tried several different massage therapist in the DFW area...Donna is the only Massage therapist in the DFW area that gets my body feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. My massage therapist is the best in the area. Donna is my therapist A+. I have also had Sherry as therapist too! Greattt Best kept secret in Cedar Hill. My ONLY issue is with owner because even after remodeling the spa she still placed the massage therapist in front of the nail techs. Before they were in front of hairstylist, which what do they to talk talk talk. Therefore, not understanding why even after remodeling would she NOT give the massage therapist quite location.:( When I work all week I need quite and relaxation! So now I have to drive to Rowlett most of the time to get my massages.

This is based on my own experience of facials, but I have never had an esthetician NOT be in the room for over half of the facial. I came in on a Tuesday for the $20 off facial special to try the place and truly had high hopes, but left feeling disappointed after I had been left in the room alone 3 times in intervals of 10+ mins (while the masks or steam was sitting on my face). Ive had several facials before so I understand some things need to set on your face for a few minutes but felt this was too lengthy, especially for the steam (15 mins with nothing being done), which extractions can be done during. Maybe that is just how the discounted facial is done, but it made me not want to come back. The esthetician was very nice and welcoming, and gave me some samples as well.
