An older gentleman with glasses did my pedicure. HUGE mistake!!! Where do I begin?! My overlay on my big toe was too thick with acrylic and not smooth. I can tell he had no knowledge of using acrylic nor a drill. He shaped my toe nails uneven and he did not know how to properly apply gel polish. The gel polish was super super thick and messy. A kindergartener could have polished my toes better. What a waste of money!!!!! I forgot to mention the language barrier is horrible. I asked twice for someone to help him. Please read the reviews before visiting this salon. Go at your own risk!!!

First time using this place/my pedicure was done to my satisfaction. My toes had not be done in over a year/came out better than I expected.

Trying to support business amid Covid19; however, their shower curtains hanging between pedi booths were visibly dirty. I was seated without them disinfecting this poor solution to blocking ppl from aerosol and/or airborne virus. When finished my feet were not smooth, toenails were misshapen, crystals were crooked and nail lacquer was so thick it opened and spread in a wrinkled mess. I will not use this business again at any of its locations. They need to think about customer safety.

Would never go back. Rude customer service and lady was also to ruff.I asked for white tip and My nails don’t look white instead they’re pink.

Tu was amazing. She was gentle yet thorough. She took her time and did a great job on my toes. I came at 1pm on a Sunday so it wouldve slow. She spent an hour on my nails. Her foot massage was second to none. I didnt give stars because there was a young girl that kept trying to convince me to get additional services and then would talk in another language when I said no. Tu is a 5 star technician.

I would not even give this place 1 star! They are HORRIBLE. The entire time of being here I was disrespected & customers service is VERY POOR. The guy is very rude. I asked them to fix a nail that was placed on crooked, I didn’t notice it until after paying & they called the police on me. I am very mortified of my experience at this place. They have just opened & already need to be shut down. Please go somewhere else!!!

If I can rate this place a zero star I would. First I get there have to wait so long I was here for about 3 hours. Everything was good until I got my pedicure started and my nails done. I have a cut on my foot from them scrubbing my foot hard I told her it hurt. Then when getting my nails done colors don’t match. My feet and my nails are two different colors on top of that where asked to changed the color for them to fix it she fixed my nails but not my toes now I have two totally different colors. I asked for her to redue them because first off not matching colors second my nails look like they are reaching for the sky. Paint is not done well and when dinged my nail and asked to fix they just sat there I got the nail polish and fixed my self while they just sat there. If I could upload pictures so everyone could see I would but google won’t let me post pictures. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I had a pedi and mani in wednesday for an event, on Thursday my polish started peeling like I was putting on fake nail polish strips. I returned on Saturday and advised Lisa what happened, she tried to upsale me several times on a gel. I advised her I did not like gel because it damages my nail. I went to the restroom and when I returned she had the gel wheel asking me to pick a color. I said no again. I found Lisa to be very rude and unprofessional.

This place is dirty an unsanitary. I cant believe the city has not shut them down. Smells like feet all over the place and the manager husband sits around like he is the bodyguard. Please get a cleaning crew immediately to cleanup this nasty place. Yuck!!!
