Very nice people and service but poor work. Took two hours for a deluxe pedicure AND manicure. Moved very slow. They were not busy, now wait. I had to keep reminding the tech about the length and shape I wanted my nails. Still left with bubbles on nails, hands not moisturized, and color and top coat all over my skin. She tried, but I dont think she knows what she’s doing honestly.

Service was horrible. The technicians here need more training. I was burned twice and cut. I paid $15 for a regular polish and $28 for a pedi...a waste of hard earned money. They had no care with how they handled me as a client. I had water splashed on me and my thumb was cut only to leave the shop with $43 less and a mediocre job done on my nails. Im leaving a review because I want the establishment to do better. You all should handle people with more care. No one has money or time to waste.

My 1st visit & best experience! Walking in, the shop is quiet & that may be off-putting, but Jack & Nikki treated us like royalty. My mother, daughter &myself all got manicures/dip gel and it was so pleasant. If you want a technician who listens, TAKES THEIR TIME & is clean, please book an appointment here. This is a family own business, husband and wife duo. They are amazing people and very big hearted. The wife (Nikki) does really good work. This is the only place that I will go. They just hired a new nail tech (Kenny G) and he is amazing. He has 20 years of experience and you can tell soon as he starts working. This was the best manicure that I have ever gotten and he is really fast. Once he finished the manicure, he put a scented oil on my cuticles and it smelled so good. Plus it made my nails look very healthy. He joked and laughed the whole time. He just fit right in with the rest of the staff. The atmosphere is always pleasant everytime I go. I highly recommend this place.

I love this salon! Nikki is an outstanding nail technician. She and her husband Jack are very friendly and professional. The salon is always very clean. I would recommend this shop. I would call for an appointment before going as she is always busy.

Great experience! Great job!! Attention to detail, no rushing, offered help choosing color, spoke English to me, great massage chair, sweet people. What more could you want. Nickie is a doll. She even suggested I leave nails off for awhile to let then rest. I will be back.

It was slow which was a plus and it was cheap so I cant be too disappointed. Lets just say you get what you pay for. I still tipped because he was running his mouth so my massage was extra long. Nothing special in my opinion.

First and absolute LAST time going back. The people were very nice but the pedicure was not even average. The menu says 12 minute massage and mine wasnt even 6 minutes; didnt clip cuticles well. Polish was okay but not cleaned up at all. Wont be going back.

I had just gotten back in town and decided to have some mani/pedi pampering. I called because Ive been passing the salon by, so I took a chance to see if they were open today, since it’s a day of celebration. Nikki told me to come on up, and she is such a nice lady.....great experience, she took her time. This will be my spot now. 😀👍

First I would like to say Nikki, you did an awesome job with my nails and my husband loved them Oh...do not forget about my toes...beautiful when I called to see if I was able to get appointment and you asked what was we doing and I told you to hook me up and you did just that...Nikki keep on doing those nails...and hubby (Boos) keep on being there where (wifey) Nikki needs you...I have a new sister.

Horrible place they do not know how to do gel. Chips in less than a week. When I went back to get them fixed the owner, I assume, is harassing me the entire time. Yelling at me in front of the other customers, all I wanted was for her to fix what she had done. And the end result was even worse.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If you have falsies and value your fingertips dont come here. I went in to get a broken acrylic nail fixed and I came out with an overpriced nightmare from someone that Im very sure doesnt even know what a cosmotilogist license is, let alone the fact that you should probably know what you are doing before you go and start playing nail tech.That was the short version. For those wanting the full story of my first experience of this salon, buckle up kids its going to be a bumpy ride.So Im working late, as one does, the middle nail on my left hand had broken off the night before and was driving me insane considering I keep my nails at a mid length and in a stilettoesque shape. Short and pointy. How hard is that? Apparently for this salon its impossible because I came out with a lumpy flubberesque shape, but Im getting ahead of myself.So I look at the Google reviews for all of the salons on my way home. I need a quick fix until I can get to my regular guy in mansfield. This place had decent reviews, why not give it a shot?So I walk in at around 6:20-6:30 only to find out that they have no one available, out of the 4 people there, that can do acrylics. They offer me a dip set and I was sceptical because I had never done dip before, I asked her if they could do them in the same shape I had before, short and pointy. They start feeling the shape of my nail all the while assuring me that they can do the same shape. Lies.So I sit down an they begin to soak off my old acrylic. This is like 6 months worth of fills so it takes a hot minute to soak and file it all off. So thats done and she puts the tips on and starts to shape them. I use that term lightly because she cut the tips at a point like you do and passed the file over the sides once. I have never in my life wanted to take the file away from someone more than I did then. When she asked if it was good my answer was no pointer to which she passed the file over once more and asked again. This went on until the pinky was in the general shape I wanted it to be. Not quite there but close enough to where I could fix it later. This process was repeated for each nail. Each. Nail.So then the dip process begins. Powder everywhere. It was like a nail crime scene. No idea of thats normal but damn was it messy. After shes satisfied with the small lumpy mountain of product on my nail she begins to file again. The shape of the base nail is no where in sight. All hope I had for this being a decent manicure has died. It died even more when she proceeded to file the skin off of half of my left pinky finger.It is now 8 at night. I want to go home. Dinner plans for the nigh are completely out the window, my boyfriend and our fur babies are waiting for me, this should not have taken this damn long.So Im sitting there waiting for the top coat to dry. Theres a bit of roughness on one of my thumbs and she tries to put amother layer of top coat over it. I cant even begin to express all of the nope Im feeling. I refuse the top coat five times befor they relent to letting me leave. I pay $40 for the biggest pos manicure I have received in my life because I have anxiety and try and avoid confrontation for the sake of my sanity.Suffice it to say I will be launching a formal complaint against this salon for charging me for something that my 13 year old sister could have done better.
