This was my first time visiting this establishment; I must say they did a great job on my pedicure! Took their time to make sure no mistake was made. I highly appreciate patient individuals when giving a service to customers. I will definitely return.Thank you!

I want to support my neighborhood places, but I’m sorry to say I will not be returning to this nail salon. I sat waiting 50 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and left with four cuts of my finger cuticles and torn skin on two of my toes. I still tipped the women because the color looks great, but I won’t risk my cuticles here again.

My husband and I went today and we really enjoyed ourselves. Cant wait to go back. Very clean and nice place for services.

Hello friends! I usually am not one to write reviews but I have to warn everyone to ask what type of nail glue they use for acrylics! I have been getting my nails done for 8 years and never have I once had a nail completely come off and take my natural nail with it. I had a small incident that shouldn’t have caused my entire nail to fall off but it did. It was excruciating pain and even now 3 weeks later the nails are still stuck on me and haven’t lifted from my nail bed at all. The first time I went it was fine and everything was normal, but the second time the male ended up doing my nails and they even abnormally hurt the next day. Please be aware :(

Ultra is a place I will ALWAYS go. They are professional and clean. Ive never had any issues and the wait is always reasonable. I dont get my nails done often but when I do, I go here.

The first time I took my wife to this place, Tom was the one that worked on my wifes nails. He did such a great job that I decided to get my wife a gift card for a full manicure. But when my wife went in she didnt notice that it was an hour before closing. So she asked if she could still get her nails done if not she could come back in the morning. One of the ladies rushed to start on her nails. Then another asked her to cross her hands and started to place the tips without buffing her nails. When they started to work on the nails the tips started to come off. My wife then told them that she insisted three times that she could come back in the morning, but they persisted that she stay. My wife then said she was feeling stressed and that she shouldnt have to feel that way there. She went there to relax!!! She brought the situation to the owner/manager but she was rude and disrespectful and proceeded to talk in their language. After everything was uncomfortable and stressful she came home upset with her nails crooked and bumpy. I wanted to take her back the next day but she didnt want to waste her time dealing with the ladies at the nail salon.

Overall hands down! First time here wad a good experience especially for being on a Friday! My pedicure was really good for a really good price! Place is very clean and everyone is nice! My sisters got their nails done and they liked it although the ombre coffin shape nails are still on since Jan.26 2018 but the regular acrylic pink and silver came off after like 5 days not sure why. Nails arent damaged or anything so that is a good thing!

The margaritas are really good! As for the staff not to welcoming and I feel like if you dont say you want the dip nails they judge you for wanting acrylic because its not as healthy ... He did good on my nails even though I spent almost 3 hours in their because the dip takes way to long and I hate how its $5 extra for longer nails which this is really short for my liking but they do look really good!!!Ohh and my pedicure was super relaxing she did a wonderful job!!!!

Horrible Place!!!! I believe his name was Tom. light skin with the frown, clearly doesnt know what hes doing. All UNEVEN!!! RUDE!!! ROUGH!!! He ended up removing the nails and was extremely rough. He was so mad he had to remove them and was hurting me. I asked to be gentle and still didnt. All because I told him they are uneven. highly recommend not to come here. Tom is the worst!!!! 1 star is being too nice.

Nice salon, very clean. They have a margarita machine with no alcohol unless you request some triple sec or tequila in it which they pour from the bottle into the cup. Dont know why Betty Rodriguez would think they would give her child alcohol when they ID me when I ask. Good place overall

Sue is my nail professorial. She is personal, sweet, patient and gentle. Not to mention, she does nails great! Ive been coming to this spa send for over the years.

Ive gone here before and have received ONE of my best set of nails. HOWEVER I went in the other day for my birthday and experienced the WORST customer service by a man that works there. He had his earphones in which limited conversation and his hearing... I asked for shorted nails and noticed one hand was ENTIRELY different... all the nails were shorter on my left hand... I guess I pissed him off by moving my hands together to show him his mistake, because he just shortened the right hand.I ended up looking like I gnawed at my nails all day after he finished.. he came over basically dipping oil over my nails AND DRESS.Long story short.. I got my nails fixed AFTER he pointed his nail file in my face while hearing me explain what I originally wanted to another nail tech..Ill never be back. ESPECIALLY AFTER DISCOVERING BACTERIA UNDER 2 OF MY NAILS when I returned to my original nail salon in Denton.

I went here recently to try gel nails for the first time. The price was only $25 so perhaps I shouldve spent more. After she was finished the polish was super lumpy and looked like I painted it myself (and I am not a good nail polisher). It was also bleeding into my nail bed - just not a professional look. The next day the polish started to crack (not chip, but still) and it has now been 2 days and all but 3 of my nails have several cracks along the surface of the polish. Therefore, I wouldnt recommend this place. They did do a decent (regular, not gel) pedicure, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. If I could give 0 stars I would . I went to get a regular full set the guy who was doing my nails was very RUDE moody and like he was having a bad day. I get my nails the same length for $20 and he wanted to add $10 extra dollars saying it was too long. So avoiding a argument I told him to cut them short (even tho they were not too long because I had gotten that length before.) . He cuts them shorter and is still saying they are too long. So I ask the sorry EXCUSE of a “ manger “ to come over to see if they were too long ( which I already knew they weren’t ) . She literally did and said close to NOTHING to resolve the situation she just looked at my nail and looked confused and said something in Chinese. I could NOT believe she was a “manager” .... so I continued to tell the dumb nail tech that my nails weren’t too long and I get the same length all the time. He proceeded to take the nails off and then walked off . SOOOO RIDE IGNORANT AND UNPRPPFESSIONAL . I decided NOT to spend my money with them . But before I left I wanted to speak with the manger and tell her how rude her employee is . She couldn’t answer any of my questions or concerns and just kept saying would you like for someone else to do your nails. Completely ignoring that fact that I was telling her how RUDE her employee is. I asked her is he new ? She responded my saying “Don’t talk about him “ like she was a little kid. I then realized that 1. She is unfit to be a manger 2. There will be no resolution, because she pretends to not understand any situation and can’t resolve or diffuse a situation . So I left and went to LaBella nails . They are wayyyyyy more professional and can actually do great nails.

Bad. Many other places less than a mile away who do better service similar, maybe even lower price with a nicer enviorment. Pedicure area looks grundgy, not a relaxing environment. Went for pedicure and dip nails.My natural nails were pretty long and healthy going in.Nail tech clearly not familiar with working with natural nail. Didnt soak off old dip powder, and used drill. Used the coarse grit hand filler thats for false nails on my naked natural nails which hurt. Applied dip power messily, I still have gel on cuticles on most nails. Asked for round nails, tech shaped them into short, crooked almond shape. Pedicure was ok. Nothing bad, nothing especially good. The manager came to finish up my nails as the original tech had moved on and was working on another client despite not being finished. He did give a 5% discount as I was leaving. Not sure if thats given to everyone or was to try to make up for what he knew had lackluster a nail salon experience.Overall unhappy with experience. I would have left without paying anything in the middle of the service all if It wasnt urgent for me to have presentable nails. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. 2 stars for serviceable pedicure.
