I tried this nail shop for the first time today and it was such a wonderful experience. Mary provided my manicure and pedicure. She was so professional and creative. I have found my new nail shop!! Thank you Mary!

I used to go see Mary at U Need Nails. I liked U Need Nails, but really for no other reason than Mary and the fact that they served margaritas & wine.Well, Mary and her sister have since taken over ownership and management at Q Nail so OF COURSE, I FOLLOWED HER!I love this place. Super clean, not loud or crowded, nice service. I have never had a regular nail tech before Mary. They never could get it right. But I asked her to make my acrylics thin and natural looking the first time and she was the first person ever I really wanted to go back to. She takes special attention to details. She doesnt rush. She does great work and gives good massages.Her sister does my facial waxing at Q Nail and she is also amazing! She is detailed and will make my face so smooth and perfect. They use a really gentle wax that does not hurt or peel skin. I usually dont get my chin done because the skin rips off, but not here! Here I can get my entire face done and always feel like I am getting top notch attention and service.Please, please, please, come visit them because they are so amazing and such great people who do such great work. They have just taken over Q Nail as the new owners and managers and would LOVE to see them stay and become staples in Cedar Hill for years to come!

The lady that did my nails seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. They used a paper towel to keep my toes separated. Service was great but quality of experience not happy with.

Do not go to this nail shop. Came here on a Wed at 4:45 to be exact and the door was unlocked and open sign on yet when I went in picked out my polish. Then they tell me it waa closed. Not to mention its dirty and looks like it has not been a deep cleaning in awhile. I might have dodged a bullet on this one. BEWARE!!!

Once you go here several times, they forget how important and valuable you are to them.. took our business elsewhere.. 5 yrs relationship over

Awful! Went in for a manicure and was finished in less than 10 minutes. I could tell the table wasnt clean because there was nails and nail polish still there from the previous customer. No hand massage or lotion. He just rushed and took no care in his job. I had to tell twice to cut my nails evenly because they were broken and uneven. At the end he said finished and motioned for me to hold out my hand so that he could poured oil in it. Then motioned for me to rub the oil in then to go wash my hands. When I got in my car I noticed how uneven my nails where. My cuticles wasnt snipped all the way and dead skin was left on my fingers around and under the nail. It didnt look like I had gotten a manicure at all. This is how they treat first time customers. ...I will never go back again!

I love the way they take care of you as far as service. However, their customer service skills suck a**. Its like everyone in the facility has an attitude except for the older man and youngest lady. Not sure if Ill be back. Ive tried to be patient but its the same shi every visit.

Man was very nice but rough. The nails didnt stay on for very long and where done a little sloppy

Half ass do nails dont waste your money I wont be back..!
