If I could give this zero stars I would. The lady doing my nails skipped the drill on my nail to my skin 4 times leaving me in pain and a cuticle bleeding. She also filled my nails so hi it was on my skin and on top of that she did a terrible ombre pink and white fill. It is hard to tell how bad the fill really is in the picture but you could see a white line and there was pink on top which looked nothing like what it should. On top of all of that this photo is after a file and ready for polish so the other lady said since I refused to let the previous one file for me since she already hurt me many times. it took 4 hours for a fill and pedicure which half way through my fill I asked if I could sit in the pedicure chair and have them work on my nails and feet st the same time since I had a meeting to be at in two hours and felt like it was going to take much longer. after all this was said and done I was charged additional since they said I needed extra filing... obviously this is because my nails were over filled. The initial lady made excuses and said she did good work which to be honest it was terrible... give me a few glasses of wine and I could probably do a better job in half the time for way less. I paid the amount they said I owed just because it wasnt worth an argument and left. This is only my second bad review in years of reviews so please do yourself a favor go somewhere else. the service is terrible, the quality is terrible and the cost is not worth it. You will not be able to relax!

Today I Took my two daughters to get our nails done . We were welcomed and taken care of quickly and we were offered a drink as we waited . I explained and showed pictures of what We wanted. They did their best to understand and do what was requested. The manager and technicians worked together with a great attitude. They were very kind and grateful for the business. Tell your friends and family to get their nails done here! They are even remodeling and updating the shop as well!

This salon as so professional and entertaining. Very nice salon and the staff was so nice and accommodate. Great fun environment and we had great conversation while they doin my nails. Excellent service and good quality job on my nails! I would love to come back again.

The nail tech did an amazing job and was also extremely nice! My nails look great and my friend that came along enjoyed her first experience here also! They finished us faster than expected and we were very happy with how everything turned out!

The best manicure Ive e we gotten for awhile! The staff was so awesome and do fantastic job on my nails. They were so detail oriented and took their time to truly to make sure my nails were perfect. thank you ladies, this gonna be my new salon to go

Really love my dip nails. It took longer than what I expected but they did an awesome job, 100% worth it. Nowhere else cheaper and this is the best quality in Cedar Hill. I recommend this salon. Everyone should come by and check them out.

I went to a few places before but I wish I knew about this salon before all of them! The girls were so nice! I definitely recommend this salon to everyone!

This is the only place I go to get my nails and toes done. My nails never break and I always get sns on my real nails. They offer drinks (sprite, coke, water, margaritas) and are always pretty helpful when I cant decide on what to get. Cindy does an amazing job!

I went here with my friend who goes there regularly so I had high expectations.I have anxiety so naturally I bite my nails... and my nail lady would not shut up about it and showing her friends and talking about it in Vietnamese. It’s not something I can help so that was extremely rude. To make matters worse I had a cut on my skin around my nails and she poured something on it to make it stop bleeding that burned sooooo bad I was almost in tears. She said it was “medicine” ???Other than that I wasn’t impressed at all. They weren’t dressed professionally and did a sloppy job

I wouldnt have even given this place one star. Went there on yesterday for a fill and left it an injured finger. The lady that was doing my fill as she was taking the gel polish off my nails she decided that my nails were old and she would just give me a new set free of charge in which the whole service should have been free. Anyway with her taking the nails off she cut the ring finger on my right hand too low and cut my meat. Using a nail she went in under the nail that was left my finger and ripped the nail off that was already bleeding. Then of course because she ripped it...it bled more. She laughed but I was pissed and in pain. To add injury to insult the lady put liquid bandaid directly on the bleeding nail. Burned like hell. Someone else finished my nails..2 other ladies. You can see the blood under the acrylic smh. Still had to pay and Im highly upset. My finger hurt all day which is why I had to wait till this morning to give the review. The injury happened to my right hand and Im right handed. Needless to say Ill never be back and I dont recommend anyone else go. Im very particular about my hands and this was a horrible experience...so much for a day of relaxation and pampering for myself. It was completely ruined during my visit here.

Ive Ive gone back to the same place a few more times, but they stopped offering 20% off as advertised on Nextdoor website. They dont even offer a Senior Citizens Discount. Last time I was there they put on some old expired polish and out of date. It wouldnt dry even next day when i went back! Awful job and full price.

Ive been going to Bre Nail since they open their shop....they are a little pricey but I like the service I receive. I think Cindy is amazing, I only go to her, always friendly, fast and efficient!

Horrible.The technician was good.The owner is rude and disrespectful.Mostly black clients.When a white person walks in the entire place changes as if Jesus Christ walked in.I will never go back.

Lady injured me nail and the shape was horrible. & she took my card of the stand and swiped it with out my consent.

The staff that once was there is all gone other than two ladies . This place is not the same and they do horrible work now . Had SNS done on my real finger nails like I always have and man they did a horrible job !! The paint was all over my fingers and the nails look all scratched up and clumpy !!! I told two other employees is she done with my nails ?? Because she literally just had me sit in the pedi station I didnt realize she was even done with my nails !!! I told the main girl there look at my nails all she did was put oil on them and thats it !!! Never coming back to this place !!!! And on top of that they painted my toes the wrong color !!other ppl there were complaining about how poor quality the work was I paid and left along with my mother in law these people are clueless !!!!!
