Terrible terrible work. Got my nails done Friday and it looks like I need a pedicure and manicure again after Tuesday! TRASH run away terrible and they would not redo or change the polish. I should have left Friday when someone else came in & complained about their feet. All they were concerned with was Zelle paying them. Horrible Experience 2nd and last time there.

They took me as a walk in and treated me so kindly. I got just a basic manicure and pedicure with gel polish and they were very detail oriented and took care to do a job they were proud of. I dont live in the area but if I did, I would definitely be back!

The worst experience. I had to go to another salon (LaBella Nails) to get my nails fixed. The technician got glue and powder all over my hands. I had large chunks of dry glue underneath my nails. I said I wanted coffin shape. She filed my nails unevenly and they were entirely too long. Then she said the color she used was the same as I requested when it was not. Absolutely horrible. Will never go back again.

I will never go back to this place. AVOID!!!! So I took myself and my friend here to get our nails and toes done. The first time I came here years ago it was awesome. However when we went a couple weeks ago my friend had to be really assertive with the woman doing her nails. I told her its cool they will fix it. They told us the dipping powder was better so we tried it on our nails. They fixed my friends nails also and we paid and left. So on yesterday I went back for what I thought would be a simple fill to find out you cant fill the dipping powder not did they have the color they had two weeks ago either that I loved. So I explained no one told me that powder cant be filled but decided since I made the drive from Lancaster to go ahead and get them done. I soaked off my tips and powder and once they were soft he removed them. Mind you I had tips on majority of them to make them even. So he starts on my nails. He explains someone who did my nails before did them wrong. I said oh really cause I came here and YOU did my nails.....As hes saying this and doing my nails Im noticing he didnt add tips back to make them even... when questioned about the tips he said he asked me if I wanted them in which he didnt ask me anything just started and was saying how my nails have grown. I then said yes I want tips youre not charging me $40 bucks just to put this on my nails with no tips to make them look right. Why would I want in even nails??? He got and attitude so I said you know what Im not paying for this and Im not taking your attitude Im out Im not paying for this and walked out. He said fine go somewhere else then and shooed me out the door. I will never go back here again. My visit on 3/23/17 will be my last. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CLIENT AND NOR DO THEY CARE WHAT YOU WANT DONE THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH NO REGARDS TO THE CLIENT. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WORST place ever!The gentleman who was working on my nails was extremely rude! He thinned out my nails really bad! When doing gel nail polish he got nail polish all over my fingers and never cleaned it up. He moved the lamp he was using and messed up the polish that was on my nail and when I told him about it he began to argue with me and said no you did it. I wouldnt suggest anyone go to this nail salon. Never again will I return!

Although the lady was nice, the service was terrible. I went there to get a manicure and gel nail polish but left with nothing. As she was painting my nails I noticed that she was putting the polish on too thick. The end result was just as I expected... There were craters in the polish after it was cured. She only finished one hand and the other looked a hot mess. I had her to take all the polish off because I wasnt satisfied. She asked me to pay $10 instead of the whole $25. I just paid her and left. I will never go back or recommend to anyone else.

When in for powder nails my first time getting powder nails, a complete disaster. The man didnt know what he was doing the nails or to thick. Want be going back and wouldnt recommend this place .

I arrived at 6:15, they started my pedicure at 6:50 and finished at 7:04. The nail tech didnt even leave the hot towel on for more than 2 minutes. He begin to scrub my feet and skin with no product on the brush. That was very painful. He then has to be reminded to clean my toes with alcohol to avoid any infections. This was the worst treatment ever.

I went yesterday to do mani/pedi and was extremely pleased with everything they are really nice and looks like they actually care about customer satisfaction, I will be returning there .
