I came here on July 23rd @ 7:00pm. These are my natural nails they just did acrylic overlays. They charged me $50.00 dollars like if i had did some design. I argued to both ladies and they said dipped wouldn’t have looked right. Dipped is what I asked for but she did whatever she wanted. I recommend people not to come here they over charge. I called Lily’s Nail & Spa and they charge $35.00! A WHOLE 20 DOLLARS EXTRA WE PAID FOR NOTHING

My favorite nail shop in Cedar Hill! Great service, clean shop and they always do a great job. The manager, Jen makes it a point to remember your name and is very personable. Ive been going there over 10 years!

First time coming here and I wasn’t really pleased with my pedicure. I paid for the rose pedicure and it was extremely fast. Honestly it seemed like the lady just didn’t want to be there. For the price I paid there are better nail salons to go too In cedar hill.

Jen at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. She is always pleasant to white customers and is short and rude with black customers. The quality of work by the nail techs are hit or miss. I paid for a pedicure once and the tech was done in 5 minutes( terrible). If you have an issue with your nails Jen is rude and is not accommodating, as if paying customers shouldnt expect quality work. Deluxe Nails does not have a good selection of gel colors. Very few colors to choose from and the techs are always trying to up sale you on services that dont even look good once complete. This place is going down hill. There are other nail salons with better customer service, better techs and offer drinks.

I love this place! Been coming here for many years. The staff is friendly and attentive. Professionalism at its best. Lucas is the best tech there!!! He is outstanding! Jen is very sweet and helpful. They really try to make your experience the best. They aim to please.

This lady charged me $73 for this... simple acrylic overlay with an accent nail.. 😒 Never again. This is ridiculous.

I told the lady that I did not want glitter and she still put glitter on my nails. I hate glitter nails but she just wanted me to pay more. I also asked for a color they showed they “had” but apparently couldn’t find it and just brought three colors they thought were similar and had me pick out of those three. This is the second time I go and pay over price for something I do not like. They do whatever they want to you there not what you ask for. Never again will I go!

They always make my nails look so pretty and for the work, the price isnt bad.

Ive been going to Deluxe for three years now and I love their professionalism, friendly, and clean atmosphere. (Social distance and wear mask) I love my tech Kevin he is the best. Him and his twin brother. But everyone at Deluxes are good and nice. Oh I cant forget the supervisor Jenny she is so sweet.

I didnt get what I asked for even though I brought them a picture of what I wanted. They lied and told me they could do it, and gave me something completely different. Then charged me $160 for the bs. I didnt want to argue, because Im black and pregnant. I just took it as a loss and will NEVER return.

I’ve come to this nail shop for several times and yet to have a bad experience I came here to get them to fix my nails yesterday after going to Bliss nail spa and I left happy again!! The twin brothers that work here are GREAT!! They do my nails PERFECT I recommend the twins very highly. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they charged me $45 after I just paid $55 on Friday I think they could have been a little more sensitive and not charged me so much. But I guess it’s the price I paid for going to an unknown place

I have been going to this salon for MANY years. The salon is very clean and there is always ample amount of staff there. Sometimes there is a wait, but thats because they tend to get BUSY! My nails are always perfectly done and a normal manicure lasts for over a week with no chipping. Jen does a thorough job on my pedicures always making sure that they are perfectly trimmed, softened, and beautifully painted. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!

Kelly always does my pedicures and she does a wonderful job. Jenny, Hahn, and Lucas have all done an exceptional job on my nails and they remember my name. Very welcoming vibe and great customer service. My favourite nail salon. I will ONLY go here!

Me and my girls had a horrible experience.. I was referred by my insurance lady.. Its my daughter 15th Bday and we decided to come here.. From the moment we walked in bad customer service it was bad.. Like we were asking prices, no signs anything.. She acted as if we were bugging.. They rushed us etc.. I do not recommended, will spend my money where its appreciated.. On top of that they are very expensive..

Very nice staff and their work is great ! However they are very expensive and after like 2 weeks I already had nails coming off, but I was very well pleased with my manicure and pedicure, and the assistance was great :)

The only place I️ go to get my brows done! They slay every time! Highly recommend especially for people who have thick eyebrows. The staff is always super sweet as well and the building is beautiful.

I made an appointment with Evan and when i arrived on time I was told he was too busy to do my nails so I drove 20 minutes there for nothing days before my birthday celebration. They could have at least called to let me know instead of sending me a confirmation message.Then i was told i would have to wait 3 people in front me to be seen by someoneelse...complete waste of time.He didnt even acknowledge me!

Never will I come here again. I came to inquire about how much my set would be. I showed the receptionist a picture and she told me a certain price after asking the other techs how much it would be. I then showed the nail tech the same picture after I was seated and she told me a whole different price. $20 more than the receptionist told me after she already started working on my nails. I undid all of her work and walked right out. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Beautiful salon for a store front! Clean and sanitary, opened sterilized tools right in front of you. Very friendly staff too. I was in a time crunch and they gave me a great pedicure without cutting any corners.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because, like many salons, they try to upgrade you on everything. Gel nails? A more deluxe pedicure? Callus removal? I only had a basic pedi ($20 which included hot stone massage! + $8 for the callus removal), I would highly recommend this salon, they did a great job!! I will definitely be back!

This man did my nails very sloppily. The foundation was horrible, nail tip was crooked and just rushing the process. He didn’t take his time and expected me to pay $50+. I told him to take it off because I was very unsatisfied. He rush to take off the nails, put some oil on the cuticles then rubbed it in. He left my nail bed brittle, thin, and drilled down. The top layer is not even smooth or was handled with care. If I apply very light pressure it hurts like hell. If anything I suggest you get your feet done here and look at their work before they give you anyone.

The pedicure I received was half done and my cuticles looked horrible. I took acrylic nails off and the nail tech tried to complete my gel manicure without an actual manicure, and with acrylic still on my nails. Then the manager and my nail tech tried to tell me that my gel polish would go on smooth when they polished it, but you could clearly see I had no manicure, and the acrylic was still on my nails. Now I have to go and get all of my services re-done today at a reputable salon.

Idk who did my eyebrows but i had about a 20 minute mental breakdown because she took away too much of my eyebrow in the front and now they’re uneven. My eyebrows are my pride and joy, they are the one thing i like about myself and now they’re uneven and i’m not happy about it so... do better

I love coming here...I’ve been coming here since May 2019...My husband has been coming for years for his pedicures & finally convinced me to come for my nails...Tamy is my nail tech, her creativeness is amazing & she’s a fellow lefty, I’ve never seen a left handed nail tech...Love this nail salon!

The customer service was horrible. She was in a rush to get to the next customer. It was hot. I didnt like the color of the polish, I told her after she painted one nail, she gave me such a ugly look and got upset! ?? I still tipped her trying to be nice, I guess it wasnt enough. She grabbed the receipt and started talking whatever language she was talking, didnt say thank you. I will not be returning.

I was not so happy with this place at first but lets face it, Im not good with change and I sit in my feelings for way too long, however, this place is really amazing. They take care of you no matter what and are very friendly. I recommend giving them a chance to take care of you, you will not be disappointed, and if you are, give them another chance to make it right. No one is perfect... Thank me later 😍

Nice clean and friendliest staff ever but when you specialize in something you educate yourself on being the best or at least good first off they didnt know how to do half of the services we (daughter with me) asked for ..second I got a simple pedicure and the Polish job was horrible my daughter got a full set and a pedicure and 2 nails popped off the next day... and waste of 100 dollars never again

I had a deluxe pedi and a mani bill total 50 dollars and it took all of 30 min. Honestly the lady seemed rushed and she haggled me the first 10 min I was in the chair (asking over and over) if I wanted A B or C in a attempt to get me to purchase more expensive procedures. She didnt scrub my feet at all in a attempt to remove dead skin and my polished chipped the same day. I will never go here again (first and last time).

They need new nail techs! Only one person in the entire place can do decent nails. Everyone else is horrible. Its nice and clean and friendly but lets face it we are paying for a service and the main service which is our nails they do not do well.

Poor customer service. They dont even offer tap water and not greet you on the way in or out. Supposedly walk-ins are welcome but a party of two takes almost an hour. Working tools not sterilized! Definitely not coming back again.

I don’t even usually write reviews but I got my nails done at this Salon and spent $130 on a overlay and pedicure. Why after 2 weeks I have 3 nail lifting up. That is ridiculous, I would never patronize this business again.

STOP AND READ!!!!Do not waste your time or your money. Got nails done on Friday the set was ok I got the cat eye gel nail done. Saturday all of the nail had started to raise up and get caught in my hair. On Monday I came in to show the guy that did them he put gule under them and on my fingers not professional. Only to have the same thing happen again the same day. Going to a real shop with professional . I should have read reviews before going there.

The service is great, only critique is that they could apply more pressure and massage little longer when massaging, other than that I give them four stars!

Ok so I use to love this place and go there every other week to get a fill and my gel touched up. Each time I went Id ask for my sale girl and end up getting someone else. Finally the last few times I have gone Ive been given to a very quiet spoken geltelman that apparently doesnt know what a stiletto nail looks like and I get frustrated trying to explain it so I end up leaving with a shape Im not happy with. The gel polish has also bubbled up and cracked off the last two times Ive gone and the very last time I came away with chunks of acrylic under my nails. To say the least I will be finding a new salon. Definitely not worth the 40 bucks Id pay for a fill

I wish they offered soda or water to drink, but they do have fast & efficient service. They definitely try to talk you into getting the more expensive services, so be firm on what it is you want.

The nail technician changed the color and did not ask if it was okay. Not happy.

This is the only nail salon I will ever use. Tu is the best technician ever. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing mani-pedi services.
